Smilepod Covent Garden is conveniently located just off Long Acre. The decor is nice, clean and overall very pleasant. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and I was impressed by the extra tips, facts etc she shared with me. I would recommend this to anyone (even those who are nervous of going to the dentist) as it's a lovely experience - a bit of pampering for your teeth!
I had my teeth whitened last week and I was in and out in one afternoon. I was surprised it was so quick, and my teeth are so much whiter, they don't look like my teeth anymore!
I have used over the counter teeth whitening kits and they don't even come close to the results achieved here. Fantastic.
I was late for my appointment but the receptionist gave me a chance and notified the hygienist who was kind enough to postpone her break and do a full session for me. I was and still am extremely grateful to them. The hygienist did a very good and thorough job and my teeth felt very clean afterwards. I recommend this clinic for all those who would like to have a hygiene session!
All of my immediate family are members at the practice and everyone is happy with the service they receive. It is a good place for young and older patients and people like me in the middle age range!
The dentist and team were all very kind to me and made my dental experience all the better. I didn't feel at all nervous and this was a big surprise for me. But I suppose my comfort was just based on how wonderful the surroundings and team were.
I was late for my appointment, however I was not asked to reschedule, which was very kind and understanding.
However, I was not completely satisfied with the airflow sparkle clean as some of small stains that i had were never removed from my teeth. I had never had it happen before. Usually hygienists know their job well. Maybe it had to do with this particular technology. Don't know.
A complete check up did not involve an X-ray, which surprised me as well. How can they recommend any treatment without a thorough exam?
The dentist said I needed to replace two white feelings. A week later one of the fillings fell out, and I went to see another doctor as I was traveling in the US. The doctor said I had a cavity on another tooth, next to the one that my filling fell out of. She also said I needed a crown as my filling is very big and has a crack. I got a temporary filling in the US.
Now that I need to fix my teeth I will not go back to the Puresmile as they could not do a proper exam and advice accordingly.
I had a very good, stress-free experience. The place is nice and clean and the staff very polite and professional. The dentist gave me a lot of advices beyond the treatment I was there for.
All of my service and treatment by the dentist and dental team was fantastic. To be able to combine dental treatment and facials was great and really gave me the tools to make the change I wanted. I am now in possession of a completely new look and it works well.
Me and my girlfriend came here when we were visiting relatives, we both had out teeth whitened in one afternoon which was really surprising and fast. We both look miles better and can't stop smiling. Even though its on the famous Harley Street the staff were really nice and friendly and we didn't feel out of place at all. Really good service.
It's a bit sad really but after seeing so many famous people with these amazing white teeth I couldn't get the idea out of my head. I had a consultation at Harley Street and they gave me so much advice and made me really feel it was for me. I had veneers put on my teeth and wow, they just look fantastic. The dental studio was really clean and inviting, it reminded me more of a nice hair dressing salon. It was modern and very clean. My daughter treated us to a teeth whitening session and we later went shopping but couldnt help constantly looking in the mirror at our lovely white teeth. Really good staff and dentist, it was actually a really fun day out. very happy with result.

Kensington Dental Spa has been brilliant, very gentle and very caring, not minding too much my reluctance to look in the mirror straight after treatment! I now have the kind of teeth and smile I’ve always wanted but had neither time nor money to achieve.

The great joy of the scottish centre is that the high standards start from when you first check out their website and then talk on the phone and then finally go to the practice. At the practice as well the service is fantastic and the treatment is very patient orientated as well.

Really good treatment - i went with my girlfriend she had the de-scale and i had regular clean. It is always difficult having to book appointments weeks in advance for the regular dentist which is what i love about smilepod as you dont have to be so organised. Really good value for money as well. Thanks guys.

After years of paying £60 for a 10 minute cursory clean from my usual dentist in his grotty basement, I have now discovered the wondrous Smilepod. The premises are bright and clean, and the treatment itself is very thorough. My mouth felt ultra-fresh after and my teeth felt smooth and polished for days. Recommended.
I went to Smilepod Covent Garden for the classic teeth cleaning. The clinic was easy to find, located in a convenient area near to Covent Garden tube station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the therapist I saw was knowledgeable and efficient. My session started on time, and took about 20 minutes. I was very happy with the results - I'd visit again.
Was a little nervouse about getting my teeth done, had heard of a few people who had it done in various other clinics, their really look any different and they also experiensed alot of pain. I should not have worried, very minimal sensitive pain. And the outcome was amzing, it really did surpasse my expectations. Very very happy with the overall service & the outcome of my teeth.

The clinic has a very nice and relaxing waiting area which instantly puts you at east. This nice modern vibrancy of comfort continues throughout the practice to make what I can only describe as five star treatment. It almost doesn't feel like you are at the dentist.
Was given a dental cleaning first off because of underlying issues with gum problems and then we went into treatment for the problem I was having with bad breath. Since then I have started to notice a big difference and it all went very well.
Overall, it was pretty good. But the only thing was that after I bought a 20% off voucher...3 days later, there was a mob deal for 50% off for the same service. slight gutted as I could have saved another 25 pounds last but well... at least it was good and i would go again so i bought the mobdeal to use for next time then,

The venue is central and nice. The treatment room was clean. The treatment itself was good. The therapist gave some advice afterwards. It was good value at the offer price.

Nice little surgery, went for a clean and polish, very friendly staff and very convenient, would go back again. One of the pods is right by reception so although closed off, you are still in part of the reception, however, felt private.
Went to Smilepod this week for a clean. The venue is small but nice and clean. The Dentist was very friendly and informative.
It took about 30mins, not painful at all and all stains removed and the staff are really nice.

I went to Smilepod in Covent Garden on a Saturday to get my teeth cleaned and polished. The reception area was small and clean. I had to wait about 5 minutes for my dentist. She was lovely and knowledge. She explained what she was going to do and performed a meticulous clean. Afterwards, she talked me through the aftercare process. I was impressed by the service and would recommend the Covent Garden branch.
Covent Garden Dental SPA offers fully professional and friendly service. I was booked for a teeth cleaning. My therapist Flora explained the procedure, and also gave me general advice on the state of my teeth and gums. She also provided suggestions on the further services they could offer. Being a bit of a dentist-phobic smilepod was a great relief. The staff there, all trained dentists are gentle and patient and do the work thoroughly and painlessly. I can't receommend them highly enough, if you've had bad experiences with dentists before and need a check up and proper clean give them a try you'll be amazed!
It was my first time using Smile pod and I did enjoy the experience. My teeth had a really good clean but would like to know more about what she thinks of them. All she said to me was they look alright. I think i'll need to go back for a long check up. The place was nice and staff was friendly. the only down side was that it was a bit far from the tube so require bit of walking to get to and to find as it was hidden behind the high street.
I approached Kensington Dental Spa looking for a solution to my teeth insecurities that had been plaguing me for years. At my first appointment I attended the Dental Spa feeling nervous and anxious as to what may be suggested. However, they explained all the options to me and carefully explained all procedures and costs. At every appointment their team made me feel very relaxed and also let me see the original photographs of my teeth which would encourage me to put 100% into the treatment, even at the difficult times (eg- the filing stages, ouch!!). Five months later I have straight teeth, a new smile and 100% more confidence and this is down to Kensington Dental Spa.

You don't realise how important something is until it's gone and that was definitely the case with my smile. An unforeseen accident left me with shattered front teeth. Months of implant treatment at Kiss in Flixton has somehow brought my smile to an even better level than it was more. I am indebted to what is quite frankly a highly professional and friendly team base. I'm still sending them all thank you cards for how much they helped me.
Really impressed with smilepod. I phoned the day before and got an appointment the next day. The location is good. The staff were very pleasant and professional and I now have lovely clean teeth. I paid £68 for a diamond polish teeth clean. I got a 20% discount on this. I still feel that £68 was a little steep though and think £55-£60 would be a more sensible price to pay for a clean.
I really find Smilepod fantastic. Everyone is really professional and welcoming. Thanks to Wahanda I have been able to book another session in six months and it will be my third visit to Smilepod. There is nothing that could be better.

