The massage at Green Remedies was great and the techniques of the therapist were very interesting. Their opening hours didn't include Sundays but when I explained my situation they offered to open which I was very grateful for.
Would certainly recommend.

As shown in my rating it ways really a wonderful massage, I took the four hand massage and it was really a treat and so relaxing to have 4 hands moving in all ways around your body.

Patricia, the therapist was friendly, professional and delivered a very good massage. The spa is a part of a hotel. In the morning there could be more people then the guests. There is a convenient parking next to hotel, as the spa is in Battersea. Very helpful receptionist (Silvia). and there is an offer on food as well -15%

Bit of a worry trying somewhere new, but have been for a couple of sports massages here now and am very happy to recommend it. Each session has been an education as well as treatment, amazing the difference the right advice can make - just wish I'd gone here sooner!

I was lucky enough to find Stephanie for my first ever massage. I've previously been put off from going for a massage because of stories from friends who have been for a massage and have not felt well for days afterwards.
The atmosphere of the place was great; very calm and inviting, although it's a trek through the salon to get to the actual treatment room. Massage itself was very good and was tailored to my situation and needs.

I was hopeful when I arrived, as I mentioned some sports niggles and the massage therapist said she was a trained physio. Unfortunately, the massage wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It seemd rather formulaic, and when she worked on my glutes, which I had asked for, she only worked on one side, and seemed to forget the other! We did have a very interesting chat about sports nutrition, which I appreciated, but as I was there for a strong, theraputic massage, I was a bit disappointed that I was getting a half hearted one for most of the time. When I said that certain spots felt really good to have work on them, she didn't spend any additional time on them, which was disappointing. Once it had finished, I was getting changed, and she knocked on the door. I called out that I was still getting changed (was in bra and undies) and she came in anyway. I didn't know what to say, and was pretty embarrassed. She had only come in to give me a discount coupon and her business card, which I thought was totally inappropriate. Although it was 'ok', I won't be going back.

Had a really good experiance. Managed to solve my long term injury problem quickly. I was only given as much physio as I needed, unlike elsewhere I have been where they always find something new that is wrong.

Tranquil Moments is a small beauty salon located on the top floor of hairdressers salon in Leeds city centre- so the location is perfect for anyone wanting to have a treatment during the lunch break or after a working week on Friday afternoon as I did. The therapist was very professional and friendly. The massage itself was a bit of a surprise - stronger than I had expected but the therapist was constantly checking if it was not too much. Good experience overall, but I thought the length of the massage was at least 5 min shorter than 30 min advertised. Other than that, I was satisfied with an experience. Good value for money.

I enjoyed a good massage, and left feeling very relaxed. At full price it's quite pricey, but a bargain with the offers. The salon is in a very convenient location. I would recommend it.

Clean, quiet, stylish but basic and simple rooms with polite and highly competent staff - the reception was polite, warm, friendly and helpful and they answered their phones promptly when I called to book too - and were no hassle when I moved the appointment time a couple of days before either - the therapist gave my poor tight shoulders a great massage - quite a hidden gem of a place.

I went with my sister to the Peak District. Very friendly trainers who knew exactly what they were talking about & put us through our paces. It was harder than we expected as they pushed us to our limits which we needed! The food was nice & kept us satisfied even though the portions were smaller than we do at home. We would recommend Hilmotts to anyone who want to try a bootcamp & we are looking forward to our next visit some time in the summer.

I was absolutely thrilled with my treatment, the therapist went straight to my problem areas like magic, was very knowledgable and helped me understand my injury more.

My first experience was great. I had a massage on a warm bed that was designed to make sure I relax while I was having my massage. I felt cared for during my massage and finished feeling relaxed. This is something I am looking forward to trying soon.

This was quite an interesting but sometimes odd experience. The treatment room is tiny and stuffy, but nicely decorated. Chi is very knowledgeable and entertainingly honest/direct. Don't go expecting much tact or bedside manner. Acupuncture felt wonderful and the sports massage is effective. Glad I tried it.

The beauty of the studio is that it is calm and peaceful. The therapist did a full assessment and from start to finish I felt that I was being very well looked after. The massage was thorough and sorted out my sore shoulder which had been painful for some time. Separate massage room with heated table- loved it!
The reflexology treatment was surprisingly relaxing and left me very relaxed and full of well being!

