Really nice building - calm and tranquil. I booked the heat experience for me and my partner , lunch and a massage each. Lunch was great - fantastic desert :) The spa has the fluffiest robes have come across and were so nice I had to buy one for my partner. The heat experience takes you thru sauna, steam room, crystal room and ice room and bookings are managed so the spa is never over crowded. On the day we went it was fully booked and we hardly saw anyone else. One of the nicest things is the relaxation room which has a sunken area full of suede bean bags. Like sleeping on a big marshmellow! I loved it and we are visiting again in a month.
