Lovely atmosphere & Ellie is such a laid back professional. Nice to find a relaxing place with a friendly welcome & parking outside the door.....treatments were spot on, fell to sleep during reflexology & that tan.....wow! its so natural....it is long lasting, still wearing it now :o) Will be returning for both...

The venue is tucked away in a very lovely place. When i arrived and was shown to the therapy room there was a school nearby which was a bit noisy but the room was clean and the therapist was lovely. The treatment was very relaxing and i drifted off into a deep sleep. Near the end of the treatment there was drilling in the house next door, it ruined the treatment a little but it couldn't be helped. It might be a good idea to offer music, to block out any noises outside......i still enjoyed it a lot and thought it was worth the money.

I have not experienced many reflexology treatments before, I found the treatment relaxing and the therapist advised me of my trouble spots which was useful information. There was a shower in the treatment room too which was useful as I used it afterwards. Overall, I think that the treatment was enjoyable though I doubt that I would purchase many reflexology treatments in the future.

My reflexolgy treatment was carried out by Emma. Emma was very friendly, knowledgeable and mademe feel completely at ease. I found the reflexology treatment very relaxing and I was completely chilled out by the end of the treatment. I enjoyed it so much I paid for further reflexology treatments with Emma.

Fully qualified staff, excellent service thoughout and really friendly. Innerspirit has a team of people who go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable and pampered. They are so community minded and this makes the place really special.

If you want to be pampered then this is the place to go NOTHING is too much trouble for any of the team.

Go and try them out yourselves and I know you want be disappointed!! I have never been disappointed.

I went for a reflexology treatment followed by cupping.
The rooms/beds were quite basic/small. It was the first time I'd been into a sort of 'Chinese Medicine' place - perhaps they are generally more about the treatment itself than providing an aesthetically pleasing/relaxing environment.
The reflexology was more of a deep pressure foot massage, which sometimes was actually quite painful. However, afterwards, I did feel good, so I think it was effective.
Then there was cupping with some back massage, which I thought was good.

My partner did not feel that his therapist was doing a good job as the pressure was not very strong and it felt like a foot massage rather than reflexology. My therapist was better and when prompted explained what was going on so I knew which nerves were affected when he put pressure on the particular points.

A really lovely relaxing experience. Staff were friendly and focused on giving you exactly the kind of experience you were after.It was my first experience of reflexology, and would definitely go again.

I am a freaky but in some way still conservative beauty and health victim.
So massages are most important to me and my beauty.
As shown in my rating it ways really a wonderful massage, I took the four hand massage and it was really a treat and so relaxing to have 4 hands moving in all ways around your body.
I had a great time and can recomment this treatment to everybody!

I have already been to Titanic twice and this will be my third. It is the best experience. Even if you cannot afford any add on treatments, the Heat Experience and the relaxation rooms are fab. The food is also great. The accommodation is really high spec. The problem is you want to experience all areas. Only just came off the phone trying to decide when we can fit in the one I have bought from you. We are already thinking whether next time it comes on offer we should buy 2 nights. Went to a top hotel yesterday for a spa day and realised Titanic has spoiled us now. We were really underwhelmed.

Not the most glam place in the world, but that is what you get with reflexology i feel. It is much more medical in nature, than spa/beauty centric. I had not had a professional reflexology session before, but I found it bery interesting, quite relaxing and i have to say the aches and pains i had complained of were massively reduced in the couple of days following. I am normally very ill during my menstrual time, and I had NO sickness following my treatment. Amazing! I am a reflexology convert. Expect a 'medical' treatment appointemtn rather than a spa treatment and you will have no reason to be disappointed. Staff very helpful, informative and welcoming. Will definitely try it again!

My therapist was really lovely and the reflexology treatment was amazing. I lasted about 10mins before falling asleep! I would really recommend The London Reflexology Centre, especially with the great deal through Wahanda. The foot chart is really useful too.

My reflexology massage was wonderful, the terapist Emma, made me feel very much at ease and welcome from the moment I walked in. We discussed my medical history and she seemed quite knowledgeable about refexology and how the body works all together, did not rush me at all. The massage was gentle with the music in the background, I almost fell asleep. It made me feel quite relaxed.
I came back for the next treatment full price as I really enjoyed it.