This was my second visit to AG sports massage (both visits via different discount voucher sites) and I cannot recomment this place any higher. An excellent massage provided by Adam, who as an ex ballet and contemporary dancer, plus PT teacher really knows what he is doing. The massage was strong without being painful and apparently the majority of the people like massages like this. I guess anyone looking for a top massage and fortunate enough to find a deal around for AG sports massage, should just grab it and queue to experience the best in terms of ambience, facility, quality of massage etc.

Considering this is the Park Lane Hilton the spa was surprisingly lacking in any style, You enter through the gym with loads of sweaty people pumping away, in the waiting area there is only a half screen between the couches and the manicure tbles, the treatment room contained two beds and felt very cramped meaning the therapist could not get round both sides.

Swedish massage with aromatherapy hot stones. The best one I ever had in Cardiff. Really enjoyed this treatment. Perfectly tailor made essential oil blend, from a selction of almost 100 essential oils. The massage itself was very relaxing, as he took the time and care to attentively listen to me and my requirements. A wonderfully therapeutic massage with the nice pampering touches one sometimes takes for granted. Thank you so much - I shall return for more.

This is the Wal-Mart of massage. Do not sign the contract. The service is poor and their massages leave a lot to be desired. They pre-sale their massages to you, because they are not good enough that you would return if you hadn't already paid.
The lcd tv with waves crashing on a beach was a token attempt to remind you that you are in a "spa." I don't remember any dim lights or relaxing music while I was there. But I do remember being frequently reminded that the "one hour massage" only lasted 50 minutes. Why does a 60 minute massage suddenly turn to 50 minutes after your sign the contract?
After repeatedly taking time to discuss my needs with my therapists and telling them how important it was to get outside of the routine massage and focus on MY NEEDS, they would still perform a standard 50 minute massage. They treat you like a part passing through an assembly line. Of course, I will not be returning.

I have visited The Therapy Suite in Victoria Park Plaza Hotel last week and it was an excellent experience! It's great value for money, great customer service, therapists are really caring and they make You feel as comfortable as possible. I had a great massage, the therapist did her best to release all the tension in my back and I left the room relaxed as never before! Great waxing treatment as well, I'm sure I will come back for my treatments there and I will recommend it to all my friends!

Excellent massage - Steph has the strength of 10 men and sorted out my athlete's aches in no time. Would actually get again in place of a regular massage as this deep tissue therapy is equally as relaxing.

This was my second massage with my girlfriend. It was a sports massage and comprised of a lot of stretching and positions to help the muscles. The massage was great value and I would definately recommend or get it done again.

I have always found Gordon welcoming, friendly and most importantly able to diagnose - VERY quickly and accurately - any issue.

Massage and sports massage. Philip first treated me with a straightforward Sports Therapy, but suggested using Hot Stones (black volcanic basalt stones) for the second visit. He was certainly right.
The stones really eased my muscular tension and allowed very deep and profound trigger pointing without too much discomfort. In fact, the end feeling was of wonderful relaxation - a sensation that I have long forgotten after months of discomfort. I have seen Marshall at least monthly throughout this year. Highly recommend him!

Stepping Stones Natural Health Care, Clapham Junction has a fantastic ambience. The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The massage was an hour of pure relaxation - the therapist was very professional. The session began with a consultation which was very useful as it allowed the therapist to focus on areas of concern. The speacial offer made ths treatment extremely good value.

I had a Deep Tissue Massage at Green Remedies, Westminster. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The massage itself was great and afterwards I felt really good. The staff are really lovely and my therapist was great asking if the pressure was good. There are a number of massages to choose from. The staff are accommodating and you get your full hour. I would go there again. I consider it good value for money.

Very central location. The therapist was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. I purchased the voucher so I could have an aromatherapy massage. Even though aromatherapy massage was still mentioned on the price list on the wall, the therapist told me she did not do aromatherapy massages, and could only offer me acupuncture or a sports massage.

I was truly lucky to find the city Marshall . close to Queen street just 50 metres up Park place . so easy for me to get to for an appointment any time of day .

This sports massage was so good I am going back again in 2 weeks! The therapist was lovely and I would definitely recommend you try the massage here. The only downside is that the therapy rooms are tucked away in a single room in the attic up two flights of stairs and it would benefit from a rest/sitting area but as you can see its worth the effort once you get to the top.

I had a deep tissue massage and the therapist was very good. The salon is new, bight and clean, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back.

