LIke the 2 previous reviews, I had the same experience with Nicky Clarke Salon. Very friendly staff and all professional. The hairdresser Ross was chatty, and always asks my feedback, which I like. The interiors and the ambience of the salon is amazing. I've been to several salons in the city centre and they are a level above because of the location and the entire feel of the place... the prices are just right. They do nail manicures for 25 pounds and color for 40 pounds. I am very happy with the voucher because you get a haircut, a treatment and an electrical product. If I am not growing my hair longer, I would be buying the promo over and over because its such a good deal.

For the value of 99 pounds. It was a good buy and good experience. The place can be really boring at night as the Hotel has limited channel, in house bar closes at 11 and there are no drinking places nearby. Its more of a retreat place.... however the spa is really really nice as it is a 5 star spa. Treatments are Clarins and ESPA products. Over- all it was a good countryside experience. It would probably suit a mature couple more as its clientele is more of the Older 50-70 crowd.

I had a the 25 pounds Facial and Massage Voucher and with that value the treatment I got was all worth it. The ambience of the spa is not top marks...but the treatment itself was very relaxing. The therapist was polite and I liked her over-all service. I was even given a hot compress for my shoulders and a nice ginger tea at the end of my treatment. I would definitely go back to this Spa again.

A week ago, I was feeling bored with my hair cause I always have it long and dark....but I liked it that way cause I know short hair dont suit me. I went for an appointment with Robin. I like the staff at Chambers cause they are always accomodating and very very professional. My hairstylist is very accomodating and he discusses with me what look I want to achieve. I bought a promotion for the salon from ineedpampering.com and with that I really get a good deal. He gave my hair full color highlights and chopped my layers and gave it an updated look without cutting the entire length. I only had to pay 55 pounds for everything. I used to pay 50 pounds just for the hair cut with another salon. My over all experience had been good.I love my hair and I will definitely go back to the salon.

I had my first visit at Destinationskin 2 weeks ago when I booked for a half price Chemical Skin Peel. I had some Chemical peels in the past and it somewhat helped in clearing up marks left by spots or occasional breakouts. After filling out some questionnaires, the therapist adviced me to have some patch test first as I am already putting some acne gel prescribed by NHS doctor which is good, because through the test, we will see if I can have the chemical peel without any reactions on my skin. I rang back their clinic about the results and booked for my peel. The staff had always been accomodating. They have good size treatment areas giving the patient some privacy. The Chemical peel treatment is about 20 minutes. It just consist of the peel being wiped over your face. According to the therapist, the peel has to be a series of sessions to see results and combination of Chemical Peel and Microdermabrasion will be most effective. After the treatment, the staff gave me some after treatment advice and even assisted in putting makeup with their own product to cover up themild redness. The staff offered treatments and products that can be suitable for me but they dont push the products on you which is good. Since the half price treatments are really good value I might come back to try out the other treatments on offer.

Went to Castlefield Clinic for my free skin analysis. They first had me fill out a questionnaire about my skin and general info about myself. The skin clinic manager then checked my facial skin PH level and gave me a little bit of information about what the results meant and she suggested skin products and possible treatment for my skin to address my problem with occasional spots. The promo said that it is a £100 worth of consultation, but if ever I have paid for the consultation, I don't think that I really did get my money's worth. I bought 3 out of the 4 products she recommended which cost me £124. The clinic ambience is not exactly what I am expecting of a skin clinic... but the staff is very friendly and accomodating.
