Best Class I ever went to and the best decision I ever made
I went to Michelles All Dance Fitness venue a few weeks ago, I cant tell you how much I enjoyed it I was starting to think I was never going to find the right venue or class that would suit me, but hey I did and I will be going and have been going ever since I m well adicted to this place The stuff that Michelle gets us to do is fantastic I never knew I could do half the things I have done, and eenjoy it so much and also keep fit, I lost ten pounds in weight over 4 weeks - I would recomend All dance fitness to anyone young and more mature