The staff were lovely and friendly and the salon had a really nice vibe about it. It is upstairs above another shop and I had my treatment in the topmost room, so if you struggle with stairs this isn't the place for you. My therapist was also really lovely and friendly and approachable. However, the let down was the treatment (sports massage) which I found exceptionally painful. I've had many sports massages in my time and appreciate I do have very tight muscles. But usually, in my experience, the therapists warm up your muscles a bit and judge the pressure they give on the response of your muscles. There's good pain and bad pain and this, unfortunately, was bad pain! As a result I spent most of the massage tensed up and unrelaxed, which kind of defeats the object! I haven't let this put me off though, because I really liked everything else about the place. I think in future I would opt for a relaxing massage or other treatment there and leave sports massages to people who work in physiotherapy practices as oppose to beauty salons.

The combination at my second visit of Sports therapy together with Shiatsu was a real winner. It is obvious that Marshall's skills and expertise are outstanding and I can not imagine a more professional approach and wealth of advice and information. The facilities which are offered free of charge are certainly a great bonus and they do put you in the right frame of mind - sauna, steam room and the relaxation area - all tip top

Quite a bit walk from tube stations as either can come from Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road. Lies on a quite side road. Venue has clean surroundings and clean room. Has four treatment rooms and separate shower room (not sure if working).

This place looks a bit basic but OMG the sports massage was amazing. This woman really knew her stuff. Im a runner and had a sports massage and she was able to identify exactly whereabouts on my legs the pain was. As well as working on my legs and feet she also did a full back massage and she was finding knots I didnt know I had! Was like a religious experience!

If you want a proper massage then go to this place - forget the jokers just pretending to know what they are doing. AMAZING - 5 stars.

Many thanks to Activ Tailored Fitness. Played a full game of football yesterday for the first time in 15 years and was still going as hard at the end as I was at the beginning. That plus I am not sore at all today says everything about the training I have been getting. Not bad for a 49 year old. Feels as good as the win. Well almost.

Thanks to your training and fitness routine that you have given me I have lost 2.5 stone in 3 months, I have also managed to reduce my medication due to the deep tissue massage's that i have been receiving.

I was looking for somewhere to spend my Wahanda voucher. I've walked passed Dove Spa, Bromley many times as I'm a member of the Virgin Active gym with which it shares a building. I've never been in as it advertises itself for women. However, I booked myself in for a sports massage, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Small, but well equipped with friendly and and professional staff. The massages are among the best I've ever had (and I've been treated my quite a few of the staff). The sports massages I've had from Donna are particularly good: deep enough to really feel beneficial, but not so deep that you spend the hours gritting your teeth through the pain! She always gets my little niggles and works most thoroughly on my problem areas. Despite the plethora of massages available on Groupon/Living Social etc I always end up coming back here as I know I'll get an deeply satisfying treatment and great service.

My father also purchased a gift voucher for me from abroad and mentioned that Amanda, the manageress, was extremely helpful and personable.

Very skilled therapist, very satisfied with the treatment so happy went back for another massage a few weeks later and happily paid full price. The treatment room is ok as welcoming as it can be its not a high end salon but the treatment is as good as any i have had. Highly recommended.

The therapist recommended physiotherapy as opposed to a sports massage. He sounded professional and like he knew what he was talking about. I booked three further sessions with him after that. Unfortunately he had now moved to a different clinic. The location of Chi Clinic is in the basement of a tanning salon, nothing fancy but functional.

I went to this salon for the first time for two treatments. I was very impressed with the sports massage. Probably the best massage I have had in a long time. i booked to have a sports massage because i had recently started exercising (again) and was quite achy all over. I also have problems with back pain and explained this to Chi, the therapist. She was very supportive and suggested acupuncture which i had never had before so she gave me 30mins of sports massage and 30 mins acupuncture without the extra cost which was a pleasant surprise. Although i was informed i would need a course of acupuncture before i notice any considerable difference, i did leave feeling less heavy and stiff in my shoulders and upper back which was great. Chi was very really friendly and i will be going back to try out reflexology with her next week - something else i have never had before so really looking forward to that.

Stephanie at Tranquil Moments Health and Beauty, Leeds spotted that I have a large knot in my one of my muscles. It explains why I have been having pain but no other therapist has spotted this before. She did a great job.

