I visited Beauty at the Salon after months without treatment, I was in a bad way! So had 4 treatments a facial, waxing an eyebrow shape and eyelash tint.

I was suffering from a terrible bout of spots around my jawline but the Yonka facial really helped and was very good value considering the amount of time my therapist spent. The products smelt great and didn't irritate my skin which is very prone to flaring up! I particularly enjoyed the, I don't know what to call it! but a sort of vapouriser used to put the essential oil mix on my skin. My therapist was very competent and seemed to take time to understand my skin type and explained each stage of the facial, she also didn't make too much conversation during the facial which I often find difficult in these situations!

For my leg waxing my therapist used Lycon wax, which is what i searched for when i and found this salon online in the first place. I had Lycon wax used on my legs once before but didn't really notice the difference until I went back to normal roller wax and noticed how many more ingrown hairs I got on the regrowth. I will always opt for this wax now if i can find it. Again thee therapist seemed to put a lot of attention into getting the best finish, getting the magnifying lamp thing out and tweezering any stray hairs on my legs at the end of the treatment.

My eyebrow shaping was very good- she used threading to get the best shape. I asked her not to take to much off my eyebrows (not too keen on the tadpole eyebrow look) and she listened and I was happy with the shape. With the eyelash colour she spent alot of time preparing the lashes and I didn't get the awful dye in the eye scenario and was very pleased with the final outcome.

I was honestly suprised to get such good service from a salon on the main drag outside Hove Station, but i really am pleased with the result and will make a return visit soon.

I had been to this salon before and not been all that impressed by their service because I found the therapist to be a bit rude and also they very rarely answer the phone. Hiowever when a voucher deal came up for eyebrow extensions for £10, I decided to go ahead as it was so cheap.
After turning up twice to find they'd not got my appointment written down, I finally got a patch test and rebooked my appointment for a couple of weeks later, and guess what...the salon was closed again when I arrived. After several phone calls and an email (and no they didn't contact me back) I finally made an appointment for this morning and when I tuirned up, it was closed yet again. I have left a voicemail explainng my disappointment as all in all i have been trying for over 2 months to get my eyelashes extended and they still have my £10. I cannot be bothered to waste more time in trying to get another appointment as I'm sure if I try turning up again, it'll be closed. It seems that no-one is on the premises unless they are doing a treatment and they are very bad at checking their diary for when they have appointments booked. This is no way to run a business. So my advice is DO NOT GO HERE, even if they have a good deal on with one of the voucher companies as chances are they will just take your money and waste your time too. Terrible service.

The venue in Canary Wharf is inviting and clean. Theresa was friendly and did a great job. The wax was pain free and the best I have had in London. I will be going back.

The beauty room is just what we needed, they provide a really cool service, they actually listen to one's needs, and are on hand for advice. facials are just fantastic, and their waxing is just superb. no pain, quick and painles.. always ready for a return.

Excellent treatment! I got the lash extensions for a wedding and they were amazing! I will certainly return again. Very professional and friendly therapist who talked me through the process and made me vrey comfortable.

This was a very relaxing day and very much worth the money. The treatments were amazing and the staff made you feel very relaxed. i was so worried about my eyebrows , i never had a threading before ,its was amazing the way girl shape my eyebrow. this is going to be my 4th visit in this salon ,i will recomend you to go there.

I booked an eyebrow tint online but when calling up to check whether I needed a patch test beforehand, I was put through to the call centre. I was then on hold for 45 minutes and then got the message that the call centre was now closed! Unbelievable that you can't even get through to ask someone a very simple question! I have never had this experience at any salon before - this is the first time I have booked to go to Bannatyne's spa and it will certainly be the last!

Booked a fab deal for me and my friends to have hair, make up and a spray tan. We all had a great time and the staff are lovely, the interior of this salon is so gorgeous and we love the atmosphere. Will be going back for all my nights out! Thanks girls Louise xxx

After purchasing the Spotlight offer for the lash extensions I couldn’t wait to get them done. I changed my appointment a few times due to work commitments and they were completely understandable. My therapist Rachel was amazing, can’t credit her enough. The lash lift results were beyond my expectations, I never realised my natural lashes had the potential to be that long and thick without lash extensions. I also decided to spend my £50 Wahanda Gift Voucher there, I got a eyebrow wax and tint plus Gelish nails, once again Rachel exceeded my expectations and I left very happy. One of my favourite things about the spa is the atmosphere, it’s very clear the therapists love their jobs, take pride in their work ensure customers are satisfied. Next time I go back I want to try a full spa day, will keep you posted.

I love Sajna for it's convenience and value. I have gone a few times to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. It is a small beauty bar but definately does the job. The staff are very efficient and professional although they aren't over friendly, however this is something I prefer.

I have just had my first wax there and was slightly concerned at how quick it was, however was very pleased with the results.

The overall cost for all three treatments came to an amazing £17 - this was something I was very pleased about.

I would definately recommend.

