I am a member at LA Gym in Manchester city centre and a new “Essential spa” has just recently opened at LA. I had a neck and lower back problem, so I decided to treat myself to a massage. From the moment I arrived in the beauty room, I felt completely relaxed; the room has a beautiful aroma of essential oils in the air and gentle tranquil music playing in the back ground. Caroline combined the massage with a hot stone massage; the heat was both deeply relaxing and helped dissolve my aches and pains from my neck and my lower back. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Caroline; you will not be disappointed… :) Nina
