I was very happy with my haircut and blow-dry. A professional service at a very reasonable price. The salon had a lovely atmosphere - very relaxing and not over-the-top. Conversation was great as well. If I wasn't moving abroad I would make this my regular salon.

Nice little local salon, my treatment and blow dry were fine and the stylist was nice enough, but nothing special. The girl who made my coffee was very sweet and overall I had a pleasant experience.
Anthony gave me a fabulous cut and blow dry. He was super friendly and professional. I am very picky with who cuts my hair and took a chance booking at Carlos Alves as I had never been. I was very pleasantly surprised by wonderful hair cut and overall experience. Will definitely be returning.

Really liked the colour I was given. Plenty of mags and coffee. Not as glossy a salon as some, but perfectly nice - and great value. So first time very happy.
I did actually go again without a wahanda voucher as i liked the colour so much to see the same hairdresser. He was late that time - I waited 50 minutes to be precise before giving up. He kept sending messages saying nearly there, nearly there....... so I waited and waited. It was really annoying - had he said he would be over half an hour I would have just rebooked and come back another time. But this was really annoying waste of time.
So nice colour. No idea if the lateness thing was a real one off on my second visit.
She is highly up to date with the technology and practise and thus provides safe and effective treatment with excellent (affordable!) prices. Will definitely be going back for any/all of my beauty needs