Was hard to book with the complicated online system. I then had an odd experience receiving texts from Chi clinic saying could I change my appointment and offering other times and days, was really a conversation that needed to be done with a call. (I called them). The treatment, however was excellent. The therapist was knowledgeable and explained the treatment really well. The massage was VERY strong, just what I wanted and very intuitive.

I had two treatments at the venue. Fabulous experience. 100% all round. Could not fault the salon and is somewhere I hope to return to again and again. Could not recommend this couple highly enough. Don't bother trying anywhere else.

I went for a massage with a kgb deals voucher. I had to change in the room with the woman looking at me which made me feel really uncomfortable. The massage was ok but I have had better. I won't be visiting again.

I was looking for sports massage therapist to fix my lower back problem. I've suffered from bad lower backache for many years and one visit to Ben cured it. He diagnosed where the problem was and treated it. As a DJ, I have to be on my feet for hours and that isn't very goodfor back as well depending on postures. I was advised on postures and exercises to deal with everyday situations to minimise fatigue as well and I have been going back for regularly sports massage for treatment enhance my performance. I really enjoyed this visit. Salon is very clean and modern. Nice and polite therapists. Everything was done in timely manner. I had a very high quality massage. I came with back ache and therapist recognised and addressed the problems and backache gone. I booked a block of sports massage treatments with discount.
A friend of mine had a facial called CACI- non surgical face lift and waxing before his wedding -was very satisfied as had a good result- face looked fresh and reduced a number of wrinkles. The good thing that you get a full explanation of the treatments and you get asked about contraindications in order to make sure that this treatment is right for you. Also I noticed that therapist gives you aftercare advise and also you can purchase some skin products in the salon.
Was very happy with the service and booked another course of massage. Advised to my other friend who is going to have a treatment.

I had a massage here with a male practitioner. He was not good. It was also incredibly expensive, and I did not have enough cash on me, and they wouldn't take a credit card. The receptionist was a bit cold.
Rather than deep strokes, or pressure point-use, he just kind of shook parts of me.
He had to go outside during the session to ask what we needed to do at the end regarding walking through a yoga class to get to reception/exit. The therapist also arrived at the venue AFTER I did, which seemed odd etiquette.
I specified particularly sore areas on my body and they were not attended to, but the therapist did take the time to mention he also does something called 'KIT yoga therapy', to try and sell me some other expensive and ineffective treatment he provides.

The staff in the tanning salon where Chi is based wasn't too helpfull, but the rest was great. After a thorough questioning and studying my body, the therapist advised me to have 'only' 30mins sports massage instead of the hour I'd originally wanted, and add a 30mins acupuncture treatment. So I did, and it was very good - during the massage she really pick up all my pressure (pain) points, and the acupuncture then treated those points further.
Was very impressed by the therepist's assessment of my body and the various aches and pains, and really liked that she talked me through it all the way. Very nice, would certainly come back!

i've been a member of Reebok for years and use the spa sporadically. If you need a very intensive massage - especially back, shoulders and neck area - make sure you see Phyllis. She is fantastic and amazingly strong. She can sort out deep knots and and fascia. Very highly recommend her. Not for the faint-hearted - a seriously intense massage. Mark is also good for a deep tissue sports massage. The rooms are great, low lighting, clean and usually lit with candles. Pricey though. Only complaint - regularly short you on time - have never had a full 50min treatment yet. Last time, therapist was 10min late, then allow for 5min changing, yet I was out the door paying at exactly on the hour which meant losing nearly 10min of massage time. This wasn't the first time.

Great location and terrific therapists, classes were good too though should be reserved in advance. The pool area is beautiful though the pool itself is quite small. The facilties are spread over the 2nd and 9th floor which is a bit weird, but the private scenic elevator does at least mean that you do not have to mix with the hotel guests whilst in your bathrobe. Drinks are very expensive - 2 mojitos at the pool were £36 and 2 coffees in the spa bar were £12.

they made me wait for twenty minutes before telling me i was in the wrong place. then i had to leg it to the other clinic where i was late and only had half to 3/4 of the treatment. the therapist did aplogise and give me a discount voucher for next time. but I was miffed that even though i was early no one bothered to clarify that i was in the wrong place.

I have two fabulous treatments at this venue. Everything was first class and would highly recommend everyone to go here. It is the best ! Can't wait to return.

