Had a Clarins tri-active facial with Kirsty yesterday as a treat on my birthday. An hour and a half of total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. It not only left my face glowing but included a head, hand and foot massage too. Bliss! Visible results and lovely comments from the children. Praise indeed!! Thank you Kirsty x

I booked in for a Ultimate Booster facial, this was a lovely facial and even 2 weeks on my face is still soft, I have re booked again..

I had my first ever CACI facial treatment (it was a discounted voucher bought from KGB Deals) today and I am totally satisfied about the outcome of the treatment and the therapist. Susana was a nice lady and explain each step of the treatment and how I am going to benefit from it. I noticed a glow on my face straight after the treatment. I paid £49 for 3 CACI facial sessions. One session took exactly 1 hour and it's definitely value for money.

Good . it is clean and the staff is friendly she analyzed my skin and suggested me how to do my daily Moisture and I did enjoy the mini facial too.

I have been visiting Tanya for CACI facials for nearly 4 months now. The level of care and attention I receive is 1st class - well over and above what I have experienced in any other salons (I'm 42!). The the facials have made a visible difference to both the quaity and firmness of my skin and at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend Nordic Beauty Services to anyone as a result.

Hotel food was excellent with very attentive staff. Hotel room was spacious however bathroom could do with some updating. Spa facilities good, outside hot tub was lovely. Inside pool and Jacuzzi gets very busy on saturdays could find nowhere to sit to relax in this area. Steam room very good and treatments professionally performed with very attentive staff. My daughter and I especially enjoyed the fish pedicure, all in all we would visit Ardencote again in the future.

We had a lovely day at the Breadsall Priory.
We chose the back massage which was very relaxing then we went for a swim and sauna afterwards we had lunch there which finished the morning perfectly a great day out

The place was difficult to find, I was lost in the road looking for it! After I found it I was served straight away and the lady was lovely. The treatment was satisfying, I felt relaxed and the place was cozy witha warm atmosphere. I was especially happy with the environment, and the tretament was good for my stressed and dehydrated skin!

I'm afraid I have to agree with the reviewer whose hair was in a knot after the Indian head massage! Overall the massage was not very relaxing and I was not impressed by the standard of service overall. The biggest problem though was the constant hard sell and a certain economy with the truth- such as the 'free' parking mentioned in another review (actually on street parking, round the corner).

I received CACI facials and Red light therapy sessions. The results were apparent immediately, so after three CACI sessions, I booked three more. Loved it! Red light also gave good results, but I guess I need more sessions.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They can explain the mechanism behind each procedure and answer all questions. The venue is close to the tube and quite central!

I was very pleased with the treatments I had here, it exceeded my expectations! On arriving I was asked to complete a detailed form, which asked lots of questions about what products I use on my skin and how often. I had a wonderful CACI mini facial and eye treatment. The treatment was explained, how it works and its history of use. The facial was very relaxing and felt wonderful. My skin was then put under the magnifying glass for closer analysis. It was like having my fortune read! She told me which bits of my face I hadn't been washing as well as others and where my pores needed more cleansing. She certainly knows her stuff. She gave me advice on what I should do to improve my skin. I asked about the CACI treatment and was told how much it would cost for a course (unfortunately out of my price range). I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch though, and was offered a treatment at a discounted price (I'm saving up my pennies for another treat).
I would definitely recommend this to a friend and hope to return soon.

When I arrived it was very confusing,because lady at the front thought that i came for fish pedicure.
Than i met therapist,she was eating banana,so she couldn't even talk,she was chewingher banana.
Than she invited me for atreatment,the area was tiny and i felt uncomfortable and cold.
Therapist had horrible nails with nail vanish peeling off...so that was the complete turn off for me...
when she touched my face,her hands were icing cold...that was another very big turn off...
than i felt that she rushed the whole process,and just wanted to me to go...
so i don't think i will be back...

The Ardencote Spa was brilliant, although the decor could do with a spruce, just little things like rust marks and robes could be softer and nicer smelling, but the spa facilities and the treatments available and on offer are excellent. My therapist, Georgie, was one of the best therapists I have ever had, she listened to your query and your expectations and delivered. We will be taking advantage of any further offers at Ardencote.

I found this place through Wahanda and called them. Tanya was very patient over the phone and very clear in her answers. She clarified that this is a home based salon, and i was extremely impressed with the equipment she has. I don't think i have seen any other high street salon so diversely equipped. I had a consultation and then we went onto doing the treatment. The microdermabrasion was the best i have ever had, I felt like something was happening unlike previous ones i had. The caci was also very detailed and relaxing. She made me fell at ease and relaxed me to the fact that she wasn't going to try to sell me a mass number of beauty products or a course. I had a lovely experience and i have already booked my next treatment. I highly recommend this place with all 5 STARS.