I haven't been to the dentist for about 3 years, purely because I don't trust them - always asking me to spend more and more money when I really don't feel like there is anything wrong with my teeth.
The last time I went, my dentist wanted to charge me £80 to see the hygienist, just for a teeth clean. With my voucher from Wahanda it cost me £50 for a teeth clean AND stain removal. Excellent value for money!
The place was quiet and clean, the staff where extremely friendly and kind - I was a couple of minutes late due to transport and they were very understanding (not something you find on the NHS).
The dental technician who cleaned my teeth was very kind and professional - I was suffering a bit from a cold and thus found it slightly difficult to breath sometimes but she had no issue with pausing every now and again for me.
The cleaning was superb - I had a lot of stains which had accumulated over the past few years from not getting my teeth professionally cleaned and by the time she had finished they had all disappeared - it felt like magic.
She also advised me that there was nothing wrong with my teeth (I could floss more to help my gums - but she was kind advising this) and basically I am definitely going back. I would prefer to pay to go and have my teeth cleaned by them than go to a NHS dentist I do not trust.
If I had one gripe it would have been the initial phone call to book my appointment, which was answered by quite a rude dismissive man, who quickly transferred me to the receptionist, who was far more polite and helpful. Luckily now the company has automatically set me up with an online account where I can book my next appointment, so I'm sure I won't have to come in contact with him again.
Overall extremely happy and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Hygienist was very friendly and helpful addressing the issues I mentioned at the start of the session.
Facilities are adequate, although small and basic, and I was asked to step out for a few minutes while the vacuum machine was being 'reset' half way through the treatment.
Overall a good experience, better and easier than a traditional dentist, and I will probably return.

Me and my boyfriend needed work done on our teeth and we're both patients at Kiss in Altrincham. Routine stuff really a filling replacement and general teeth cleaning for my partner. All done very well.
Great little place and a quick, swift clean and polish. Took half an hour so perfect for your lunch hour. I now have shiny teeth with no plaque in sight. The hygeinist also went through maintianing the teeth at home afterwards and recommended products, but nothing was pushed on you at all. A great place and I will be returning!
Had treatment for small issues with gum disease cleared up. Really worrying when I noticed my gums bleeding all of a sudden but only a couple of visits and it has made a big difference to my smile. Thanks guys.

Didn't get the dentist I wanted, but this one was good, although not quite as thorough and friendly (and gentle) as last time. Nonetheless, on time, professional and a good clean. Recommended.
All in all this was an enjoyable consultation.the premises were clean, the therapist was pleasant and very helpful. She answered all my questions and set my mind at peace regarding the upcoming teeth whitening session.

I went one afternoon to get my teeth cleaned. I called prior to purchasing the voucher just to be sure I wouldn't have to wait mouths for an appointment. The phone was answered quickly and the receptionist told me that appointments could be booked at the last minute as there is always availability. She was right, I called the day before my appointment to see if they could squeeze me in and it was no problem.
The hygenist was very nice and explained everything she was doing. She also explained the importance of an electric toothbrush.
I would definitely use them again
ABC Dentist, Waterloo Street, Birmingham; Claim to offer “high quality, affordable dentistry”, where their ethos of dentistry is supposedly “focussed around YOU”, sadly I have to strongly disagree with this statement on their website. When I went in for my consultation Jag saw me and told me what kind of treatment plan was available to me. Overall, the condition of my teeth are perfect but I needed a brace to straighten them. I was told what type of braces were available and ‘Damon’ braces were quoted as being “amazing at achieving quick results”, obviously this would draw anyone in, especially when Jag went onto tell me that he would be holding presentations in London with the man who created the Damon braces and should I have them fitted I could have an extra £1,000 off the total price (which was around £5,500 ...nothing like the amount advertised on their website of the ‘from £1,895’, which makes you wonder how perfect your teeth need to be to get anything near that). As I felt very at ease with Jag and the staff I felt that this was something I wanted to go ahead with and value for money in the fact I felt relaxed, well taken care of and working with a team of excellence. From the moment I began treatment in having moulds made, xrays and various other consultations to discuss my treatment things changed. Many of my pre book appointments were cancelled as Jag was not available and at times this would be on the day. I was then told by Jag that his assistant in Coventry would be overseeing some of my treatment as she was “one of the best" in his team to help with my treatment plan, again, this appointment in Coventry was cancelled 2-3 times due to her not taking any more patients on and Jag not being able to make it. Shortly after, this is where my relaxed environment, helpful and polite staff and all contact with Jag stopped. Dr Jag Shergill, the clinical director of the Academy of Birmingham Cosmetic Dentistry is supposed to be “one of the leading cosmetic dentists in Birmingham”, however I have not been able to get him to return any of my calls for the last 6 months regarding my treatment plan and have since had to fight tooth and nail for my money to be refunded. I have read on various websites negative reviews in a handful of positive ones and thought this is just one case that has gone wrong, however, I can now see so many similarities. I’m still trying to get a hold of my notes as I have now found a new dentist and even now that I am no longer a patient of theirs they are managing to cause me such unnecessary stress by holding onto notes, moulds and xrays when promising to send them over. I have lost count at how many times I have rang to speak with Martine, the ‘Managing director’ who will try and fit this in as many times as she can in one breathe, whilst disgracefully shouting down the phone at you, trying to tell you that no messages have come through to her and that she has been on-call till 9pm every night, rather than take a professional attitude, not argue with you and accept a possibility that the messages have not been passed on. I would never, NEVER, recommend this dentist for anything orthodontic, involving braces, or anything that would mean you are likely to see them for more than one appointment as they have been nothing but useless, rude, unreliable, slack in communication with the patient and evidently as a team.
Thank the heavens for Kissdental and root canal treatment. It saved my smile from being a complete nightmare and now I look human when I look in the mirror.
The whole process of implant treatment ran smoothly. I saw the team several times over the months in between healing and they were always polite and attentive. They made this journey to a new smile so much easier.
Went in for some acupuncture and late last year because I had only just realised they offered it even though I'd been with them a while. It helped ease my anxiety at the dentist and that's all I could ask for.

I went to the Smilepod for a hygienist session. It was a basic treatment and polish and I felt that they wanted to convince you to buy the upgrade on top of the voucher. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and I felt like they wanted to finish the job as quick as possible. After the polish my teeth had a bit of a rough surface for a while. Would not go back there again.
Service was really good and the whole places is nice to be in. Dentist is relaxed and communicative so all good there. Had a really good experience with my crown replacement treatment.
although they messed up my appointment, they managed to move it around so i got the full treatment. the dentist was a lovely lady, very nice and seemed the genuinely care about me being happy with my teeth. the actual facilities were clean and tidy and very welcoming. i will definitely be returning.
Really friendly and professional staff and service.The premesis is clean and very inviting, nothing like a Dental Surgery. So you instantly feel relaxed, great for those with a fear of Dentists! My husband and I have been to this branch before for teeth cleaning treatments, and all have been good which is why we returned. The diamond polish treatment, however, was great and we will certainly purchase this treatment again. It was very effective, my teeth have never looked better and what great value. We were both thrilled.
I have had work done on my gums to improve how they look. They were taking over my smile if I'm honest. After that I had some bonding as a simple way to close slight tooth gaps and then after all this I have a smile that looks pretty darn good. Thanks to all the staff and dentist of course!
Any fears I may have held about the dentist are gone. They've helped me so much even this isn't enough thank you. The dentist drill still scares me a bit but with their helping hand I can get the dental treatment I need.

