My friend and I went here for our monthly catch up and we will be going back the microdermabrasion took about 5 years off me everyone commented which made me feel great i also had a hot stone massage the treatment room as so loverly and there was music playing i was so relaexed i didnt want it to end. I cant recoment this treatment enough it was amazing.
The staff were all very friendly made us very welcome and couldnt do enough for us.
We have already booked for next month and cant wait to try the other services

It was very relaxing and my skin felt so soft and clean afterwards. I will certainly make this a regular treat. Well done Wahanda for showing me where to go.

Arriving in Kensington High St. I expected at the very least a quality beauty salon. So, to be faced with the basement of Superdrug, and when I got there, the very back area which was a couple of rooms made out of partition board and a small desk with a computer on it, I was quite surprised. My surprise turned to shock when, after a 40 min journey to the venue I needed to use the bathroom, and was told that they do not have that facility there and I had in fact to go over the road and use the public toilet in M&S. Needless to say the appointment did not start well. After my venture to M&S (thanks M&S for that!) I returned to have my treatment (microdermabrasion). I cannot say that the treatment went well, I have a personal microderm at home which, in all honesty, does a better job than the machine which they had. It was not in my opinion microdermabrasion and I was so disappointed with the whole process that I didn't return for the 2nd or 3rd (paid for) appointments. I will not even bother to talk abou the staff. Would not, could not recommend to anybody.

I am in my thirties and have suffered from adult acne for some years. I purchased three sessions of Microdermabrasion (at a great value price) and having nearly finished these sessions I can highly recommend how great they have been. They have made a massive difference to my skin and I have had a considerable amount of less spots.

The venue is ideally located in Leeds Centre and has a great relaxing ambience. The therapist is brilliant - friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. They have a great system to remind you about appointments too.

I cannot recommend Cosmeodcotor highly enough and I will certainly by looking on her to book other offers from them in the future.

I have been having regular facials at Rani Mirza for about the last 4 four years. Prior to that, I had had facials maybe once a year as no matter what salon I went to I never found that they made a visible difference and was always suspect as to their benefits. All that changed when I went to Rani - people (who were unaware that I had had a facial) kept commenting on how glowing and radiant my skin looked. After having red carpet facials, I have also been asked by friends (on more than one occasion) whether I have had botox because my lines disappear and my skin looks so perfect!

The deep cleanse and red carpet facials are one and a half/two hours of pure relaxation and pampering. I am a lawyer who works long hours in a stressful job - The salon and treatment rooms are serene and the atmosphere is relaxed - I frequently fall aleep during my facials and always leave at the end of the treatment not only with fresh skin but feeling rejuvinated and a great deal calmer than when I arrived.

The products Rani uses are top notch and Rani and her team of facialists really are at the top of their game - I trust them implicitly with my skin and their advice on what products to use. They are friendly and knowledgable but never pushy when it comes to buying products. They are also very accommodating when it comes to having to rearrange appointments etc.

I would not consider going anywhere else for my facials and the other treatments I have at Rani Mirza -and I would not hesitate in recommending Rani Mirza.

There clinic is in The Tanning Shop downstairs, there was no reception area there so when i went downstairs i wasn't sure what do to i just sat down hoping someone would eventualy come. I was waiting for about 10 minutes then the therapist came out from one of the rooms, she greeted me and asked me to fill in a form. Once that one done we went into the room she asked if i've had this treatment done before, she explaind the whole process in detail, then we got started. Ive have this treatment before but not the diamond one which is a bit courser granules but by no means painfull.

i found it a plesant experience and look forward to my next one, the therapist was very nice, helpfull and chatty

I have been going to this small, welcoming salon regularly for more than a year. They are due to expand fairly soon and need encouragement.

When I have been having treatments I am a bit of a watcher, everyone there seem to be happy and pleased with the results, whether it was hair or nails or pedicure or massage.

On the odd occasion when a client wanted a slight change to the haircut, the stylist was only too happy to oblige, so that everyone was happy. I know with me and haircuts I just leave it to the expert but many people know what they want which is great and helpful to the stylist. iF ANYONE HAS A COMPLAINT is best to deal with it there and then and not go home and get frustrated or upset.

I can't understand some of the comments on here as Tina the Manager is extremely approachable and happy to discuss the clients requirements before the treatment begins.

During last year I was not in a good place but after several sessions of Indian Head Massage I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel.

The groupon deals I have had have been good and have given me a taster of whats available. Since then I have had Hotstones massage which is fabulous. I could go on and on as I am so impressed with the treatment that I have had there. I have seen first hand that everyone is made welcome when they arrive- all precautions are taken to ensure the right treatment or products are given.


