London Therapy 4 U at the Park Plaza Victoria is a nice venue. They were running late when I got there so I had to wait 10 minutes before having my treatment. Having said that, the massage was good and the therapist polite, but I didn't get the full hour's treatment as a result of them running late.

I was very pleased with my visit to Pure Beauty in Fulham. The venue is very small, but nicely renovated and cosy. The massage was excellent, one of the best I ever had. The only negative moment was that I had to wait for bout 10 min, but it was certainly worth it!

A hard to find location with inadequate guidance to it beforehand. Its on basement 3 level in a posh hotel. The therapist was polite and pleasant but was softly spoken and not fluent in english, so everything was said twice or three times to get understanding. The massage was supposed to be deep tissue but wasn't, no offer of a quick shower beforehand on a hot humid day and a surfeit of towels and over protection of modesty during the massage. And it lasted just over 50 mins. I'm not going back.

I was very impressed by Beauty Direction and am glad I found it thanks to the Wahanda deal. Easily the best massage I have had in a very long time. The therapist was really friendly and clearly excellent at her job! Highly recommended.

I went to this venue and had a deep tissue massage. The place is easy to locate, close to good transport options, with the additional benefit of free parking outside the venue. The practice is on a small parade of shops and appears to fit perfectly the requirements of the village. The reception is bright and welcoming, and upon arrival i was greeted and asked to complete a standard questionnaire. Without delay i was then taken through to the treatment room by the massage provider. The service i received was excellent. I would highly recommend this practice. Very professional.

I went to Siam Body & Soul on a mobdeal for a facial and 20 minute massage. I asked if there was any chance of paying extra for a longer massage and this was fitted in without a problem. Sooooooo glad I did as the massage was wonderful - a mix of swedish and thai so I got the relaxing oil massage as well as the stretching muscle work of the thai massage. I then had a facial, but I don't remember much of it as I fell asleep !! Will definitely be back.

I visited Metta on a weekday evening and used the Vouchercloud offer from a deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage for £30. The therapy rooms are located in the basement of a tanning salon and are basic but clean and comfortable. The toilet facilities could do with updating but do the job. My therapist was very friendly and immediately put me at my ease. She was very knowledgeable and gave me an excellent deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage. She asked about my stress levels and gave me tips to manage this and better my posture etc. The massage finished with what felt like a face massage and this was a lovely unexpected extra.

I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning to try their other treatments.

I had a wonderful experience at Spa London and the best treatment i have ever had! The lunch was really tasty and it was all very chilled which was nice. Staff were super friendly and professional. Can't wait til i have another reason to go!

I had such a lovely time at Glamour House, its my second visit. Wahanda Voucher was excellent value. Roksana my beauty therapist was very good. The ambience is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable! I enjoyed it so much I bought another voucher from Glamour House, going back in a few weeks. Location is excellent, booking is easy, I recommend this place to everyone looking for a relaxing venue with run by professionals.

I had an excellent massage here. The place is fairly basic but clean and very reasonably priced. The man taking the bookings is very polite. The only criticism I would make would be that the therapist did not leave the room as I was getting dressed and undressed, and also some soft music would have been nice. But the quality of the massage was extremely good and I would definitely return here if they have any more deals.

Excellent Service and very Professional! I was having problems with my back and very tight muscles which was helped by a fantastic massage by jennie. Her pressure was great and varied where it needed to be, for a skinny person she has incredible pressure! I have rebooked in for 2 weeks time to keep up the fantastic results i was that impressed!

Went as a last minute appointment on a weekday, so was really nice thet would accomodate me. Place was easy to get to and for a no frills massage. I would definitely this. As they did make an effort to decorate the place and the massage room was cosy and clean not pokey. The therapist did a good job of massaging away my tight knots and so thumbs up.

My friend and I loved our spa day at the Marriott hotel Edinburgh, purchased through Wahanda which we visited in May 2012.
Firstly stress and hassle free, we parked in the hotels free car park provided for hotel and spa guests
On arrival at the Hotel the Spa reception staff were welcoming and helpful .
We were provided with a locker robe towels and slippers .
The spa facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean.

