I have never felt so comfortable and taken care of as I did here at Abuelita's Wellbeing. Simona is incredibly caring, intuitive, and talented at what she does. My back was feeling awful from working on a computer all day everyday and Simona helped bring me relief from all the tension. She also helped me with other exercises and stretches to do at home. Worth it!!
