Do not go! This place is not fit to be called a salon and should be closed. My 80 minute hot stone massage lasted all of 45 minutes. The therapist told me the rest of the time is to get changed and for the 'consultation!' Most of the time was spent with the stones on my back which rapidly went cold and I got bored.
The 'waiting room', hairdressing salon/pedicure room looked like a junk shop with old suitcases, random bits of furniture and the staff all had bits of paint on their clothes!
I feel cheated. I have sent an email to groupon. They said noone else had complained!
I think they have just changed their name to Smooch because of all the bad reviews!

Definitely the friendliest service I have ever received. My nails were not that great, but now they are healthy and look fantastic. The advice and care I received was second to none - would recommend it (and have done already) to every lady I know!

Facial very good and relaxing but collagen hand massage a bit disappointing. Ambience very good from when we walked in we were comfortable. Apartment was really very good and so clean too. Everything you need was there. Will go again and take more friends too. The girl who did my hand massage was a bit quiet - maybe shy/ But overall it was a very good experience. Would be better with more relaxing beds - bean bags are a bit difficult for older ones to get up from. Two aren't enough.

Really enjoyed this event! Was awesome to have a glass of fizz and nibble on a mince pie while I had a relaxing hand massage.
Was useful to find out about the different things on offer and didn't feel pressured into buying anything, which is something I have experienced with other 'open' days.

It was a great shopping event, it was lovely to see inside the spa and see what treatments were on offer if i wanted to purchase a spa day voucher at some point. It was a really nice atmosphere, you was not under pressure to purchase anything.really loved the look of the spa inside and out.

I had a glass of bubbly and a mince pie in such a festive environment. It was great them offering discounts for treaments, pity you could take up the offers after the event, it was lovely and would definately go to an event like this.

I loved this shopping event, it was lovely to see inside the spa and see what treatments were on offer if i wanted to purchase a spa day. There was no hard sell and i wasn't made to feel like i had to purchase lots of products.

The hand massage was lovely and it was really nice to have a glass of bubbly and a mince pie in such a festive environment. I only wish i had taken up the offer of a discount on booking a spa day.

I would definelty go to an event like this again.

too busy to loo after us not very warm welcome,no drinks or water offered on arrival or departure,Lady who gave me message was constantly reminding me that its only 30 mints message & she rubbed by back & back only .No other part was touched or messaged.

The over all appearance is smart looking clean nice presentation but this particular experience is bad as we travel for 1.5 hours for such bad experience.

very pleased with the treatment and the venue. Small team but very friendly. My face look stunning after the treatment and suprisingly I did not have the usual spots after such a treatment.

I went to the Hampshire Court Hotel with my partner for his birthday and I have to say we really enjoyed our stay there. The deal was a bargain and we got exactly everything that was included in it. The staff was really friendly, the room was nice and very clean and the food was superb! The leisure facilities were a little bit old and could do with some refurbishment but that's only a minor observation. The standards were exceptional! Overall, I have to say that my experience was great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I went for full body message where it was only 30 mints & the whole time the Therapist kept rubbing my back & back only,I was expecting full body message,Normally every one offers you either some hot drink or water nothing being offered,I was not impressed the way I was treated ,I wasted my time .Make sure its not only 30 mints back Message,Only

It was a brilliant way to learn about the different products and watch demonstrations of different therapies available, really good and even got a free glass of bubbly and a free hand massage, as well as a discount on my christmas shopping. I will definately be going again next year.

My husband gave me this voucher. A fabulous evening in a lovely venue, hand massage, goody bag and the lovely Sanctuary products, which make such great Christmas presents. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Please organise another evening next year!

Yet again had a lovely time at a free Sanctuary event. Got in the queue for the hand massages and was indulged for a good 15 mins. Got lots of little samples to take away and a discount on the night. Their shopping evenings are always overflowing with champagne and nibbles! Love it here.

