I just used Beauty direction for the first time and i must say it was a surprise as hidden on the lower ground of an hair salon.The wasn't no one at the reception as the therapist is the only point of contact for customers and over the telephone as well which it's not great ! The young therapist was vry professional, smiley and kind.The tretment room was very relaxing , large and cosy and felt immediately relaxed. Although i have asked a firm massage , i found it at time a bit too hard and painful, and although i have asked to have less pressure , i felt a bit pain.Overall i felt very relaxed and had a very good night sleep

I have bought this deal for a present to my friend, so she told me it was quite easy and quick to arrange an appointment and the lady at the reception was very courteous over the telephone .My friend told me the hotel is really luxurius and the spa was very peaceful but small although she hasn't used it, she had a little tour around .She was very pleased with the therapist from Lithuania who was very professional and friendly.The only thing i wasn't very happy, she has just been offered tea in a very inapproriate time when her nail polish was drying altough the voucher stated that tea and cake were also included but she has not even received any offer for a cake slice! I found very bizarre that before the manicure, while she was waiting for a long while,she has just been offered a glass of tap water but no one approched her to offer the tea and cake then! It will be nice that personnell will look at this attention to details as they make a quite big impact !

This is not my first time at Body Silk , hence why knowing the professional service i was very happy to come back there and plearatment offer. The therapist Renata was amazing and she concentrated in the areas I had more pain. I will definitely recommend this place, there is a very good athmosphere, therapy rooms are spacious, clean and smell very nice which are very important factors when you need to relax

I love this place, first time i tried the Iyashi Dome, the therapist were very knowledgeable and very informative about the benefit of this treatment . The place was extremely clean ,very spacious and very relaxing.I am not 100% sure if i lost any weight however i found the treatment very beneficial and detoxifying .I would definitely recommend

These place is a little gem in the city close to monument station . The place is spacious and trendy , very tidy and clean.I was very impressed with my therapist , i had lot of massages before but this one was definitely one of my favourite. The room was very spacious , very clean ans smell lovely I had a very bad tension in my shoulder and the therapist did exactly what i asked her and try to ease the notch on my shoulder blades .I felt totally relaxed afterwards and i found the massage very beneficial .I also bought other treatments as they were on offer .Definitely one of the best place I have been!

I am extremely pleased about the results of the hypoxy machine, I have used the stepper which it has great result with just 2 session. I really appreciated the help of Joanna and Diana, especially as I have arthritis and my pain can escalate from 1 day to another and most of the time i had to cancel my sessions and reschedule it another day because of the my joint pain! Both of them showed me great understanding and allowed to re-book my session when i well enough to make the hypoxy session which it is quite demanding demanding.Definitely recommended

I was given a quick appointment when i called over the telephone. I was very pleased with the treatment , and also the advice from the dentist , who also does teeth withening and teeth polish and cleaning .

The place looks very new and modern with nice colourful furniture! I actually had a manicure , but it wasn't available in the scroll down menu.The colombian lady who did the manicure was very kind and professional and suggested me a product which i bought and i was very pleased with . She also gave me a card where i can get the 25% off next visit .

I really enjoyed my arotheraphy massage at the Park Plaza COunty Hall. My theraphist Nicholle was very helpful and professional and made me feel very relaxed . The room was cosy and the place very clean . I also used the gym facilities althought he gym is very smalll is fully equipped with all you need . It was a very good experience as the time i went was very quiet and I used the gym on my own .Very good experience overall !

This is was my first time at the Peak Spa. As soon as I arrive i was very impressed with the place,The spanish guy at the reception was very corteous and he offered to come with me until the 9th floor to show me where the spa was. The staff was very professional and i was very pleased with the facilities and the tranquillity of the ambience ! Hannah ,my therapist was very professional and made me feel very comfortable . She asked me how would i prefer the massage and i must say this was one of the best one i ever had, and she concentrate on the area i have asked her to massage most. Also the hydrotheraphy area , on the 2nd floor was very clean and i was particularly impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Zac , who was at the reception. He offered to show me around and also very kidly offered me a glass of water while i was in the jacuzzi, which i believe added an extra touch to the excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this place nad i was very pleased to get a 25% discount for another beauty treatment. Thanks wahanda for the nice offer you do !

First time into Francesco Picardi salon, I was welcomed directly by him,at the salon door and straight away looked after . I had a hair cut, keratin treatment , complementary wine and i also got some typical italian panettone offered by Francesco.I have also booked an additional innovative colouring treatment called INOA, which it's an ammonia free product,very natural,with had no smell and amazingly never cause any scalp itching! I was very pleased about the impeccable customer service i received from Francesco, with his own advice regarding the choice of the colour. Also i was very pleased by Rika hair cut and caring attitude. She was very attentive and corcerned that i was happy with my treatment nad she made sure that i had a memorable experience. I have given another 50% discount from the next appointment which i will definitely have in the salon

Although i have purchased a bargain from Wahanda , when i called to book a treatment i have previously asked which treatment i could get for a £20 .Between manicure, threading and others , i have chosen to get a pedicure.I was quite pleased with the treatment although i felt that the therapist was rushing with my treatment and i was particularly pleased when i went to reception apresented the voucher and been told that the treatment cost was actually £25, which was not advised to me over the telephone when i booked.Overall it was an ok experience !

I love Canary Wharf spa, i like the area where the gym and spa are located and the fine environment ! The spa is not big but the therapy rooms are very warm , peaceful and comfortable. I was very pleased witht he treatment , a personalised full body massage, the therapist, Emma G, a lovely young lady, showed extreme professionalism and fulfilled my specific request i have discussed with her before the massage. This is one of m favourite places to go for relaxation

I enjoyed this experience and i was very pleased with the good customer service , however the SPA facilities were just ok from me ,..... I was expecting much more based on the reviews i have read and the web site , but the SPA was too small for me , the water pool and the steam room weren't very warm compare to the previous ones i have been before ! Food was quite nice and tasty in the restaurant with a very modern athmosphere ! I enjoyed the manicure very much and my young therapist was lovely

Considering the area , Mayfair, and have been in Canary Wharf i wasn't really satisfied about the standard of Dove Spa in Virgin Active. The Centre seemed not very clean and definetely needed to be updated , although the therapist was lovely and caring ! I personally prefered the Dove Spa in Cnary wharf , much modern and clean

Beautiful sorrounding and lovely area.Virgin active in Canary Wharf is a lovely health centre and gym. The staff was kind although my therapist could have done much better with the pedicure .She didn't appear as accurate and caring as myfriend's therapist.Overall the treatment was pleasant and relaxing !