Me and my friend was booked for few treatment today , i was so glad that i had a wonderful time there, staff was very pleasant, we were booked in at 1.00pm but we reached 20 mints earlier,girls offer us tea and coffee.,while we having a coffee they were telling to us about the treatments and products,which was quite impressive, then the time come when 1 of the girl took me to the room for massage and the other 1 start my friends 'nails.after finishing our treatments we were so relaxed.its was a small place but very peaceful, me and my freind was so happy that we had a very relaxing day.i will definitely go back.

Being only an occasional visitor to Englefield Green it is regrettable that I cannot indulge myself more regularly at this theraputic haven. As an older client the superb young team magically wipe away the years with their experitise and personable professional service. May your magic long continue H. & team.

I have been having regular facials at Rani Mirza for about the last 4 four years. Prior to that, I had had facials maybe once a year as no matter what salon I went to I never found that they made a visible difference and was always suspect as to their benefits. All that changed when I went to Rani - people (who were unaware that I had had a facial) kept commenting on how glowing and radiant my skin looked. After having red carpet facials, I have also been asked by friends (on more than one occasion) whether I have had botox because my lines disappear and my skin looks so perfect!

The deep cleanse and red carpet facials are one and a half/two hours of pure relaxation and pampering. I am a lawyer who works long hours in a stressful job - The salon and treatment rooms are serene and the atmosphere is relaxed - I frequently fall aleep during my facials and always leave at the end of the treatment not only with fresh skin but feeling rejuvinated and a great deal calmer than when I arrived.

The products Rani uses are top notch and Rani and her team of facialists really are at the top of their game - I trust them implicitly with my skin and their advice on what products to use. They are friendly and knowledgable but never pushy when it comes to buying products. They are also very accommodating when it comes to having to rearrange appointments etc.

I would not consider going anywhere else for my facials and the other treatments I have at Rani Mirza -and I would not hesitate in recommending Rani Mirza.

My friend and I loved our spa day at the Marriott hotel Edinburgh, purchased through Wahanda which we visited in May 2012.
Firstly stress and hassle free, we parked in the hotels free car park provided for hotel and spa guests
On arrival at the Hotel the Spa reception staff were welcoming and helpful .
We were provided with a locker robe towels and slippers .
The spa facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean.

Firstly we visited and worked out in the well equipped gym and were guided and advised by their very friendly gym instructor and knowledgeable personal trainer Lynn.
Then onto some R&R in the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi.
(One small niggle suggestion is there is nowhere within the spa to have a snack/lunch unless you get dressed and go to the hotel bar so we felt if the hotel introduced a small cafe area in the spa premises it would be a welcomed by spa users? )

In the afternoon we were given our treatments by their fantastic beauty therapist Rachael who gave me the best back neck and shoulder massage and facial i have ever had she has magic hands!!! and i will be paying her a return visit.
My friend and i felt thoroughly chilled and pampered, all in all a fantastic experience at a super spa.

I went for a eyebrow & lash tint. Again pleasant surrounding and welcoming environment. The tints were done quickly and neatly and I was happy with results. Lindy is very professional and good at what she does. I would visit again for the same treatment.

Very small venue but pleasant and friendly. I had eyebrow wax which was done quickly and virtually painless. Lindy was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would visit again for same treatment.

This is the first time I've ever had my eyebrows tinted so was quite nervous about getting it done. But when i went to Ivy, I got great advice and was really comfortable there. The staff were lovely. Will definitely go back and would recommend this place.

I Got my eyebrows threaded at this salon, the girl was very pleasant and made a nice job of shaping my eyebrows, yes I would go back for further treatments.

This is my second visit to Sophia,and i must say first & foremost she is a lovely lovely lady,so friendly,making you feel relaxed & welcome.

The facial i had with sophia was amazing,well worth the money that my sister paid for it,which was a birthday present off her to me,i enjoyed it very much.

The last time i was at sophia`s i had my eyes done & again it was a lovely experience.

I have visited this great salon a few times after finding it accidently on the internet through wahanda. They are a great local salon. It's a fantastic place which offers a one-stop shop type of service.

The beauty room is lovely and comfortable and very relaxing with music and candles used when I had my relaxing massage and facial (on special offer for a tenner wow). And they offer other services from excercise classes to hairdressing. I find it well worth the visit as you can get good quality treatments all at great prices and in a relaxed, friendly enviroment (they seem to know almost every customer that walks through the door). The therapists are lovely and skilled in the treatments.

It is a little tucked away as its in a shopping square, but, there is plenty of parking at the rear of the shops next to the school and its a great find.

You can really tell the people that work here put their heart and soul into the place. Keep it up.

Amazing salon. Welcoming, friendly and perfessional. The girls cannot do enough for you. Constant care and attention. Then you have the treatments themselves i have acrilic nails with the best 3d nail art i have seen done by Katie and my eyelashes are always brilliant with master lash extensions done by Olivia & Becky, my eyebrows are waxed and tinted to perfection by Beth. Amazing service i would recomnend everyone to go!!!

I absolutely LOVE the environ range they introduced me to; the consultations are bespoke to my needs and the treatments are a little bit of "Heaven"!. My skin has never looked or felt brighter and better and I get lots of lovely compliments since I started visiting Heaven at No7.