Had CACI which was offered at a discounted price. I have had similar treatment in other salons and always found them very good with pretty much instant results. At this salon I distinctly felt that their aim is 'less is more', ie, carry out the treatment in a flimsy way and then persuade the client to dig deeper into their pocket to pay for more expensive treaments. Felt frustrated and annoyed at the hard sell approach!

Tanya is an excellent therapist, who does not rush you at all. She takes her time to explain what she's doing and to offer her expertise. She is an extremely competent Therapist, who, you can tell, loves what she does. She has a warm and instantly likeable nature, and I left her treatment room feeling a million dollars. Another positive is that she doesnt try to sell you lots of beauty products. Instead, she offers completely non-pushy advice and recommendations. Will definitely be going back! My sister has also visited her and will also be returning for further pampering! Thank you Tanya!

We fell very lucky with the weather (hottest October day ever! apparently). This was our first visit and found the facilities first rate although with the weather being so nice there weren't enough sunbeds outside. The only downside is that you can't get in your room until approx 4.00 p.m when you can arrive at 10.30, I think most people will agree that when you arrive anywhere you just want to dump your bags, get changed and enjoy the day - still, we managed o.k. in the pool changing area.

The food was excellent although there were quite a few 'extra costs' on the evening menu. You had to order your 'side dishes' separately which has to be said were very small portions. You ordered one side dish each so we ordered some chips and fine green beans to share and to be honest there was only really enough for one person not two. The wine was quite expensive although very nice!

Breakfast the following morning was a bit of a farce, my friend and I sat for an hour waiting for our breakfast, people came and went and we were still sat there. Finally our breakfast came with lots of apologies and something off the bill but still my friend had ordered 'full English' with scrambled egg and it came with fried but we didn't dare send it back because officially breakfast had finished and we wanted to get out in the sun.

I really enjoyed this visit. Salon is very clean and modern. Nice and polite therapists. Everything was done in timely manner. I had a very high quality massage. I came with back ache and therapist recognised and addressed the problems and backache gone. I booked a block of sports massage treatments with discount.
A friend of mine had a facial called CACI- non surgical face lift and waxing before his wedding -was very satisfied as had a good result- face looked fresh and reduced a number of wrinkles. The good thing that you get a full explanation of the treatments and you get asked about contraindications in order to make sure that this treatment is right for you. Also I noticed that therapist gives you aftercare advise and also you can purchase some skin products in the salon.
Was very happy with the service and booked another course of massage. Advised to my other friend who is going to have a treatment.

Just started the CACI facelift course. I saw a difference after the 1st treatment. Ive had 3 treatments now and ive had loads of compliments from people. From "youre looking radiant" and "your skin looks amazing" to "have you nhad botox". Made up with the results so far, well worth the money. Very nice salon and staff certainly know their stuff. Pedicure was very very good too!

I went to planet skin today and was really happy, I had a microdermabrasion and my eyebrows tinted and re-styled as they were uneven from another place before I went here, and now i think they look great! I never really write reviews but I wanted to let other people know about how I had such a great experience here. The lady on reception also gives out vouchers. It was the best facial I ever had and my eyebrows are so shaped it looks like I had some kind of botox! So happy as it's just what I wanted, the look PERFECT! Also had a free trial of the laser on half my armpit, they had a deal going and offer it free so took advantage of it. It didn't hurt much at all and am considering getting the course but wanted to see if it works or not!

Being a total beauty junkie i am always on the lookout for the best on the market. tanya is by far the best therapist i have ever been to, her warm personality is the highlight of all my treatment sessions. i am having environ facial sessions with her which are a wonder for your skin, i have been getting compliments left right centre....currently on my 8th endermologie session with her and its A-MAZINGGGGG! she works so hard to make sure that i get the best result possible....i always fall asleep when i have my endermologie sessions because they are so relaxing and not to mention that i amlooking trimmer and trimmer each week.
i would defo reccommend her.....girls you don't know what your missing out.

A great facial and a great massage.. perfect location for me as I work in Soho. The drawback is that the treatment rooms are in the basement, and the noise echoes down from upstairs. So throughout my massage I could hear people talking literally outside the room, about deliveries, and the entire time I could hear people talking, which was a huge distraction. Good products, facialist was great at determining my skin type. Just not the place to be for relaxing, but good staff!