MY EXPERIENCE AT INNERSPIRIT HAS BEEN AMAZING.

My skin looked really good afterwards and the explanation behind the treatment was really interesting.

I did go on to buy a course of treatments, that said I also felt a little bit pressured to buy something, there was a lot of sales talk included in the process, which did make me a bit uncomfortable.

I had booked for MIcrdermabrasion, Glyco Peel and derma treatment, in a package called Look 10 Years Younger.

When I went to book, I was told that I had to buy some face cleanser to use, before I could have the peel. This wan't explained in the offer and a bit annoying if you think you only have to go one day for the whole package. The treatement was done in 2 days with a few weeks inbetween each one.

Treatments were good though

Great little salon very friendly and always some offers on. Lauren was great and put me at ease. Would definitely book more treatments. Microdermabrasion was great but felt maybe needed a bit stronger but gave me after kit which was perfect.

I had 3 treatments which lasted for 30 minutes. The therapists were quite good and friendly. I was advised of further treatments to get rid of my acne scars and I am hoping that in future such treatment will be available via Wahanda.

If you have ever been unlucky to be diagnosed with Cancer you are not welcome at Destination Skin . Been in remission for 18 months but refused treatment for a pampering facial due to this previous unfortunate illness . Shocking !!! They expect you to provide a doctors letter 18 months on !!!! . I felt ashamed and i had had the plague !! . Don t you think i have been though enough and deserve some pampering ?? I have been having facials for the past year at lots of different salons and never never been asked to provide a letter regarding my health they have accepted my word . The last thing you want when you feel yuk is a facial believe me i know

PERFECT PEDICURE! Came to the salon at the end of April for a pre holiday pedicure- with Louise, the service provided was great. I was made to feel at home straight away, the pedicure was done to a very high standard. I also noticed they have started to do Microdermabrasion and booked my self in for a session, the consulation was very in-depth asking questions about my lifestyle, skin concerns etc. The treatment it self is very relaxing, and I was given excellent aftercare. I would 100% recommend Heaven at Number 7 and will be returning very soon.

This is the second package I bought for Microdermabrasion at Cosmedoctor. Booking is painless and I love the confirmation and reminder by email. The New Facilities at the Tanning shop are an upgrade from the Superdrug location. Very clean and relaxing. I have had different therapists and everyone is nice and professional. Overall a very good experience. In fact I am buying a 10 sessions course.

the staff are very friendly and have good knowledge and qualifications. it's a new place so they are still organising themselves but there is no heating in some of the treatment rooms and it was freezing during my treatment. they should prvovide electric heaters if the heating is not workiong very well.
as for the treatment - depends who does it.I am sure It's meant to be longer that the less than 10 mins I got for the second time. However I ma sure that if I had said something it would have been longer.
in general it's a good value for money with vouchers and girls there are really nice.

The treatment was OK for £20 but I would not pay any higher. My skin did not feel any different from if I used an ordinary facial scrub. It certainly did not look any different after the treatment or the following day.

to be honest it was the staff that let my experience down. The therapist that did my facial was above her station and had an almost rude attitude about her.

I had a fabulous facial by Leanne , it was so relaxing i felt sure i would nod off to sleep .
The microbiabrasion treatment was amazing , i will definately go again .

I bought a diamond microdermabrasion via Groupon for this venue. Booked my appointment a little difficult as they explained they had sold over 300 treatments and where struggling to book people in. On the day of my appointment I woke with a cold sore, you are unable to have a microdermabrasion with a cold sore as it causes the sore to spread and can contaminate the equipment used. I contacted the venue to explain and was informed that if I did not have the treatment done that day they would not book me in for another appointment. I did not have the treatment done so therefore have lost the money I paid for the offer. I will not attempt to book any other treatments at this venue as their care policy for clients raises questions and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have since booked another microdermabrasion with a different local company who have the correct policies for carrying out this treatment who are in agreement that this procedure should never be carried out with a cold sore present as it can cause a further outbreak and spread the virus.

I had bought an online voucher from Living social for my Microdermabrasion and a collagen mask. The treatment was excellent and I loved the result of this. I would book here again for this treatment and I think it would be worth it to pay full price. The lady that did my treatment was lovely, very friendly and explained everything that she was doing, which I liked.

The owner is really lovely and friendly and the beauty therapist is great. She's very professional and I really enjoy my treatment there. I feel totally relaxed afterwards and would definitely go back for more treatments there.

they badly damaged my skin in spring 2011 and now I cannot go out without thick layer of makeup. I think my skin is damaged 4ever, so beware of risks!! theie equipment is unregistered and their attitude is to squeeze all money from any client without any care about client needs. Absolutely disonest and unprofessional people.