Firstly we visited and worked out in the well equipped gym and were guided and advised by their very friendly gym instructor and knowledgeable personal trainer Lynn.
Then onto some R&R in the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi.
(One small niggle suggestion is there is nowhere within the spa to have a snack/lunch unless you get dressed and go to the hotel bar so we felt if the hotel introduced a small cafe area in the spa premises it would be a welcomed by spa users? )

In the afternoon we were given our treatments by their fantastic beauty therapist Rachael who gave me the best back neck and shoulder massage and facial i have ever had she has magic hands!!! and i will be paying her a return visit.
My friend and i felt thoroughly chilled and pampered, all in all a fantastic experience at a super spa.

One of the best body massages I had so far. Everything was spot on. It was definately value for money and I felt so relaxed in the hands of my skilled and knowledgeable therapist. Furthermore she was sooo polite and caring. I will definately be visiting this place again.

I have been a few times to the spa with friends, The room, food, heat experience and any treatments I have had have always been wonderful. This time was no exception, what can I say, my only wish is I could go every month. Unfortunatly that is not possible. Fantastic

I had a one hour massage at Green Remedies in Westminster. It took the therapist a while to get ready for me after her previous client but once in the treatment room she put me quickly at ease. Just the right amount of pressure and very relaxing. Recommended!

excellent day at Clumber park hotel, would visit again, lovely 55minute top to toe massage, great facilities inclubing pool. sauna, steam room and outdoors hot tub. the relaxation den is worth a visit after your treament.

Food was a little slow to arrive but was worth the wait.

The place is quite basic but for the price I was happy and they fitting me in at short notice. The massage was great - she really got rid off all the knots in my shoulders.

Sadly I found Whittlebury Hall Spa a bit depressing. It is the best thing about a very mediocre hotel. They do packages with food and sadly in order to make it work financially they cut corners particularly with the food. The massage we had was good, we were treated together in the same room, the relaxation room was basic but okay and the dry float bed that is hidden away upstairs is well worth finding. However the changing rooms were basic, no cream or nice 'spa' touches, the gym had flashy but hard to use equipment, the fake trees and plants aren't fooling anyone and the spa pools were very busy. If you are staying the hotel is totally souless and depressing. The food at dinner was awful, cheap badly cooked bits of meat.. would recommend you don't stay overnight. breakfast was okay.

The therapist was very professional. The massage and ambience was spot on! You have to walk through the gym to get to the massage room although i did not find this a problem at all. I throughly enjoyed the massage and hope to go back when there is another deal!

Roberta delivered a tailored highly technical deep tissue massage which removed every knot in my body. She can read the body well and knows how much pressure to apply. The ambience is also worth mentioning, soft lighting, large mirror wall, and rich soft blankets on a wide table help melt your daily thoughts away. This is a strong massage but one that delivers results on the day and doesn't leave you feeling in pain.

Treatment was one of the best massages I have ever had. Therapist asked me about the pressure to ensure she used the right pressure. Felt really relaxed after the massage and the tension I had been feeling had gone.

So massages are most important to me and my beauty.
As shown in my rating it ways really a wonderful massage, I took the four hand massage and it was really a treat and so relaxing to have 4 hands moving in all ways around your body.

I have already been to Titanic twice and this will be my third. It is the best experience. Even if you cannot afford any add on treatments, the Heat Experience and the relaxation rooms are fab. The food is also great. The accommodation is really high spec. The problem is you want to experience all areas. Only just came off the phone trying to decide when we can fit in the one I have bought from you. We are already thinking whether next time it comes on offer we should buy 2 nights. Went to a top hotel yesterday for a spa day and realised Titanic has spoiled us now. We were really underwhelmed.

This was a lovely day...I had a really nice therapist do my massage, the facilities are really nice and I would definately go back. I would like to try one of their facials next time!

