I was really excited about going and getting my semi-permanent make-up done and whilst I am really pleased with the results now that it has been a few months and everything is fully healed, the therapist was beyond rude. The salon itself is lovely inside, don't be fooled by the outside, however throughout my entire second treatment I was made to feel very uncomfortable and under pressure. Sian refused to listen to me, insisting that she was the professional and knew best (whilst she is of course the professional it would have been nice to have some say in something that is semi-permanent). I felt belittled and like I had no choice but to just do what she was saying. Would recommend the treatment, it has been amazing, but i would not recommend getting it from Sian.