Salon in an easy to find location from High St Kensington tube station. CosmeDoctor Kensington High Street branch was set downstairs in the basement making it quiet and peaceful. The staff there are friendly and make you feel at ease.The treatment rooms are comfortable and wonderful to step into.

What a great value! From booking until the end of the treatment whole staff were very friendly and professional. Having experience the MDA before I can definitely say that this time I felt much difference on my face and the complexion was brighter and softer after one treatment only. Can't wait for another appointment.

Excellent value for money, found the treatment very useful for my skin and felt the difference straight after the first treatment. The therapist was very informative and gave many tips on what works best with my skin.

I recently found out about microdermabrasion, being a big fan of trashy magazines I read how it was the new rage in Hollywood. Being susceptible to all the crap I read I had to go try it out, I was actually amazed at how great it really was. It's like exfoliating but on a whole new level. It literally felt like 2 layers of dead skin had been removed from my face leaving behind the smoothest softest freshest layer I have seen in years. Even my husband noticed and claimed I looked 'youthful' that day and he never notices anything anymore ;p Anyways, after having had my skin consultation the procedure began. i went for the 45 min. session but am quite eager to try out the longer one, can't remember how long it was off the top of my head. But I really would recommend everybody try this procedure especially if you're already an exfoliater, there is nothing like it out there....trust me!!

The value was great and the therapist was very sweet and chatty. It doesn't look much from the outside as it is under a tannimg shop but it is clean and modern.

Love having this treatment and being able to buy courses on the special offer is great. The salon is small but nice and the therapist are all friendly and know what they are doing. Had to wait 15 mins at my last appointment, which was a bit annoying but it happens, would have been nice if therapist was able to pop out to let me know that she was running behind but guess that isn't always possible if in the middle of a treatment, there is no reception so this also doesn't help either and when you arrive you aren't always too sure they know your there.

The clinic is simple but clean but, would never pay £450 for the treatment I had, the voucher was for a treatment of the duration of one and half hour but once there I have waited for 20minutes and after 40 minutes my treatment was over.
The result after was not too bad, but definitely not worth the real pice.

This place needs a new 'receptionist' and better customer service.

You have to call the number on the website to book which is a mobile of a girl who always sounds like she is on the bus or out and about... which could explain why the past two times I have been here the appointments have been double booked/forgotten about.

The actual therapist is not apologetic about this, and last time accused me of just turning up. She was chewing gum the whole time she was doing my facial and I found her manner quite rude, not at all relaxing as you expect with a facial!

Very frustrating that you cannot book your next appointment when you are there as I was supposed to have my facials 10 days apart but every time I called to book no availability for a month at a time.

I went with family and we were all made to feel very welcome. The treatment was amazing and the therapist was lovely. The ambience and atmosphere was lovely. Will be going back.

after being recommend by a friend i booked in for a massage and microdermobrasion inc facial, jodie thr owner was very professional and gave me THE BEST MASSAGE iv ever had, i had my treatments in the 'budda room' which was beautiful and very welcoming. friut tea/water was offered on arrival and after treatments. i have now rebooked for a gelish manicure and pedicure as jodie and the other therapists nails looked amazing! would highly recommend for all treatments

Venue easy to find & near underground station. Microdermabrasion therapist (Latoya) was professional and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit, as I can already see the improvement in my skin condition after only one treatment.

This is was a very good session, admittedly being inside Superdrug without much sound proofing means it lacked the normal relaxing environment of a beauty treatment. Nonetheless, the microdermabrasion was very good. The therapist was lovely and really focused on the problem areas mentioned.

I just wanted to say that this is a great salon. I have been going for several months and the staff is friendly, the premise are clean and they have the latest treatments on offer. They are based within a gym and a little hard to find.

I had 3 sessions of microdermabrasion at the highstreet kensington branch. My skin felt very smooth just after each treatment but I could have done a home facial and it would have felt the same. Im not impressed by this treatment. The staff and the place are great though and knowledged.

Booked a course of 3 micro derm last December and bought another set of 3 plus the Vit C at the end of my third treatment during their January offers sale. I have to say my skin looks fresher and brighter after the third Vit C peel. Yes, the Vit C peel does sting, but I noticeably saw the difference. Each time, the therapist would ask how my skin has reacted to the previous session, and each time she adapted the treatments so that I got the best out of it (I started by having teh Vit C first then the derm, but my skin worked better with the derm first then the peel). I have to say during the six treatments I have had, I had the pleasure of three different therapists, but by far, Lucie was the best! She didn't even try the hard sell at the end of my sessions, so neat and tidy in her work and really nice...I would definitely look out for more sessions, and book more during their offers/sales times....!!

