Great atmosphere, great treatment, great facilities, all within a stones-throw from Claridges. Their hairdessing facilities are also top notch. The lounge area, replete with magazines, was a nice touch for post-massage relaxation. My Wahanda mob-deal voucher was accepted seemlessly.
Matt Roberts offers top-of-the line personal training in the heart of Mayfair which makes for a highly efficient workout. I get like 4x more out of a personal training session here than I do from a visit to the gym on my own.
It is not cheap, but the personal training is of excellent quality and I suppose you get what you pay for...