The reflexology treatment was relaxing and felt great, but what I wasn't expecting was two things. One being that after, Bianca told me the only two spots that flashed up were back and digestive problems - which is exactly right, and two, how amazing and bouncy I felt walking to my car after! I thought reflexology would be relaxing but actually, it's a lot more than that, and Bianca knows her stuff. Since discovering Be a Beauty through Wahanda, I have booked to go back and shall endeavour to every month from now on.

I first encountered City Marshall and Phillip for the first time through a Groupon offer and I booked for reflexology treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and found Phillip extremely professional and caring. Phillip delved into my past health history to ascertain any ailments and to make sure that he gave me the correct treatment and he also concoted me a "sleep potion" which I found extremely beneficial in aiding my sleep pattern. I would certainly (and have) recommended Phillip and his services to all my friends and I shall be returning in the future for further treatment (time prevailing). The facilities were extremely clean, tiday and very very relaxing. I could have fallen asleep on the premises. Bravo to Phillip.

I did enjoy my treatments at Eastern Natural Care, though I did think the therapist was a little rough on the reflexology. The cupping was weird and im not sure what the benefit was supposed to be afterwards? There wasnt much privacy and the noise wasnt blocked out as you were just behind a curtain so that was quite distracting. After my treatment they gave me a free consultantion which to be honest I found a little offensive - they tried to tell me I looked 50 (despite being under 30!) because I dark cicles under my eyes - which by the way I dont (well no more than the next person). I think they just wanted to make me buy another treatment with them...not the best approach to take.

I think it is your standard Chinese treatment centre. The customer service was not great and they had poor english skills.

I went here with my sister in law in January,the treatment was great for the price we paid.would visit again.Staff were very professional.Have been to urban oasis on several occasions and look forward to going back.

I haven't tried reflexology previously, but found it very relaxing, apart from the occasional twinge where the therapist touched a sensitive spot.

My overall impression was a positive one, although I probably won't be returning as the actual cost, as opposed to the Wahanda price, was quite expensive.

I was very lucky to find city Marshall on google - booked an appointment via email and Phillip was very quick to reply. Gave me several appointment slots via text - this was the most unusual yet accessible - being a Deaf person myself - it quite difficult to make a simple phone call - this is where many businesses are losing on 1 in 6 Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers (over 10 million in UK). With Phillip nothing was too much trouble and making an appointment via text was a bonus for me! Being close to Queen street, so easy for me to get to for an appointment any time of day especially Sundays. With his depth of knowledge I was able to get a Tailor-made treatment - what more could you ask for that to feel like a woman at the end of the day. Look forward to have my hair done there once it ready.

HIs customer base will grow increasingly once I mention this in my forthcoming magazine. Phillip is excellent ;-)

This was my first reflexology experience and I was quite sceptical at first as I thought that surely it wouldn't work but I was proved wrong and came out of my reflexology session feeling very relaxed but also invigorated, quite bizarre. The therapist was very experienced and her knowledge amazed me. I love the fact that I had a therapist who has a passion for this type of therapy. She picked up the fact that I had knee problems on one side and that I also suffered from headaches and tightness on the right side of my neck, and she was able to tell this simply from touching my feet! Quite amazing tbh! I just wish I could afford to have a full course of these sessions as I’m sure I would really benefit health wise from this type of therapy. It is very relaxing and pain free as well. Would definitely recommend this company and the therapists are amazing!

I booked into Aspen through Wahanda to take my sister along who had never had treatments before. Carrie at Aspen exceeded my expectations with her level of customer service right from her welcome email when I had purchased the treatment package. The therapy rooms themselves are beautiful and we had the whole place to ourselves and received a very personal service from Carrie. We each lounged in front of an open fire while the other received their treatments. The consultation before treatments was informative and suited to each of our needs. It was a truly relaxing and revitalising day with exceptional first class treatment. I left, purchasing a beauty package for my friend as I was that impressed and wanted to treat my friend to the experience. I will be back for sure, and my sister had a great first time experience of holistic treatments and therapy. I would highly recommend.

I was late and they couldn't have been nicer about it. The therapist not only didn't cut short my treatment which would have been absolutely fair enough, but instead she gave me an extra half hour on top the whole hour treatment time.