I went to Aspen for a free manicure, I like Cari, the ambience, the manicure and the sound of all the other treatments so much that I have booked in for the full lava shells treatment for my Christmas. It sound like total bliss and I can't wait. If you want a complete indulgant pamper session then go to Aspen.

I had a lovely experience. I had walked passed previously and thought it was for the posh and people with lot's of money. Once inside I was made to feel very welcome and my therapist was friendly and we chatted throughout my treatment. I was asked if I wanted a drink more than once which was nice. My therapist said I had nice nails and recommended I use cuticle oil each day.They use OPI products I chose a fab nail colour Pink Princess I would definately go back and have purchased another offer that I'm going to use in January.

This was my second visit to Amara Essence. The therapists are excellent and can't do enough for you from offering you refreshments to ensuring the therapy you receive is a fantastic experience. I had a manicure and hand massage, a fabulous pedicure both followed by application of calgel to my nails. I also had my first microdermabrasion facial and the results were fantastic! Can't wait for my next visit. Everyone is so friendly and there is such a relaxing ambience in the salon.

It was a very good event I just thought that the area was to small to accomodate all the people that showed up and the lay-out was not very good and people did not know what the event was all about. i recieved a shoulder massage which was very good and I love products so will go again if there are any offers.

we had a lovely stay at hallmark manchester, food was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. the massage was devine butth e spa itself is yet to be refurbed and looks a little drab and was hard to locate as you needed to walk all the way through gym, but overall the stay was fantastic

My therapist, Laure, was absolutely fantastic. I had booked an Escape package and hot stone massage was heavenly. There was a mix up with my appointment initially getting cancelled and then my therapist not turning up hence Laure took over which was great since she was fantastic. Location is not great since long walk from station but can take a bus. Will definitely go back and get massage done by Laure. She has magic in her hands.

on entering the drive up to the hall looked very grand and picturesk, set in beautiful grounds, we loved both steam and sauna, pool, jacuzzi, the heated tiled rest chairs, it wasnt over crowded, the decor and the service of the brasserie was lovley, tasty prawn sandwich with chunky wedges mmmmm, while we were there had a wander round the old part of crewe hall wow the history, fantasic. will visit again,
i was surprised that the therpists who did the treatments didnt take any personal details off us reagrding allergies, or health problems and noticed there were only three showers, good job it wanst busy.

A really great evening. The staff were amazing and the treatment very good. I even got a discount on the products I bought in the shop. The spa really entered into the spirit of the Vogue evening and were very polite, helpful and knowlegable. I'll definitely return in the future.

Very pleasant environment to relax in and wash all your worries away. Staff were helpful and nice enough, we were made to feel at home. Hand massage was delightful! Great night out/

My experience at Hilton Park Lane Purity Spa was such a big disappointment. I went there on my birthday to pamper myself with the "Royal Ritual Escape Package" which was supposed to include: a bubbly on arrival, free use of steam rooms and the sauna, a back massage followed by a back scrub, a facial, hand massage and foot massage. My voucher said that I should allow "80 minutes" for all the treatments. Now the package sound amazing, the Spa name sounds good and besides it is in Hilton. What comes to mind is a serene place where you can indulge and let yourself be pampered to the extreme.

Now the spa is simultaneously selling another voucher for groups of 2 on Groupon. (I did not realize this until a lot after I had bought my voucher) So, I guess it is very very busy. That is probably why I had to call several times in JULY 2011 for a reservation in September. No one would pick the phone and then when I could finally reach someone I had to wait something around 15 minutes on the line to be helped. Anyway, I made my reservation and then two days before my appointment in September I called them again to check what I needed to bring me with me on the day and how much time to spare.

1. They told me I had another package booked for me. One with the back massage only. No big fights or anything, after 5 minutes of discussing whose fault that may be, they said I would still get my therapy (the actual Royal one).

2. so I asked how long it would take, they told me 1 and a half hours.