After visiting Kiss in Altrincham many times over the past couple of years I can say they are very good at what they do. From the receptionist team to the leading dentist I have found them to be very warm and considerate. The practice is well furnished though private prices did take a little getting used to. Still I've had treatment for bad breath issues and a leaking filling. ALl good.
The practice is nice if not a little too modern for me. I don't really go for the modern look you find in all these places but I will say the facilities they have are very good and the staff were most welcoming. In terms of value its private prices so you get what you pay for which is good but a tad expensive. And my treatment of one filling and some bonding had held up well since I had it and I can see it doing so for some time.
My husband required dental implant treatment and I cleaning from the hygienist for a problem with some gum issues. They are a very pleasant team and we thought they were very good at what they do.
I visited this dental place at a quiet time, so I was not really affected by how small that I found the venue to be. However, if I visited this dental place at a peak time, it would have been a very uncomfortable visit, and not sure how this would work from a health and safety perspective.
Waste of time and MONEY!!!!! Unprofessional staff and equipment. They were picking staff from a DIRTY floor without sterilising it and trying to put it in my mouth!!! Effects…. Poor
I am 44 years old and I live in France. I had my teeth straightened as a kid but, unfortunately mine did not stay put. For a few years, I had been looking out for an affordable and quick way to correct them.
I surfed the internet and come across Kensington Dental. The ‘Six Month Smile’ was suggested to me.
There was no problem with me having the treatment, even though I live in France. Appointments were made efficiently around my travel schedule.
The treatment was at times uncomfortable but, Hanal always made me feel at ease.
What I would say to anyone is ‘Go for it’. The results I have are truely amazing, better than I thought and worth every penny. I am very happy and I can not stop smiling.

As soom as i arrived everything went smoothly , the spainish girl who did the High Gloss Diamond Teeth Polish was excellent , after a manual scrape and clean, then out came the sonic tools to remove more build up then the diamond blast of bi carb onto teeth to remove tough stains, then a final gloss polish , all took about 40 mins but well worth the money even at full price , I have never felt my so clean teeth even my own dentist didnt clean them this good , will be back and if not on a deal then full price will be worth every penny

Me and my wife attend the practice and we have also begun to take our three year old. It's good for him to get used to the vibe of a dental practice and the staff are very kind. We've only ever had routine treatments but I know they offer other stuff.
I moved to Oldham last year and one of my first tasks was to find a new dentist. Surprisingly it was an easy thing to do because the Mossley guys were so nice and pleased to welcome me. I must say they are a very good dentist. Check-ups are always smooth running and the one dental crown I needed is holding up firmly.

I was more than a little nervous when I visited ABC in Birmingham having only ever been an NHS patient. The closure of my local dentist meant I had to look elsewhere and I found it really difficult to get on with an NHS dentist. ABC were kind to show me around the place and what they were about and I was pleased with what I saw. If this is private dentistry then so be it because it's good.
The location was easy to get to and people at the center were nice. They were very helpful and it was great to be there. They really explained what was going to happen the advantages and disadvantages. The treatment was great and not very expense too so will do it again
I have my routine 6 month visits here and it is always an easy process for me. The Glasgow team have always greeted me friendly as has the dentist and I feel I can have a chat away with the dentist while we get on with things. Its a nice and calm and relaxed dentist to visit.
I have never been to such a cheery dental practice! the team where all so lovely and bubbly they created a warm calming environment that i actually forgot what i was in a dental practice! I am so so grateful to the team for restoring my faith in dentists again. Had a really good, thorough hygienist appointment in a nice, clean, central location for a fraction of the price I usually pay to my grotty NHS dentist. I've tried a lot of Wahanda mobdeals, and this is the only one so far where I am happy to go back again and again as a full price client.
Overall a good experience. To be honest I've had a better hygienist experience elsewhere (also with wahanda) but the treatment was efficient and the end results were pretty good. It just felt a bit perfunctory.
value for money, this was an excellent choice. I received a professional screening and cleaning, without having to pay an additional "consultant fee". There was some mix-up at the front desk with my appointment, but they handled it well ultimately.
I take the whole family to Mossley in my home of Oldham. It is a very clean and modern dental practice, full of friendly faces and likeable staff and the value of treatment is actually very good considering the impact of the results on your life. Me and the family mainly stick with a routine visit but I would deffo consider one of their cosmetic treatments.
The skye team treated my tooth decay and stopped it spreading to the rest of my mouth. Im really sorry that I didn’t go to the dentist sooner, but im really glad I paid this practice a visit. The one tooth that did need replacing now has a lovely natural implant in place and you really couldn’t tell the difference.
Overall a decent experience. Although I arrived on time the appointment didn't last the full length on the voucher but the dental hygenist did a good job cleaning my teeth. She was also helpful and told me how I needed to brush better
Now I went some time ago and with my wife to be back then (now my wife). We went together because we both wanted to have smiles to match our perfect day. We both had our fair share. As well as thorough cleanings me and my wife had veneers and I also needed a dental bridge. Now we can look back on smiles that look great - and they still do.
I have had my teeth realigned top and bottom and also a few teeth filled during this time at Kensington Dental Spa. To finish the process I have had my teeth whitened. My smile has been totally transformed over the last eighteen months and I am very pleased with the results. I have always found them courteous and professional. I have always trusted their judgment on my treatment plan and been happy with the results.
My treatment plan was given to me after a great first consultation with the dentist to discuss my wants and worries and the end results were great. The implants were the winning formula for me but I think the scale and polish's and many dental cleanings helped a lot.
The WORST experience I have EVER had in going to a dentist! Patrick was referred to me by a friend who goes to him and she said how good he is. So I booked an appiontment but I was put with another dentist called Ellie! I was a bit miffed as I wanted to see Patrick but anyway I saw her and she started my treatment plan re doing a crown on my front tooth which she did fine. However the practice called to cancel my next appointment with her at the lsat minute saying she was ill so anyway that was fine I re booked for another time! Then they called and cancelled it again! So I rebooked and yet again I was cancelled?! All in all I was cancelled on about 4 times?!! SO I asked to see another dentist as I needed to get the work on my teeth done and was fed up keep making appointments only to be cancelled on! They were very reluctant to do thi but they did in the end I got an appointment with Patrick which of course was CANCELLED! I finally got to see him and had to pay another consultation fee before he would do any work even though they had my records from when I saw Ellie! Anyway he did one filling for me and said he would send a treatment plan in the post within 6 weeks! I waited and waited but it never came?! 3 months or so later one of my crowns chipped so I called to get an appointment and explain that I had not recieved the treatment plan from Patrick. He was on holiday so I booked an appointment for 3 weeks later when he was back and guess what they cancelled it AGAIN?!! SOOO ANGRY!!! I am sure they would'nt be too happy if a client kept making appointments and then cancelling them?!!
The dental implants that I was given seem to be going well. No problems during the months of healing and I was given a temporary tooth during this time. I have rung up the practice worried on a couple of occasions but they have been nice enough to calm my nerves and assure me nothing it wrong. I'm just a bit of a worrier really. Good treatment.
I have been at Smilepod Covent Garen in mid-August with a Wahanda Voucher for a teeth clean, and I have to admit that I was very happy with the service and the treatment.
The therapist was really professional and patient, and she answered to all my questions. The premises were sparkling clean and tidy.
Nevertheless, the appointment had not started in the best way: there was a problem with the booking because when I booked the appointment a couple of days earlier, the receptionist who had taken my call had booked me on a date different from the one I wanted to go, but the receptionist at the desk there managed to fit me in that same day, without having me come back on a different date, which would have been quite annoying.
Overall, I was very pleased with experience, and I will be definitely back for another teeth clean.
Really good value way to get a hygienist checkup and clean. Was painless and hygienist is actually a dentist.
Is also very convenient as have walk in centres so don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. Have been twice now once to covent garden and once to canary wharf both were really good.
The staff very accommodating and friendly in terms of schedule an appointment. Treatment was a basic clean by a hygienist. Quick, simple and efficient. The City branch has good opening hours for office workers.
Finished my whole round of treatment late last month and I can already see the benefits in my behaviour. I am more confident in my ways. Before I was very shy and covered my mouth a lot. Now after the whitening and Invisalign braces and the bonding I am feeling like a new person. Happy days.

