Just wanted to thank you again personally for your excellent treatment on Sunday.
My left hip/pelvic area felt significantly free-er and ‘lighter’ following the treatment, and I particularly noticed that little stiffness after driving 90 min + home. The injury recovery/rehab is still ‘work in progress’ and I will need/am receiving further treatment, but what you did really helped. I managed my first run exceeding 1 hr (1 hr 10) yesterday and for only the second time since resuming running (or crawling!), I felt the confidence that enabled me to run up to my fitness limitation, rather than running protectively because of fear of harming the hip.
So, thank you again very much for your help and your impressive all-round skills.
| The Natural Therapy Centre | Sometimes memories can become locked into the fascial system and manifest themselves in physical pain. With the help of MFR the physical and emotional content of any injury, literal or symbolic, can be addressed in a safe and gentle way. MFR also treats the injury at source allowing the patient to heal at the deepest level. Myofascial Release Therapy is a specialised physical therapy that affects and releases the restrictions within the fascial network. The therapy is an art form. The MFR therapist not only takes in to consideration what they see in the patients postural assessment but works directly with what they feel and sense from palpating and treating the body. | more > |