I first visited this place after I bought a pamper voucher off Wahanda.

Firstly, when I arrived, I was most pleased by the ample free parking adjacent to the salon.

On entry, the salon was clean, bright and well kept. I met my therapist Sarah who took me to one of the treatment rooms to explain the package.

To be completely honest, when I book things and I get a very good deal, my expectations are lowered by my "you get what you pay for" mentality. Imagine my surprise at not only meeting a therapist who is resolutely passionate about her work, but also having the ability of making you feel completely at ease instantly.

The room was lovely and warm (towels on the ready on the radiator) and my treatments began.

Everything about it was sublime. I felt like I was in there for more than the two hours. Every treatment I had (massage, body wrap, micro dermabrasion facial, eye treatment, eyebrow tinting and threading - i think there may have been more but I was in relax central so can't remember) was perfect.

I struggle to find a really masseuse but Sarah really knows her stuff and worked those knots out like a dream.

I have since been back for more micro dermabrasion facials and I also have a massage booked for the next visit.

Probably the most relaxing facial I have ever had. A lovely peaceful experience with great facilities and wonderful staff. I had a professional microdermabrasion and thorough facial with collagen mask. Both the ambiance, staff and treatment were fist class. Very pleased =}

Easy to find location in Kensingston, minutes from the tube station.
Easy to book in for microdermabrasion. It was explained that the first appointment would be slightly longer, as it involved a skin consultation.
Although the address is a tannning salon, you go down stairs to a well presented area for treatments.
It was my first microdermabrasion treatment, but it certainly will not be the last.It feels strange, but not painful, like a very gentle suction over your skin. Afterwards my skin looked very clear.
Have already booked a second treatment.

I used the microdermabrasion at the Superdrug location which is not a quiet place hopefully the new location will be more restful and relaxing.

The therapist was very nice, however she didnt give me much information before or after the treatment of the benefits, etc. without me asking. She was very helpful though once i started conversation and asking questions. Very nice girl, and am looking forward to going back.

The facial was fantastic and the products are wonderful for my eczema. The session was not hurried and there was no hard sell. My irritated eczema felt very relieved after the facial. Try the mask and the barrier cream.

Went for my second microdermabrasion session, which has left my skin looking amazing. Sarah, one of the therapists is really lovely and friendly, and makes you feel really relaxed. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

The mini facial was good and service provided was satisfying. The products used were good and facilities was nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the treatments offered are very pricey.

I found this venue not only gorgeous but very convenient being in the centre of town. I've had my Microdermabrasion done by 2 different beauticians and found them both to me pleasant and professional. The owner has always been on hand to offer extra support and discounted deals. Being a mum of a 1 year old I was also able to take me little boy into the venue which is very helpful when us mums are on the go!!! Not only was the 3 sessions great value for money it has left my skin looking AMAZING!! 5 stars all round.... Thank you Jasmine Rooms

i have been here a few times now, its not the most luxurious ie celeb glamour its a standard decor place but the results of this treatment are amazing even after 1 my skin was glowing, seemed new and fresh, my pores were refined and i looked younger and healthier.

i suffer with acne and have some mild acne scarring and it makes it less visible, my foundation goes on a lot smoother and i have no dry/oily patches as it evens my skin tone.

they therapist showed me what came out of my skin and along with the dead skin cells i could see that it had removed clogged pores so stops me getting any blackheads or spots.

Therapist was very friendly and welcoming. Treatment was good, although I felt it was a little under the time of 30mins stated, I would have expected to have a full 30mins of the treatment rather than the 15mins it felt like. All in all though it was good and good value for money, I will be going back for my other two treatments included in the package I brought and just seen a even better offer for the same treatment so will be getting that as well.

I have been attending Waterside Aesthetics for over 3 years now, and have recommended Waterside to many, many friends.
I have had many treatments, ranging from Peels, to Botox, Filllers, Sculptra and more recently a Micro Lift. I can honestly say, i would not hesitate to recommend the staff, advice, and treatments i have had I have always been given, honest advice, and been treated as an individual, resulting in what i can honestly say, has been excellent results in whatever i treatment i have had.
All staff have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and proffessional in both their work, and attitude to myself. Nothing is too much trouble here, you are treated with the upmost care, and discretion.
Helen has treated me for botox, fillers, and sculptra, and initially when i first went to see her, rectified someone elses bad Botox job, i had had, and as a result i would not let anyone else near me with a needle !!