I went with some severe pregnancy pains which had put me in hospital two days before. I came out with bags of painkillers and no diagnosis. Emma, the therapist said she believed I was highly stressed. The treatment felt lovely and I slept really well. I woke the next day with no pain at all, for the first time in a week. Amazing.

My reflexology session was very enjoyable. All you can ask for from a professional reflexologist and the facilities were fantastic. Felt very chilled and balanced for days. They also do Vertical Reflexology - which is very effective, in even very short sessions

I did have 10 minutes of cupping but not enough to notice any benefits. Appreciated the friendly staff and was offered a useful consultation. Reflexology was very relaxing and I almost fell asleep!

The beauty of the studio is that it is calm and peaceful. The therapist did a full assessment and from start to finish I felt that I was being very well looked after. The massage was thorough and sorted out my sore shoulder which had been painful for some time. Separate massage room with heated table- loved it!
The reflexology treatment was surprisingly relaxing and left me very relaxed and full of well being!
For both treatments if I wanted to know why they were doing something, they were very happy to explain why and what the benefits were.

This is a small place in covent garden. It is not the kind of luxury place you can really relax in. The facilities were limited and it really felt like their main purpose was to make you come again by telling you that you had lots of tension in your body and it is beneficial to come at least once a fortnight. The tissue massage was good and so was the cupping experience. I was just a little alarmed with the advice they gave afterwards as both therapists contradicted each other making me feel like they just wanted me to come back again so they could make more money. If you do go, it's a good deal, but i wouldn't recommend paying full price for it.

A friend of mine invited me to go with her to a new spa she had heard about. Which was just down the road. I am so pleased I went, as at first suggested it would be rubbish, as I had heard about a spa which had opened but then immediately closed. It turns out to be the same building but run by an extremely professional setup, as previously someone had used the address to commit some kind of fraud, which did effect their business.

So glad I went as it is tucked away, like a hidden treasure. Don't believe the rumours just visit the site and facebook page, you will see how smart the venue is, whilst the treatments are fantastic

I treated my staff to a day at a Spa. I had never been before and neither had my staff, so a little tongue in cheek, we went along for two reasons, one price and the second locality.

I can honestly say, that the venue looked brand new and the staff were of the highest standards, well done to all. Just one more thing. Being a member also saved me pounds

I visited the Spa within a group for a birthday treat, we were all treated extremely well, and the experience was further enhanced with an over night stay, in a rather luxurious apartment.

It was a very thorough treatment, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was incredible value. The only downside was that the reflexology treatment was slightly painful. I wasn't really expecting that, but it was worth the discomfort for any potential benfits.

Very good experience. Wonderful therapist Tanya who knew what she was doing. When I got there the front desk was empty so I waited there but when nobody had turned up by my appointment time I ventured downstairs and was looking around when the Tanya came out of her room and asked me to wait for a few minutes as she was running a little late.
The room was warm and the massage bench is heated which felt so good since it was absolutely freezing outside.
The treatment lasted a whole hour unlike in some places where the pre treatment questions and results after are included in the hour appointment.
The treatment was very relaxing and I would definitely go back.

I visited the Natural Gifts Holistic Center a couple of weeks ago after having severe lower back pains. I read about Chakra Balancing and thought it would be great to try. After doing days of internet research I finally decided on The Natural Gifts Holistic Center. I scheduled a Chakra Balancing and I WAS NOT disappointed! Zada was so pleasant. She used Reflexology and I must say that I instantly felt better. For the first time in months, I felt better! She also took the time to answer all of my questions and explain other techniques to me. Even though it's not very close to my home, it was well worth the commute and I plan on doing it again soon! Thank you Zada, I am truly grateful. ~Kelli

I have had two treatments at On Cloud Nine and have really enjoyed both of them. I would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to enjoy a relaxing massage in a comfortable environment. The people are lovely and the decor is really nice - I'll definitely be going for another pamper soon :o)

only problem i see is getting an appointment as they'll get booked up once word's out they're open as is a lovely place to be treated! which is why we booked our next treatments before we left.

