Latest shiatsu massage review
The massage was great, unfortunately i got to the venue late due to major delays on the underground. I called the venue as soon i was overground to let them know of the situation.
When i arrived at the venue i was told i could only have a massage for 35 minutes as they had other appointments booked, which is fair. So i asked if i could cancel and re-book but they wouldn't allow this as they need 24 hours notice to cancel. Given the circumstances which were unavoidable due to the delays on the underground i feel that they could have been a little less stringent with their rules. As cancelling wasn't an option i asked if they could add some additional time to my next massages as i have a course of 3 with them but they refused.
So whilst the massage was good, i felt a little frustrated at their lack of flexibility.
