I have been going to Chelsee for my facials and she's been absolutely amazing. Even though the venue / facillities are quite basic, the service is better than any other London spas I've been to for facials. In addition to the customized and thorough service, what I like about Chelsee is that she doesn't push any products or additional services to you. I also like the no-frills approach so that I feel like I'm getting the service I need (and my money's worth) without any unnecessary gimmicks. I haven't tried any other therapists at Linda Meredith, but I would definitely recommend Chelsee.

Even though the facilities and amenities were quite basic, my masseuse was excellent. She knew all the areas that needed to be worked on without my having to point them out. It was one of the best massages I've had - fortunately, she splits her time between London and Cornwall so you don't have to travel several hours to see her.

Worst facial I've had...the room I was in was right next to the bathroom and felt like i was in a construction site. The facialist spent the entire time just aimelessly massaging my face without doing any extraction. To make things worse, she wouldn't stop talking. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money.

Ambience was great - especially the therapeutic pool, as well as the friendly staff. I thought the changing room could improve their amenities a bit...not to mention their over-zealous cleaners who seemed to come through every 2 minutes to clear out towels, etc. My masseuse was excellent - he knew how to work the muscles and all the areas of tension - almost to the point where it was bit painful (felt like I was getting a massage in HK / China). I would definitely go back...

Bliss used to be a reliable, no-frills place for facials, though the quality of the facial does vary depending on the facialists, especially when it comes to extraction. On my most recent trip about a week ago, I learned that they have hiked prices on all services by about 30% (or more on certain items, such as oxygen add-on). They are also renovating the premises. Given that they are perenially booked for months in advance and charge much higher for varying degree of quality service, I'm not sure if I would go back again...
