Aggie was very friendly and welcoming. She listened to my needs and made the treatment personal to me. She also gave me advice on what I can do moving forward.

I first met Aggie when I had exhausted all the treatment my physio could give me with my hip pain, she recognised my discomfort on my first visit to the gym, she gave me advice and from there went on to treat my hip problem, I have gone from being in pain when walking to short runs 3 times a week. Her sports massage was interactive so I felt that I was involved in my rehab and she explained to me at every step what was happening as I was a bit nervous due to the pain I had been in. I would recommend this practitioner as she has a very professional manner but makes you feel comfortable at the same time, I continue to see Aggie as part of my ongoing rehab but feel the work we have achieved far exceeds any help I got from physio.

“I have worked alongside Aggie as a personal trainer for some time now, having seen her get great results with her clients, I also became aware that she offers massage and rehab work so I sought out her help. Aggie has helped me fixed a long standing hamstring issue and has always been of great help whenever I’ve needed it. Not only are her sports massage sessions very effective, she’s also very knowledgable and great to speak to, her enthusiasm for her profession is obvious and I’ve had not problem referring my own clients and friends to Aggie and will continue to do so in the future.”

Aggie is very passionate about really helping people get better and she has a knack of getting to the 'pain points' very quickly and releasing the stresses in those muscles. I thoroughly enjoy the sports massages she does and I can hand on my heart recommend her work to anyone.

I had a couple of sport massage sessions and it was truly superb experience. I'm a competing boxer and had to look for therapist due to chronic tension in my shoulders and upper back. Aggie not only helped me to regain the correct muscle tone and increase my range of motion but the therapy somehow energised my whole body. My sleep is much better, I wake up properly rested and have plenty of steam to work and train hard! Amazing results!

“I’m an active person and go boxing 3 to 4 times a week – obviously this is a high intensity sport which incorporates strength and cardio training and any injury affects performance. I visited Aggie with a very painful calf injury which was stopping me from exercising properly. After only one visit of soft tissue manipulation she had made a vast improvement and I was able to continue limited exercise. After the second sports massage session with her my calf was almost completely back to normal. Aggie is extremely professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone as an excellent and very effective sports massage and rehabilitation therapist.”

Having suffered from pain and swollen ankles as a result of having severely flat feet, over the years I’ve seen physiotherapists, podiatrists and osteopaths. I have been prescribed orthotics and exercises to follow, which gave me a very little relief each time. However, the approach that Aggie has taken has focused on soft tissue and myofascial release, working physically on and around the affected areas bringing a more deep seated release with deep tissue massage which has reduced the discomfort that I regularly feel.
I can now walk greater distances, and up and down stairs, (and even dance!) free from pain – something that I haven’t been able to do over the last couple of years.

Fantastic experience. She knows exactly what she's doing, what needs to be done, and is a complete professional. As a local doctor, I'm very impressed with her knowledge of anatomy as well and intricacies when working the muscles all the way to their insertion points.I will definitely be back!

I had constant lower back pain since I gave birth to my son. It restricted my
movement and I had to stop my every day exercises and running. After trying
many different solutions that didn’t help, my friend recommended to see Aggie
for Sports and Remedial Massage. The next day after I saw her the pain and
tension started releasing. After few sessions I was back in healthy body with
no pain. The pain has never returned since I had the treatment. I even started
running again. Thank you for sorting me out.
