Latest the bar method review
I have been going 3-4 times a week for the past month and I am pleased to say I am already hooked. The workout is so amazing; I leave the room feeling powerful, strong, refreshed, and sexy. The changes in you mood and physical appearance are drastic! Even only after one month, my core is much tighter and my thighs are rock hard. Still working on my butt, that's going to take a while. But most importantly, the teachers are so kind, remember your name and are always encouraging. Note: they will push you to your brim! in a good way, of course. And the facility? It's clean, organized, very cozy and the staff is all too friendly. I just applied a few days ago for a job here and I would be so happy if I could be working at a place like this! The only downside to this place is the price, but really c'mon ladies we live in the north shore for cryin out loud...it's worth it! So stop spending money on those daily starbucks runs and get your buns into shape! :)