This place is very close to where I live, so it became my usual beauty place for weekend treatments. I take there both body and facials treatments and usually combine them together. The therapist is very friendly and knows well what and how to do. You can always expect something extra like facial massage during body wrapping.

I discovered Beaty Essence through Wahanda. It's located in the heart of Soho and the online booking facility is very convenient. I bought two for one Guinot Hydradermie deal for me and a friend which is a permanent deal on Wahanda and definitely worth taking advantage of if you work in Soho. I had a Guinot Hydradermie facial which was very thorough and relaxing. The atmosphere in the salon is very calm and quiet - a rare find in the busy heart of London. My skin looked refreshed immediately and was positively glowing the following days. The therapist was very skillful and knowledgeable and gave me few Guinot products for my skin type to take home. I've been to Beauty Essence since for a Microdermabrasion which I can also wholeheartedly recommend. I'm actually going back to have another one of those facials soon so couldn't recommend it more.

I received a text confirming my appointment and therapist the day before...a good start. Then I received a call the morning of to say my therapist had an emergency to attend to but someone else could do it at a later time. Funnily enough, the therapist who treated me had the same name as the one who had the 'emergency'! I booked in for the aromatherapy massage which was ok, for the rest of the day my shoulders were aching as she spent so much time on them with her elbows! However she was very sweet. As I was getting dressed another therapist burst into the room (without knocking and without an apology for disturbing me) with another client who clearly felt awkward. I got a facial by the same therapist I had for the massage, lovely products she used, however the room was tiny! She steamed my face but didn't do a single extraction so I didn't benefit greatly from the facial. Thankfully I purchased a voucher from Living Social, otherwise I wouldn't have paid the original price ever.

I bought the two for one deal on the CACI facial at Nordic Beauty and was very impressed by the whole experience. Tanja is very friendly and knowledgeable and we had an initial consultation to discuss my skin concerns, etc. As well as having a very calming personality, Tanja has also created a very relaxing atmosphere in her treatment room (lighting, music, temperature, etc.) and I was so relaxed at one point that I feel asleep during the treatment!

The treatment consisted of a deep cleanse which felt very therapeutic, followed by a steam cleanse to open the pores. The CACI facial was also a pleasant experience (I felt no discomfort whatsoever). The products used smelt wonderful and my skin looked and felt great afterwards. I couldn't honestly say that I noticed a lift in my facial muscles after the first treatment, but I did notice that I was looking perkier after the second. I've already booked in my next session.

Overall, excellent value for money.

My friend & I had 2 for 1 Guinot Hydradermie Facial. We absolutely loved the treatment. Therapist are very professional, place is nice & relaxing. Very good location. We definitely will go back.

I had the Semi Permanent 3D Lashes with therapist Katy - the result are fabulous looking lashes. Katy was great and the treatment was very relaxing, I didnt even notice her attaching them and with the soothing music playing in the background I nearly fell asleep!

I would highly recommend this treatment and clinic.

I had the CACI facial and received a really good service and thought the therapist was great, she was helpful and informative but not pushy into buying products or additional sessions.

I haven't actually selected the right treatment above as it never came up as an option on the drop down menu. The treatment I am reviewing is the collagen red light therapy treatment.
When I walked into the clinic to make the booking, one of the girls working was too busy squeezing pimples in the mirror to even acknowledge me let alone ask me if I needed help. Not a great initial reception. The guy behind reception was a lot nicer but the staff certainly didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. It was even worse on the day I actually went for my appt. When I walked in the didn't even remember me coming in the day before to make the appt, despite being the same staff who served me. I actually felt like I was a hinderence to them rather than a client. I was given a quick run down on how to use the machines and was left to my own accord. After stripping down, I put my tokens in and waited, and waited, and waited. After about 3 or 4 minutes the machines still had not started so I wrapped a towel around me to walk out to reception to get someone's attention, only to be told they do have problem's with the machines sometimes and found out that I hadn't actually been given the correct brief of how to use the machine properly. I only had 2 x 15 minute sessions to use my voucher and didn't see any visable difference in my skin. Not to say that the treatment doesn't work as after more sessions you may notice more of a difference.
When I went in for my 2nd session, the lovely girl on reception offered me a free treatment in return for the appalling way I had been treated but I would rather spend my time and money elsewhere. I really felt let down by the staff at this place and was made to feel like I was an interference rather than a new client. I am a local to this venue but would rather take my money and spend it elsewhere where the staff are more deserving of it. Treatment okay, venue ok, staff terrible.