As it was my first sports massage I didn't really know what to expect but Ben made me feel at ease right away. I really liked the way he was able to highlight problem areas in my alignment just from looking at my posture when standing. He then focused on specific areas of tension with absolute mastery, as well as giving an amazing all round sports massage. When the hour was up I couldn't believe it, I had entered such a deep state of relaxation that I had lost all sense of time! Absolutely fantastic, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an exceptional sports massage in London.

I really enjoyed my visit at Chi Clinic. I had a really bad back and I'd booked a sports massage. However they suugested a mix of sports massage and acupuncture to make sure that I'd get the best treatment for my problem. Both therapists were lovely and very helpful. All in all I had a relaxing time and the pain in my back has reduced considerably (it'd take more sessions to make it go away completely). I'll definitely think about going back there for more treatments

Therapist seemed rather knowledgeable and helpful. The massage alleviated some of the aches that I have been having for a while. The overall ambience can be improved, especially when it is hidden behind a tanning shop with no proper reception. Other than that, it was overall a good experience.

My family and I have been using Lance Johnson at Suite 7 Massages for the past year and we
loved every minute of our experience. Lance brings a spiritual with incredible
body healing that is astonishing. Both my wife and I suffered injuries from
earlier years of playing competitive sports and Lance has been able to bring
treatment to those injuries. It’s been a year and the pain I used to suffer is
gone. I am seeing positive results in my body with Lance’s body treatments.

Also, our son who is 11 years old and a competitive youth ice hockey goalie has
been using Lance. Our son has been playing in a higher age group (as much as 3
years older), so the game has become much more physical. We were looking for
someone that could help keep my son’s body health in check and give him an

although the facilities and the ambience are basic the very skillful and knowledgeable therapist makes up for the shortfalls. I am very physically active and since my first visit have benn going to Andre almost regularly once a month - he puts tired stiff muscles into a relaxed and comfortable state during a pleasant 'me-time' session.

It's a nice and interesting experience for me, the location of Purity is good, which is right inside of Hilton's hotel, nice amibience in the spa, they have a gym next to it as well, and staff is nice, I did feel very relaxed after the treatment. I would recommend it.

Due to a mix up with bookings i didnt have all the treatments requested. requested body massage and scalp massage but due to lack of therapists had body massage and pedicure and was offered to rebook scalp massage for another day.
body massage was brilliant---one of the best ive had--with a lady who had practiced sports massage for over 20 yrs and it showed. the pedicure was ok, only had this as i couldnt get my treatment requested. however the staff were great in trying to work out how to fix the issue hence the rebooking.

When i went ack for the scalp massage again the lady was really nice but talked all the way through and was more a scalp and back massage that just scalp. The first sports massage lady was defintiely much better!

I enjoyed my time last week for many different reasons. The whole experience was just what I needed and exceptionally enjoyable. Every component of the programme was well thought through, intuitive and well organised. I learnt all that I needed to about nutrition, healthy eating and exercise, whilst taking onboard new challenges and feeling completely comfortable during my whole stay.

I had a great massage from Ashley last week. Ashley is a mobile sports massage therapist and he kindly agreed to visit me at home to treat my stiff back.

He uses very effective sports massage techniques to stretch and release tense muscles paying particular attention to lengthening the muscles using active stretches.

Ashley has a great personality and is extremely focused. I highly recommend him and I am a tough cookie when it comes to massage!

I visited this Theraphist for treatment to a problem I had with my lower back, neck and shoulder problems on my right hand side. It was a really beneficial session as not only did you mention ways and means of improving my posture but also ongoing goals in ensuring weight management and posture improvement. I went to Chi Clinic for a sports massage on my shoulders/neck and I get very tense around that area due to sitting at a desk all day. Chi was brilliant and very informative, giving me lots of advice and recommendations. The massage was great and really helped. A worthwhile experience.

I did the Virgin London Marathon 2011 and it was great. However I got to the end with lots of aches and pains due to stress and intense training. I knew that my body had to go through a lot and pre-booked a deep tissue massage session with Massaggi for after the run. I am so glad I had the massage, one hour did not seem a lot but turned out to be just enough to release most of my muscle aches and pain and strains through compression and stretching techniques to muscles and connective tissues. I recommend all athletes to come and see one of the therapists specialized in deep tissue or sports massage and get a faster recovery.

Stephanie at Tranquil Moments Health and Beauty, Leeds is great. I received a great massage at a great price. It's a shame it is located up to flights of stairs, and through a hair dressers but apart from that it was perfect.

