We had a brilliant spa day, could have spent longer. the treatments were also great, therapists were very attentive to areas you especially wanted them to concentrate for for the massage.

Absolutely chaotic admin but that didn't detract from it being a great spa, great treatment (massage), and all round lovely day .

lovely relaxation before the Christmas hustle. Good spa facilities, really enjoyed the aromatherapy room and the icechute. Massage was really nice for both of us and loved the manicure.

A really enjoyable experience. The food in the café is simple but extremely well prepared. The spa itself has a salt sauna, steam room, aromatherapy heat room, a couple of heated mosaic chairs I didn't want to move from, a generous sized Jacuzzi and a couple of swimming pools to choose from. The massage itself was professional and extremely relaxing and I loved the oils. I would definitely go back again.

Great spot and just as described. Had no issues booking a time and treatment with my voucher. Nice facilites, clean with variety of facilities makes it easy to spend a whole day in this spa (pool, saunas, hot tub and treatment rooms). I am not a frequent user of these type of services so I am not a very demanding or experienced customer, but I believe this spa would satisfy most users!

The massage was very good and the facilities in general were nice and clean; however the deal included lunch which was upstairs. It meant after relaxing in the spa, post massage, you then have to get dressed to have lunch upstairs. Spoils the whole "relaxing" part of the day! The pedicure was booked in the afternoon and they were obviously under staffed as it only took 20 mins and was not properly done. This was a Christmas gift from my daughter, and we regularly have pamper days together, but this one was rather disappointing. The lunch was nice though.

This spa was lovely. Great ambience, the staff were lovely and helpful. The treatments were great, done by professionals and we were well taken care of. The facilities were clean and well managed. The only let down was that there was lack of space to just wind down apart from the reception area which was ok but not very tranquil with the bright lights and people constantly movin through. My mum and I didn't enjoy the food but perhaps that's just down to our personal preferences and need for spice and flavour. Overall a great experience.

I have been before and really enjoyed my treatment (back massage) and the spa facilities so i thought i'd come back for a full body massage which was booked with a massage therapist however I did not enjoy this at all I never felt any different from when I went in, i did not feel as if I had a massage. I don't want to say too much but I believe this was just the therapist.... Other than that the spa is lovely just disappointed with my treatment I had with the massage therapist.

This is a lovely and comprehensive spa (within a bigger gym complex). The directions to where the spa was were a bit confusing. The spa staff were brilliant, they really pamper you and explain how everything works perfectly. There were three of us for the day. Two of us had very good massages, one unfortunately had a masseuse who has a 'light touch' (all three of us prefer a near deep tissue massage), so two of us were happy. The rest of the spa was great (steam room etc...). However the hydrotherapy pool was broken down for the duration of our visit and we didn't get to use it. The pool also at times was slightly over crowded. I doubt it is the norm as the facilities were very clean, but one toilet was left is a terrible state, this was soon cleaned up though. Overall despite the hic-ups. I would highly recommend the deal.

The actual spa itself I found lovely with a great range of facilities including a large hydrotherapy jacuzzi, steam and aromatherapy room as well as a sanarium and pool. The only disappointment was my facial. I was meant to have a proper facial massage as part of the facial but my therapist just very quickly rubbed in the cleanser harshly, also rubbing it into my eye area with her fingers which felt very uncomfortable and made my eyes sting slightly. Apart from that though I enjoyed myself and the restaurant has absolutely delicious fresh food. I'd recommend the actual spa itself and I'm sure on the whole the therapists do a good job but I think I just got unlucky on this occasion.

I got there early to have lunch in the restaurant, and the facilities were great - 4 different steam rooms and a lap pool. The only problem was the massage was not great.

When we first arrived we were both a bit taken back with the fact that the spa is really just a small area in what seems like a leisure centre. There is only a tiny reception/lounge area and the pool area didn't really have anywhere you can lounge and relax. However despite going on a Saturday the spa wasn't very busy and the facilities were kept in good condition. I had a facial which was quite standard and my partner had a back massage which was good. We also had lunch there using the meal voucher, and if you don't want to pay extra there weren't really many choices. We had a fairly pleasant day, and overall not a bad experience.

I visited the Amida Spa with my Mum as I had been alone a year or two earlier for my Birthday and loved it and it was just as fantastic as I remembered. Mum loved her massage and said her therapist was amazing and while mine was very good she did not have enough pressure when massaging in certain areas e.g. shoulder blades. The spa was very clean and tidy and surprisingly empty for a Sunday. Having free use of the facilities was a fantastic touch after a lovely massage and I think we both had a sneaky snooze while reading on the heated loungers. If I could I'd come here once a month for a massage and the facilities which put it head and shoulders above other spas.

A very elegant and luxurious spa! It's large and quite a maze!Next door to the Sauna is an ice chute so you can cool right down if you want to have a hydrotherapy experience. I loved have the fuffly gown and slippers etc. I felt totally papered.

The massage was too powerful, not relaxing at all. To an extent it was revitalizing but that's not what I expected. Unfortunately the therapist never asked whether the pressure used was comfortable for me.