I was due a hygiene appointment anyway, and saw the Wahanda deal which was just round the corner from work at a fraction of the normal price. I can't fault Smilepod - I had a thorough clean and polish in my lunchbreak, the staff were helpful (I was late...), the facilities were clean and nicer than my usual dentist and best of all, the hygienist did not stab me in the gum and then tell me there was "some bleeding" (my usual dentist again...). I will definitely go back.
The treatment was great value for money - I had a scale and polish which lasted about 40 minutes. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly, although I think the dentist could use the help of a dental nurse. I eould go back again if this offer came up.
Very much overpriced, previously requested price quotations are unreliable as they always seem to be able to find something additional to charge you. Would recommend to go to less pretentious but equally good clinics.

I had a Wahanda voucher for Teeth cleaning and polishing. They were very accommodating, able to book me in at a convenient appointment. The treatment was very quick and not painful at all; perhaps slightly uncomfortable. I left with my teeth feeling squeaky clean and my mouth feel fresh. I would go back again if I could afford it!
I was really impressed. With the deal I purchased I thought it was great value. I had a very deep clean and polish. I commented to my friends that my teeth have never felt so clean. The therapist was really thorough. I have recommended this treatment to many people and I will return for another session soon.
I chose abc because of a recommendation from a friend who lives close to the practice in birmingham. I needed some fillings redoing. They have me the new white fillings which are supposed to be safer. Got rid of my grey old ones. Smile looks much better now and feels more secure. Good result.
I would undoubtedly recommend the Mossley dental team because they really care! Trust me when I tell you that's difficult to find with some dentists. I've had so many treatments with them I've lost count. Invisalign braces and teeth whitening and other dental treatment that has done wonders for me. Go to them if you want a caring dentist.
They are offering spot-on hygenist services - as they specialise in oral hygiene (not dentistry) service and polish were very good. great value and really friendly staff, nice and central location so very convenient to reach. Were open on Saturday which was another major plus.
I went there for a simple clean-up and polish. Although it's a frills free environment, the hygienist was good: calm, patient with my high level of sensitivity. She explained everything as she was working. Although she introduced a number of other services, she didn't push anything.
I would go again for regular clean-ups as their prices are reasonable even without a voucher.
I am not a fan of the dentist and I don’t think I ever will be. But Kissdental were able to get me something close to comfortable in a dental surrounding and that bout of sedation and dvd watching sure did help. By making it seem less like a dental practice I was able to get the oral hygiene treatment I needed. Thanks to all the guys.

I was very pleased overall with the treatment I recieved at Smile Pod. I had a hygenist session which was very thorough, my teeth looked and felt so much better when I came out. The hygenist was very pleasant and helpful. I would be tempted to go back there for regular treatments.
This practice is of a high standard and I have always felt comfortable in their surroundings. I have had work with the dentist which was some fillings and bonding and I have also visited the hygienist to make sure my teeth were in good condition - and sure enough they are. Happy customer.

I visited Advance Dental Clinic close to my home in Essex a couple of weeks ago to have some old fillings replaced with CEREC inlays and I am absolutley thrilled with the results, they look amazing and this was all done I na single visit. How I wish I'd access to this level of service years ago!
The Staff was friendly and cheerful, there was no wait, I ushered in right on time, which was great as I had to pick up my baby. the clean was very good, I was told that I had a cracked filling which I had not notice before, I have a check up every 6 months, I was told that they can repair it and was given some information on the other clinics. I got the impression that she was hard selling the services of those clinics. since Ive had the treatment, I have been having toothache which I never had before, it makes me wonder!!
I had my treatment in feb and this is the longest time I have had a filling that hasn't fallen out! Not only that but the practice diagnosed a vitamin d deficiency I had and since taking the supplements they recommended my teeth are in incredible health! I can't believe the change and something so simple. I am incredibly grateful because most practices wouldn't give me the time of day when I told them i had a thorough health routine whilst still having a load of cavities, but because skye dental took the time to listen and give advice and my teeth now have a new lease of life and I have never felt so confident about my oral health in years. I went in for a teeth cleaning. I paid an extra £15 to upgrade to a diamond polish and it made a real difference. My teeth were really clean and white afterward and the hygeniest was really gentle so it didn't hurt at all. I told her where my teeth were sensitive and she was really careful around those areas. I would defiantely recommend this- in fact I will go again in 6 months even if its not on wahanda.
I went in for the check up and tooth polish. This is my second visit and I think this place is great. Staff are very knowledgable and obviously take great pride in what they do. I didn't feel rushed and came out with a lovely fresh smile.
I have been here before and the dental hygienist was great. Unfortunately I had a different lady this time who frequently caught my gums so causing paind, didn't use the sucker device properly so my mouth was always filling with water and running down my face, and her mobile kept going off every 5 mins! Wholly unimpressive, and I did tell the secretary to make a note on my profile that I did not want that lady if I came again. But she was moving to Scotland anyway!
My experience at Smilepod was very satisfactory. The staff were friendly and I was very impressed with the decor. My dentist, Chris, was very thorough and gave me the confidence that she was passionate about her job. I paid extra for teeth whitening which I was slightly disappointed with. However, will go back preferably with another Wahanda deal! :-)

I take the whole family to Creative Smiles in Belfast. It is a private practice but I find the staff are excellent and handle my little terrors very well. They benefit hugely from the hygiene treatment and I have had some teeth whitening done to sharpen my smile. Overall they are a shining success.
Great service by friendly staff. We were able to book an appoitnment within a few days of phoning. Teeth felt lovely and clean afterwards. You can pay slightly more for extra whitening in hinds sight i think i should have done that!
I contacted the practice over the phone a couple of month ago because I had terrible tooth ache and some decay. They were very accommodating of my needs and treated me first class. I would recommend the dentist as a very fine fellow and believe they are one of the stand out clinics in Birmingham for my bet.