I had the semi permanent eyelash extensions deal from Wahanda. The staff at Jungle Fever were very welcoming and polite. Unfortunately the eyelash extensions did not last very long even though I bought the additional adhesive and cared for them. The salon is very small but has a good atmosphere, the only downside being that the business is not open Saturday's and has no bathroom. I would have gone back to get the eyelashes touched up but there seems to be no availability for months for the times I want (after working hours).

Last week I was incredibly stressed out & needed to take time for myself so visiting Theresa at Dollface was the best decision I could have ever made.
Theresa put me at ease straight away & was very good in pointing out where my skin needed a little help & the changes I needed to make in my daily skincare routine. I had the Dermalogical facial which instantly made my skin feel light & refreshed. This was all capped off with a soothing massage, so much so I almost feel asleep on the bed.
She tidied up my eyebrows quickly & pain free. Once she was finished I felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. My skin was glowing for days afterwards.
The new premises are clean & welcoming & extremely easy to find. Theresa was very professional but also very friendly.
If you are feeling the stresses of your every day life then you should definitely treat yourself & book yourself in. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment at Dollface.

I was a little nervous about getting a full set of eyelash extensions for my wedding as I had never had them before and wanted them to look natural. After 90minutes of suspense getting them put on I couldn't have been happier! They were very professionally done and I couldn't have loved them more for my big day. My Calgel nails with extensions were also perfect, the girls were lovely and I will definitely be going back.

Excellent salon, great service...amazing value for money. I would definitely go back for more treatments in the future. The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease with the treatments. The salon was very easy to find in the centre of Arnold.

This is a fantastic new addition to Streatham Hill - the spa has a lovely relaxing feel to it and the decor is spot on. Good value with the 25% discount that they have running to the end of May 2012 and some of their packages are definitely worth a look as well. The therapists are professional, experienced and friendly. I'd definitely recomment myspa95 and will be back again soon.

Semi permanent eyelashes looked great and have lasted very well. Therapist was quick and efficient, done in an hour or so and it usually takes over 1hour 30 minutes. I will go back there again.

I'm not at all happy with the service provided by that salon. The treatment room was cold to start with. The manicure table and tools were dirty. While I had my tinting done I was left alone in the room for about 15 minutes without supervision which is a bad practice. The quality of the treatment was very low - I honestly see no difference after the facial...? And the customer service left room for improvement.

I treated myself to a facial (by Sam) followed by a mani (by Harriet) recently, and would highly recommend both. The ambience of Heaven at No 7 is great, it is the idea setting to relax and let yourself be pampered a bit. Best bits, in my book, are the friendly and attentive staff, and the products they use, the effectiveness of which has been demonstrated in scientific research. so treatments I've had here have not only been super-enjoyable, but it's even better to know that they'll make a difference!

Although Browhaus looks amazing and the interior totally draws you in, unfortunately I had a horrible experience there.
As I was waiting for my treatment in their waiting area therapists were complaining about having to do their next treatments and were laughing about it at the front desk.
The tall Asian receptionist spoke to me as if I was stupid and kept repeating herself because I didn't want to buy in to one of their package deals they offer. (They aggressively push hundreds of pounds worth of packages on you and make it very hard for you to walk away just paying for your treatment.)
I will not be returning to Browhaus, although my therapist was lovely, she also told me how much she disliked the management.
I will stick to the Benefit Browbar just off Carnaby Strt instead.

The therapist, Alia was rude and told me I needed extra treatments done, which I didn't want to have done, before I had a chance to say not she said I needed it done and started anyway, then charged me for it, Therapist incredibly arrogant and rude, I do not have a hairy lip, to top matters off she cut my lip, I've had threading done for years and she really hurt I will never go there again.

I visited Heaven at Number 7 at the beginning of April with a voucher that had been purchased as a gift. The voucher was for a facial, indian head massage and eyebrow wax! I was a little weary of the eyebrow wax part of the offer, as I've had some not so great experiences in the past, but I am happy to say that none of that was needed! I am in love with my eyebrows! my therapist Louise, put me at ease straight away, explained every last detail to what she thought would suit my brow shape. The facial was very relaxing enjoyed every minute of it! I wish the Indian Head Massage could have gone on forever! Would defiently recommend the salon, all the staff are very polite and professional and will returning very soon.

A small, local beauty salon, beautiful red and white decor and spotlessly clean.
They made me feel very welcome, offering cups of tea or coffee while a short wait, (just setting up). The staff were very friendly.
As for the FIVE treatments, excellent value using the £16 Wahanda offer:

I had gel nails (hands and feet) french manicure style and I can honestly say they were the nicest shape or look, I've ever had done. I had also eyebrow wax, tint, and again they have never looked so nice, and long lasting.

I also had false individual eyelashes which looked terrific (not un-natural even in work) and again they stayed on for about 2 weeks!

I would recommend to go there first and combine it with a day out in Liverpool as the salon is in Whiston but it's only on the main, straight road down into Liverpool from there (about 15/20 min drive depending on traffic). I took a day off work and went on a Wednesday for a treat day for my birthday and then went to a concert in Liverpool. So, on the whole it was a nice day, and the visit to Macy's was a lovely, value for money treat.

