Although Browhaus looks amazing and the interior totally draws you in, unfortunately I had a horrible experience there.
As I was waiting for my treatment in their waiting area therapists were complaining about having to do their next treatments and were laughing about it at the front desk.
The tall Asian receptionist spoke to me as if I was stupid and kept repeating herself because I didn't want to buy in to one of their package deals they offer. (They aggressively push hundreds of pounds worth of packages on you and make it very hard for you to walk away just paying for your treatment.)
I will not be returning to Browhaus, although my therapist was lovely, she also told me how much she disliked the management.
I will stick to the Benefit Browbar just off Carnaby Strt instead.

Had a great experience here, the 3D Laser Facial was fantastic and I really could notice the difference even after the 1st one, have had 4 now and im very happy with the results. I also had my eyelashes done and they have lasted well. The staff were very nice and Sarah who does the treatments is very bubbly and outgoing, she made me feel completley at ease. Will definately be returning.
fish pedicure was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! but my pedicure was ok as they where busy they have to rush me but i been there to relax would recommand go there but during week as they might busy in the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sarah was my therapist and she was really friendly, welcoming, professional and polite. She explained all of the treatments and made me feel really relaxed. The knowledge and experience of the staff coupled with quality products and lovley venue made this one of the best pamper sessions I have ever had. Thank You so much! When I arrived I had stirred some confusion by phoning first to cancel it...but later on I could make it anyway. When I got there it was easy to find and plenty of place to park in front of the nail salon.
But the picture they have on the website of Wahanda is not the same one what the actual thereapy room is like... a but more plain and simple really just a room in a nail salon.
Very friendly helpfull staff. There was some confusion about my appointment time as mine was 17.30 in my diary but they had 5 o clock in their books. So I would miss out on a part of my treatment the bodywrap...but Sarah who treated me was really friendly and did give me the bodywrap experience with the coconut smell cream on my legs and arm... with an extra massage! Was very nice.
Microdermabrasion experience different at first but quite enjoyed the sandingpaper exfoliation feeling!
Back neck shoulder massage was lovely and relaxing.

This was an amazing experience, from the minute we walked in till the moment we left we felt well looked after. The girls were all great!!!! We were a bit late because we couldnt find it as its a lil hidden and the parking was a squeeze but managed. we went for the timeout package which was fab!!!!!! felt very relaxed throughout and after. was amazing and even got a lovely cuppa after. would definetly recommend Martines a million times over and will be back once a month to get rid off stresses of being a mom and student!!!!!!
Another great treatment, got my eyelash extensions topped up after having them over 3 weeks. Definitely recommend this for value for money. Venue in great location and only takes approx 1 hr.
A great-value deal, though you'd have to be mad to pay full price for it, as it wasn't worth anything like that! Five treatments, all of which were nice, but because they're all done at the same time it only actually takes 75 mins - over £100 for that would be ridiculous! I was very very pleased with the eyebrow shape. The massage was nice. The body wrap wasn't really a wrap - a bit of stuff on my arms and legs and a sheet over the top of me while the other treatments were carried out - I'd never pay anything to have that "wrap" again. The microdermibrasion was quite effective, but very quick - again I wouldn't pay full price for that ever. The therapist was lovely. It's just a room in a nail salon, but then for £29 I wouldn't expect more. A good deal if you want to try some treatments or just have a little pamper. I left feeling relaxed and that I'd treated myself. Very pleased, and were the offer permament I'd go back again and again for it, but wouldn't pay full price for any of the treatments.
Arrived at the salon to be greeted by the lovely Sarah and shown into a beautifully decorated treatment room. Sarah began with the microdermabrasion and went to great lengths explaining how the treatment worked and what the benefits would be to my skin. She continued with the other treatments and was both friendly and efficient throughout. I certainly see a difference to my skin and am looking forward to going back to Enhance for more pampering, in fact I am booked in on the 27th of this month ! I would not hesitate in recommending this salon and any of the treatments on offer to anyone.

We chose the back massage which was very relaxing then we went for a swim and sauna afterwards we had lunch there which finished the morning perfectly a great day out
Have had eyelash extensions applied before at other salons, but the ones at Electric beach were by far the best i've had done so far...the lady asked me exactly how volumised and extended i wanted them and the results were fab. They lasted around 3/4 weeks, just in time for christmas and i would recommend this treatment at Rock chic Nails to anyone!
Had a great therapist,very friendly and and eyelashes still in after 2 weeks,will def go back again for a 2nd treatment,great service,and location easy to find.looking forward to trying another treatment
I bought a Wahanda voucher for a facial (spot), eye treatment, and massage. I booked and specified the title of my voucher. On the day, I gave my voucher to the receptionist before my treatment. Despite all the evidences I've shown regarding the particularities of my treatment I received an.... express facial!

