This place surely would deserve a top rating if I was to take into consideration the excellent massage provided by my therapist, a lovely lady in her late '40s who apparently is a doctor in China. I only bought a massage voucher and not acupucture, which she provides but what impressed me was the fact that despite the massage started several minutes later than my fixed time, she took the whole dedicated hour for the massage and did not try to get rid of me earlier, the way some therapists do.

OK, the place is some 10min walk from High st Ken tube station, the receptionist did not bother looking at me as she was busy on the phone, the place is small although spread on the ground and lower ground floor, the toilet looked rather 'funny' and I had the misfortune to have the first massage room which was near the reception and the thin curtain did not restrain the noise made by receptionist, people booking massages and the awful noise coming from the traffic on the street - but the massage therapist was brilliant.

The health review at Herbal Inn Queensway is thorough and caring. The facilities are clean (you watch them unpack new, sterile acupuncture needles for your session, and dispose of them in haz-mat bins) and fit for use. The pre-payment packages are a good deal, but you have to be prepared to fight against the up-sell! I refuse to buy herbal medicines and teas, but I appreciate the therapists' skill and technique.

This place is not luxurious, but cheap and cheerful and does the job. It's in the middle of China Town and may be hard to find, but the ladies are good at their massage and you leave feeling you are getting good value for your money. They also have a package deal which I bought and has served me well.

Had a deep tissue massage at Eastern Natural Care. Nothing special and decent value for money...chinese massage salon. Customer service was ok...the first question they asked is whether I wanted to pay a bit extra for a better massage...so not that impressive. All in all, an ok experience. Not really a spa experience but rather more of a well-being session.

With the mobdeal it is really great value. Yes, the facilities are nothing to write home about but the ability of the staff to give massages is excellent. I suffer from long standing back pain (which is not debilitating, more annoying), and whilst a skeptic, I managed to remain pain free for 2-3 weeks after my first massage. I went back a second time (without the mobdeal) - the massage was still good but somehow not as great as the first time. Would definitely go back with another mobdeal, and would consider going back for more treatments/ osteomanipulation if I do not find a better alternative.

The reception area and massage room was very good. The receptionist was welcoming and the Japenese therapist was outstanding. She was exteremely knowledgeable and skilled and really worked on the tight muscles. In summary, an excellent massage in a delightful place. I wish I had bought the 3 massage deal!

The venue is really easy to find. I can recommend this place to anyone who suffers from cronic pain. Although sometimes they really push you into buying courses and herbs and I hate that!

I found this massage one of the most effective and relaxing I have ever had. Although the area around my shoulder blades were tense and tender they soon felt relaxed.

After the massage the consultant told me the masseur had found something out of alignment and I was recommended to take a course of acupuncture, osteo-massage, and herbal medicine which might be a bit pricey. I said I'd think it over but bought some herbs for £10...... I was impresses that he knew a condition I'd been suffering from just by looking at my tongue. He seemed to know what he was talking about, and I would definitely like to try the massage again sometime.

Whilst travelling SE Asia I made sure I took advantage of the incredibly cheap massages and treatments on offer everywhere I went and Beijing was no exception. Having come from Thailand, the land of smiles and $5 massages, the average cost of a beauty treatment in Beijing seemed akin to Western prices, but keen to try out a Shiatsu massage I silenced my inner grumbling and went about finding a reputable spa. The friend I was staying with suggested Dragonfly, having passed it a couple of days earlier.
The Spa was surrounded by building works and the location, although central, wasn't particularly pleasing to the eye. The spa interior however, far from made up for this – beyond reception through a door was a dimly lit oriental paradise. We went mid week one afternoon and surprisingly they were almost fully booked. Due to this I was unable to have the Shiatsu massage I originally wanted and opted instead for a traditional Chinese massage (Tui Na) – my 2 friends chose the aromatherapy massage.
I was placed in a couples room with one of my friends due to lack of space and my other friend was taken to another therapy room. My therapist was male and administered one of the best massages I have had. During the hour he worked over my whole body with a really firm pressure kneading and pummeling constantly. At the end of the session I felt wonderfully relaxed and slightly light-headed.
I would recommend Dragonfly to anyone visiting Beijing or indeed China (they are located throughout the country in select cities), the prices are reasonable and the décor very inviting. I would however recommend you book beforehand where possible.