Other dental practices had written me off and said they could do very little for me. Not Advanced Dental though. They took the time to talk to me and assess my problems and aims. They then allowed me to plan the treatment with them and made me feel secure throughout the entire process. Through the use of implants, crowns and a lot of hard work my teeth are now better than they've ever looked or felt and i am very grateful to the whole team for actually giving me a chance.
The clinic was small but lovely. The receptionist was welcoming and warm. The dentist was nice, knowledgeable and was very patient with my questions. There was even a goody bag which was a very nice surprise. All in all a very good experience!
I was suffering with periodontistis something bad and it was having a devastating effect on my life. I got to the stage where I wouldn't even leave the house for some time. Finally I reached the stage where I knew something had to be done. Square Dental were so friendly and lovely to me. They first fixed my gum disease issues, then after some healing gave me dental implants and dentures. It is all so overwhelming what they have done for me. I am eternally thankful to them.
I was really pleased with the results from my hygiene session. Not only was it not paintful at all (I'm a wuss and expected pain), my teeth were super clean and my dentist had also managed to get off much of the tea staining, so they looked whiter than they have done for ages!
My dentist (Carolina, I think), was absolutely lovely and took real care that I was comfortable throughout. She was very careful with the cleaning instruments and having warned her about a sensitive spot in the beginning, she took extra care around that area. It felt like she gave me a really personal service. Overall, I've never been so pleased with a trip to the dentist and have been telling all my friends since!
The only thing I could say that would improve the experience is that it would be good if there were water available in the waiting room. You know how if you're slightly nervous beforehand you get the old dry mouth.
Other than that, well worth the money and I'll be looking out for another deal so that I can go again!
Pros: super duper hygenist who gave an amazingly thorough clean and loads of advice. Seemed to really care too, not like the car crash groupon experiences when the business is overwhelmed.
Cons: being in central london its 'cozy'.
If I had to pay £69 for this consultation (which apparently is the full price for it) I would be really, really mad. Even as a free consultation, it simply did not deliver. I was told to come 10 min early to fill in some paperwork and that the consultation itself would then last 1/2 hour. If only! I was there at the appointed time but little good did that make. 10 min past my appointed time, the previous patient left and the dentist said she was only going to be a' minute'. When more than 20 minutes passed, I realised that I was just not going to be finished in time for my next appointment. I explained this to the receptionist who then went in to explain it to the dentist. When the receptionist came out, she apologised and said that the dentist had to make some private calls and was only going to be another 5 minutes! Wow! I was ready to leave when in that moment the dentist came out and urged me (a bit angrily) to come in despite having only 5 minutes of my 'free consultation' left. When I pointed out that we only have 5 minutes - she shrugged and said she did not need more than 5 minutes to look at my teeth. What a consultation! A total waste of time!
The receptionist I initially spoke to to book had been extremely helpful, trying to make the appointment fit with my other commitments despite the voucher being for a free consultation. This was a good start.
I only went to the Dental Spa for an initial consultation but was impressed by the level of care and the professionalism of my consultant.
I have already booked ,y next appointment and I can only hope that the treatments will live up to my initial impressions!
My wedding was fast approaching and it seemed such a shame to have to many lovely photos of my wife and then my ugly nashers spoiling the shot, so I went to s3 dental about 6 month braces, Not only were the braces discreet they were incredibly effective and I had them off and smiling for the wedding photos in no time. The team were also really nice and I definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for discreet, adult braces that work a charm!

I cam to Devonshire Square as a bit of a news with all this dental stuff. My parents didn't seem to care. Of course my teeth were in a state but the dentist at the London practice was kind enough to take time with me and offer their support. It was not long before my tired and sometimes ghastly smile was reawakend to how I remembered it in the early days, The root canal was only the beginning and the crowns ensured I have a strong and natural looking tooth. Great service. Great results.
This was my second visit and the experience wasn't as positive as previously. Perhaps partly because last time I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a diamond polish (which I did) - this time it didn't feel as thorough and I was even left with tiny bits of food stuck between my teeth!
As before, I didn't see a massive difference as my teeth are in a good condition anyway but it was still good value.
I had the 30 min clean, and I could see the difference afterwards. Other people have mentioned a hard sell but I didn't get any of that so I think it depends on the dentist. Dentist was very good, gave me some good advice and was very thorough.
The treatment itself was good. Very quick, and good result (I went for a polish & clean session). I would have been a lot happier if a) they did not mess up with my appointment (it got cancelled on the very morning. I did not get their message until I got to the venue), 2) I had been offered an opportunity to try Sonic toothbrush, as advertised ...!
Me and the whole family go to The Dental Suite when it is time for your check-up. They are very accommodating of my little rascals and I am yet to see a raised eyebrow - and there have been many instances when they could have done so. The staff are fun with my children and I have no qualms with recommending them.
My dental hygenist/dentist was amazingly lovely. Really helpful , thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend her for anyone who is scared of going to the dentist! I would go back to this clinic for treatment.
Good staff, good ambience, overall a good experience. Was surprise that they did not try to upsell or rebook as I would have rebooked then itself. But it was very low pressure environment so that was good.
The location was great for working in the city. the treatment rooms were quite close together and not very private but ok. the treatment was really good and my teeth were much brighter and less stained after so definitely worth it
Firstly, the venue was very central - bang in the middle of Covent Garden, very easy to find.
I got in and was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist. Only waited about 5 minutes and was taken into the treatment room. I cant say I enjoy visits to the dentists (always a bit scared and nervous) but this wasn't like that at all, my therapist/dentist was called Carolina. She was very gentle and explained everything to me before and during the treatment. It didnt hurt a single bit and it was all very professional. I could really see a difference after the diamond polish (obviously not saying they were as white as paper but I could see the difference in colour).
I would recommend Smilepod Covent Garden and I hope there is another wahanda offer on soon for my next visit in a few months.
I went for teeth cleaning and was very happy with the experience. My hygienist was both very gentle and thorough and I left 40mn later with a much nicer smile. I also had a gum check and was given some easy to follow advice. I highly recommend going to Smile pod.
Everyone I met at Kensington Dental Spa was so professional and friendly so I felt confident and relaxed having once been a ‘nervous’ patient. It made a difference. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received, a full set of denture, the time and care given to having them made; also a meeting with the technician resulted in beautifully finished, perfectly fitting teeth.
I took my son in for his first of many dental appointments to come. The staff were lovely. I was a bit worried at first that he would be fearful of the treatment but from the dentist to the hygienist I needn't have been worried. My son has found new play mates with the Flixton team.

I had a high gloss diamond polish and a zoom tooth whitening and my teeth now look and feel amazing.
My treatment at Kensington Dental Spa was intense and consisted of the whole tooth set being replaced with crowns and bridges. During this treatment I always felt in safe hands and moreover their dentist made himself available to me on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.
The company provide good service with very friendly and competent staff. The facilities were a bit on the small side but adequate enough for the job. Whilst there was a bit of a delay for my appointment, the staff did all they could do minimise inconvenience to me. I would recommend to anyone for a trial and good value for money.
The practice is of a nice relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Liverpool. There are some nice comfy seats to wait in and it doesn't really feel like a dental practice at first. The staff are warm and friendly and are the dentists. My trips have always been without incident, even when I had to have a teeth extracted and get a dental implant because of an accident. They took care of my dental emergency very well. Happy to go back.
The dental cleaning session here by the Hygienist was far much better than a few other dental cleaning sessions I had before which the dentist couldn't be bothered to clean properly. Would definately go again.
The staff were friendly, the dentist was also very helpful - advising and updating me on what to do to keep my teeth clean at home. She also gave me a free tooth brush to trial out. I overall treatment took 30mins but the time flew by as Karen talked me through what she was doing.
As I left I met a lady who had just had her teeth whitened. After seeing her teeth I am seriously thinking about getting mine done next week. I would recommend Smilepod to anyone and I will go to them aagin soon.
I was a little dissapointed with my treatment as I had high expectations from the name "high gloss diamond teeth polish". The treatment actually involved scraping all the plaque/tartar from the teeth, which can cause quite a bit of sensitivity, and then polishing the teeth with bi-carbonate of soda, which leaves a lot of white residue all over the face. The therapist/dentist was very nice and gave me a lot of good advice about hot to clean behind my fixed retainers. I left with my teeth feeling a lot cleaner but there wasn't any real noticable change in colour or shiny-ness. I wouldn't pay the full £85 for this treament as I felt that I could have had the same treatment chepaer at my local hygenist/dentist but it was an advantage that the smilepod was literally acrtoss the street from where i work so took me less than a minute to get there.