The clinic is one room at the back of a beauty and tanning salon. When I entered the salon I was greeted by a member of staff who was very pleasant. I was about five minutes early and so was asked to wait until the therapist was available. The waiting area was just a row of chairs in the corridor. I waited longer than five minutes but during this time I was offered a drink.

When I was greeted by the therapist he was very polite and showed me to the treatment area. This is a small room at the back of the salon. The room is pleasant but very small and during my treatment the massage table had to be moved several times so that my treatment could be carried out effectively; this did detract a little from the experience. That said the therapist was very good in what he did and I would say good therapist but shame about the venue.

Chi managed to fit me in at short notice on New Year's eve. Great massage, she managed to iron out all the knots and kinks. Great value with the deal, standard price without the deal.

Great value for money - I had a combined physio/ sports massage treatment and can just say the therapist is highly knowledgeable and has a real passion for what he does. I would definately recommend him to anybody having back problems. The facilities are in a very convienent location just a couple of min from Bond Street Tube. That said if you are looking for a spa experience then it might not be the right place but if your are looking for a serious back treatment then it is the place to go.

Having recently moved to NYC, I have been looking for the next best massage. Saw the Sports Massage MobDeal on Wahanda and decided to try it out at Lia Schorr.

I unfortunately cannot remember the name of my masseuse, but she was wonderful, a very intuitive therapist. She seemed to know exactly where my most stressful points were and worked at kneading them out, even using hot stones at one point to loosen the knot. I am very picky about my massages and was very satisfied with this one.

I have already told some friends about my visit. I found the treatment not only therapeutic but also very relaxing. The friendly service was also a bonus, I returned two weeks later after a couple of weeks of very heavy and hard work. I can recommend the treatment to all and I will certainly be going in the near future.

Excellent physio who really knew this stuff, and provided a consultation as much as a massage, giving tips to improve my shoulder problem with expert analysis, and then a great massage too. It's not a place to go for ambiance (it's upstairs from a tanning studio), but as a place and therapist for proper sports massage then I'd highly recommend. Great value.

The salon is a tiny tanning parlour in Marylebone, not Mayfair as advertised. The room was small but perfectly functional and quiet.
I booked for a sports massage but when my therapist Andrew got an idea of how tense my muscles are, he suggested physiotherapy so I agreed to try something new. He worked with me for an hour releasing my muscle tension but also talked to me about how to avoid getting this tension again. He was extremely knowledgeable and even moreso helpful. He really encouraged me to work at home to keep myself flexible and in good shape and was fullof good advice that I will hopefully follow. The treatment was painful and hurt for 2 days, as he warned me it would,but I would definitely recommend him if you need some stress relief.

I went to the Chi Clinic for a sports massage with a Wahanda deal. I normally have tension in my neck and shoulders and my therapist was very helpful and helped to analyse my posture. He gave me exercises to help correct my posture to help with the tension. Then I have a very good massage which helped relax my muscles. I definitely recommend the Chi Clinic and my therapist specialises in chronic pain. Andre is a must see if you have back pain - he is very very good!

The Chi Clinic physio was fabulous. He was extremely profession and cured my sore neck and leg. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I will be returning. he has a thorough understanding of the mechanics of the body.

The therapist was a physio who did an assessment first and it was actually more of a physio treatment than a sports massage, but was very good. I can recommend it.

the venue is very central, but somewhat hard to find. the facilities are basic, but the therapist was very friendly, knowledgable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had already been back as a regular customer, and would recommend to those that need deep-tissue or sports massage.

I purchased two mobdeal vouchers for physiotherapy/sports massage due to ongoing back problems. It turned out to be one of the best deals I bought through Wahanda.
I was so pleased and impressed with the treatment I received from the physiotherapist Andre that he is now my regular physio. The treatments have had an immediate effect and my back feels so much better after suffering for so long.
The only negatives I can think of is the tiny treatment room and sub-standard toilet facilities. However, it is easy to oversee these when the treatment is very professional and good value. Highly recommend it!

Although the therapist and treatment itself were perfectly fine, the process of actually booking the appointment is like gouging out your own eyes with a sharp implement.

