Ideal for short London weekend breaks, business occasions, civil wedding ceremony and reception venues, events and hiring meeting rooms, group travel or individual stays, Radisson Edwardian hotels can cater for all your needs. Even the name of our London hotel group is conceived as a homage to the great developing, innovative time of English history that is the Edwardian period: when the world was being transformed through modernity and new vision. Thus the goal of the Radisson Edwardian Hotels group is to be the most admired London hotels in the capital.
The staff were not that friendly (all but one was welcoming), the massage wasn't very good at all but the steam therapy was fun. We were supposed to have champagne and strawberries but weren't offered it until after the treatments as alcohol and treatments are not allowed there. By that time we had to leave to relieve our babysitter so asked if there was any way we could have a voucher to come back for the champagne and strawberries but they said it was then or 'not at all!'. It was a shame, it felt rushed and impersonal...very much 'computer says no!'. My husband and I so rarely have time away from our young children and were disappointed with the experience.