The staff and Green Remedies are a lovely bunch, friendly and welcoming. The spa is basic, but comfortable. 3 massages for £55 was excellent value! I'll be going again and trying out another type of their massage since they offer so many choices. Great location too!

I went to Tres Spa for my friend's hen party. The staff were very good and patient with us! One thing that puts me off in the other spas is the snobish staff, we felt at easy there! they were really nice!
Loved the pool! Sauna a bit small but steam room really big and sleek.
Changing rooms are not great, but the value/quality and the staff friendless makes it only a small detail.

The venue was based in a hotel's gym. However, the therapy room was comfortably furnished and appropriate for a massage.

Located within a salon in Croydon, theres a small but cosy treatment room. The therapist is from Thailand and is very friendly and accomodating. As promised, there is free green tea when you arrive and another at the end if you like.

The room is private and dimly lit. Very relaxing and away from traffic noise. The aroma and bamboo blinds will remind you of the far east.

The massage was fantastic, she's a strong girl I must admit. She will discuss with you if there's any problem areas in your body, she can then use her magic hands to try to cure you. She gave good attention to my shoulder problem, it did hurt abit but now is greatly improved. I'll certainly return for more sessions.Salon is closed on Thursdays & Sundays one feels very private on these days.

Although a small place, it is lovely. Nicely decorated and there's tranquil music in the background. The massage itself was deep tissue massage for 35 minutes. It was really intense and during part of it, the therapist actually walked up and down my back to really get the knots out!! (She did ask permission, by the way).
I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was a shame to have to take the Tube home after such a tranquil experience. I would definitely go back there again. Very kind and courteous staff.

I booked a couple's spa retreat for myself and my boyfriend for his birthday.
Very friendly and understanding staff, professional massage given, nearly put my boyfriend to sleep!

When booking, I asked for couple's spa retreat and the voucher said it was 2hours long, so I assumed the massage would be two hours long. In fact, it was suppose to be an hour's facial with an hour's massage but it didn't clearly state this on the voucher. I found this out on the day that they had booked us with an hours couples massage, however, Becky said that I could rebook for the facial any time.

Also, the first time we booked, we went in to find out they only had oils with nuts in. As I have a nut allergy, we could not have the massage on the original date so we had to rebook. But Becky ordered in suitable oils as soon as possible which I appreciated.

Overall was a good experience.

I treated my teenage son to a wet shave facial and back massage at the Beauty Temple as a congratulations gift for gaining an apprenticeship. At 16 it was his first visit to a beauty spa and also his first experience of these treatments. He was absolutely thrilled.The treatments were professionally done and the therapist was friendly making the whole experience a pleasure. He has also said he will definitely be returning.
As I also use Beauty temple I can't recommend this spa highly enough. Never anything below 10 out of 10 all round!

Myself and 4 friends all purchased a deal off kgb for pure tonic massage, when i called and booked i was slightly nervous as the therapist (Rachel) stated that it was just herself that would be doing all the treatments and that if four came together she would get tired! this was most definetly not the case, we all left feeling like we was floating on air.

Rachel gave me the most amazing hot stone massage ive ever had and ive had a lot! i walked out feeling like all my tension and stress had melted away, the rest of my friends had a deep tissue massage and have all said the benifits afterwards are outstanding, encouraging me to book in for this next time.

Rachel made the whole experience so lovely and enjoyable, supplying herbal and fruit teas and even put our group in a room of our own to chat and feel more comfortable out of the busy salon.
I'm now booked in for a few weeks time for my first deep tissue massage and im counting down the days.

The ladies at Front of House were not that great. Polite enough but generally indifirent. However, the Therapist... I want to say her name is Rosanna but I am not sure. She was great. The room downstairs was lovely at a great temperature and with nice relaxing music. The therapist made you feel at ease straight away. I had a 30 minute back massage which had exactly the right pressure applied but the real treat was the 30min facial as well as an arm massage. Apart from my skin looking great today (facial was yesterday), it was incredibily relaxing, and the arm massage was something else. I would really recommend this, defintiely worth the money, and I am look to book to go again!