For some considerable time two of the front teeth on the lower jaw had been getting progressively looser. I made an appointment at Kensington Dental Spa. After a brief consultation, and an x-ray they explained the process to me and informed me that they could carry out the process and gave me full breakdown of the price. I had both loose teeth extracted, the mini dental implants fitted, the zoom whitening treatment and two temporary teeth fitted whilst the permanent teeth were made. I returned ten days later and less than an hour later, my permanent replacement teeth were fitted and I was on my way home. All the members of the team were efficient, professional, and friendly. My only regret is that I didn’t discover Kensington Dental Spa sooner!
Unfortunately, I never actually made it to my appointment. After arranging it over email, I turned up on a Friday night to the Covent Garden site and waited. 35mins later the receptionist asked me for my name again and didn't actually have my booking but said I was due at the City site. I was adamant I wouldn't have booked it there as it is not easy for me to get to. Once home, I checked my emails and sure enough I was booked in to the Covent Garden branch. I emailed them to show the email exchanges and was offered another appointment. Unfortunately a work meeting overran so I couldn't make it and by the time I was out of the meeting, it was too late. I understand double bookings occur but I was made to feel as though it was my fault, when in actual fact it wasn't. I will not be visiting again.
I was very impressed with the treatment. The dentist really explained how to look after my teeth, problem areas and gave great advice on looking after them in the future. Well worth the money!
Smilepod is a nice little dentist hidden just off Long Acre. I am in this area all the time and did not know it existed until I discovered Wahanda!!!
My first impression is that the place is very clean and the receptionist was welcoming. I had a check up, clean and polish which I was very satisfied with. I was also advised on which areas of my teeth needed more attention. I would probably only go here when there are offers available as having looked at the price list it was a big past my very small budget!!!

I've always had hang ups about visiting a dentist but I needn't have worried about going to Kiss. The service was fantastic: the staff were really bubbly and the Doctor was so patient and gentle with me. He put me at ease and kept asking whether I was okay during the treatment. I hate having fillings but the Doctor made the experience quite pleasant. He put on my favourite music channel and talked to me through the treatment. I even saw him in Manchester the other day and he clocked on!!!
Overall a good cleaning treatment and I think my deal was a good price, but when I rang to make the appointment they asked if I wanted an upgrade. I purchased this and was happy with the price however following treatment I am unsure what was additional to the original deal. Might have felt better value if it was explained as it was happening.
On arrival staff were attentive and frendly, the coffee that was offered was a welcome diversion to my nervousness. The venue was clean and bright and the dentist was very nice. The advise was detailed and the treatment was gentle and precise. Would definately recommend.
I had the Classic clean and polish. Smilepod does not feel like a normal dental surgery, it has a more relaxed atmosphere. Yet at the same time the skill of the dentist who gave me the Classic hygiene was excellent. Most of all they make you feel relaxed and you will leave with a thoroughly clean and polished teeth which is enough to make anyone smile!
Having lost nearly all the teeth on the bottom right hand side of my mouth and not wanting dentures or bridge, I decided to opt for 2 implants and also had 2 inlays done at the same time ,it was all achieved in only 2 visits at Kensington Dental Spa with minimal discomfort and the results are fantastic. I can laugh with confidence now and this should also help keep the balance of my face more uniform.

Received my very own anti-snoring device, wore it last night and my wife is over the moon. Our dentist at Skye dental told me about this device, so I ordered on. Lo and behold, last night was my wife and I's best nights sleep in a very long time!
From the start I received advice about my options. My issue was some missing teeth from years of neglect. They arranged dental implants for me and I must say I also appreciated the flexibility in scheduling my treatment plans and the constant professionalism of the staff.
I work in the city and walked past smilepod i n my lunch hour last week. My dentist is in St Albans and I have been putting off going for a clean because I am so busy at work. When I went in to see what they offered I was impressed by their clear pricing structure and knowledgeable staff.
I opted for a high gloss diamond polish. Karen my dentist explained everything to me in great detail and made a great job of my teeth. She was so thorough and gentle.
They felt and looked great by the time she had finished. She then spent almost 15 minutes showing me how to keep them in good condition using an electric toothbrush called a sonicare. I have never have had such a good clean and I am now using my excellent new toothbrush to keep them as clean as I can. Thank you Karen for all your help
Convenient location for City-workers; clean and pleasant waiting area with beverages and magazines to keep you occupied; very friendly, professional dental hygienist who did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth; only downside was I found the receptionist to quite obviously lack a friendly, welcoming demeanour which made a poor first impression on me
The staff were friendly enough. However, the treatment time was very short so was unimpressed in that respect. The offer for the clean mentioned around 45 minutes and in reality probably lasted ten minutes or less. My own local hygienist does a better job for the same amount of money.
I attended for a dental hygiene and clean, and was upsold to a stain removal on the phone. On the day, I was called to see if I could move my appointment (which I couldn't) but then when I arrived early, there was no one in the reception for about 30mins!
The rooms were light and clean, the therapist explained what she was doing and gave me tips on my dental hygiene. I'm even now unsure what the stain removal was - and if I got this.. Obviously I should've asked - was this the polish?

The City salon situated on a small back street, 2 min walk from M&S. The dental clinic is small but cosy. The treatment rooms are a bit weird though, small and more like changing rooms in a shop.
I have paid an extra to have a diamond polish. Usually when i go private this kind of treatment takes longer but I can not complain for the money I paid....
Lovely space - very clean and inviting. Nice therapist who was efficient and friendly. Much nicer experience than seeing the hygienist at my dentist. Knowledgable about dental hygiene and recommended some products which I was interested in too.
The staff were friendly, the therapist was also very helpful - advising and updating me on what to do to keep my teeth clean at home. She also gave me a free tooth brush to trial out. I overall treatment took 30mins. The place itself is very easy to find in Covant garden, it was very clean too! I would recommend Smilepod to anyone and I will for sure go to this dental place time and time again!

The therapist did a very thorough job on my teeth and the results are easy to see. She recommended a follow up appointment for a Deep Clean and a particular electric toothbrush. I appreciated the advice but she made quite a hard sell on the toothbrush - the only negative thing about my appointment. With the 50% discount, this was a very good value-for-money service.

I was very happy with my experience at Smilepod, the female dentist was really friendly and put me at ease, and did not at any point make me feel rushed. The teeth cleaning treatment I had was one I have tried before at my regular dentist, but the Smilepod version was lemon flavoured which made it more bearable, and I was very happy with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another treatment.
I just had a basic clean and polish and it was ok but definitely would not of paid full price for it. I would only go back here if they had a super cheap deal as I dont think it was the best value
I had a teeth clean & polish with a hygenist. She was very thorough, and did much more than was expected. I liked the fact that she recommended products to use but without trying to sell them to me, she even told me other places I could buy them.

After much searching I came across the Kensington Dental Practice in London and what particularly interested me in them was the information on their site which covered Mini Implants, their Knowledge of what I was looking for was better than any I had seen on any other site. I also researched the web site who manufactures the Implants used by Kensington Dental and found this very reassuring. I met the staff Kensington Dental Spa who examined my mouth to see if my bone in my upper gum was suitable to take the mini implants, they x-rayed me and took photos of my mouth and after each procedure they would explain in detail what they were doing and also what we could achieve if I was to go ahead. I would recommend Kensington Dental Spa to anyone who is thinking of having any type of dental work; I was very happy with the prices charged as this was also a contributing factor to choosing Kensington Dental.
Before I came to Kensington Dental Spa, one of my front teeth had become so loose it had to be removed. I was attracted to them because they offered emergency treatment, 24hour help, and seemed to be very professional with excellent testimonials. They straight away helped me, treated me as a person, understood my anxieties and sense of urgency and they had a long term plan. They explained everything to me in a straightforward way, honestly and professionally. Every day I look at my natural looking straight white teeth and train myself to smile again. Without then that might not have been possible. It is really true that Kensington Dental is a “smile spa”.

