A little disappointing all round really. I did not have the confidence in the staff that I would normally expect when having this type of treatment, there was explanation to how the treatment would be conducted, there was no towel so I had to ask for something to cover myself with and the therapist left the room a lot to collect things from outside for my facial.
The facial was ok and left my skin feeling very soft.
