From the day the doors to our first gym opened in Covent Garden in 1994, Soho Gyms has been a thriving enterprise. Since then our current Chairman, Jeremy Norman, and his fellow directors Derek Frost and Richard Taylor, have established gyms at Earls Court, Camden Town and Clapham Common, as well as Waterloo in January 2006 and Borough in 2008. The Managing Director, Michael Crockett joined the business in January 2003, and as one of his earliest initiatives, introduced a structured programme of staff training. The opening of the Academy marks the realisation of a long held ambition of the Soho Gyms team, enabling us to deliver professional personal training courses at the highest level in a real gym environment.
We specialise in providing real fitness solutions, with no joining fees and modern flexible contracts.
Passionate about fitness Our staff are fitness people. We have one of the lowest staff turnovers in the industry and that is due to their passion for our fitness philosophy and their love for Soho Gyms.
Had a Thai aromatherapy full body and foot massage with Max instead of at my usual spa when in London. Max you are indeed a Master of Massage and I'm very grateful for the time you spent with me. I can't believe how intuitive you were with all of my body pain. Already feel that I stand and walk differently. I listened to all that you said and will come back for a series of treatments. I know if I come regularly and do the stretching and breathing exercises that one day I will no longer need medicine or to visit London hospitals for pain relief.