The work done on my teeth was excellent and finished to a very high standard - I was gobsmacked when I looked in the mirror to find beautiful, super clean, healthy and radiant looking teeth and gums. The dentist doing my teeth was Carolina, who was absolutely brilliant - as the process went on, always asked how I was doing, and then educated me on the best way to keep my teeth and gums healthy - a true eye opener. I have always had a fear of going to a dentist . Dr. Horowitz was very understanding and had a gentle approach. His professional treatment made for a surprisingly comfortable experience. His staff was extremely attentive and my appointment was exactly on time.
Good experience at booking and on arrival. Layout of clinic meant I could hear the receptionist having problems logging on to her computer, the dentist not being able to find her polish, and lots of clanging and crashing as they set up. I'm nervous about the dentist, so this didn't really help. It would have been good to have something to look at to distract myself! I was collected promptly by the hygienist, who explained everything well, and was realistic rather than critical of my tooth cleaning efforts! The clean felt very thorough, there was very little discomfort and she cleaned my teeth meticulously, tooth by tooth. At the end, when she passed me a mirror, I could barely believe the teeth were mine - they looked amazing, better than ever before! I didn't believe it when I saw other reviews like this, but really, it's true! I never imagined I'd be recommending a dental hygiene spa, but hey, these guys are GOOD.
I have been with Dr Ali for 8 years and I will follow him anywhere. That speaks volumes for Dr Ali's professionalism and first class service. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! I have already recommended the practice to other people. First class, courteous, relaxing atmosphere and prompt service. First Class service all round.
When I visit Dr. Horowitz it is always pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and efficient. Dr. Horowitz (if he can) comes out to visit and welcome patients.. Once you are in his chair he talks with you and then proceeds to listen carefully and ask questions. He is an excellent dentist and I would never go to anyone else. He puts my mind at ease no matter what procedure is being done that day. The office is always neat, clean and a nice envriornment to wait if you have to - I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see him or one of his staff.

I initially wasn't impressed when my first booking was double booked and no-one contacted me to tell me so I turned up anyway, but the 2nd time I couldn't make it due to transport issues and they didn't penalise me at all so I re-booked. Very helpful hygienist and my teeth looked great afterwards, very clean. I will look out for another voucher and go back.
Fantastic visit to have a classic hygiene clean. My hygienist was amazing- thorough, kind, explained exactly what she was doing and most importantly did a fabulous job of cleaning my teeth. Cannot recommend highly enough! I will be going back in 6 months and hope that wahanda have another deal at some point!

She came me great feedback and advice to help keep my teeth in great shape. The location in the middle of Govent Garden is fab and the premisies are spotless and welcoming. I will definitely go back.
I was last at Smilepod in June last year for Botox and it was great, sadly as Dr Heidi predicted it has worn off ( it lasted 4 - 5 months) so I decided to have a top up. I was a little apprehensive as I was seeing a different therapist this time. This was because I wanted my teeth cleaned as well as Botox. Dr Bev who I saw is a dentist as well as qualified to give Botox injections too so only one visit was needed.
What a lovely lady Dr Bev is.She put my me totally at ease. I opted for the diamond polish, she made my teeth look great and now the Botox has taken effect my forehead looks smooth too. Thank you Bev ( I hope the wedding went well) and thank you Smilepod again

I have been a smile pod customer and been a few times, it is usually fine and efficient. 3 months ago I got breast implants and my surgeon recommended that I premedicate with antibiotics before having any dental work, including teeth cleaning,This is because plaque and bacteria that are normally found in your gums can be released into your blood stream where they can cause infection. Any foreign body, including a breast implant( or pacemaker), can be a target. So I called to book my appointment and asked about getting the antibiotics I need as I like to be careful.The receptionist didnt know anything about taking antibiotics beforehand when you have breast implants or even pacemaker, which is odd, surely they should be aware of this but told me that she would ask the dentist and call me back. They did call me back and told me it was no problems, that I should come around 12.30 the next day to pick up my prescription and we book my appointment for a few days after. I took time off work to come and get my prescription. When I arrived I was told that they wouldnt give me the prescription as the dentist fell it wasnt necessary. I was angry and frustrated because I came especially to get a prescription that I had made sure I could get, at the time they indicated eventhough it was not practical, only to be told that the ddentist fell i didnt need it. The receptionist was still completely clueless about why I would need antibiotics, asking questions like"what is it that you have?". Obviously I cancelled my appointment, they werent helpful and I called my surgeon and my dentist in France. Both confirmed that eventhough the chances are very slim, it is advisable to premedicate with antibiotics before going to the dentist. If one of the dentists at smilepod feels it is not necessary, fair enough, but surely they should have a clear policy about this and train their receptionists instead of making me come over for nothing ( after booking my appointment and clearing with a dentist on the phone that I would get the prescription) and having to explain myself to a receptionist that acted bemused and not understanding what I was on about.As a woman with breat implants I felt I wasnt treated fairly, they wasted my time and eventhough I was merely trying to follow my surgeon advice ( advice that you can find on the internet on many breast implants website) made me feel really stupid.
Well, as I don't like dentists as a rule, I was pleasantly surprised that my trip here was not a scary experience. The staff were efficient, the dentist gentle on my painful tooth and I didn't need to take out a mortgage to pay for it. The office/reception area still smells of dentist (not really their fault though) but I was seen fairly quickly and was out within 20 minutes of arriving. Excellent.
Bought a gum check, clean and polish for £32. They called me up and explained it was for a basic clean and as I hadn't had my teeth cleaned for a while, they suggested for an extra £16 did I want to upgrade to a diamond polish. This I did as it seemed like a good idea. The teeth cleaning went well....a little uncomfortable but pleased with the results. It wasn't until I left that I realised I hadn't received what I'd paid for which was a diamond polish on top of the clean!! Had another appointment straight after so wad in a rush hence why I didn't notice until I left. Felt a bit cheated as didn't get what I paid for! Hygenist was lovely tho......
Actually went for consultation rather than treatment but couldn't select that as an option. Overall very satisified with consultation. Felt dentist provided an honest opinion and didn't try to sell me treatments that I didn't need which was appreciated. Very comfortable and relaxing ambience which is rare for a dentist.
Fantastic experience especially as I am very wimpy when it comes to anything to do with my teeth. The therapist was very very gentle and kept checking everything was ok. Lots of extra information about how to keep my teeth in good shape (it was a hygienist visit). My teeth looked sparkling clean and there WAS NO PAIN - a miracle!

I had a very good experience at Smilepod yesterday. The dentist who did my teeth was very nice, she talked me through the whole procedure and was reassuring when I told her that I had some cosmetic dentistry which was a bit fragile. She polished my teeth, first by hand using scraping instruments, then with a sort of sand-blasting machine for teeth which gets rid of stains and gives a high-gloss finish. I was very pleased with the results, all my tea stains have gone and I have a set of gnashers to be proud of!
This was a great buy. The dentist was so thorough and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I will definitely be going back again, even at full price this is worth every penny.
This is the first time I have been for this type of treatment, I normally just go for my regular NHS appointments. I am now considering going back once or twice a year as they did such an excellent job, my teeth were stain free and thoroughly cleaned, a much better experience than I have ever had before.

The place is very conveniently located in the heart of Covent Garden. It is small, clean and welcoming and I didn’t have to wait at all.
The dentist was friendly and explained exactly what she was about to do (I had booked a cleaning & whitening treatment). It didn’t feel like being at a dentist at all so you could relax and wait for your smile to be even brighter.
I asked her for some tips about how to keep my teeth white in between treatments and she was very helpful and not trying to sell any products or treatment.
All in all it was very good experience and I will definitely be going back.

The reception staff were very friendly and polite. I was kept waiting for five minutes and my hygienist was very apologetic for this which was nice of her. During the treatment she was very engaging and answered all the queries I had. My treatment was good (clean and teeth polish) so overall a very pleasant experience! I would visit again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming although I had got a little frustrated when trying to make the appointment at first as everytime I called, it went onto leave a message which I never ever got returned so had to keep trying and trying. Not very good customer service. I feel the Hygienist/dentist did a great job on cleaning my teeth and was thorough. A few days later I made the appointment for my boyfriend and had been offered a high gloss polish for £16 which I had not been offered when I booked myself which I pointed out. They offered it to me there and then which I paid for and booked myself in. When it came to the appointment the Dentist had noticed that I did not need it as it wouldn't have made much of a difference to my tooth colour so refunded my card. I felt this was very honest and I appreciated it.
I was pleasantly surprised when I could easily book the treatment within a week and on Sat afternoon too! The big drawback on wahanda mob deals is it is often quite hard to get an appointment. I went for the Hygiene Session incl. Teeth Clean, Gum Check & Teeth Polish @ £32 is more expensive than NHS but the difference is vast! It just proves you pay for what you get. The hygienist was professional and very skilled. She took the time to explain to me the current state of my teeth and what needs to be done. Very happy with the service and will go again as well as recommend to friends.

