I was really happy with my coloring service and will definitely be back. The staff went the extra mile to discuss various color options that might suit me, hair care tips and I also received a lovely complimentary hand massage. Wonderful experience

I booked this venue as it was literally a couple of minutes walk from my home. I'd booked an appointment through the website and was called to advised that the therapist only works certain days so I had to call back when I had my diary handy to reschedule.
I attended the salon before my appointment at 1pm and the staff were friendly. It is a very small hairdressers with a room to the rear for beauty treatments. Asked if I wanted a drink and offered to take my coat. Was advised that the therapist was running 10-15mins late. I'd advised that wouldn't be a problem as I had work for 2pm, treatment time booked through Wahanda online was 45mins so I had time that I could wait. At 13:27 I asked if she would be long. Was told in a minute. When I walked into the room I asked the therapist if she could do it all in 30mins. She advised no, I'll have to come back on another day. Advised her it's no point me even doing part of the treatment if I need to return so again, I rebooked for the following morning.
I'd attended, was shown to the room and was asked to undress. While lying undressed on my back, the therapist apologised for making me wait the previous day and offered a complimentary nail treatment.
I was having a 1/2 leg, bikini and underarm wax. During the session we spoke about the timeframe of the waxing and was advised that it would normally take 2 hours 15 minutes, I normally have full leg and other treatments done at another salon and it's normally all done in 1 hour 15mins. The therapist left bits of wax on my legs, went too far in on one bikini line, lines of wax along the bikini line. Didn't allow the wax to dry on my underarms before trying to pull it off causing a lot of pain and it became red, sore and uncomfortable for the next few days.
The therapist herself is lovely. She needs lots more experience. I may come back in a year.

How lovely is John! I was a bit early for my appointment but he saw to me straight away. Lots of tips and advice on how to maintain the style, how to blow dry my hair to get over problem areas. I'm hardly ever loyal to hair stylists but have already booked my next cut. Would highly recommend him!