We chose the back massage which was very relaxing then we went for a swim and sauna afterwards we had lunch there which finished the morning perfectly a great day out

I have been going to Francine for years and couldn't reccomend her more highly! Very proffessional, discrete and personable at the same time. Without her I would look 10 years older!

This was my first hot cupping experince and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My back was sensitive the following day or so, though. The reflexology more intense than I expected. My therapist was very gentle and considerate thought. I would recommend this to anyone.

I went for a combined reflexology and deep tissue massage session for ultimate relaxation. Both were very good, with the right amount of pressure each time. The reflexology was very soothing and the therapist demonstrated excellent knowledge by linking parts of the foot with "issues" to the relevant body part. The deep tissue massage was also good, though could perhaps have gone deeper in certain places. The therapist is delightful. Definitely recommended.

It's a No-No to me. The facility wasn't good for the money I've paid. It's very old and looks dirty. At the end, they just want you to get more treatments by diagnose other problems that you might have (but not all of them were right). I could hear other customers next door which means not much of privacy. However, I had to give a bit of credit to the therapist cos I could feel result next day!

Mario was very pleasant and attentive and put me at ease. He asked me to complete and pre-treatment questionnaire and was very thorough in his pre and post treatment questioning to ascertain my needs. The treatment itself seemed highly specialised and I nearly fell asleep. I would certainly visit him again for another treatment (time willing). I would have liked harder pressure however.

I have been getting massage from Charles for a number of years now and I can't find anyone better to do the job. I live quite a distance from him but I would rather travel and know that I will get a good quality massage than to try someone that isn't as experienced and who won't give me the same excellent results that he gives me every single visit.
He is very accommodating and sometimes can even fit me in at short notice.
I have recommended his massage to many of my family and friends who I know have also taken full advantage of his skills.
I strongly recommend him to anyone wishing to use his services.

I had a wonderful session with the lovely "cathy" who worked wonders on feet relaxing the whole of my body, If you are one of those people who are shy about taking off your cloth to get a message Reflexology is another way of working on the body by using the map of you body though your feet to message parts of your body.

I always find the staff welcoming and charming and i am looking forward to my next session.

The only downside is that it is difficult to get an appointment when you want one.

My wife and I have received several Shiatsu treatments as well as foot reflexology from Philip. Also, Aromatherapy facials and individual products. His service is excellent, his expertise and genuine care is second to none. Really appreciate his after care advice.

My wife and i were visiting Edinburgh for a weekend and whilst looking around on Princess Street and decided to walk a little further to venture some of the smaller streets and came across this beautiful place called OMH Therapies. All the women were dressed in Sari's which looked very nice. My therapist was a man and he was spanish.

i had 2 treatments and they left me feeling blissful. I really enjoyed the experiance and i cant wait to return to Edinburgh to visit this very nice place.

It was my first time at Reflexology and can certainly recommend it. The therapist we had was great, she seemed very competent. I took my mum there using the 2 for 1 which is half an hour each. It is recommended that it takes 30 min per feet rather than 15 so next time I visit it would be for the whole, but it is a great way to see if one enjoys this as it can really hurt at times.

I would recommend the venue, other than that it is really far and a little challenging to find. The stuff and services are great.

The therapist was great. She spent a little time before the treatment getting to know me and how I felt in my body and mind. I felt very comfortable talking about personal things. The treatment that followed was so relaxing and exactly what I'd wanted. Afterwards, the therapist explained a which regions she felt I'd reacted to. This was great because she only told me what she had noticed rather than trying to get me to believe that I had problems or speculating about what those problems were.
The only negative about the whole thing was that I was seen aroung 20 minutes after my appointment time. However I was not on a tight schedule so this didn't really bother me.

I really enjoyed the reflexology session. Mario is so passionate about what he does and he is also extremely professional in his approach. It was easy to set up my appointment and I've got an email from him with a few questions about my general health. When I came in he was very nice and explained everything to me very clearly. The session itself was very relaxing, I almost felt asleep. Mario explained to me how I can feel afterwards and showed me a few tricks for how I can improve the energy flow through my body by massaging parts of my hands. I'm very happy I took this Wahanda deal and have already re-book for the next session.

