Junior Designer / Artworker

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

As part of our growing marketing team, the Junior Designer / Artworker will be responsible for creating creative assets for use in merchandising across the Wahanda website and other communications channels such as email and display marketing. Reporting to the Lead Designer, this position is based in our London HQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Lead Designer in the creation of online marketing materials (e.g. banners)
  • Create print layouts for B2B and B2C marketing materials
  • Edit and resize venue photography files for use on Wahanda.com and Wahanda apps
  • Design and edit PowerPoint presentations for various teams
ABOUT YOU:

Customer Care Representative

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We love our customers and we’re looking for someone who can help us delight and support them every day to give them the best experience. Join our outstanding Customer Support team and you’ll help us deliver the world-class customer experience we strive for. Our customers are booking health and beauty treatments and want to be looked after in every way. Your role will be to ensure their ‘pampering’ begins from the moment they get in touch; guaranteeing consistently high standards and a friendly, professional approach so that the customer’s journey with us is seamless. We believe every member of the team needs pampering too, so regular spa treatments are part of the package.

SOME SPECIFICS

Our Customer Experience team is operational Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and Sundays 10am – 6pm. We need someone Full Time (40 hours per week) working five days a week, Monday to Saturday with the occasional Sunday, as part of the team’s rolling rota. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a fast, efficient response to customers via email, online chat and telephone
  • Providing help and support to customer queries and processing bookings
  • Liaising with both customers and venues, problem solving and resolving customer issues
  • Co-ordinating closely with the Account Management and Supply Support teams
  • Keeping up to date with all products and services

The ideal candidate will be completely customer focused at all times and committed to working effectively within a close team.

Supply Support Executive

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for someone be part of a team that offers our partners support, introducing them to our extranet and scheduling software and helping them make the best use of our functionality to support their business. If you are passionate about health and beauty, love building relationships and sharing knowledge and are ready to develop your training experience, this could be the dream role. You will be part of a great team and will be working directly with both our experienced Account Management Team and bustling Customer Experience team in the busy London office. This is a dynamic and exciting role and for many of our partners you will be the initial face of the brand, so we’re looking for someone confident, passionate and committed to drive our partner support.

SOME SPECIFICS

We need someone to provide our partners with extranet and booking verification support. You will be responsible for our internal appointment verification system and also for identifying how best to manage the process from booking request to confirmation, offering training on how to use the software. You will also provide support and training on day-to-day usage. The role will cover:

  • Calling or emailing partners to confirm bookings
  • Manage the re-booking and or re-schedule process
  • Convert partners over to confirming their own bookings using our software
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Experience team on any customer issues
  • Coordinate closely with the Account Management Team on any partner issues
  • Keep up to date with all product and services including any updates or software releases
  • First point of contact for partners for finance, operational and business queries
  • To action closeout requests from our partners
  • To deal with and investigate partner reports on the community reviews

SOME SPECIFICS

The people joining our Account Management team will play a key role optimising our current venue portfolio. Following the strategy set by the Head of Supply, you will be reaching out to our partners via phone, email and meetings.Your focus will be to grow revenue for your portfolio, and to increase awareness and adoption rates of our in house Salon Software (Wahanda Connect). Wahanda Connect gives our partners the tools to manage their business effectively, harnessing the power of online marketing, and helping them manage their diary.

The role:

  • Pro-actively managing a portfolio of partners, working to set targets on revenue growth
  • Delivering professional, personal and consistently excellent relationship management and support to your partners, ensuring Wahanda is their preferred and trusted partner
  • Engaging partners in the benefits of using Wahanda Connect, and booking training sessions with the end goal of converting the partner to be an active Connect user
  • Delivering high quality training on Wahanda Connect, both in person and via telephone

You will explain the benefits of joining the UK’s largest health and beauty marketplace. Once a new venue is live on the site and ready to sell, we have a dedicated team of Account Managers to maintain the account moving forward.

Onboarding Team – Administrative Executive

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for people to load service menus for our partners. If you are passionate about Health and Beauty, love sharing knowledge and organise the world around you, this could be the job for you. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail qualities but also a willingness to perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace with no impact on quality.

SOME SPECIFICS

The Onboarding team offers ongoing support to all of our partners, namely for setting up listings, loading and updating menus, creating special offers etc. You will be responsible for correctly loading the service menus in a way that is easy to use and understand by our customers. Main responsibilities include:

  • To re-organise and input menu information from websites, digital documents (pdfs, word) or images into our preformatted spreadsheet, so that it can be automatically uploaded to our database at a later stage
  • To correctly categorise services by treatment type
  • To learn and identify the most common service durations
  • To identify any missing information that would be necessary for the menu to be correctly uploaded and communicate that to your Supervisor
  • To identify any missing treatments from our database and inform the Supervisor so these can be added
  • To correctly input RRP and sale prices where applicable
  • To differentiate options of the same treatment, i.e., areas of the body, hair length, duration of massage, level of staff (junior, senior, etc.)


 WHO YOU WOULD BE WORKING WITH

The successful candidate will:

  • Report directly to a Supply Team Lead and Supply Operations Manager
  • Work closely with the in-house Supply Support and Customer Experience Team
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR

The basics:

  • Excellent attention to detail. This is a MUST
  • Ability to stay focused and be organised
  • Strong computer skills. Comfortable navigating the Internet and doing Internet research
