This place is a disaster, the most unproffesional people I've come accross in this highly competitive city!
I purchased a super offer, as 2 of my colleagues did. They all have the same opinion, every time the treatment is due, it's a circus! My first time there was OK, the therapist was quite friendly (despite of the lack of english); however it took me 5 months to get the appointment, counting that I had to cancel the first one and the machine got broken by the time the second appointment was due (and they never called back to inform that it had been fixed). Getting an appointment is a nightmare, they never have anything available for about 2 months, however you keep seing new offers online!
The receptionists keep talking in turkish, mentioning your name, which makes you feel very unconfortable. For my second sesion, they put me into a different room with a machine called Xlase. I challenged the therapist saying that my deal was with Soprano and she said this is the machine I was booked with and the other one was fully booked. I complained but all she did was to keep asking who booked my appointment, like if I was supposed to know! I still don't know which type of machine this is, but it felt like an IPL treatment more than a laser. Few minutes onto my session she asked how my leg looked like following the previous one, so I explained that most of the hair had not regrowth back; her reply was: 'Oh, this session is going to be a waste then, there was no point for you to come', but kept doing the treatment happily!
I have to say that it is very suspicious to see how many very good and very bad reviews the website has. Maybe not everyone had my experience, but at least my 2 colleagues have both had similar dodgy experiences!
Anyway, they do very cheap deals, so if you do not care at all about the service and don't mind fighting for your rights, maybe it's your place!