The level of treatment was excellent - very knowledagable and well-qualified therapist keen to please and make a difference. There were 5 of us, all females, 2 of them who are therapists. We shall definitely be returning....not sure I need to say more, however, I will! The afternoon tea was scrummy, which followed an amazing reflexology session, with hot stones, very relaxing and different. I would always check how many people they will be having that day as the only time it might not be quite as good is if they had 10 people in, if they weren't all of your friends!
It was immaculate, intimate and just great, the perfect spot if you want to celebrate a special birthday with friends, the huge benefit being you can hire it exclusively, and the hot tub outside was sumptious, even though we only live in Harrogate, we thought an overnighter might be fun!!

Mario visits me at my home as it is easier for me as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. I started my treatments 3 weeks ago as I recently had a hip replacement and now have them on a weekly basis. The only way i can express how I feel is that it is so relaxing and makes me feel so much better and improves my circulation. It eases my restless legs as I have not been very mobile. I have noticed an improvement in my mobility and in the way I feel. Its is an hour of ME time and I thoroughly enjoy it. I would hihgly recommend Mario for his professionalism and his knowledge and his ability to listen and understand my problems. A five star treatment from a five star therapist.

I was always sceptical about reflexology. I did not see how having your feet massaged could benefit the rest of your body. However, after feeling unwell and slightly down in the dumps, I decided to give it a go.

During my first session Mario asked a series of questions about the history of my health and my present lifestyle. We then decided the main areas of concern. The session lasted for about an hour. Mario used a very comfortable couch/chair with a cushion for support. The room was warm and softly lit with soothing music.

I found it to be a very relaxing experience and fell asleep. When the session was over I felt as if I was walking on a cushion of air and a bit light headed. Later, I felt great.

I will continue having reflexology and highly recommend it.

It is very hard to find a reflexologist that knows how to treat people and know what they are doing. This session was very good indeed,i should know because a practice refleology myself

A went in frazzled and came out a new woman, my shoulders were very tight and the therapist worked on these specif areas. She also worked on easing my sciatica and I had a very good night sleep that night. Will definitely go again

I was so impressed by my first treatment that I bought two more - one for me & one for my mom (who loved it too). All credit to Tanya, the therapist, who is genuinely lovely and warm. Tanya puts a lot of effort into making you comfortable and creating a relaxing ambience which adds to the enjoyment of the treatment. The treatments I received were excellent (I'm really fussy when it comes to beauty treatments, it takes a lot for me to give such a high rating). The treatment combined with the ambience and Tanya's warm personality makes Nordic Beauty Services a "tip-top" experience.

The reflexology was very good and the cupping was interesting as it was the first time I had this treatment. The 'doctor' gave me a free diagnosis to encourage me to make another appointment, which I did but the treatment did not resolve any problems. The treatment rooms are quite sparse and there is very little atmosphere.

There is no receptionist on entry to the establishment so the therapist requires you to be on time and not early otherwise you will interupt the customer before you. She is very welcoming and there is a nice little waiting area for you. The treatment was fantastic it was thorough and really long, it was supposed to be an hour but went into an hour and a quarter as she was so thorough she is a very pleasant down to earth lady who just puts 100% into making you feel relaxed and helping you unwind. I have booked to have another treatment already. Well worth a visit and highly recommended.

A really awful experience I would not recommend this to first time spa goers or anyone quite frankly. The gentleman on reception/practitioner was ready to squeeze as much money out of his customers where possible and wanted to charge extra for a deep massage even though I had only mentioned I had very bad tension on my shoulders. Very few contraindications of medical conditions were checked and no regard to customers needs were looked into or discussed. I decided to go for the reflexology as I really didn't want a light massage as he demonstrated on my arm for 1 hour. I was then told I would be charged extra for a deep reflexology which I insisted I did not want. The therapist did not speak English and communicated with nudging and shoving which was not at all pleasant. When I asked her simple requests such as please do use so much pressure etc she just laughed and carried on. The foot reflexology was okay but left me more tense as I did not know what to expect next as well as the therapists speaking loudly to each other through the walls. The word cupping was then announced which I was reluctant about, so she gestured she would show me but instead quickly stuck 6 cups on my back and left the room. After being in pain on my right shoulder and having to ask for some assistance she finally came back in and took them off. I expected red marks however I did not expect for my right muscle on my shoulder to swell up and be in agony. The male practitioner explained to me it was not the fault of the treatment it was my muscle and I was one in a hundred people this happens to and showed no concern while the therapist stood watching and laughing! Awful, I am not sure they should be allowed to treat anyone, quite a scary and concerning experience...