3. I asked how early I should arrive because I wanted to use the sauna, they told me half an hour.

So, on the day I arrive half an hour before. The receptionist finds my appointment between 4 to 8 minutes time and then takes me to a miserable waiting room. To go to this waiting room we pass through the tiny fitness facility of Hilton and when I am seated in the waiting room I can see the that tiny facility from where I am and hear the treadmills running and the music playing and so can everyone in there see me... I ask the receptionist whether I can use the steam rooms and the sauna. She says oh yes, brings me a robe (no slippers, no disposable underwear -but, it's okay I had my own flip-flops with me for the shower), and shows me into the changing room. The lockers in the changing room operate (I find out with help) with 1 pound. So if you want to lock away your stuff you have to put in a pound. I get into my robe and slippers and lock the locker and find the steam room and the sauna. Which turn out to be to my greatest suprise and disappointment UNISEX... And, there is a music something along the lines of global pop, black eyed peas etc, playing along. Now I usually love black eyed peas, but in the bar or the club, not while I am in the sauna...

So, I feel uncomfortable and decide to go back into the waiting room. Because I do not have any more changes on my, I cannot unluck my locker and dress up so I go to the waiting room in my robe. But, that's okay. Because I am thinking my therapist should be here any minute (there is only 5 minutes left to my appointment time). I wait and wait. Minutes later someone asks me if I want to have a drink. And, when I realize it is 15 minutes past my appointment time, I go back to the reception and ask why I am still waiting... I am sent back to the waiting room and by this time it is very crowded (you see the waiting room is also the space where they do the manicure and the pedicure...)

Ok anyway after 20 minutes I was in the treatment room. Which is located along the hallway (1.5 meters long hallway) between the gym and the waiting room (where I was seated and could see the facility). The noise from both sides fill into the tiniest treatment room on earth....

I will continue. The treatments were okay. Except that I told my therapist that I would rather not have the back scrub and could she use that extra time to focus more on my neck and feet. She said of course. She was a nice girl and I thought that she actually did her best to make me feel good with my treatment. But, by the time I was out and taken my shower and looked at my watch I realized that the entire treatment (which was supposed to last 80 minutes as said on my voucher or 90 minutes as told me on the phone...) lasted 50 minutes... Yes, i was literally packaged out...

I was very disappointed, because my expectations were a lot different. I guess only go here if you do not mind about the ambiance so much. But I have been to many spas all around the world, and I have never seen anything like this before...

The raddison hotel is out of this world and so are the therapist it is so relaxing i would go again and again this would be great to have if you was going away and staying at the hotel i would recomend to everyone thankyou

I bought the package as a treat for my mum and i,we wanted relaxing afternoon and that's just what we got,we can't wait to go again and try one of there many other treatments!

I was treated to this by my daughter who was also with me. Very impressed with the staff who are friendly and relaxed, nothing is too much trouble and you feel pampered and your needs fully catered to. The atmosphere is professional rather than stuffy and our treatments were delivered in a very efficient manner. Love the tea/coffee and cake combo. It shows that this spa is about pampering and indulgance rather than deprivation and detox. Would love to go again

We were greeted by a friendly and professional therapist who showed us to the lounge and served us a cup of tea. We were then given robes and slippers and shown to a therapy roon upstairs where we were given a lovely hand treatment and then relaxed in comfy loungers with furry blankets. After our hand treatment we had a choice of drink and cake and then carried on with our busy day but having had the benefit of a very relaxing couple of hours. Excellent value

What a great day for me and my pregnant wife. There were some great pictures of us and our bump. We were over the moon with the final images and can't wait to come back when the bump is a baby and have our first "family" shoot! Thank you!

A first class, professional and personal service. June goes the extra mile in everything she does, the atmosphere is relaxed and the treatments conducted to an exceptionally high standard. Once you have been once you will never want to go anywhere else, you will just want to keep going back for more 'me' time!

Me and my sister have bought this whole package thing last year at the Vitality show offering us dicount on hair and photoshoot. Not my cup of tea but my stster loves this kind of things so just to keep her happy I agreed to it.