I would go back and use it as my regular salon if I lived a bit closer.

Although very difficult to find (Rock Chic Nails is actually just a booth in a tanning shop called The Electric Beach), the treatment was excellent, and I love the effect the lash extensions give me. I'm not a girly girl so like that my friends have noticed my eyes but it doesn't look over the top or fake. Recommended.

Visited Lindy a few times now & its always a pleasure. Lindy is very professional, friendly & always welcoming. This time enjoyed a deluxe manicure (perhaps a little more choice of colours would have been good but this was a voucher offer so excellent value). Eyebrow shape 7 tine plus eyelash tine excellent.

i loved this beauty salon. everything was really good. the staff were really friendly and welcoming. the salon was really clean and it smelt amazing!! i recommend it to everyone! :)

I had eyelash extensions done by Fiona and I couldn't recommend her or them highly enough. I was given exactly what I asked for (natural look) and they looked great, when I went back for infills Fiona spent a lot longer than the designated 30 mins on them too.

The place is laid back yet professional, when I was told by the carpark manager that I would have to park in the (expensive) airport car park rather than the hotel carpark (which is free when visiting the salon), Fiona came out and arranged that I just park right outside the hotel.

The staff couldn't be friendlier either.

After hearing such good things about HD brows I decided to give it a go, especially as my brows were pretty much non existant and I had to pencil them in each day. I decided to go to Anesis because I have had a few treatments there now and it is a great salon.
The treatment lasted about 30 mins and consisted of tinting, waxing, threading and plucking to get the neat arch shape, finished with some cream to soothe the skin. I thought it would have to take me a few visits to get a good shape, so I was so happy when the therapist handed me the mirror and they looked fantastic. It's a little more expensive than your usual eyebrow shape but it is definitely worth it. I am now going to make my next appointment and make it a regular thing.

I had eyelash extensions at Rock Chic Nails which is at the back of a sunbed shop but it was very quiet so it wasn't a problem. I've had my eyelashes done quite a few times before and I'd say this was excellent value with the offer as my lashes are still looking good two weeks later - which in my experience is pretty good. I'll be going back for my infills.

Have been to several salons but Estivals is the friendliest, most professional & delightful. The products are top class, the staff really know their business & are all very sweet. All that & beautiful surroundings, Wow. Cant wait to get back there!

Booking the appointment was a little bit difficult because when purchasing the deal, the telephone number isn't actually listed on the voucher or venue details on the wahanda website. I had to look at the image thumbnails to find the number. After having done so I called up and booked an appointment for that week. Finding the place was easy. Upon arrival I had noticed that the venue itself was primarily a tanning salon but that didn't bother me. The receptionist advised me to take a seat and wait for my therapist (who at the time was currently with another customer). She took me into the back cubicle and asked me to lie on the massaging bed while she proceeded to attach my lashes. She was really lovely and was very gentle and careful when applying my lashes, so gentle that in fact I ended up sleeping for near enough 90mins forgetting where I was. All in all, I would say that I was very happy with my treatment and end result. The only things that lost a brownie points were finding the telephone contact details and also the noisy tanning booths but I would still recommend the treatment because the therapist was nice and the lashes are lovely and really good value for money.

This salon is lovely, really nice to have something of this standard in the area!

the sunbeds are amazing and only 50p per min had a colour by my second visit,
they also do (the REAL) Shellac nails (hard to find around here) my shellac manicures last me weeks! love them.

Already booked to go back!! Therapist was lovely. Very professional. Was ready and waiting for me despite the fact that I was early. Made me comfortable and warm. I fell asleep during treatment it was so relaxing. It is very easy to get to. Was offered a discount on way out. Really looking forward to going back in two weeks. 100% satisfaction.

My therapist was lovely and very knowledgeable and the eyelash extensions that she put in have so far been some of the best I've had. The location is great and really easy to get to, and the treatment room itself is very functional so perfect for maintenance treatments.

I booked this last minute before my holiday and so glad I did. My eyebrows are already dark and didn't think an eyebrow tint would make any difference but the therapist tinted one and the difference was very visable. The waxing of my eyebrows was pain free and carried out in a precise and professional manner. They looked amazing and most people commented on how neat they looked. I would defo recommend this treatment and venue. Parking turn off was difficult to spot as its a busy main road and traffic is moving fast but this is a miner... will more than likely visit again.

The location is great and the cosy atmosphere made me feel like at home.

I've tried loads of treatments such as Gel Nails, facial, waxing and eyelash extension, which is absolutely my favourite ever.

At Beauty Rose I'm sure to immerse myself in expert hands and, most importantly, about the results I want, which is pretty rare in central London.
The value for money is enormous considering the high quality of the service provided.

This very fact keeps me coming back to explore new treatments.

I highly recommend the gel pedicure/manicure, which lasts perfect usually up to 3 weeks and the laser IPL that saved my whole life!!!