In Feb 2012, i had a Micro Lift at Waterside, which i am over the moon with, and has taken away my jowls, and i have rediscovered my jaw line !!

I had microdermabrasion there and it was a good treatment. The venue is clean and tidy but actually very small. Anyway the therapist was nice and the treatment was pleasant - even if I may need a stronger and more intense treatment than this.

I bought the microdermabrasion (set of 3, I've had two so only 1 to go) and I had previously purchased one microdermabrasion from Cosmedoctor before. The venue is basic but very clean (although it has now moved to another location but I haven't been there yet); the staff are always very friendly, put you at ease, and provide helpful advice about treatments and skin care, without trying to sell you something; the microdermabrasion treatment is painless, and although I get a bid red afterwards that's normal for some people. I also tend to break out a bit too (again, normal for some people apparently), and I'm still not sure if it is making a difference to my skin, but they say treatments on a regular basis is required, so perhaps I just have to persist.

i felt comfortable visiting the salon . i felt at ease and was greeted with a smile , it was a clean enviroment and felt there was no snobbery feeling towards me either . i will go back for same and maybe different treatment in the future. very happy to go again.

I purchased a deal for 3 microdermabrasion treatments and so far had two of them: the first one at the old location inside Superdrug and the last session at the new place where the salon moved few weeks ago. While facilities at Superdrug were very basic, the new location is a lot better. My therapist was very good, friendly, professional and efficient. It was easy to book appointments and they keep to schedule.

I went to Cosmedoctor at SuperDrug in High Street Kensington. The facilities were clean and efficient but not very soothing. In the treatment room they have a central light, very bright in my eyes so was not very relaxing. But the staff were very helpful and quick when I made the reservations (in person and on the phone). Also I got confirmation and reminder via email for each appointment that is always very helpful;. When I arrived for the appointments they were always on time. The treatments (three sessions of microdermabrasion) and the therapist were excellent and I am seeing results so I booked another course of 3. They have moved now to another location just around the corner so facilities and ambience might get better.

This was a great pampering experience. The therapist was lovely and put me at my ease straight away.
The treatment was excellent and my skin was glowing and much smoother. This facial is tip top and does everything it says on the tin-I can fully recommend it and will not hesitate to visit this clinic again.

The receptionist and therapist were great. Facilities are so-so but my treatment was good. It was the diamond mircrodermobarsion not crystal clear (in case that is what you are expecting), my skin looked so much better straight away

The salon has quite a clinical feel, with very basic white rooms. But overall I was impressed with the staff and the equipment and felt that my microdermabrasion was very thorough and done well. This was an excellent deal for the price.

The staff were friendly and I felt quite comfortable from start to finish. The therapist was extremely knowledgable and made suggestions on how to take care of my skin after the treatment. The whole procedure was very relaxing. Will definitely go back again!

The venue did somewhat let me down, but since 18 Feb 2012 they have moved around the corner. All in all it was Ok, value for money and I have been back since.

The staff were friendly, however they changed my appointment just a few hours before I was coming for the session, which was an inconveniance for me. The therapist seem to be knowledgebe and willing to share her expertise without being pushy selling products. The diamond microdermoabrasion was a real treat! All in all with a wahanda voucher it's a very good deal.

the mini salon is in the basement of a Superdrug store in Kensington high street but you go into a private set of rooms.Friendly helpful therapist.Treatment left me slightly pink and very slightly sore but went for a coffee and in about half an hour no redness and skin had calmed.A couple of days later I noticed that complexion felt really soft and smooth and congestion around nose was greatly improved

Excellent treatment today which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sarah was a superb masseeuse and made me feel so relaxed. She explained exactly what she was going to do and was very easy to chat with, really friendly. The treatments I had were: body wrap, back and shoulder massage, microdermabrasion, eyebrow threading, eyebrow and eyelash tint and collagen for the eyes. I feel 10 years younger and am looking forward to treating myself again here in the future. I can happily recommend the salon and the treatments.

I felt taken care of from start to finish of my visit to the beauty salon. The lady on Reception was cordial and warm.

The therapist was extremely knowledgable and asked me relevant questions about my skin routine and made suggestions for how to maximise the results after the treatment.

My skin was red post treatment but that is because my skin is ultra sensitive. It did not hurt at all and was very relaxing actually. The day after it felt soft and all the dry patches were gone and it looked glowing. I would definitely have the treatment again and at the same place. I think the three treatments would have been better than one in hindsite but I wanted to try it out.