Therapist was brilliant, put me at ease and suggested other treatments I might like without making me feel pressured to buy. Facial was fantastic, I didn't feel like I was on a clock. If I had to name one thing that could be improved, it would be the ambiance in the room, perhaps candles or music however I really am clutching at straws to find something negative to say. Tanya was fantastic. Really taking the time to know everything about me so she could determine the most suitable treatment. The treatment lasted much longer than expected as time was taken to explain each phase of the treatment. Often you can end up feeling a little rushed and you lose the sense of relxation in spa's, but this was very much a personal experience where you feel totally at ease and taken care of as an individual. I will definitely be returning and fully recommend to others.

Have been to this Crouch End salon twice and it is such great value for money. The facilities are nice, clean, airy, and they use dermalogica products amongst other options... The best thing is the value for money, the shiatsu massage I had here wasn't fancy but it was one of the best massages I had ever had and I had a full hour. The Columbian lady that has done the facials for me is so lovely and friendly and really takes care to give you advice and make sure you get what you want from your treatment. Their second salon does the best eyebrow threading around... and I have tried a lot! All really friendly, nice and relaxed I can't wait for my next treatment!

Tanya was a very pleasant lady who made me feel immediately at ease. She carried out her treatment in a very professional manner without being obstrusive. It was a sublime experience and would recommend it to anyone in need of pampering. I won't hesitate to recommend Tanya to my friends and can't wait to go back for another pampering session. The treatment room is on top of a dance studio but calm and cozy. The therapist is very professional and knowledgeable. The Caci facial was relaxing, but as I did not go for the recommended 6 courses done once every week, I did not see the lifting effect. But the treatment was nice and I enjoyed it.

Krinna, my therapist, was absolutely lovely. She made me feel really relaxed and comfortable, explained the benefits of the treatment and wasn't pushy in the slightest (as some therapists can be). The treatment was relaxing and I could notice an improvement in my skin tone afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Probably the best Wahanda voucher I've purchased! I can't fault anything about the experience but in particular I thought Krinna's knowledge of her treatments, advice, customer service and professional ability were exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the facial and felt like I had a new face when I came out! Krinna's salon is beautiful and relaxing, she gives fantastic afvice and takes time to listen to your beauty needs and genuinely thinks before she recommends products or therapies for you. I am so glad I've found this gem of a beauty clinic and fully intend to be a regular customer in the new year!

Tried this salon for a CAI as my regular facilaist could not fit me in when I wanted and was pleased to find an experienced, friendly therapist and had a very good facial, the location is perhaps not ideal for a relaxing "spa" type experience, being above a noisy dance studio, but I can easily accept a little noise when you get a good service.

The therapist was very informative and let me know about what the facial would do, explaining that to see maximum results a course would be needed. I knew this but just wanted to see what the facial was about. Very pleasant lady and peaceful surroundings.

I have only ever had Guinot facials in the past which are always really good.this was a disappointing treatment and quite short ,less than an hour.The therapist was lovely very nice. However the actual treatment (Caci facial did absolutely nothing for me ) and my skin looked no different after.In fact i felt I really needed to get a facial afterwards.Perhaps I did not fully realize what a Caci was and so it was extremely dissapointing and i felt a waste of money.

Very convenient location off Oxford Street. Small reception. Noise from dance studio below. Fairly small treatment rooms. However, the therapist was lovely, very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful facial which made me feel really good.

waited 15 minutes . it was ok.hurt quite a lot when the therapist did extractions,also felt my skin was dragged/stretchedquite a lot and face was very blotchy for the rest of the day even though i was advised it wouldnt be. i think for the price it was quite a nice treat... but wouldnt have been happy paying more

I had the Caci facial and i thoroughly enjoyed it. The therapist suited the treatment to give me exactly what i wanted. She encorperated an Environ facial into the treatment as i had expressed that i loved Environ. My skin felt fantastic when i left and looked vibrant. I was very happy with the whole experience and would recommend going there.

I rang so many times and nobody opened the door until someone left. I believe they should repair that ring as they seem to lose clients because of that (I saw 2 people left because they though nobody was there). The treatment & value were so-so, nothing amazing...

I really enjoyed my visit to Beauty Essence in Mayfair. I had a CACI facial - which was somehow both relaxing and energising - followed by a divine hot stone massage. I would definitely go again and strongly recommend both treatments. The only downside I can think of was that the staff could have been a bit friendlier.

