Wahanda partner spotlight: Czaro Hair

Located in the heart of London’s West End is the boutique salon, Czaro Hair. Czaro have been using Wahanda for just over a year and recently started using the Wahanda Connect system to great success.

We tried other sites, but we found that the vast majority of Wahanda customers were of a higher caliber, and were genuinely searching for a highly recommended and reputable salon as opposed to one-off customers looking for a cheap deal for a one-off visit.”

Situated just off Oxford Street, many of Czaro’s clients are hardworking professionals so their busiest times are lunchtimes, evenings and weekends. They’ve therefore found that Wahanda is a great tool for filling the less popular appointment slots.

“By maximising staff utilisation, we decrease the time our staff sits idle and therefore maximise our profits. In the spa and salon industry, when a therapist is not working with a customer, you lose that opportunity to earn revenue.”