What a little gem of a find! I had not heard about Shear Madness until I purchased an offer on Treatticket for false eyelash extensions, and found that it was directly off Shaftsbury Square and so very handy for myself living in the city. Lezah, the therapist I dealt with was extremely accomodating in arranging my appointment, offering to stay in late to fit me in after I finished work. The treatment itself took aprox 90 minutes, however I did not see the time go by as Lezah was extremely pleasant and chatty. She is clearly very passionate about her work and the treatments and products she uses, and was able to tell me in detail about my eyelash cycle and how the treatment works. As for the end result I would recommend Flirties eyelash extensions to anyone, they look extremely natural and real, with lots of added length and thickness! They are showing no signs of falling out at all and I will definatly invest in them again. Following my appointment I booked my boyfriend in for a very reasonably priced shoulder back and neck massage. Lezah spent over an hour on the massage and my bf said it was one of the best hes had, extremely relaxing. Very impressed with Shear Madness, intend to make it my new regular salon!

I was pleased with the treatment of semi permanent lashes, i was scared of looking like a drag queen but after discussing what look i want, the therapist toned down the lashes and gave me what i wanted.

I visited Bella Spa salon 3 weeks ago with my friend. We had aromatherapy massage with eyebrow service and my friend had Shellac Manicure. The salon is very spacious and right behind Primark so it is very easy to find.

We were offered drinks and made to feel very welcome right from start. There were 5 staff working on the day (it was Saturday). The massage room is very relaxing with candles and nice fragrance. The therapist is friendly and pays attention to details. I feel so relaxed after the massage.

My friend Shellac manicure lasted her 3 weeks now. We really like the salon and the exprience there. Thanks Angela, Diane and the staff for our great experience at your spa. We will definitely come back.

got holiday packge thats the owner laura organised for me she was so helpful and nice.... she gave me a top deal which included shellac pedicure,bikini and leg wax and hd brows (must have) and party lashes for £70 and got glass of bubbly 5* .... give it a go .......

Had shellac nails applied and the best ive ever had lashes the girls were so nice and the treatments were a pleasure i got my apt through facebook and if you add flutter glasgow there is loads of different things the salon does all very positive comments on page they also responded to my request that day i think the lines do get busy but what do you expect hen you buy the voucher it shows how many people are buying it .. there is a reason there so busy dont take this as a negative ... would reccomend

Good service, nice venue. Therapist was very helpful and knowledgeable. Have been looking to do something with my eyebrows in ages but never known what! It was good to learn some new tips on the best way to "style" my eyebrows for my face.

a group of 6 of us booked out the salon on a saturday for a pamper day. we couldnt have been treated any better, as a pre hen do treat we got more than we imagined. the owner jodie treated us with a bottle of champagne and the service was second to none. we all had a gelish manicure/pedicure from laurna and we had the best massages from amy and jodie, a couple of the girls had spray tans and they looked amazing (no streaks) a big thanks for making our day special, we have rebooked for treatments before the wedding, the salon is very popular but we managed to rebook without a problem. lovley bunch of girls working at pamper me, we have been converted!

I had the treatment for semi permanent eyebrows. The therapist was great and explained everything step by step. I am extremely pleased with the result and will defo go back for the top up if it is needed.

The salon is really a nail salon rather than a beauty salon. Its pretty basic and I was sat at a chair at the nail desk to get my eyelashes done. Having said that, the therapist was very quick and took only 45 mins. She put the length and type I requested and was very efficient. The result was great and a month later, Ive still got most of the lashes which is a good sign. great value.

I'd had my eyebrows & lashes tinted years ago, but had never rushed to have them done again because I was so unimpressed - Sophia changed all of that. As other people have commented she is lovely & puts you at ease immediately.

I couldn't believe how different (better) my eyebrows looked - put it this way my husband noticed! I can't stop looking at them in the mirror.

I will definately be back (apart from the fantastic treatment, there's loads of parking) & next time I'm taking my daughter.

Great wax treatment and staff were super friendly and helpful. The wax was virtually painless and my therapist happily gave me her professional advice on skincare. Great value for money with the voucher. HIghly reccomended.

Whilst a bit tricky to locate the premises I had a wonderful experience getting my eyelashes put in by the experienced Lorraine. The first treatment lasted two hours but was well worth it as the results were noticeable and even my colleauges complimented me on how natural the eyelashes looked. So...will be back :-)

A bit tricky to find, but Lorraine is absolutely lovely and will do exactly what you want. I wanted my extensions for my wedding, and wanted natural with a bit of volume and I'm so pleased with what she's done. She's really friendly too so it was a great experience. Recommended !

My treatment started 40 minutes later than planned (therapist was late...) I was explained every step of the procedure and the aftercare, my questions has been answered, which is fine. I draw the shape of my eyebrows for her so she sees exactly what my desired shape was. It really wasn't nothing unusual and I exactly knew what I wanted, which in normal circumstances should help the therapist. Unfortunately it took a while before she managed to draw something barely similar...In fact at the end I was amending the shape with her equipment!!! Final drawing was different to initially marked required shape. I just had an impression that therapist had her own idea...Anyway, brows are thinner than i wanted, but at the moment i won't raise the issue because i second treatment is required anyway (SURPRISE!!)... which btw appears to be more expensive than the voucher itself (voucher 89 and second visit 120) I hope I can amend my shape when repeating the procedure. Hope so....My brows are fuller and naturally nicely shaped - purpose of the visit was to enhance them. At the moment results are 5 out of 10....Thanks Penny!