I visited this salon on 25.11.11 and found the building hard to access (couldn't get in until someone coming out let me in). The lift wasn't working. The toilet facilities were on a separate floor and the toilet door didn't lock. The therapist was a pleasant girl and the treatment (eye mask) was OK. I decided to purchase the cream recommended. The box of cream was £67. When I got home I found that the box was empty!! I rang the salon to be told I could not have a refund unless I brought the box back. So I returned to the salon (through all the Manchester traffic) only to be told I could not have a refund as there was no manager there to approve the refund (but I wasn't told this on the phone before I returned). I agreed to a replacement, only for the therapist to discover that ALL the boxes of the product were empty!! I then demanded a refund but was told by the manager on the phone that I would have to return next day (this would be the third visit). I refused and said I would wait there until I got a refund. The manager said he would get there in 2 hours. So I walked around Manchester for an hour and a half and was then telephoned by the therapist to say they had sorted out that I could now get a refund. So I had to return to the salon again. By this time I had wasted all my afternoon and it had spoilt my evening plans. There was no apology from the manager. I reported the incident to Key103 who had distributed the voucher I bought. They were not interested. So if you visit this clinic, make sure there is a product in the box before you leave the salon!
went with a friend for a day and was really wonderful - clean new fresh and fab facilities - looking out for another special here - and we will go again - the treatment was relaxing and therapist amazing - we loved the products and there was plenty of high quality product in the small changing rooms - a wonderful day
We were made very welcome with a hot drink as we arrived, the therapist was lovely, and the facial was so relaxing, felt very at ease and pampered. Would go back for more treatments.
They were very friendly and I liked the ambience and feel of the place. The facilities were nice and clean and I liked the end result. Will go back again!
My therapist was really good and the massage was very well done. Eyebrows were not done too well though and I had sme bruising on it the next day. I cannot fault the service and ambience though which was really good and Facial and Massage were excellent. Eye treatment was done really well too.
Rookery Hall is a beautiful setting and I took my mum for a treat for her 60th after being pleased with previous experiences there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcomed us with a refreshing mocktail. The spa was a bit too busy on the day we visited so the pool was a bit crowded at times. We both had an eye treatment which was very lovely and included a mini facial. The body exfoliation was a little bit painful when the body brush was used but the therapist was brilliant, making sure I was comfortable throughout both treatments.
The fruit teas are a lovely touch and we both enjoying making use of the chillout room! Lunch was tasty too... Extra touch or homemade cookies with hot drinks real treat!
Would definitely return on similar type of offer and recommend it!
Booked my Hen party at Little Jasmine’s Therapies and it was just amazing. We had the entire place to ourselves (10 of us) and have an array of different treatments from nails and facials to head back and shoulders massage. The treatments were very good and the therapists extremely professional. The establishment is slightly small but it makes up for cuteness, very clean and the price was just right, I defo recommend