It was easy to make a booking and to find the place. The session was ok and Nicola is a very experienced practitioner in reflexology. The premises were not great, an old room in an old building shared with other therapists.

A lovely treatment with Tanya who is a really good therapist. I had reflexology which was very relaxing - I would recommend this therapist, Tanya, to anyone. I was treated very well during the whole treatment.

Eniko's skills are intuitive. She really listens and puts her all into delivering her therapies, so much so that I have been working my way through all her treatments. Hot stone therapy is truly amazing!

reflexology was high quality, and cupping was great. marks fade away within 3-4 days. from reading the reviews next time ill be going in for the massage. very impressed. definitely recommend it.

It was my first experience of cupping which I have always wanted to try for many years. The sensation was strange and some of the red marks (rings) lasted a few days. Would have the cupping again. The Reflexology was also good and it was very beneficial. I felt relaxed afterwards.

Excellent spa my second visit but husband had never been and he was really impressed. My reflexology was fantastic, one of the best treatments I've had anywhere. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times.

reflexology was AMAZING i felt like a new person for the next week. i would defo recommend. the only thing is i would#ve liked more explanation during the treatment or a review at the end of what she found needed working on.

after i got the cuppoing from the doctor which was good, i've never had it before and wasn't sure what to expect. he put a total of 8 cups on me, some felt really good and others felt a little uncomfortable but i guess this is due to toxins and where you are holding them them most (most uncomfortable being where more toxins are) again, didn't really get an explanation.

i did however get talked into buying another treatment which in hindsight was too much to have in one night and i felt a little pressured so i'd say be strong and say no if you don't want anything else doing!

the other thing i felt a little annoying was having to travel home on the tube after the treatments (i had the treatments in covent garden and live in hackney) but this might just be me and not bother others; was not up for the busy friday night train!

Eniko is such a lovely friendly person and was really welcoming and listened to my problems. I think it's the best treatment I've ever had as she focused on my problem areas and make me feel really relaxed. Since the treatment the tension in my back has gone and my sleeping has considerably improved!

The best massage I've ever had, hands down. The therapist (Tia) was very thorough and did a great job of easing out every bit of muscle tension from my head to my toes, in addition to being friendly and keeping to time (as opposed to finishing the massage 5 minutes early like many spas!). The venue itself also has a lovely ambience and the relaxing music really helps you unwind.

Unfortunately however the 'deal' I purchased for £49 was advertised both in the spa and on their website at £45! So not much of a deal, but a great experience nonetheless.

I got £150 worth of vouchers for christmas from this spa because i work in the area and my friend who bought them lives 2 minutes away. I booked a thai massage, a reflexology session and a pedicure. I found the reception staff to be unfriendly (like I was doing them a favour to come there) and snobbish. The therapist's were ok but nothing special - except the guy who did my reflexology who was brilliant. I didn't realise they had a spa downstairs until a few months later when another friend said she'd been to the spa downstairs! I have no idea why I wasn't told about the spa, why I wasn't allowed to use it! But whatever the reason, they lost a customer because it just was not a very pleasant experience for me.

The staff were all very kind and patient. Despite the fact that we were a few minutes late, they didn't make any fuss over it nor did they deduct the time from our treatments. My reflexology treatment was OK - not the sort of reflexology I'm used to, more like a foot massage really which was a bit disappointing but it was nevertheless very relaxing. The therapist was very nice and she gave me some vouchers to use on subsequent visits.

Delighted to find an ayurvedic practitioner in Glasgow. Amanda is reassuringly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and my foot massage / reflexology was just blissful. I've already returned for other treatments and know that I've found a holistic treatment range to compliment my lifestyle and personality.

A lovely little place with professional and efficient staff. Booking was easy, which isn't always the case when using a voucher. The treatment was great and the therapist was chatty at the right times and seemed to take a genuine interest and pride in her work. Definitely recommended.