I first visited this place after I bought a pamper voucher off Wahanda.

Firstly, when I arrived, I was most pleased by the ample free parking adjacent to the salon.

On entry, the salon was clean, bright and well kept. I met my therapist Sarah who took me to one of the treatment rooms to explain the package.

To be completely honest, when I book things and I get a very good deal, my expectations are lowered by my "you get what you pay for" mentality. Imagine my surprise at not only meeting a therapist who is resolutely passionate about her work, but also having the ability of making you feel completely at ease instantly.

The room was lovely and warm (towels on the ready on the radiator) and my treatments began.

Everything about it was sublime. I felt like I was in there for more than the two hours. Every treatment I had (massage, body wrap, micro dermabrasion facial, eye treatment, eyebrow tinting and threading - i think there may have been more but I was in relax central so can't remember) was perfect.

I struggle to find a really masseuse but Sarah really knows her stuff and worked those knots out like a dream.

I have since been back for more micro dermabrasion facials and I also have a massage booked for the next visit.

Best wax I have ever had. The girl was lovely and put me at ease and did a really good job, I loved her homemade wax.

I will be back 5 stars all round.

A terribly disapointing experience!
The end result looked great but alas lasted less than a week!
Were these 'silk' eyelashes even silk? I very much doubt it!!
How do I complain and to whom??

Managed to book in for some lash extensions and although the salon isn't very big, I was seated very comfortably and was even drifting off to sleep at one point. Very happy with the end result.

I have had lash extensions done and a lot of other place and have literally only lasted a week, I got the lashes done here and 3 weeks later, they are still looking great!

I have been a very satisfied Saks Beauty Newark customer for over two years and continue to have regular treatments across the whole range of services that the salon offers - manicure, pedicure, brow shape, endermology, Hollywood lashes, massage, waxing and microdermabrasion. Having visited various salons for many years in London and in Nottingham, I cannot praise Saks highly enough - this salon is a little gem! The staff are friendly, ultra professional and exceptionally good at what they do, the range of treatments available is impressive, the pricing represents great value for money when compared to other local salons and I have never once had an appointment cancelled or mixed up.

Last Saturday I had a gel manicure at 9am and by 2.30pm I had chipped a nail (entirely my fault, chopping vegetables for a dinner party!). I called Saks who told me that they were fully booked but offered to squeeze me in for a running repair after their official closing time - Emma stayed behind, fixed my nail and refused to accept any payment. With service like that, I will be a satisfied customer for a very long time.

I have been coming to this salon since August 2011, I had just had a baby and wanted to treat myself and feel human again! I couldn't have come to a better place - the treatments are second to none and the staff are so friendly I have actually come to feel as though I am meeting friends.

I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for London standard treatments outside of the capital.

I had the mobdeal LVL lashes treament with Lorraine. Venue was a little difficult to find but instructions are printed on the gate relating to Expressions from Rainville Road. She was very welcoming and professional. Treatment was very relaxing and results are good.

It was in a hairdressing salon so a bit busy, noisy and the sound of washing hair made me want to wee....... a lot! I dont think i would enjoy a relaxing massage here.

But i didn't have a massage, i had eyelash extensions, which are amazing, so all good. The therapist listened to the look i wanted, explained everything, was very quick and professional and the result is fantastic, couldn't be happier. Will definitely be going back to have a full set.

I visited Lorraine with a mobdeal for semi-permanent lashes. Other than some slight difficulty finding the venue (allow yourself extra time) everything else was perfect. She was extremely welcoming and professional and I was so comfortable during the treatment that I fell asleep !
I've had lashes applied before and this was a much better experience - aside from the gentle application, they feel so natural that I feel like they are my own lashes. Its only been a few days but none have fallen out so far.

The salon was very pleasant and the therapist was friendly and helpful. I had a full set of false lashes and they looked fabulous and were excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend to friends

Fantastic service, A lovely beauty therapist working from home and creating a really nice ambience and relaxing setting. Went with my mum and we were both delighted with results. Mum has very sensitive skin and for the first time in years had a facial that didn;t make her eyes flair up. Would def recommend.

It is a lovely hotel and spa. The setting is nice and although it is situated near a very busy main road you would not know that once in there.
The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the spa staff were very smiley too.
We were left to relax with a cupof tea/coffee before entering for our treatments and spa.
We were able to book in an extra treatment each at short notice even though they were very busy.
I had never had a massage before and was a little wary as I have a bad back but I chatted with the therapist and was put at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
The pool is a little small for proper swimming and the steam and sauna are on the small side too but overall a very enjoyable day.
Would definitatly go again!