We first went ahead with booking th ephoto session. We rung the studio up and booked an appointment. We had to put down £100 refundable deposit but it has been clearly explained to us why we needed to do it and what were the conditions. We received confirmation email on the day off booking and and a phone call the day before reminding us about the session and what we needed to bring along.

We arrived to the studio an required 15 mins before the appointment. Studio looked really busy and we thought it would be like in other studios where there is lots of people booked in at the same time and everything is so rushed through but turns out it wasn't like this.
Host explained the whole day to us again, offered us drinks and afterwards we had brief consultation with hair&make up people. I wasn't sure what I wanted but the make up artist advised what would look nice and would match my outfits so I thought I may let her do it since she is was experienced with this kind of stuff.
I must say my hair and makeup was amazing. If I only could re-create make up like this at home :) My sister after her makeover looked totally different, like not my sister :)
The photoshoot itself was also very pleasant experience. Photographer was very friendly, the studio was private so there was no one else there looking at us so we could totally relax and enjoy ourselves.
Pictures came out absolutely amazing. We loved every single one and decided to buy all of them. They were quite pricey but totally worth every penny.

Few days ago I had my 1st cut at Pynk done by Sharon (if I remember right) and it was fantastic! I was really scared cause usually hairdressers cut too much of my hair but this girl did show me how much she wanted to take off and confirmed if it was ok with me. I absolutely love my new colour as well cause Sharon advised I should go little bit darker. Now everyone compliments me on my new look.

The staff are very friendly and informative. I was there to inquire about signing up, pricing, and what machines they had to offer at that location. They went room by room and explained all the machines to my boyfriend and I. Everything was clean and relaxing. We ended up signing up that same day and trying out the slim capsule and massage chair. We were impressed with both and are looking foward to experiencing all the other things they have to offer there!

The experience was great. I'd highly recommend this to anyone. The salon is clean and the therapist is really friendly.

However the facility was limited as the salon is situated within a gym.

Have to disagree with the negative reviews written. The only part I agree on is the price - very expensive, however very nice photos. Shame i didnt have many thousands in my bank otherwise I wouldve got them all!
Personally, I thought they were very friendly, helpful staff. Good at their jobs, friendly and informative.
Went with my other half who also enjoyed it. Waiting around was boring but you have to wait around a bit so that they can upload your photos and do a bit of editing before you go into the viewing room.
Enjoyed the makeup/hair styling part - had a lovely stylist called Sandy. Did my makeup really nice (heavier than usual but done for the cameras) and also my hair. Hand massage was relaxing.
Men dont have to have anything done if they dont want to... my other half went in, didnt want anything done so she put some powder on his face (to show better on camera) but you couldnt notice the difference (so dont worry men).
Photoshoot good fun. However people doing their shoots at the same time as you. Lots of different sets, we liked them. Photographers on one set at a time with their clients. Photographer very friendly.

After photoshoot went up to the third floor and were offered a drink and able to help ourselves to snacks. Some waiting around but it was worth it to see our pictures as they looked great.

Viewing consultant also very friendly. I had already prepaid 100 (double money makes it 200) and 29 for a 12 x 8 print (special promotion after doing double money). Also paid an extra 10 pounds on the day as didnt want to waste any of my doublemoney voucher. So 139 got me 4 photos of our choice and they will be with us next month. Got glossy mini prints to take away with us which was nice to keep even though they are only small (could be used as a picture for your wallet/purse).

So overall the experience was great, it was a good day out. Lasted 4-5 hours. Only major problem is the money as not many people have thousands of pounds spare :-)
I recommended 80 friends and got a bottle of cava, a mini bottle of rosay cava, bits of make up and nail varnish - all nice stuff. (how many recommendations depends on what you get)

I have never been so thrilled with a massage until I found Kelly. She is very professional, skilled and one of the nicest people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will be going all over the net for the next few days telling everyone how GREAT Kelly is! Fro the BEST Massage in Fairport, NY...you really need to set up an appointment with Kelly at Serenity Station.

