What a gorgeous spa, beautiful old building, nicely decorated with very luxurious feel. My therapist was really lovely (i am so sorry I have forgotten her name) in fact, everyone was lovely, there was nothing which was too much trouble during my visit. I had many drinks and they even offered to get me a sandwich as my treatments were at lunchtime, really amazed by the quality of service, will definitely be booking in again

i had the Acupressure Massage Plus Full Body Exfoliation and Body Wrap and it was amazing. Therapist was lovely as was the owner. This spa is just around the corner from me and they will definately be seeing me again

brilliant and wonderful relaxing massage, i have never relaxed like this before in another spa having a massage, she even had to wake me up at the end!

i would highly recommend Jayne and will be going back repeatedly and have told everyone i know that she is fantastic and to go there

not a bad salon, all of the younger members of staff seem to stand around doing not much though, and then roll their eyes when asked to do something

hair colouring is the best i have ever had, also the most expensive - but iv never had so many compliments about my hair colour since going there

they wont touch my hair now as i have a black stripe dyed into it and they wont do "un natural" colours...which is quite annoying :o(

i also had make up done and the make up they used was so gorgeous i went to harvey nichols and bought the lot the very next day!

myself and my partner went to this spa for a relax day when it was 2for1, so offered very good value for £70 for both of us

nice building, very clean, food was nice but shocked you had to purchase your own drinks - most spas give drinks for free, they werent cheap either!

pool was nice but jacuzzi area was a little cold due to it being part of the pool

overall we had a lovely relaxing day, the relax room with the beanbags and the fake fire were just lovely after finishing your huge dinner and then going for an afternoon nap (but you have to reserve your space early! ha ha)

would go again, but not at full price

Spent 3 lovely relaxing days at this health spa, it was everything we hoped it would be and more.

We stayed in the Royal Suite and felt like royalty, especially with the personal hot tub!

Great treatments, my nail polish did come off shortly after it was done but they redid it with no question just before i left from home...as you can tell i didnt want to leave!

Newly fitted out spa in probably the best location in Birmingham, just on 5 ways island.

Lovely interior, gorgeous chandelier (I wish I knew where to buy one like it!) lovely ambiance, relaxing atmosphere

I had full waxing and threading of my eyebrows done by Stacey, she was attentive and very knowledgable, and did a really good job, I will defiantely be going back there, and would (and have) recommended the spa to everyone I know!