The clinic is conveniently located in House of Fraser in Westfield, White City. So very close to Shepherd's Bush Station.
The downside of it being located in House of Fraser is that you need to use their toilets, the nearest one being the disabled one which was filthy.
I had the vitamin C skin peel (set of 3) but was pleased to be offered a deal for Microdermabrasion to compliment the skin peel. The session starts with a skin analysis under UV light which is great and slightly horrifying at the same time.
The therapist accuratley explained the procedures, how it would feel, what to expect etc
I did feel like there was a bit of a sell on their products at the end, but they were in the January sale.
Overall it was a pleasant treatment and the location is really handy so I'm happy to return.

As well as the basic maintenance (waxing, pedicure, manicure etc) I woulld highly recommend Pure Beauty for Facials and the wonderful slimming and lifting leg massage. I have been going there c.4 years having tried many other (more expensive) therapist and have been very very happy. Try them you won't be dissappointed!

When I arrived I had stirred some confusion by phoning first to cancel it...but later on I could make it anyway. When I got there it was easy to find and plenty of place to park in front of the nail salon.

But the picture they have on the website of Wahanda is not the same one what the actual thereapy room is like... a but more plain and simple really just a room in a nail salon.

Very friendly helpfull staff. There was some confusion about my appointment time as mine was 17.30 in my diary but they had 5 o clock in their books. So I would miss out on a part of my treatment the bodywrap...but Sarah who treated me was really friendly and did give me the bodywrap experience with the coconut smell cream on my legs and arm... with an extra massage! Was very nice.

Microdermabrasion experience different at first but quite enjoyed the sandingpaper exfoliation feeling!

Back neck shoulder massage was lovely and relaxing.

It's in a superdrug which wasn't made clear. Only one basic treatment room.
They only provide diamond microdermabrasion, personally I prefer crystal.

Since it opened I have seen Exclusive Beauty develop and respond to the needs of people like me who wish to maintain a healthy body and appearance using a range of modern techniques and equipment in a friendly and ethical environment. This family run business takes a real pride in the services it offers. They always have time for me and I find the personal attention to detail from the staff and the immaculate surroundings so relaxing that I leave feeling like a new person. When our teenage nephew developed facial complexion problems, typical of boys of his age, my wife and I suggested treatment at Exclusive Beauty for his birthday present and the results were lasting and clear to see. I have recommended Exclusive Beauty to all my friends and I am so pleased to be able to do so again to a wider audience through this forum.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, facilities were nice and convienient location. The treatment itself was good and i think my skin looks a little clearer although I think you would need to course of treatment to notice any difference. My skin is still quite dry with some blemishes.

I went to the Beauty Room with my daughter. She had the fish pedicure and I had a microdermabrasion treatment. Lauren and Charlotte looked after us from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. 1st class service making us feel very special. Charlotte gave me lots of information before and after my treatment. Lauren gave me a voucher for my next treatment at a reduced price. Excellent service and value for money. Thanks ladies.

Microdermabrasian is brilliant for the skin if it does in the right way and Skin Spa really does. The therapists do seem to provide different facial services so make sure you ask for extraction and for the cooling down mask at the end. If your skin is a little sensitive it might come up a bit red but this is normal and worth it for the smooth skin!

I bought a voucher through an online company. I visited Brown Sugar for my session and I have to say I loved the result. The lady was very thorough and went through everything with me first and the aftercare. Microdermabrasion here is very good.

I was very satisfied with my microdermabrasion sessions so far. The equipment was top notch and It definitely has the effect required. I've had microdermabrasion before and did not see any effect. All and all, recommended.

Staffs and therapist were kind and helpful, the practice clean and well looked after. I was very pleased with the treatment and would definitely recommend and use Adore Me again

I received an absolutely brilliant diamond microdermabraison treatment. Really pleased with the excellent results and therapist. A bit tricky to find but worth the journey over to the small salon.

I had my appointment with Sarah today and I am very pleased with the results. Sarah was very friendly and professional and explained about the treatment. After my first visit, I can already see the difference and can't wait for appoitment.

I visited CosmeDoctor on High Kensington this morning. I was sincerely appalled with the level of service received today. Both of the beauticians (one blonde caucasian, one mixed race brunette) where unbelievably rude, unhelpful or apologetic.