The health club looks a bit dated from the outside but inside is very well maintained and pleasant. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The cafe in the entrance is very convenient for a relaxing lunch and wasn't at all expensive (which was a nice surprise). The pool area is very light and open and well kept. There is a sauna, steam and jacuzzi also and all are very well maintained and pleasant to use. Shame there weren't more loungers but hey! The treatments were spot on time and the therapists very professional. The head massage was heavenly! Had a great day and the 2 for 1 deal was great value!

I had to wait a long time to book my treatments (a special deal offered by a friend), but thankfully once booked my trip to this spa was great.
The venue was pleasant and the receptionist was lovely; along with my therapist, they agreed to modify one of my treatments to accommodate a request of mine. I really appreciated it since it was all part of a set package and they could have refused. The treatments themselves all went well with a special mention to the stone massage which was a treat to my back. I went with a friend who had a great time and a nice therapist too, so I'd definitely go back.

Excellent staff and felt welcome as soon as we walked through the door. A great experience - one which are repeating on a monthly basis from now on! Both my friend and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the cakes and drinks at the end were an added treat!

Aveda Salon and Spa were excellent, I would highly recommend. The ambience and staff are lovely. Received a great hair cut and hair treatment which left my hair in great condition. Also received a lovely hand massage. Really enjoyed the experience and my hair felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend this salon and spa.

They were running an Easter Chocolate extravaganza which was a chocolate body massage, facial and manicure. It was exceptionally good value! The staff were fabulous, very professional and very friendly. The treatment was absolute luxury. I was referred by a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone else. A little corner of Heaven in Bedford.

This salon is very clean, which is hard to find and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there I thoroughly enjoyed my mani-pedi and it looked great too.

My experience with the staff, therapists, and docs were super fantastic. I enjoyed them as people first and health care providers second. They gave me honest answers and a realistic treatment plans that were easy to follow and effective. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get better fast.

WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE.

I've been to LaBelle on many occasions. The pedicure and deep tissue massages were fabulous and I would definitely go back. Just a bit too expensive for me; however, I've received a few gift certificates for La Belle and would go back in a heart beat if I could afford the services on my own! I was very disappointed with my facial experience. It was not relaxing AT ALL and the woman kept lifting the cucumbers covering my eyes (as I tried to relax and enjoy the facial) and kept saying "Look at this" and "Look at that". I felt like I was getting told off more than anything.

The Regent Palm hotel is very much a family oriented property, with comfortable rooms that are simply but nicely designed. We visited extensively the island and this hotel is a very good choice in TCI.

The Spa is especially good. Again, simple but very thoughtful design, from the dressing areas to the treatment rooms, salon and fitness, all areas are very practical with all expected amenities and a very graceful, polite and professional staff.

The treatments were well executed, in a calm ambiance, and all therapists were experienced.

It is worth going to the Regent Palm hotel just for a series of treatments at the Spa.

Thank you Wahanda and Six Senses for the invite to attend the open day of the new Six Senses Spa at Canary Wharf. I knew I was in for a treat as soon as I entered the spa, as it oozes an oasis of calm, tranquility and style. The attention to small details and the personal touches sets the spa apart from other like it.

The Spa is excellent, clean, bright, and spacious. And offers a wide range of treatments. The staff make you feel very welcome. You feel that the staff are happy to be there, and that really makes you feel the same way too. The Spa has an amazing hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna, as well as a number of spacious treatment rooms including a couples treatment room and an express treatment lounge and relaxation room. Which you can chill out in whilst enjoying a pot of delicious Ginger Tea.

The treatment was really relaxing and soothing and the therapist Waffa was very informative, helpful and friendly. I felt I had been left in good hands. I was so bowled over by the friendliness and professionalism of the spa, and by well-trained therapists, the treatment I had was excellent. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Six Senses Spa at Canary Wharf. I am already planning my next trip to the spa.
