This is a top-notch massage venue without a doubt. Wonderful, relaxing massage in a peaceful environment - delivered by professional therapists. The massage itself (lava shells massage) is quite enjoyable and is a perfect treat after a busy week. Thoroughly recommended.

Booking the appointment was very easy and the receptionist that I'd booked the treatment with over the phone was very helpful as she had also given me the easiest directions to get to the venue. Upon arrival I was offered green tea or water while I waited for my therapist to be ready as I was quite early. The place was nice, bright and spotless. The receptionist was very friendly, and as I was intrigued by their make-up range she was offering me advice and also offered to spend sometime showing me the range and what would suit me best. When my therapist was ready she showed me to a room downstairs to get ready, before the massage she asked whether there were any particular areas I would like her to focus on and also what the massage entailed. She was really nice and she had a lot of power in her hands. The massage was amazing, at first the lava shells did scare me as they were very hot and I wasn't expecting them to omit so much heat but once I got used to them they were very therapeutic. She relieved all the tension in my shoulders and back like I asked for and she was very good easing the rest of my body. All in all, it was a wonderful relaxing experiencing and I highly recommend it to anyone. The only slight problem that I did have was that the room wasn't sound proof, even though I was downstairs I could hear all the hustle and bustle from the reception area upstairs and I did find it quite loud, but still that would not be a large enough reason for me not to go back. It was really good value for money and I absolutely loved it.

My mother, sister and I all bought each other gifts for the Lava Shells massage treatment, which promises a lot and we were curious as to whether it would deliver. I'm not entirely sure whether it the lava shells were effective for cellulite, but the treatment was lovely and soothing.

I went with my mum, who though she has been to a few spas rarely enjoys the body treatments. When I went back to collect her, the transformation was amazing! She looked so blissful and relaxed. I was shocked!

Next, I went in for my own treatment - and I soon realised why my mother had come out looking like she'd had a wonderful treat. Kerrie has the most delightful way of putting anyone at ease. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, professional...and best of all, she is a great therapist.

She's so good that all three of us have since been back! Reminds me, now I know where she's moved to, I need to book myself in some more treatments : )

The massage treatments were held in the basement area of a hair salon, but in a good location, 10 minutes walk away from Oxford Street.
The actual treatment rooms were nicely decorated and every effort has been made with the ambience, but there was a lot of noise from people walking above and other members of staff talking and moving around outside the room, which did not help me to relax!
The lava shell treatment was good, but it is not a massage to help ease out any kinks/knots in your neck or shoulders etc. it seemed to be more general in style. I think i would probably stick to a more traditional type of massage in the future.
The therapist was very polite and friendly, but kept leaving the room which I found distracted me from relaxing and enjoing the treatment fully.
Overall good value for money with the voucher offer, and in a great location in the West End.

I took my mum for her birthday. We both had the body exfoliation treatment and mum had the lava shells massage. After the exfoliation, skin was silky smooth and soft. My mum totally loved the lava shells, a change from a hot stone, just as effective. The staff were amazing, during the time when they were having the showers fixed, Jo accommodated us as VIPs, going that extra mile. We used the gym, sauna (loved the smell of pine wood), steam, jet spas, salt room and enjoyed getting in and out of the cocoons! Cant wait to go again and again. Thank to The Spa at the Cube for making it a wonderful day for my mum.

Received Lava Shell Massage late in afternoon. Excellent experience. Very relaxing and thorough. Therapist - Charlotte - very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend. Easy to find and parking in a side street very convenient.

i had previously booked the treatment for myself but as i told my friend come near the time he too wanted to tag along, so as i rang the venue if it was possible for a further friend to tag along and receive treatment at the same time i was over whelmed and glad and surprised that it was possible for me to bring my friend and he too receive the great offer of this treatment, i would use this therapist again in near future, and for the price payed i believe it to be a bargain, excellent service and offer and made me feel welcomed even when i rang and asked if i can bring a close friend along

Booking proess was really easy - even got a confirmation e mail which described the treatment etc and offered directions. Salon is in basement of a hair salon (quite narrow/steep interior steps). Staff were very welcoming and efficient in ensuring I was happy about the treatment and suggesting customisation to take account of areas identified on my cleint questionnaire. Before/during and after my treatment I was asked to ensure I was comfortable and that the treatment was meeting my needs (eg pressure). the therapist (Carolina) was excellent- one of the best massages I have had in a long time - I truly floated out of the place. She used both Lava shells and hands on masage and the treatment was not rushed at all- i was there longer than I expected. Even after the massage Anna took time for a green tea and a chat. The hair salon above has a tiled flor so there is a background noise of people walking around but the therapy room music masks that a little. Will definitely be back - I felt great afterwards.