Let me start off by saying I've tried a lot of salons around Stoke Newington! I don't usually write reviews but this is a little salon which is so tucked away it's almost exclusive! It's located underneath Abney Hall on Church Street.
I heard about Beautify from a friend and I thought I might as well try it out. The salon its self is wonderful and charming it has some modern equipment such as a special pedicure chair, and other bits and bobs. As well as home made skin products.
The therapist there was a lovely and polite girl that is willing to advise you on anything!
The facial was relaxing and the cream used smelt of chocolate!!
Since this treatment i now go every other week to get my nails done as I trust no one else other than Oya with my nails!

I've been here a few times its a lovely relaxed atmosphere and really friendly and i have come away more than happy every time Selina is very talented she knows her stuff and gives great advice on after care, the nails i got were great quality (They actually stayed on) She has really nice unique designs to suit you, i have and would definitely recommend her to anyone 5*** without a doubt.

I come to this salon regularly for treatments but i really love the facials and an aromatherapy body massage and i can honestly say the treatments are amazing and work wonders for my skin. Selina is a lovely lady and a fantastic therapist. The prices are brilliant for the quality of the treatments provided and i highly recommend this salon to anybody.

Having just visited this salon I am absolutely appalled and outraged at the poor level of customer service and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction or basic common courtesy.

Having received a pamper package for my birthday I was really looking forward to having my treatments. When I made my booking 2 weeks before the appointment I also requested an additional Indian Head Massage as this is something that I really enjoy and wanted to have a long relaxing day. I was told that this was all fine and that my appointment slot at 11.00am could accommodate the amount of time required. I double checked this twice during the telephone conversation. The pamper package alone was at least 1.5 hours long so with the Indian Head Massage it was going to be at least 2 hours in duration.

So I turned up this morning ready for some quality "me" time, only to be met by an extremely rude employee. The level of unprofessionalism that she displayed astounded me and she certainly didn't win an award for customer service at school / college! She straight away informed me that my Indian Head Massage hadn't been booked and even if it had then they could't do it because the therapist that did those wasn't it. When I told her that I was very disappointed and it wasn't good enough as I had booked it in advance her response, unbelievably, was that she hadn't booked it, it wasn't her writing so it wasn't her fault or problem and if I wasn't happy then I should speak to the Manager (who wasn't in)!! She added that it was probably the owners Daughter who is always screwing up, she didn't know why she let her work their and again said, not my problem and that it wasn't booked in anyway and walked away.

Another girl then approached me who, to be fair, was very nice and was trying to resolve the situation. She asked if I had booked a full body massage and had the diary with her. When I checked against my name it did state Mothers Pack (it was a Mothers Day Special Package) + IHM. I told her no I hadn't booked an additional body massage but IHM was an Indian Head Massage so it had been booked in. The other girl returned to the room and I informed her that my additional request had been booked in and she just shrugged her shoulders, said well I didn't write it and walked away again.

I couldn't believe the attitude of the person standing in front of me, especially given the nature of the business which is all about pampering people, making them feel good, giving them a bit of me time.

Unbelievably, the girl who had been trying to resolve the problem then told me that my treatments would take about 2 hours (as I knew) yet she had someone else booked in an hour after me and therefore wouldn't be able to fit everything in. By this time I was absolutely furious, I had driven for over an hour and half, been treated with complete dis respect and then told that my total booking was screwed up and that if I wasn't happy I should write in to complain - I don't think so!!

The girl eventually called the Manager to let her know that their was a problem and (and I could hear the conversation on the phone) the Manager told her to tell me she couldn't speak to me as she was on another call. When she came off the phone the Manager had said that I could either re-book again completely or do some of my treatments now and come back for the rest - that was the best that they could do. Arghhhh - if this is the way this company does business then I'm surprised that they are open at all!

I again told the girl that this wasn't acceptable. I was aware that it wasn't her fault and she was unfortunately having to deal with me but I was still not happy and told her that I wanted to speak with the Manager. I again ri-iterated the distance I had traveled, the fact that I had booked in plenty of time and that I had double checked my booking before coming off the telephone at the time. She told me she could give me her email address but the Manager didn't like her phone number being given out. I asked her to get the Manager back on the telephone there and then because I wanted to speak with her before I left. She called her back and I eventually got to talk to the Manager. Again I received the same response of re-book or do half and half, explaining that whoever booked the appointment in after me musn't have realised how long my appointment should have taken. Simple answer, when someone books an appointment block their slot out completely!!

During the phone call I informed her that given the way that I was initially treated her employee I did not want to have any treatments, if that was the attitude of the staff then I did not want them doing any treatments on me. She therefore told me to request a refund through the company that the package was purchased through! She did also say that she would speak with the employee in question the next day regarding the way I had been treated by her.

Attitude in business is everything, especially in a customer facing business. If they had responded differently initially, i.e. spoken to me in a friendly, polite and professional manner; admitted that they had completely screwed up and offered some kind of compensation for the inconvenience; demonstrated that they were sorry etc then the end result could have been very different. Everyone makes mistakes and I can handle that but instead they were rude, had a "I don't care / it's your problem" attitude, didn't make me feel comfortable at all and didn't do anything to try and appease the situation.