I went in to Antoinette Boudoir Spa, and right from the beginning, I was impressed with the decor and the staff. I had a Deep Cleansing Facial and a colonic. The facial lasted for over an hour, even though I paid the sale price, and was told it would be just 45 minutes! How excited I was!!! I felt nervous about the colonic, but the hydrotherapist eased my tension with her knowledge and kindness( like a motherly figure!!) Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend the spa!! Thank you ladies!!

Needed a much needed break after closing a tough deal but couldn’t take an all-out vacation. Booked myself at the Rafayel for the weekend since I live a couple of miles away and take advantage of their gym and spa that sounded nice. But the whole experience was beyond my expectations. After a run and weight training at a very well-equipped gym, I took an hour long session of yoga. Extremely relaxing and highly recommended for stressed out professionals out there. Hit the Jacuzzi after that. Wonderful. Booked myself for the entire next day for different treatments, massage, mani/pedi and facials. Lovely staff, great products used, excellent service. It was absolutely heavenly. The therapists are very professional and took great care of the sensitive spots. The best part was the whole feel of being out in some exotic resort, at fantastic prices! The hotel itself is lovely, huge rooms, great showers, the comfiest of beds! You can take advantage of the sun (like I did) and lounge in their Japanese terrace garden and soak in the clean crispness of the hotel and the outside and savour the delicious decadent and colourful cupcakes I carted off from the reception. The food at their restaurant was amazing; the lovely chef whisked up a customized dietary breakkie on my request (Thanks again J!). Ended up having both lunch and dinner there. You have to try their all-health Mediterranean-type of rocket/chicken liver salad. Absolutely yum! All in all, a great exotic holiday away from London in London and great value for money! Am already booked for 2 weekends a month until Jan. Highly highly recommended to all.

"I had never had a CACI facial before, I was surprised by how relaxing the treatment was. My therapist explained exactly what was happening at each stage which felt reassuring. I could feel muscles lifting whilst I lay and still managed to fall asleep! The next day, I noticed my skin texture was much plumper and fresher looking and the nose and mouth lines and the lines around my eyes had all softened. A real bonus for me was that my jaw line looked tighter."

It was a totally relaxing and soothing experience and one which I will definitely have again. The hydratone facial has a lovely smell and the way it was applied was very relaxing. My skin feels absolutely wonderful and I think that it has made me look refreshed and rejuvenated.

Over the years I have had caci treatments (about 6 years now) and have used various therapists. However, June Rakeshaw, in my opinion, is the one with whom I have been totally satisfied. I discovered her through a google search. I had left messages with various other places who do caci, but June was the one who got back to me first (almost immediately) and therefore, I decided to use her.

June is a caci specialist, not somebody who offers a caci treatment as an extra service, which is the absolute difference for me. Her knowledge of the machine and products she uses is evident from the start. For the first time, I was given advice as to the best way to tone up the muscles in my face - June does this bespoke. She explains what she is going to do and why. She takes into account, the individual. She is absolutely passionate about the work she does and clearly believes in the treatment. I remember coming out of the treatment room filled with confidence that something could be done to give my face the boost it needs and decided after just one session with her, to booked a course of treatments.

The therapy is un-rushed, relaxing and painless. I know that without the benefit of what June has done for my face, I would have baggy eyes, baggier jowls and basically, a more tired look generally. As it is, I look more refreshed and am happier with my looks. Whenever I need a pick-me-up, then this is what I turn to. A fantastic experience. A great therapist who knows her stuff.

I had a fantastic time at this salon and I've been to a few, that were either well above my budget or with not over friendly staff. However, this salon has everything but most of all makes you fell very, very comfortable and actually listens to what you want. I had been to this salon twice before and took my best friend for a birthday treat. She was so impressed with her new hair cut and new style that she will defintely be using this salon again. I had booked for a luxury two hour session of massage and mini facial plus a file and nail polish after. I had a wonderful two hours massage - very relaxing. However, the facial never happened! I was too relaxed after the massage to complain - but I did think it was a shame that the therapist was not fully briefed on the treatment I was supposed to have.

really lovely staff, my therapist was so friendly and really knew what she was doing. They use great products and she even gave me some samples to take home! The salon and therapist rooms are a bit small but other than that really enjoyed it.