The staff were very welcoming. The ambience was perfect-- warm, candles lit, very romantic. The music was just right: soothing. The room was very small however that didn't matter once the massage got going. At first, I was concerned the staff would be too chatty but everything soon settled down and I managed to really relax. I felt the staff did a really good job of relaxing me. My boyfriend would've preferred a more intense touch for his deep tissue massage (but really this isn't the staff's fault as he should have said if he wanted more pressure). The only awkward moment was when my masseuse started coughing and so left the room and then my boyfriend's masseuse also left the room saying "I'll be right back" so we both waited, assuming that she had gone to check on my masseuse who was coughing a lot. About 10 minutes later, a knock on the door asked if we were dressed at which point we explained we hadn't been told to dress and began to do so. That's the only hiccup really-- a bit of miscommunication. I would definitely do this again and recommend it to all:)

Maybe it was because I went as soon as I got the voucher but I booked in for the lava shells only to be told they hadnt arrived yet! When I got there the salon was shut, I had to call and waited for 5 mins before someone came to open the salon. Went down stairs and the area is quite sparse. Had a basic aromatherapy massage but couldnt smell any particular oils and they use a lot of oil. I had to have a shower before I left as I was covered in oil! She didnt know how to use the shower so it was freezing. Not really the relaxing experience I was expecting and I'm not sure how it could be charged normally at £110??

Cari was great! She really tailored the massage to what I needed most and I felt fab after. The facilities were really nice and the massage table... OMG! Heated with soft blankets that actually covered my entire body - why not every place is like this is beyond me!! I've been to plenty of places for massage before so can say with some authority that this place is TOPS! Will certainly recommend and be going again and again!

I really enjoyed my experience, but with the Lava shells they could not give a deep massage, like hot stones or hands, I would have liked it more if some knots were worked out of my shoulders.

The Therapist was lovely, she didnt rush and gave a good massage.

Fantastic I have just had the lava shells body massage and facial. It was amazing, sheer bliss from start to finish. I would recommend this to anyone and my skin looks and feels great and I feel completely relaxed. Did not want it to end and will be back to try other treatments very soon.

Having experienced a number of beauty therapists and salons, I can tell you Aspen is my all-time favourite. A wonderful peaceful space, relaxing aromas, and luscious treatments. Not a bad one on the list! Cari's a real treasure, and I can't wait for my next visit...

Aspen Therapies is the only place I would go to be pampered, preened and restored. The venue is beautiful and very relaxing, the welcome is warm and informative and the treatments are luxurious.
Cari is a unique and wonderful therapist. She is very much at the top of the league.

I such a lovely experience at Aspen Spa this weekend. Cari couldn't have been more warm and welcoming and made me feel relaxed the moment I walked in the door. I had the Hot Lava Shell massage and the Diamond Radiance facial and left feeling un-knotted and rejuvenated. Cari makes sure that you have the most relaxing time and provides plenty of options to ensure get the best value out of your visit. There are lots of really good deals available on offer; I can't wait to return and try out some of the other treatments. I would totally recommend Aspen if you need to unwind or just feel like treating yourself!

Having read previous reviews I was slightly concerned I would not be able to park or even find The Salon! However they have recently relocated and are very easy to find, just North of St Pauls Square or just off Warstone Lane. There is also loads of parking in the area including right outside the salon.
I was running 5 minutes late but the Therapist still took her time and was so friendly. I had a full body Lava Shells Massage which was amazing and the Therapist was very knowledgable and interesting with regards to what she could diagnose from just massaging me. I was really impressed with the treatment, and am defnitely sold on Lava Shells over Hot Stone Massages.
The Salon itself is really well decorated and has a nice feel to it. I would highly recommend The Salon and will definitely be returning.

Friend and I had a lovely time with this lovely massage and we have had many different massages over the years, so would recommend this.

The salon is quite hard to find and the parking is very bad but it is well worth finding somewhere to park as the therapist that I had was absolutely fantastic and both the facial and the lava shell massage were wonderful. Would definitely go back there again.

Tucked away on the hill from the hustle and bustle of Richmond, I recently booked my wife an afternoon at this branch for a couple of treatments. The Reception staff were very accomodating and extremely helpfull in helping me decide the perfect "treat" for my wife. After her visit, on the way home, she spke about how beautifull the spa was and how amazing the treatments and staff made her feel. She comented on how the therapists payed extreme attention in looking after her from start to finish. She boasted about their Lavander Lounge (relaxation area) which she got to enjoy. On a whole she was extremely happy that I had taken her there. I recomend this particular spa to all spa-lovers and husbands looking to treat their wives to something special. This Spa has got its sparkle!

I was looking for somewhere to go for this specialised treatment - one of the few massages you can have on the stomach area. While the therapist told me she was newly trained in this particular massage I wouldn't have known - The Lava shells massage I had in london a few times now and was surpised to find it here.
The Salon is ideal as it not on a busy walkwa duanting for guys like me, parking was easy to find and free, and there is a really cool atmosphere there.

Hi guys, my partner & i went for an afternoon at the salon just thought i should share our experiance with you all as the staff were so nice we thought they deserved a mention. I had my teeth whitened and i was a bit sceptical at first as the price seemed like to good to be true for teeth whitening but i gave it a go and i was amazed at the results, now i cant stop smiling lol. The whole experiance was loveley, great staff & relaxed atmosphere. My partner had the lava shell massage and a spray tan & she was more than happy with both. She said the shell massage was the most relaxing one she had ever had & her tan looked great to, we will definatly be going back for more!!!!