Additionally, you would think that if you had booked for treatment X, you mentioned this on arrival to the receptionist who could also see that your appointment was for treatment X, it would be helpful if this was mentioned to the therapist who was performing the treatment beforehand, rather than making them have to ask you once you were in the room! I had bought a Wahanda voucher and was getting a sports massage; the only information the therapist had been given was that I was there for a "speed spa" (whatever that was supposed to be ...). This also seemed to be the case when I visited on a later occasion (ie: the therapist wasn't told what treatment I was getting) ... which is strange since you'd think of all people they'd be the ones who would need to know??

Although there were no problems with the massage, until the booking/admin/service side is sorted out, I wouldn't go back, as the stress involved in booking the appointment offsets/outweighs the benefits of the treatment itself.

I have ongoing problems with my back and neck and so went along to chi clinic for a sports massage. Chi however said it would be better for me based on my condition to have a combined session of acupuncture and massage (which is something she said the voucher does not normally cover as the voucher is for one treatment type only). I appreciated the gesture particularly as acupuncture is something I have considered for a while but I still wanted to have a massage to loosen my muscles.

The sports massage was good as she is quite thorough and did help to loosen my knots. The acupuncture was okay, slightly unnerving as I had not had this done before. Chi was reassuring as she realised I was uncomfortable with the idea of having needles inserted into my back. The only negative was that when removing one of the needles, the scissors were too hot (they apparently need to be heated perhaps for sterilisation purposes) and this caused some discomfort. I would go back again but more so for massage than for acupuncture.

I had two sessions of physiotherapy in Dec following an ankle injury and I must say that Andre is amazing!!!! He is very knowledgeable and full of patience: he stretched my muscles and worked on the damaged tendons.

I will definitely advise him as a therapist as he manages to make his clients feel at ease even when they are experiencing discomfort due to injuries. Well done!!!!

I woke up last December to find my neck and shoulder had completely seized up and was in a lot of pain, so it seemed like fate that that day's Wahanda deal was for a sports massage. I was able to get an appointment with Andre, the physiotherapist at Chi the next day. He was brilliant and has made a huge difference to my neck and shoulders. I had a follow up visit with him and will definitely go back if the problem returns. He was very professional and explained why and what he was doing throughout the massage, some bits were painful, but my shoulders were a mass of knots so that was inevitable. I recommend him to anyone with muscular or postural problems. This was really excellent value.
Don't be put off by the fact that Chi is above a tanning salon. It's still a great location.

Chi is amazing, I hade problems with neck and after few sessions of sport massage, the pain is gone. She really knows what is doing and very nice and friendly lady. Definetly the best place in London for massage. Would highly reccomend.

The massage was one of the best that I have had recently and made a huge difference to the tightness in my back and neck. Great value and the therapist was a real professional and very knowledgable. I will be returning to the venie in furutre.

I was treated by Andre and it was a very good overall experience. He was very helpful, he first thoroughly examined my back and asked me about my health before starting the treatment. The facility is a bit small and unfortunately didn't give him much room for maneuver so he had to move the bed a couple of times. I would highly recommend Andre to anyone with back problems.

My massage was excellent. My therapist, Valentina, was amazing! She really worked hard to get out many of my knots... not an easy thing to do! I enjoyed my experience here a lot, but the spa itself is rather drab and it's kind of awkward walking to the back massage rooms as you have to squeeze through people getting pedicures. Also, it was a bit tricky to find my way back to the front afterwards.

DO NOT USE MASSAGE ENVY CASA LINDA (or anywhere else if you can help it). I visited Massage Envy in 2008 after a torn hamstring from working out and was going to make use of their services while rehabilitating. I subsequently was hit by a car while biking and was unable to make use of my monthly massages for which they were debiting my account with exacting punctuality. I wanted to suspend or cancel my account since I could not use them at that time and was told if I did so I would lose all accrued massages. I mistakenly decided to keep the membership in hopes that I would just waste the money already paid. Their customer service is the absolute worst and they are nothing but a scam. I will not bore you with the details but cancelling with them is a nightmare and they will not work with you to try to let you have some value for what you already paid. I finally just washed my hands of them and they kept the 964 dollars I had paid them and for which they did not do a thing. They like this. They quote their contracts to you and what their rules are and make no effort what so ever to try and let you have any value at all for the money that they have legally stolen from you. I have spoken to other users who also mistakenly signed one of Massage Envy's contracts - do not do it. I hope this location and Massage Envy in general go out of business and that someone treats their management staff the way they treat their customers. Please make the extra drive if you live in the area surrounding Casa Linda and find a business that respects its customers before you hand over your hard earned money. This is the shadiest neighborhood business I have encountered in all of my years living in Forest Hills.

