Do not go there!!!!!! I never wrote review, but I decided to write one simply because it was so terrible, i dont even know how to begin with. I went there on 10 of May, 2013 from 11:30. Everything seemed to be okay (no delays, long wait) until hearing the prices of photo. it was quoted so expensive than I was expected. As the salesman realized that I was not going to spend a money, he quickly changed his attitude and told me " i wish you would be richer. " I was very offended and never treated in this way in my life. I mean, why i had to be treated so awfully?
A guy at reception desk was so awful and agressive, he misspelled my card number so i has been more than a week to get my 25 pounds deposit back(should have been received at the day of experience!!!!!). I am still waiting my 25 pounds refunded, if i wont get that next week, i am willing to argue. I don't know what to say, everything was so awful, don't expect anything from there.
