Highly motivated personal trainer with over 6 years experience. You will be pushed and motivated to ensure that you reach maximum performance. I believe in setting goals and not limits. Training is done outside using a range of inspired exercises from bootcamp, battle ropes, kettle bells and free weights. Although it is essential that I build good working relationships with my clients, above all, we're both aiming for one common goal - results. These aren't going to happen overnight - you are going to have to be willing to put the effort in. I train my clients the way I would expect to be trained myself.