The facilities are extremely basic here. The room where he massage took place wasn't even big enough for the therapist to walk around the table so he had to keep pushing the table back and forth so he could move around. The clinic is inside a tanning salon and so it's not a particularly ambient setting. It wasn't so much a massage as a painful stretching and neck clicking treatment which at times was a little alarming because it was not what I was expecting.

I have been trying to make a booking with O Spa... I tried their central booking number, I left phone messages when noone answered, I tried their online enquiry sheet, I tried the Wahanda booking system, I tried walking in (as it says you can on their website), and I tried the myrid of other numbers provided by staff when I walked in/called the spas directly and they couldn't take my booking. No answer, no response, 'we can't take your booking here but I can give you a number'... My voucher now expires on the 19th Dec and apparently they are booked out until Jan 2011 - how these people actually got a booking, I don't know!! I find this completely unbelievable and how this business survives, I don't know! Either way I paid £20 for a voucher I will never be able to use and which has wasted hours of my life. So if you are thinking about buying a vouvher with them... don't bother!!! There are other spas that offer the same deals without the headache!!

Chi was away that week and so my therapist was Andre. Even though I booked in for a sports massage, he worked with me on my breathing (I am asthmatic), posture and general well-being. He is a physiotherapist and so the session was a combination of physio and massage. Well worth the money, I felt much better after the treatment. i would definitely recommend.

I am so grateful to Wahanda for organising this offer. I had to arrange an appointment quickly as I'd left it til the last minute again and I was worried it wouldn't be a good time and I realised it was quite a way for me to travel. However as soon as I arrived at the spa I felt so chilled; the receptionist was so welcoming and the facilities had such a relaxing atmosphere. The time of day meant I felt I was practically the only person there so I could totally relax in the steam room and the relaxation room. As for the massage, it was wonderful. The therapist asked me which pressure I required before she started and then really took her time to provide a very thorough treatment. At no time did I feel I was getting an inferior treatment or experience because this was a Wahanda offer. Despite the distance I would love to return for another massage if I get the chance and I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone else.

It was my first visit to this spa and although my voucher had expired a few days before my appointment it didnt cause a problem. The spa itself is a 10 minute walk from High Street Kensington tube and on arrival, I was led down to the changing room which was equipped with a steam room and showers. I was then taken to the relaxation room where I sat for a few minutes before being called for my treatment.

I decided to opt for a deep tissue massage but when the therapist realised just how stiff and knotted I was she combined it with elements of a Thai massage. It was quite painful at times but she managed to get rid of the knots and tension in my neck and lower back which have plagued me for months. She was very thorough and quite skilled. After the treatment I sat in the relaxation room, read some magazines and had a leisurely cup of tea!

All in all, I was very impressed with the spa, its facilities and the therapist. I was quite lucky because due to the time of my appointment I pretty much had the place to myself. The normal price of £80 is a bit steep but I would definitely return to treat myself.

The place itself is very small and basic but that really the massage more than makes up for the basic facilities.

I have had Sports Massage treatment from Rhiannon on a number of occasions and, as a sports massage therapist myself, can tell you that she is excellent. She will go as deeply (or not) as you wish and will make the experience just what you have asked for. Excellent therapist.

I cannot comment on the venue as I saw her before she was at The Soma Centre.

This one came as a complete surprise to me. The spa is part of the Xanadu hotel which really didn't work for me -- its one of those all inclusive hotels which is themed on Samuel Taylor Coleridge's Kubla Khan including a reconstruction of the pleasure dome (with waterslide) around the main pool. I was there for a conference and it looked like most of the guests were enjoying it but its really not a place I would want to spend a holiday and not a place you typically find a great spa.

Which is why I was so surprised by the spa -- its a HUGE facility, tastefully done, featuring Babor products and with excellent amenities and a comprehensive list of treatments. I ended up having one of their signature treatments which incorporates 5 different massage techniques and it was bliss -- I fell asleep which I don't do often. The therapist was world-class and it was nice to be able to enjoy the pool, sauna and steam afterwards. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely experience, the message was very relaxing and pampering, the atmosphere was peaceful with lovely relaxing music playing in the background. I would definitely go there again!
