I went for a Deep Tissue massage for 90 mins, and what a great choice it was! The surrounding area being Knightsbridge made me feel amazing before I even entered the building, running through the streets feeling like Carrie with my Fendi clutch (I was late naturally). The hotel was stunning with a mini gallery of shoes/necklaces etc behind glass. The spa was easily found on the 9th floor and the staff kindly gave me a locker to put my bits.
The therapist Maria was so lovely and down to earth, and is renowned for her ability to press hard when massaging, hell yeah! The ambiance of the small therapy room was lovely and Maria worked hard to get the knots out, which she didnt succeed but I admit I need a few more massages for that. When the smoke alarm went off during my massage all I could do was laugh, if my therapist wasnt as nice I would have been a bit peed off.
Overall I had a good time, a £100 voucher which I won for free was very well spent!