I always get excellent service here, they never moan at me when I am late (which is often as I travel from the City and every single treatment I have had here is spot on.....at sensible affordable prices. The salon is spotless & the decor is very tastefully done. I am always well looked after, feel completely at ease and am made to feel special every time I visit. Cath a is just superb at waxing - really first class, a welcoming & gracious host It is a delight to come here, and that is why I recommend The Beauty Boutique - absolutely without hesitation for any treatment
I had a wonderfully relaxing time and booked a further treatment with the same therapist - Harriet. The whole place was very clean but not clinical so it felt very welcoming. I will definately be going back when I have some spare cash!
I always have a first rate visit to bodylines, and if loyalty was anything to go by, i think that staying with the salon for 9 years should go along way to show my satisfaction. I have had many problems with my nails over the years and have always found that the best solution, and proficient care has always been taken. All of the girls care that you`re experience at bodylines, is the best it can be, by taking a moment of thier time to make sure that you are being take care for. I look forward to my trips to the salon, not only because i enjoy my treatments, i.e. Nail enhancments pedicure, waxing, and tinting, as i feel that i am amongst friends. There are always times where a particluar member of staff is busier than they thought they would be and delays are possible, is anywhere absoloutly perfect?
I have never had semi permanent eye lashes before and was really surprised at how easy it was to ware them and enjoyed having them. The therapist was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
I urgently needed my eyebrows threaded, I walked in and the manager happened to be immediately available.
She consulted me on what shape I wanted, then got to work. The process wasn't particularly painful or painless, all felt quite normal. She checked that I was OK with what she'd done with the bottom of the brow before double checking on what she was going to do next. The result is great, well worth the 13 pounds.
Lovely experience, very professional and friendly. I had Nouveau Express lash extensions and they lasted just over 2 weeks so I was very impressed. The therapist spent time making sure that I got exactly the natural look which I was after. Would certainly recommend this venue to friends and family.
Excellent therapist, really friendly and experienced! Have now been twice first was for eyebrow shape - which was excellent, she was very patient as I did have rather alot of eyebrow!!! When back as was impressed with service for facial and massage - Helen advised what would suit my skin for the facial and what was the problem - mine was dehydrated so she worked the treatment around that. Would recommend and will be going again when I can afford it!!

This is all thanks to perfectionist beautician Firouzeh Ahari at the Princess Soraya Beauty Salon, who I have been seeing for about 4 years and now visit once a week.
Over the years, she has been giving me filler treatments for lines and wrinkles, whitening treatment to get rid of brown age spots and non-surgical face lifts to bring up sagging jaw and neck muscles. On top of that, I use the superlative Capuccini products which she sells, including a miraculous serum and deeply nourishing creams.
Firouzeh Ahari works extremely hard to achieve RESULTS, which makes her the best beautician I have ever seen.

to sit on the shop floor (on a stool with back against the wall) with no privacy when getting treatment done. Staff booking the appointment are part of the tanning salon not rock chic and not a very friendly service. Don't think I'll be going back!
This was a lovely spa and the staff went a long way to make it that way.
The whole place was new, immaculate and very tidy.
The eye treatment I had was discounted with our visit but was so good at vanishing my dark circles that I would gladly pay full price for it for a special occasion.
The only downside is the location of the hotel and the fact it is really hard to find. We were on a main road about 100 yards from it but it wasn't visible from there. We had to phone for directions as there was no sign to tell us where to go.
I visited Urban Beauty as part of a girly group before a night out for a morning of beautifying. I'd bought a Wahanda voucher for a spray tan and a pedicure, and i went for eyelash extensions on top of this. Sadly, as I'm very olive skinned it took a lot of tan to show up on my skin - as it wasn't a super dark formulation it ended up more orange than anything, which was a shame (luckily I don't mind being orange!). My fairer skinned friends only needed a fine spray and it looked lovely on them. My pedicure was great and she had a great colour range - I went for a purpley black which was really glossy and lasted for ages. My eyelashes were really good value at £25 and were really full on lashes. The salon itself is tiny and is not at all luxurious, which is the only downfall. Hayley herself, who owns the salon, was incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us (including getting us lunch!). Will definitely go back - sign up to the newsletter for some good deals.
Got a great price for this deal, the only trouble was I never got to use the coupon. Every time I called for an appointment there were none avaliable on the days I could get there! I was told that there was only one therapist that could do the treatment and she appeared to be booked up well in advance. So what was a great deal was not so great after all.
AMAZING!!! Been here so many times and still havent found one single fault with this place! Come here on a regular basis as the staff, facilities and spa itself make you feel in heaven! Its truly a hidden gem, and you must check this place out! the staff are so polite and friendly, and are really helpful with advice on many things, even not their area of expertise. From massage to microdermabrasion; utterly wonderful!

