Hotel Account Manager

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're looking for someone who can use a mix of ingenuity, persistence, and sales prowess to help build and manage on-going relationships with destination spas and hotels throughout the UK and Europe. You will be the face of Wahanda to our partners and will work to introduce businesses to the site, help them promote their services and negotiate unbeatable offers on behalf of Wahanda's consumers - providing you with the opportunity to learn from them and develop your own skill set.

If you are passionate about hotels and spas, enjoy building and managing relationships and are an experienced account manager, this could be the dream role. You will be part of a great team and have the ability to learn from very experienced professionals who are also excited to learn from you. You'll be helping to set the direction of the company and work at a high level, so it's also a great chance to prove your leadership skills.

SOME SPECIFICS

We need someone to help develop our relationship with destination spas/hotels across the UK and Europe and to help them grow their business by using the tools and capabilities that Wahanda offers. There are thousands of potential partners out there and you will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with on-going suppliers in order to maintain current range and sales on products
  • Maintaining inventory levels to ensure all hotel spa breaks and spa days have enough availability on the system
  • Researching and targeting businesses in cities nationwide and discovering new opportunities
  • Setting up suppliers on the Wahanda extranet system and assisting in training and using the system
  • Ensuring that all offers and products are loaded in a timely, accurate and professional manner, with help from relevant teams
  • Working closely with the marketing and copywriting team to ensure all products are merchandised and marketed correctly
  • Running regular sales and supplier reports and ensuring these are provided accurately and promptly
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure processes run smoothly, and acting as an interface between finance, tech, customer services and marketing
  • Learning about the wahanda.com customer demographic and using this knowledge to enhance the range of products on offer, in particular inspirational products at unbeatable prices
  • Undertaking competitor analysis to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace
  • Ensuring the smooth operational running of all promotions
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and margin targets
WHO YOU WOULD BE WORKING WITH

The successful candidate will be the voice of the supplier and as such will:

  • Report directly to the Head of Hotels
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure that the site is supporting the needs of our partners
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure that we are promoting and merchandising the products in the most effective way possible
  • Work with the finance and operations departments to ensure that the sales process is running smoothly
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:

The basics:

  • The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years experience in a head office environment as an experienced hotels account executive/account manager

Supply Support Executive

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking for someone be part of a team that offers our partners support, introducing them to our extranet and scheduling software and helping them make the best use of our functionality to support their business. If you are passionate about health and beauty, love building relationships and sharing knowledge and are ready to develop your training experience, this could be the dream role. You will be part of a great team and will be working directly with both our experienced Account Management Team and bustling Customer Experience team in the busy London office. This is a dynamic and exciting role and for many of our partners you will be the initial face of the brand, so we’re looking for someone confident, passionate and committed to drive our partner support.

SOME SPECIFICS

We need someone to provide our partners with extranet and booking verification support. You will be responsible for our internal appointment verification system and also for identifying how best to manage the process from booking request to confirmation, offering training on how to use the software. You will also provide support and training on day-to-day usage. The role will cover:

  • Calling or emailing partners to confirm bookings
  • Manage the re-booking and or re-schedule process
  • Convert partners over to confirming their own bookings using our software
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Experience team on any customer issues
  • Coordinate closely with the Account Management Team on any partner issues
  • Keep up to date with all product and services including any updates or software releases
  • First point of contact for partners for finance, operational and business queries
  • To action closeout requests from our partners
  • To deal with and investigate partner reports on the community reviews
WHO YOU WOULD BE WORKING WITH

The successful candidate will:

  • Report directly to the Supply Support Manager
  • Work closely with the Account Management and Customer Experience teams
  • Work closely with the software developers to feed back partner suggestions and improvements and to test new functionality as it is released

Your role will be managing a portfolio of spas, beauty salons, hairdressers and everything else in between, helping them make the most of their partnerships with us. We are looking for pro-active, sales orientated individuals with previous experience in a fast-paced head office Account Management role. We are passionate about our brand, and the positive impact we can have on our partners' business, and our Account Managers are the drivers of these relationships.

SOME SPECIFICS

The people joining our Account Management team will play a key role optimising our current venue portfolio. Following the strategy set by the Head of Supply, you will be reaching out to our partners via phone, email and meetings.Your focus will be to grow revenue for your portfolio, and to increase awareness and adoption rates of our in house Salon Software (Wahanda Connect). Wahanda Connect gives our partners the tools to manage their business effectively, harnessing the power of online marketing, and helping them manage their diary.

The role:

  • Pro-actively managing a portfolio of partners, working to set targets on revenue growth
  • Delivering professional, personal and consistently excellent relationship management and support to your partners, ensuring Wahanda is their preferred and trusted partner
  • Engaging partners in the benefits of using Wahanda Connect, and booking training sessions with the end goal of converting the partner to be an active Connect user
  • Delivering high quality training on Wahanda Connect, both in person and via telephone

The three people joining our sales team will play a key role within the growth of our current venue portfolio. Following the strategy set by the Sales Manager, you will be reaching out to our target venues via phone, email and meetings. You will explain the benefits of joining the UK’s largest health and beauty marketplace. Once a new venue is live on the site and ready to sell, we have a dedicated team of Account Managers to maintain the account moving forward.

Customer Experience Representative

We love our customers and we’re looking for someone who can help us delight and support them every day to give them the best experience. Join our outstanding Customer Support team and you’ll help us deliver the world-class customer experience we strive for. Our customers are booking health and beauty treatments and want to be looked after in every way. Your role will be to ensure their ‘pampering’ begins from the moment they get in touch; guaranteeing consistently high standards and a friendly, professional approach so that the customer’s journey with us is seamless. We believe every member of the team needs pampering too, so regular spa treatments are part of the package.

SOME SPECIFICS

Our Customer Experience team is operational Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm and Sundays 10am – 6pm. We need someone Full Time (40 hours per week) working five days a week, Monday to Saturday with the occasional Sunday, as part of the team’s rolling rota. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a fast, efficient response to customers via email, online chat and telephone
  • Providing help and support to customer queries and processing bookings
  • Liaising with both customers and venues, problem solving and resolving customer issues
  • Co-ordinating closely with the Account Management and Supply Support teams
  • Keeping up to date with all products and services

The ideal candidate will be completely customer focused at all times and committed to working effectively within a close team.