This treatment is fab - I have just recently started having CACI facials after reading that this is the treatment of choice for celebrities and I am really delighted at the results. June from the Cheadle Caci clinic is a highly experienced therapist and she offers quality treatments, a relaxing atmosphere and excellent value for money. More importantly this treatment really does work, I can see a big difference to the muscle tone in my face and my skin looks far more youthful. I have been going to Epitome for quite a few years and wouldn't try anywhere else now. Over the years Emma has really helped me make a difference to my skin with tips, products and treatments. i feel confident that Epitome is helping me look after myself the best way I can.

The first thing you notice when you enter The Anti-Ageing Clinic is the ambience, it's a calm environment with friendly staff who are all personable and always seem happy in their work. They offer a wide range of treatments and the therapists are knowledgeable in what treatments compliment each other and what products suit you best. Each time I have visited The Anti-Age Clinic I have been made to feel welcome and during treatments the therapist has explained the proceedure and what to expect. CACI facials at the salon are wonderful. I have also had a course of Endermologie with fantastic results. I also had a few thred veins on my cheeks and around my nose which have totally dissapeared. I am so pleased with the results. I can't recomend The Anti-Ageing Clinic and its staff highly enough. A thoroughly pleasurable experience is guarenteed if you visit this salon.

Staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable and on ease.
The result of CACI was the best i have had since i have done it before, and really enjoyed the microdermabrasion. The price is very reasonable and the standard of service is excellent and they are happy to advise. I am almost finishing my CACI course and would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants good service at a good price. I highly recommend this place. Thanks!!!

Went with a friend to the Wahanda event for a "skin consultation" and "prescriptive" treatment. I will explain the use of quotation marks below.

The event was a promotional event. Champagne and cakes, plus smiling and friendly staff are always a plus. Was asked to fill out health forms with a section for "which treatments would you be interested in" and my selection was based upon wanting to learn more about them - microdermabrasion, laser, and peels.

My friend and I were then approached with the idea of trying out the new cellulite-slaying laser machine from the US and we opted to try it out. I have only recently taken notice of some problem areas but never considered any treatment for them. The therapist was very informative and explained the nature of cellulite, causes, preventative measures, and of course, the treatment.

Cellulite treatment: Feels like a deep tissue massage. Each session typically lasts 20 mins and one would need to go back twice a week for 4 weeks to gain optimal results, and the full benefits would be noticed after 12 more weeks. It does not come cheap of course and may be considered as a serious commitment in terms of time and cash.

After the treatment, I was sat down for my "skin consultation", which could otherwise be labelled as a 20 minute sales pitch going over the treatments I had circled on the initial questionnaire. My flaws were pointed out to me (never a pleasant experience) as well as the solution - microdermabrasion AND laser. Excessive in my opinion considering no therapist has ever prescribed to me both treatments at once as they both can be abrasive in nature.

After the consultation, I was taken into a small treatment room for what I wouldn't even call a mini-facial. The "prescribed" treatment consisted of a scrub, a fruit acid exfoliation, a moisturiser; lasted less than 10 minutes, and did nothing for my skin. It may have been rushed as I was the last one in (my friend didn't get to have one) but it hasn't left a great impression.

The place itself has a very "clinical" feel to it. Small, noisey, clean. Not one for a luxurious, pampering treatment, but noone claimed microdermabrasion and laser treatments were meant to be relaxing and rejuvenating.

I have still booked myself in for a microdermabrasion session, as I do not think it would be fair to write them off completely based on their promotional event, and I would like to see how the treatment could help my skin.

Coming from South Africa , my skin is severely sun damaged, my face literally covered in freckles and sun spots. I came across DestinationSkin when I was shopping in House of Fraser, and was put on a course of IPL and skin peels to lighten the spots. So far I’ve had 4 treatments and I’m already seeing results, spots are definitely lighter and don’t stand out as much. Have to mention my practitioner Danielle who is fab. I've been a regular user of Epitome for several years now. I usually have Emma performing the treatments - she is a great therapist, very knowledgable and extremely friendly and helpful.

I've been to many salons over the years but find Epitome to be the most friendly, professional and customer focused that I've experienced. The therapists never leave you during a treatment and always perform mini-treatments such as head massages after they apply a face mask or an eye mask during a pedicure.

Overall a great salon which I would highly recomend!

I had my teeth whitened at destination skin at the westfield shopping centre in london April 09, i found the staff to be knowledgeably and very helpful, the treatment rooms to be clean and bright, the price to be competitive, I was very happy with the result of the treatment. I go regularly and use all their facial products. They know what is right for your skin I always have clear soft fresh looking skin. They are friendly you feel relaxed and it is a very enjoyable family outing.