This is very much a hair salon - not a spa. That said, the room was relaxing and quiet and the facial was great. She also did an eyebrow wax which was great.
Overall, wonderful value and would definitely recommend!
I really enjoyed these treatments - only one complaint - although eyebrow shaping was included in the package - I didn't want it. I explained this to the therapist who persauded me to go ahead. I said I didn't want my eyebrows too thin - she assured me she wouldn't do that but she did! Otherwise, good massage and facial.
The therapist was great and very friendly and the massage was very relaxing. She also did a great eyebrow shape. Altogether great value for money with the Wahanda deal. Location was handy but if you want a weekend appointment make sure you book early.
The staff was extremely friendly and the facilities relaxing and clean. I had an expert brow shaping and eyelash tint and was very satisfied with the results given I had an event to go to that evening. I will definitely be returning to Yin Beauty for their other treatments - especially a massage and detox foot bath.
What can I say that has not already been said. Yes it's a discreet famous hangout for some stars and it's got a nice rooftop pool and a gym wtih views of the park.
The massage I got was average, again what I would expect for the price paid is slightly more. i could have gotten the same quality massage in one of the other lesser known spas dotted all over central london nowadays. It didn't exceed my expectations so that is why I gave it and average rating.
The facilities available are worth the cost of taking a treatment there though. Pool is ok if there aren't too many children in it. They do not enforce the rules for the times children are allowed to use the pool. When I was there, there was 4-5 kids jumping in and out of the pool when they were not supposed to be allowed to use the pool. Also it's a bit small so more than 2-3 adults in it and it would feel like a jacuzzi bath tub instead of a pool. But it was lovely to lounge up there in a bikini facing the sky in central london. I went during summer so it was nice.They use Aesop toiletries which also made me give them more marks as Aesop is a brilliant brand.
Overall I would go again to use the facilities but not necessarily go there for my treatments or massages.
The eyelash extensions did not last as long as they were supposed to and the glue irritated my eyes. Some of the extensions were attached to three of my own lashes, I lost a few of my own eyelashes when the extensions came out. I wouldn't have them done again.
I was able to be seen straight away without waiting which was very convenient. I didn't phone ahead to make a booking because they didn't have a line at the time to do so. The beautician was ok. I have had better shaping done at a competitor brow bar but for the price I can't complain and she was more than happy to tidy up by brows at the end how I asked. Overall it was great value.
I had eyelash extensions fitted at Benito Brow bar in Debenhams London. They looked amazing and I was very happy with them and they lasted over two weeks! Therapist was professional and after consultation knew exactly what look I was going for and completed them in an hour so was able to have them complete in my lunch break.
great place, easy to find. receptiost v friendly, but late due to snow. quick and painless.= eye wax so ill go aagian and maybe book another treatment. therapist a little short at times, it was early so she wa probably tired!
Easy to find in Debenhams, located in a corner by the door. Great service, nice clean area with comfy seats to sit in whilst having your treatment done and lovely staff will highly recommend
I went to the benito brow bar in debenhams for eyelash extensions. I thought that the overall result was OK. I am glad I did not pay full price as didn't end up with many lashes. The therapist did not ask me what look I wanted and I did feel that as I had a voucher there was not any choice. The therapist did not really talk to me through the process. The deal said they were semi permanent which was not the case, they were lashes that would last between 10-14 days.

Great location very near to Selfridges so easy to pop in when you are shopping in the area/on Oxford street. Although it has a small reception area, the staff are very friendly and the therapists not only good at what they do but very helpful regarding an treatment questions.
I went to Malika as I was shopping at Westfield anyway. The person at the counter was helpful but not really friendly. I was seen to immediatly and my therapist was very friendly and attentitive. She advised me on the best shape for my eyebrows and gave me tips on how to make the shape last longer. It was done quickly and it was pain free and you get a complimentary head massage. The music played was calming but the window is clear so people walking past can see you. But other than that I would go again.
I purchased two vouchers In July and had eye lashes which were great as they were applied well and to the correct length to suit my eyes and on another occasion I had my hair put up and I was very impressed with the staff and service.
The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful the service was next to none and the treatments were lovely the facial made my skin feel so nice...the facilities were clean and afterwards we used the pool and steam room which was lovely.

Went along to the Imagine Spa this afternoon for a facial and a 'Sensational Eyes' treatment. My beauty therapist was Amanda who gave me a fab facial and eye treatment. She assessed my skin to decide what products to use and explained what she would be doing. I got a cleanse, exfoliation and a mask. While the mask was on I got a lovely hand massage. The eye treatment was to tighten the eye area and I got a scalp massage while that was on. This was followed by moisturiser and then an eyelash tint (with more of the scalp massage). The deal was £20 for two 30 min treatments and I actually got pampered for about an hour and a half in a nice room with scented candles. I left feeling totally relaxed with a voucher for 15% off any treatments booked within 4 weeks, some products I purchased cause i liked them so much and with the products I was given a voucher for a free facial! Am more than happy and looking forward to going back. Thank you Amanda!