I would advise anyone thinking of going to this salon to stay far away and instead book yourself into somewhere that has an interest in customer service and providing a quality service to it's clients. I know 2 other people who had also bought deals with this company and they have now also sought a refund, so in one day they've lost 3 potential customers plus the further knock on of that. Does that sound like good business sense to you??

What happened to the good ols traditional methinds? Waxing the eyebrows makes them grow faster, it does not look as clean as if they were removed traditioanlly. Otherwise the salon is ok.

My eyelashes looked amazing and I received so many comments. A lot of people could not tell they were false, the eyelashes lasted aprrox 6 weeks and I love it that you dont have to use mascara.

I would highly reccommend Jennys Beauty treatements.

therapist was lovel and made me feel very confident with the procedure and her experience. it hurt much more than i imagined(maybe that was me being a bit naive) but she was very patient and reassuring. i didnt botehr whoever to go back for a topup as didnt fancy it again but am pleased with teh lash enhancement results none the less

Renata is such a warm caring person that you can not help but feel at ease with her! I had an eyebrow tint and shape and I left feeling like a new woman - the tint has lasted (no mean feat on my blonde eyebrows) and I shall soon be returning for more treatments! I can highly recommend this liitle gem in the heart of Crystal Palace!!

Had eyelash extensions, they are fabulous!!! I travel all around the world and had them done in the states and Hong kong, these are definitely one of the best and the best I've had in London. Hope to be back soon.

Staff were great, i was even running late and there were no problems.

Went to Anesis for the 1st time in January and got an hour swedish massage and HD brows. The staff was friendly and so was my therapist Nadia. I left very happy with both the massage and my new brows. The only thing that wasn't tip-top was the temperature in the room where I got the massage, it felt pretty cold in there. However, everything else exceeded my expectations. I even got a complimentary pesci pedicure. I will definately be going back to Anesis and I can warmly recommend it to others!

My appointment ran a few minutes late as Sophia had car trouble but she couldnt apologies enough. First time i had ever had eyelash and eyebrow tint and Sophia was wonderful she explained each stage and i found her detailed information interesting and reassuring. I loved my tints and would definately recommed a visit. She is a lovely lady

the reception staff need to be a little more aware when there are people waiting to book in for their spa days. We arrived on a day when a therapist was off sick so treaments needed to be rearanged but Rich looked after us really well. we did expect lunch to arrive at the time we had specified but we actually ended up having to ask for it. overall an excellent day- thank you

I came across this deal on Wahanda for HD brows at Expressions Permanent Makeup and was so impressed I returned a couple of days later and got the LVL Lashes treatment - which is amazing!

Lorraine, the therapist and salon owner, runs her business from home in an excellent setup. It's very clean, organised and professional salon, only about a 10min walk from Hammersmith and pretty easy to find.

Lorraine is really friendly, professional and experienced at what she does. I was unsure if the LVL lashes would work for me and Lorraine showed me the before and after photos of other clients first and discussed this treatment with me before going ahead - no hard sell, just honest advice and service.

I'm really pleased with my new look - HD brows and LVL lashes - and will be returning in a couple of months time.

Just beware that if you do the LVL lashes you need to be careful for the next 12-24 hours (ie don't go swimming/saunas and you shouldn't use mascara etc).

i am new to the blackburn area and was not sure which salon to go to, when i went in to salon de beaute, i was welcomed with a warm atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and polite to me, as for the treatments, they were excellent value for money! and they did a smashing job!i will defo use salon again! customer service is great! prices you can't go wrong with.

The salon location is in a decent location. The therapist was very friendly and chatty. I purchased the half set of semi-perm lashes, my treatment took about an hour. I had asked the therapist for the most dramatic look in the available time. Having had a full set of lashes only once before I didn't have much to compare to. I found that the glue was slightly irritating to my eyes, but after a eye bath at the suggestion of the therapist that soon calmed down. Overall I felt the treatment was good for the cost but the only downsides were apparent in the coming weeks; I think the lashes used were a bit too thick/heavy that made them fall out quicker. They also seemed to fall out with my own eyelash attached which I didn't experience in my previous treatment.

Me and my sister have been visiting nirvana every 4 weeks for facials and brow wax. we find the staff very friendly, and proffesional the salon is very clean, i would reccomend this salon highly to anyone to give it a try to see for themselves.

I had eye lash extensions done here and they were amazing previously i had them done and the lashes fell out really quickly but Elaine has mastered the technique really well as she is so busy doing these treatments. I would strongly recommend her!

I decided to try out eyelash extensions! The overall experience was fine and the lashes looked nice once finished. I was told how to care for them, which i have done, as anyone would do after paying for a treatment like. I was given a estimated time for the lashes to last from 2 - 3 weeks. Well, its DAY 3 and I have barely any left! This was a real waste fo money!

Attended at Enhance today for my first ever appointment with the lovely Sarah.

The salon is at the entrance to a free car park which is a big bonus and I found both the reception area and treatment room to be most pleasant.

Sarah immediately put me at my ease with her easygoing, pleasant but professional manner. She explained the treatment throughout which was a nice touch and also made me aware of how knowledgeable she is. Overall I was delighted with the results and will certainly return.
