I booked a Brazilian wax, the lady doing the treatment clearly doesn’t know the difference between a Brazilian and a Hollywood! Can’t exactly put it back on now can I? Plus she should have easily have seen the length of the hair hadn’t been recently waxed in the area that should not have been waxed anyway! It was far too long and should’ve been trimmed before attempting to wax. I’ve been left with scabs of skin where she tried to pull too hard on hair that was too long. Awful just awful