Upon my arrival I was required to wait for the two colleagues to finish their personal conversation before being approached and acknowledged. I arrived seven minutes late to my to my nine o'clock appointment for a Microdermabrasion due to an unexpected bus diversion in Notting Hill coming from Ladbroke Grove. The employee who conducted my treatment informed me that she would only be able spend twelve minutes with me as she was expecting another customer at 9.30am. Thus, I required if I could possibly reschedule my treatment at a more suitable time upon which the other consultant rudely said 'No!' and that I would 'lose the appointment, so it is better to do something today'. I wasn't even on the treatment table for eleven minutes when I found myself being ushered out of the room. When inquiring about booking a follow-up consultation both assistant took to their mobile phone devices in another private conversation; 'Yay! I've received a text!' , before I was able to book my next appointment for the 16th February. Furthermore, I was overtly shocked to see that there was not yet another customer waiting to be seen as of yet, as it was very early in the morning a evidently extremely quite.

Having left the salon extremely infuriated, angry and impossibly disappointment with my treatment today and the service. I am honestly dreading to return for a follow-up procedure. Although, I bought the Microdermabration package at a discounted rate, I am still a paying customer whatever the price and have thus, paid for a service that I have yet to experience fully. Also, having previously worked in retail and with customer service myself, I am sincerely disgusted with how I have been treated today and would never recommend anybody to ever undergo a procedure at this salon, EVER!

I visited Cari at Aspen Therapies and treated myself to the New Year pamper package which included a Hot Stone Massage and Microdermabraion Facial. The treaments were very relaxing and just what I needed during a long cold January! The treatment room is lovely and Cari is quick to put you at ease. Will be booking my next treat soon!

I usually don't complain, but I just had to after my visit to Elegance Beauty.

I bought a voucher for 6 microdermabrasion sessions and had my first one booked in a few weeks ago.
First of all I had to wait for 20 min to be seen, and as I was waiting one of the staff asked me to move as she was hoovering the waiting area. When I was finally seen, the "therapist" did NOT clean my face, she only spritzed some water and dried with a tissue. I wear a lot of make up during the day due to my skin problems, so this meant that she was peeling my skin with my make up on...
I thought this was very odd and yesterday when I went for a skin consultation with another salon I asked about this and the lady said that the skin needs to be completely clean before the microdermabrasion!
My skin was flaking and was very red for one week after the visit and even though this can be normal I'll be asking for my money back!
Avoid!

Very friendly, easy to talk to. First time I've had this treatment. Put my mind at rest. Everything was explained to me. Would go back agan - in fact I am - next month!

A great-value deal, though you'd have to be mad to pay full price for it, as it wasn't worth anything like that! Five treatments, all of which were nice, but because they're all done at the same time it only actually takes 75 mins - over £100 for that would be ridiculous! I was very very pleased with the eyebrow shape. The massage was nice. The body wrap wasn't really a wrap - a bit of stuff on my arms and legs and a sheet over the top of me while the other treatments were carried out - I'd never pay anything to have that "wrap" again. The microdermibrasion was quite effective, but very quick - again I wouldn't pay full price for that ever. The therapist was lovely. It's just a room in a nail salon, but then for £29 I wouldn't expect more. A good deal if you want to try some treatments or just have a little pamper. I left feeling relaxed and that I'd treated myself. Very pleased, and were the offer permament I'd go back again and again for it, but wouldn't pay full price for any of the treatments.

The staff was friendly, helpful and considerate, the treatment room was basic, no luxury and the treatment was good and appropriate. I would definitely go back there for more treatment

Fab! Honestly the best microdermabrasion I have had and I have been to many different salons, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. My therapist did a really thorough cleanse and full facial followed by microderm and a masque, very relaxing which microderms usually arent! I have booked more through the salon since and considered other treatments there

I purchased this for my younger sister as a Christmas present and she was very happy overall. The therapsit was professional and friendly which was important as my sister is consious of her skin, the clinic was nicely laid out and decorated... she will definetly go back! Great value for money

I have visited Nirvana many times in the last 8 months , I find the staff very warm and welcoming and i would highley recomend the salon. The treatment i recieve are always professional and and reasonable prises . . I now look forward to my monthly visit to the salon.

On my recent visit to Aspen I had a hot stone massage followed by a microdermabrasion facial. The combination of therapies was fantastic and exactly what I needed after the hectic festive period. The therapy room at Aspen is so luxurious and Cari is one of the best beauty therapists I've come across.
I honestly can't recommend this package highly enough, consider it part of your essential maintenance!

Loved the ambience of the treatment room, and being given a glass of water with lemon and lime wedge in it was a lovely touch. Cari made me feel at ease and was very professional and really knew what she was talking about. The treatment itself was explained thoroughly beforehand so there was no surprises and I was very happy with the results after the microdermabrasion. I would definitely go back, not just for microdermabrasion but maybe to treat myself to a massage or something.

i,ve been in hydi studio several times. for hair, facial , mani/pedi and all of them were very good.
the stylist was very professional and i love my high light and hair cut was fantastic, also facial and nail treatment were more than was i expected. i am suggesting this place for every one. is really worth to try this place before spending lots of money some where else.