I had a general Hygiene Appointment and was very impressed. I arrived on time and after filling in some simple information about myself, was seen straight away by the hygienist. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and talked me through the treatment and gave me some great tips after the treatment. She wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to onsell any other treatments (which she actually advised me I didn't require at this stage e.g. whitening). I would recommend Smilpod :-)
The Dentist, Glaucia was very proficient and an excellent person to deal with. I had booked a Hygienist appointment and it was explained to me why a Dentist carried this first appointment out. She explained everything very clearly, was extremely pleasant and on my return to work I commented that I would be definitely booking future appointments with her at Smilepod. A very worthwhile and good experience.
When I made the appointment I was persuaded to have the high gloss diamond polish for just £16 extra however, I'm not sure I actually got that as the whole thing took less than 40 mins.
As predicted, I did not see any difference in terms of colour but, as it'd been a while since my previous dental visit, it was definitely worth it.
The venue itself is not particularly comfortable - you go down a narrow staircase to a very tiny treatment room - but it seemed clean and the dentist was friendly and offered advice on how to look after my teeth.

It was very easy to book a convenient appointment. When I arrived the receptionist along with the hygienist were both incredibly friendly and with the Offer it was great value for money. The hygienist even had a chat with me about good orthadonists and wrote down a couple of recommendations.

This was excellent value for money, I had been meaning to go to the dentist for a while so when this offer came up I thought I would try it out. The treatment took 30 mins and my teeth were left feeling cleaner than they ever had! I went with my partner who is a smoker. His teeth looked whiter than before! This is something I would definitely recommend to others!! The only downside was that it was a little uncomfortable at times but no pain no gain.

After leaving uni i hadnt had a dental check up for a while and as I work close to the Victoria Belgrave dental practice I thought I would give them a go. I had an initial consultation to check ovr my teeth with x-rays and the staff were great.
I then decided to start regular hygienist treatments here and my teeth look so much better, I have had the same dental hygienist for each of my visits and she is lovely, really puts you at ease whilst doing a great job.
The only down side is often they are running late but only by a few minutes and I expect thats because the hygienist is so nice people often want to stay and chat.
Belgrave actually have two offices in very close proximity, the main one on the main road and then down the side of that there is a second office so if you are going make sure you get the correct office.
Dr. Anthony completed my full mouth smile maker over creatively and to the best of my satisfaction. He made more complete, self-confident by the new smile he designed just for me, I get nothing but complements. And cannot stop smiling, just love it.
This guy is the Sweeney Todd of dental whitening; sign a disclaimer, pay cash and leave your mouth a wreck. We certainly walked out with whiter teeth but I also walked out with bruised and bleeding gums. 24 hours later, they're now bleeding with an indent still imprinted in my gums from wehere the mouthpiece was and skin torn off them. My partner who's never suffered from sensitive teeth, was in pain for 24hours afterwards and my gums are currently a state. The guy didn't put any protection on our gums and it burnt like hell. He says 'Oh you migth feel a bit of a tingling' - you will - and then some. "You might feel a bit of pain afterwards, just take a couple of painkillers afterwards" We left and got painkillers from the nearest available place (we don't normally take tablets of any kind) and used them regulary last night. When he saw my gums afterwards, he simply said 'Oh next time you come, remind me and I'll put protection on for you' - which surely begs the question why on earth he didn't in the first place. I echo the sentiments above - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
I went here in the hope of lovely white teeth. As that was what it promised. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! It was so embarrassing as I bought my boyfriend the teeth whitening treatment too. I was really poor at the time but wanted to treat him so I saved for this procedure. They just take your money and give you false hope. We're only 24 and 26 so don't have terrible black teeth or anything but I was extremely disappointed our teeth just looked shiner but nothing special at all. The man didn't even protect our gums. He just put the gel on and it was burning our gums and extremely painful with no results. When I came in he said that I'd need another go for my teeth which would be a further £99 before I even had the procedure. I really wish I'd of saved my money. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!! You'd be better off saving some more money even if it takes you another year to save up to get REAL teeth whitening like zoom. I'm still saving up and feel so cheated.
I went in for my bi-annual dental cleaning after receiving a couple beautiful postcards in the mail reminding me to make an appointment with Tooth Spa. I have to say that Tooth Spa's cards have done a much better job of reminding me to get my teeth cleaned than any other cards I have received from dentists!
Although the location is a bit far for me, the trip is worth it not only because the dental office has a nice, soothing feel to it, but also because the staff is excellent! I am probably one of the few people on the planet who is not afraid of the dentist and could get my dental needs taken care of in a broom closet if need be. So I tend to drift off into my own thoughts during an appointment and not pay attention to what is going on around me... but for those who need extra special care when visiting the dentist, I highly recommend Tooth Spa with its relaxing ambience and great dentists.
The cleaning went just fine, but what I do want to mention is my first experience with Tooth Spa a couple years ago when I went in for a cleaning and consultation. I had less than two months to undergo a major dental implant procedure before leaving the country, meaning I was rushing myself and everyone around me. Dentists and oral surgeons are not usually used to such a speedy timeframe.
I found a great oral surgeon to do the implants, but needed someone to take care of the crowns and do a cleaning before the surgery. I didn't have insurance and had just bought a dental discount plan, so had to find a new dentist quick as my old one wasn't covered. What I first really appreciated about Tooth Spa was that they were very accommodating and squeezed me in for an appointment immediately despite a busy schedule.
When I went in, I felt very at ease when talking to Dr. David about my upcoming procedure and could tell that he was very knowledgeable. I also liked that he asked me the right questions about my oral surgery plans. And he caught a gum problem and instructed me on how to best take care of it.
Even though I ended up going with a different dentist for the crowns for reasons of convenience (someone whose office was close to my oral surgeon's in San Francisco and worked with him on a regular basis), I haven't forgotten the great service I received at Tooth Spa and highly recommend Dr. David and his sister, Dr. Grace for all of your dental needs!
I am currently having cosmetic orthodontics at Dentistry 100. It has a fantastic, clean, professional appearance - really a very attractive place to go.
The desk staff are fantastic, particularly Sam who is incredibly helpful. I just had train track braces put on yesterday (I went for ceramics though) and the whole experience was very painless and easy. My orthodontist, Farah (the only orthodontist there as it's a dental spa primarily) was very friendly and told me loads about what to expect and how to look after my braces and teeth. I felt as though I was really in good hands.
If I had any criticisms it would be that on my initial consultation (some weeks ago now) she tried to steer me into having much more expensive treatment and seemed reluctant to offer me the exact treatment I was looking for - perhaps because it was a fairly extensive course of treatment and their fixed pricing system (which is another bonus - so you know what you're going to pay) would mean she wouldn't be able to charge any more despite the increased treatment time (18 months as opposed to 12).
However, when I returned for my second consultation and xrays (they don't rush you into anything) she accepted my decision to go ahead with what I had originally asked for and has been extremely pleasant and trustworthy in all other ways.
Also, if you pay all at once when you go for the initial fitting you get 10% off, which is a lot of money saved. I thought that was a great deal. All in all, this place is excellent - I shopped around a bit before I chose it and I am really glad I picked this one.