I had reflexology which was very thorough and deept (I expected that as I've had reflexology before and know its a health treatment and not necessarily a pamper session). The facilities are very basic and the massage table was ridiculously hard - my back was sore and stiff for a few days afterwards. I also had hot cuppinig - not sure what that did other than give me a chance to turn over and relieve my back !

I've jsut had a holistic facial and refelxology treatment at Leeds Wellbeing Centre - I feel fantastic!

To start with this place has very good location in Soho, so for me was easy to come directly from the office. This place is a typical chinese salon, not much different from others of similar type. With my voucher I chose reflexology plus cupping just to try. The therapist was a chinese lady who did not speak english. The pressure was quite hard. In addition to this treatment, the doctor tested my neck and back and explained what issues I had. Today I was there again for osteo-manipulation. That was really worth doing for me as this helped to feel much better.

I originally went to Not Just nails after purchasing a Groupon voucher, I purchased it for a a manicure and pedicure for my holiday. I left it a week before calling not thinking that they would be too busy, and altho they were in-undated with clients Jayne stayed late to schedule me in. I have since been back 4 times for further treatments.

It is set in a pretty little mews off Harley Street. The therapist was sweet and although I said I just wanted to relax, I ended up chatting with her. It was a nice treatment although I am still not completely sold on reflexology as a treatment.

The Reflexology Center is a very clean, professional-looking clinic in a lovely mews around Bond Street and Baker Street. The therapist was lovely and very open to hearing about any health concerns. She was thorough in her work throughout the foot reflexology process. However, I left not really understanding what is the point of reflexology. My feet hardly felt any different than prior to the session and I am not sure what I expected, but it wasn't to have my feet touched slowly by the soft pressure of a thumb. Perhaps I was expecting something closer to a foot massage and should have done more research into reflexology, but I did leave feeling like I didn't really gain anything from the procedure. Lovely people, but don't really think I would need to go back.

Peaceful location, highly relaxing treatment and a very friendly therapist. At the end, I felt like I was floating away. The free foot chart was also a lovely extra. Highly recommended.

I've always wanted to try Thai Massage, heard a lot about it. It was very nice experience and the ambience was relaxing. Staff are very friendly there.I would love to do it again.

This treatment was great...I left feeling totally revitalised. I was also given further treatment advice which was great> I would definately go back and recommend to friends and family. Dont be put off by the basic treatment rooms.

A fabulous relaxing treatment. The salon was clean and friendly and the therapist was very welcoming. The treatment was fully explained to me. Would thoroughly recommend it. Left the salon feeling wonderful!

The staff were nice but the treatment itself was rather lame. All reflexology involves is having one's feet lightly pressed. How this is supposed to improve one's overall health, as reflexologists claim, is beyond me? These claims are obviously a new-age scam. That said, I do enjoy a good foot massage but reflexology is not even that. Also, the treatment environment was not particularly pleasant. I'd choose a pedi over this any day.

No complaints but thought the initial consultation could have been more thorough and wasn't told about what to expect following the treatment. I did my own research after feeling very tired and sick afterwards. The treatment itself was fine and I would have it again but next time I would prefer not to have chatted the whole way through it.

My reflexologist was OK, he hit the right spots although my partner's one failed to explain anything to him and the reaction of my partner was that it was a waste of time and that perhaps she (the therapist) either did not speak good English or was not experienced enough to explain the benefits of reflexology (it was his first time) or do it properly or simply did not press hard. At a reduced price that we paid, it was OK, at least for me. However, I probably wouldn't pay the full price for what it is.

Very friendly therapist who was flexible with appointment times to allow me to attend a session directly after work. Very relaxing treatment. Would consider using this practice again. Overall good experience.

I enjoyed the experience as I had never tried reflexology. Fortunately I am healthy so there was not much to find during the session so I would probably not return The therapist was very pleasant to chat with

This establishment has become a 2nd family to me, in times of need when I had nowhere else to go, a friend took me along to recieve some Reiki. I have never looked back since. After a few months of recieving the treatment for a minimal donation (which they do 3 different days a week) I went on to do Reiki 1 myself and then a few months later I did Reiki 2. It has changed my life and I am forever grateful. The team couldn't make you feel any more welcome!