I had the 10 years younger package - can't remeber all the treatments but it involved ultrasound microdermabrasion and a pumpkin and glycolic peel. Stephen did the treatment, he was lovely, really knowledgeable, very friendly. He explained everything before and as he was doing it. The treatment was really enjoyable. I felt very relaxed. I was really pleased with the results. My skin felt fresher and smoother. It's been almost a week since my treatment and I have had quite a few comments on how good my skin looks. I would highly recommend body regeneration clinic.

Arrived at the salon to be greeted by the lovely Sarah and shown into a beautifully decorated treatment room. Sarah began with the microdermabrasion and went to great lengths explaining how the treatment worked and what the benefits would be to my skin. She continued with the other treatments and was both friendly and efficient throughout. I certainly see a difference to my skin and am looking forward to going back to Enhance for more pampering, in fact I am booked in on the 27th of this month ! I would not hesitate in recommending this salon and any of the treatments on offer to anyone.

It was hard to find as it did not state that it was in the superdrug store, which was a bit strange. The place was a little unorganised as they could'nt find the therapist but when she did arrive she was very professional and pleasant. I was pleased with my treatment but it was a plavour trying to book my next appointment..

I had Microdermabrasion combined with a skin peel ,a great treatment- my skin was slightly bruised for two days , but then looked fresh and radiant!Renew Barnet is nice, very clean clinic , with a friendly and efficient therapist. the only complaint: Not easy to make an appointment as noone picks up the telephone!!

I booked a course of 3 microdermabrasions. The first time, although I wasn't too sure what to expect as it was my 1st microdermabrasion ever, I was quite disapointed, the therapist (don't know her name) was not too informative about the procedure which lasted only 20 minutes instead of 30 (she was a bit late). All the way through the radio was playing BBC2 with christmas adverts and talks which I though was not the most appropriate choice but I could go with it. The treatment itself, well, I didn't fell the sligtest discomfort (odd!) the therapist put a glycolic cream/gel on may face prior the microdermabrasion and some cream after.
There is no mirror in the room I don't understand the reason, so I asked for one to see the result. My skin was slightly glowing but nothing amazing.
My next appointment 2weeks later was with Nicola and she was excellent! The treatment lasted the 30 minute expected and it was rather uncomfortable but bearable after the treatment she applied a soothing cream on my face with a soft brush left it for a couple of minute then clean my face again did some extraction (didn't have any of those 2 steps the first time) and finaly apllied a nourishing cream.
That time my face was very slightly red but looked really fresh, glowing and was so soft. I was so happy that I book 1 extra course of 2 treatment!
I went again 2 weeks late, with the same therapist ;). I'm very pleased with the reasult my skin is really soft and clean.

This was my first time buying from Wahanda,before l could bring myself to buy this amazing deal. l was very apprehensive about it. Then rang the salon the manager sarah answered the phone after having a conversation with sarah, she made me feel at ease. Straight away l booked myself the 10 years younger deal. On the day of my booking 5.01.12 l took a wrong turning and ending up late. Sarah ran me told the situation again relaxed me was very helpful. Finally arrived sarah explained what will be happening, talked me through the whole time what she is applying.(OK better stop and not write a assay) Overall loved the experience that windy morning, totally relaxed, that I`ve booked the pampering inc 5 treatment and a chemical peel. My face feels a bit sore but sarah explained that happens after a chemical peel my face looks alot smoother. Cant wait for my next treatment even though it`s an hours drive it`s worth it. So it`s thumbs up from me.

Really lovely therapist and she seemed very passionate about her job but she smelled of smoke which wasn't the nicest thing to be honest. The reception area isn't the best place to wait either and they do put a sell on the products they use - but my skin was so soft and lovely the next that you can forgive such things.

Friendly lady with a wealth of knowledge. Has a really nice room from home. With skin clinics that I had recently visited (as I had been recommended them) I found that they were really pushy with sales and getting as much out of me as they could but this was not the case here. Had diamond dermabrasion which I was apprehensive about as I had been advised crystal is better but my skin was really soft after. Good massage, felt relaxed and all the tension in my back felt drained away. I have made an appointment to go back later this month. Not expensive, nice surroundings, good service.

Can't praise this salon enough. One of the most relaxing hours of my life. The staff are welcoming, and very professional. Do not hesitate to book a treatment here, I had my 1st microdermabrasion yesterday 3.1.12 and already the result is amazing can't wait for my next two. i am sure I will be a regular visitor at this salon.
