Today I had my appointment at Allertons changed because of a computer error. I got to the venue and they told me I had to go to the John Lewis venue instead because their room wasn't ready. Then when I arrive at John Lewis at 16:45, the woman I saw kept me waiting 10 minutes and the massage only started at 16:55 and stopped at 17:15, so I paid for a 30 min massage and only got 20, and she barely spoke to me and didn't give me any water afterwards. Very disappointed, it's usually great there.
