Was served by Eloise, she was really lovely and professional. I don't know the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but i was told that it was her first day, my eyebrows looked lovely and she was really sweet and friendly. Much better atmosphere than last time as the rude manager was not around!

Was excited to go there again but this time was not as impressive the male owner was rude and spoke to his colleagues about me in his native language rather than explaining to me directly why he couldnt find my booking on the system. I also had a different lady, she rushed me in and out of the chair just walked away when she was finished so I was unsure whether to leave or not and my eyebrows were not done to a good standard.

The Staff was lovely and Polite, the place was clean and relaxing, but the waxing was really painful, she couldn't take the strip of wax at once... and She left quite some hair long enough to be wax, too expensive in terms of quality/price !

Good value for money and makes things easier. Very nice place clean a decorated well, my nails and eyebrows are lovely and the girl gave me professional advice.

The staff despite being under pressure as had staff call in sick were doing a good job of keeping up apt times and looking after customers. The place itself is pretty basic with no frills in terms of decor, but they do have massage chairs for pedicures and they did a good job, especially of taking care of my mum (who I was treating!) so was very happy about that.
Overall a good basic place for a decent mani/pedi. Good value for money!