And as an added bonus we are throwing in 30 minutes of extra facial treatment including a Complexion Analysis Imaging Consultation, an Oxygen Lip Booster treatment and a Collagen Eye Booster treatment!
The staff were unprofessional - and when I asked for their details they answered that they were only "temps"
So warning please don't waste your time as I was robbed.
It was all just a great treat. the most brilliant therapist. extremely thorough and just a wonderful all round experience. Also really like the German products used in the facial, in a calming atmosphere.
Imagine Spa is located below a gym- a little intimidating for someone who loathes gyms, but Imagine is pleasant with a friendly atmosphere.
I had a 2 treatments for £20 voucher which was fantastic value. I ended up having a Babor Facial and eyebrow shape.
The eyebrow shape was a little disappointing as they didn't offer waxing, which I prefer, only tweezing. Good result but I do prefer waxing as it gets rid of all the stray hairs.
However, the facial more than made up for that. It was fantastic! I'm ashamed to say I actually ended up falling asleep! The facial was only supposed to last 30 minutes, but because the eyebrow tweeze had only taken 10 minutes, I ended up having a 40 minute facial! The products were just right for my skin type and the therapist was brilliant!
I ended up purchasing some of the products and was also given another facial free as part of the package. Can't wait to go back!
This was my second visit to Rookery Hall. I had just returned from a hen weekend so the pampering was just what I needed. The treatments were so relaxing and the eye treatment I chose was great as the therapist said they do a facial at the same time as an added extra!
The spa was extremely relaxing, the facilities were very clean and the treatments were by far the best treatments I have ever had. I will definately return.
I will continue to use Mood Swings as I receive coupons that will help it fit within my budget. I may even switch here for my brow maintenance.
Wonderful place. Weekdays are nice and quiet so I was able to use all the facilities without any problems. Only downside is that I was escaping from the children and there were a lot of young children in the swimming pool. They do have adult only swim times but this information was only displayed on a board in the pool.
Overall, a great day and I'm hoping I get another present like this next year!
I have been coming to Eyelink for almost 6 years and James (he seems to be the head guy and also the Optometrist) is always pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. I have purchased two pair of frames and actual glasses lenses from them, and all of my toric, high astigmatism contact lenses.
If i have not been satisfied for any reason, James always lets me come in, and he fixes the situation without ever charging me extra or making me feel guilty :-) A true gentleman. And when I had some issues with "floating spots" in my eyes, he referred me to a specialist who was fantastic, and James has also referred me to laser eye surgeons, which is very kind given that he is potentially eliminating a client.
And I like the fact that there is a Japanese Canteen next door, so I always pick up a nice lunch after my eye examination.
The examination rooms are downstairs - nothing flashy, but very up to date, friendly and spot on. Highly recommend this little business.
Having lived in London for many years and visiting many of the supposed 'top' London spas, I was absolutely bowled over by the standard of the treatment I received at Pure in the lovely little town of Lewes. Whilst Pure is fairly basic in terms of decor, the treatments rooms have been designed to make you feel instantly relaxed - and have heated beds which are always a hit on a cold December day. My therapist was called Charlotte, and from the friendly welcome through to the honest and thorough evaluation of my skin, I knew I was in for a great treatment. I went for the Glycojeunesse AHA Treatment which included a gentle facial peel and special attention via massage to the eye area. We started with a 15 minute back massage as Charlotte sensed I was stressed and wanted me to be relaxed for the treatment - a really welcome touch. Then the treatment - efficacious, relaxing, reviving - and genuinely left my skin looking fresher, younger and less lined. I left feeling so much better and intend to go back - again and again! And in comparison to the price of facials in London, the £55 I paid for a treatment which lasted an hour and a half seemed like great value!
There is something very nurturing about the lighting, scent and general ambience of this spa - and I felt instantly cocooned on entry. I enjoyed a facial and Elemis eye treatment which was tailored to my skintype and my mood. I absolutely loved that the therapist asked me to smell different essential oils at the beginning of the treatment so that she could create a bespoke blend just for me. The facial left my skin plumper, smoother and younger looking, whilst the eye treatment really did work wonders on those fine lines and dark circles. Definitely worth the extra investment.
My friends and I had a fantastic time when we visited SPA SPC last month. We were welcomed by a friendly happy reception team, and received top notch treatments from their expert therapists. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the comfort of the spa atrium, followed by a fantastic wash and blow dry at the hair salon. I left feeling a million dollars!