My mother, sister and I all bought each other gifts for the Lava Shells massage treatment, which promises a lot and we were curious as to whether it would deliver. I'm not entirely sure whether it the lava shells were effective for cellulite, but the treatment was lovely and soothing.

I went with my mum, who though she has been to a few spas rarely enjoys the body treatments. When I went back to collect her, the transformation was amazing! She looked so blissful and relaxed. I was shocked!

Next, I went in for my own treatment - and I soon realised why my mother had come out looking like she'd had a wonderful treat. Kerrie has the most delightful way of putting anyone at ease. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, professional...and best of all, she is a great therapist.

She's so good that all three of us have since been back! Reminds me, now I know where she's moved to, I need to book myself in some more treatments : )

I have had on-going issues with my right knee and have spent a small fortune on it. However after my first session with Paola my problem has improved drastically
Paola is one of the most gifted therapist I have come across and anyone who has a treatment with her will see this.
Paola has an incredible gift of releasing problems areas effectively and is extremely skilled in what she does.
I would highly recommend her to anyone and I am glad to have found such a great therapist.
I will book another appointment soon....

I had booked in for the facial and massage package, which had included a skin test assessment in the package description but the machine was broken at the time.

The therapist was called Laura I think, tallest lady there. She noted where I mentioned I had issues and really helped my stiff shoulders, always asking if the pressure was ok.
The facial worked wonders and had not felt so perfectly pampered in a long time.

I was so happy with the treatment I re-booked with my sister but Laura wasn't working that day and instead I had the same treatments with another lady who didn't really help with my back muscle tensions or take note when I asked for more pressure. The facial was even more relaxing this time round though and sent me to sleep.

Based on the second visit, which also started late and finished early, I re-book this time as I didn't think the second time cost the monies worth. But my sister really enjoyed the treatments as well with a different therapist.

Lovely back, neck & shoulder massage for both me and my daughter. Very relaxing after our day shopping. Will def go again. We both really enjoyed very much. Was very reasonably priced in todays climate.

Had a great massage from Sylwia. I booked in for a hot stone massage, when I arrived I mentioned that I had tension in my shoulders and neck that I'd like relieving and Sylwia recommended that she started with some deep tissue work on my back and shoulders to release tension and then use hot stones to relax my muscles. I'm glad I took her suggestion - it was a a great combo and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and 'looser'.

The treatment rooms are just off a hotel gym, so it's not a relaxing spa set up to go and spend a day there. But the massage was great so I think I'll be going back when I next need sorting out!

I went with my daughter for a mother/daughter day and it was amazing. We used the gym, both had a massage, then swam and used both the steam room and sauna.

small but nice clean and relaxing room. the staff were lovely and did a really good job. the only thing they could do with is more rooms as sometimes you dont want the treatment together but other than that it was great and we would definately go again soon.

Either the therapist was a bit tired, or the duration of the treatment was too long, but the deep tissue massage was rather superficial. It was relaxing, but not quite what I was expecting.

I had a good experience with one of the masseurs and returned a few times. However, the quality of therapists at this place varies vary much so you should be careful that you choose the right one. If not, it could be a very disappointing experience.
I booked someone in particular today, walked about 15 minutes in the pouring rain to get there, only to be told that they made a booking mistake and asked if another person can serve me. They did not have the courtesy to telephone me beforehand. They did not even tell me after I arrived until they have taken my coat etc and the receptionist was rude and unapologetic about it. They prices they charge are not cheap - £80 for an hour and this is the kind of customer service you get.

Be warned that booking a massage here is a gamble. If you get someone good, than it is great but if you don't, it could be a waste of time and money. When I left after my last massage appointment, I overheard someone complaining that her massage was very unsatisfactory - she asked for deep tissue but there was no pressure. So this does not seem to be an isolated incident either.

I went for a deep tissue massage:the place was easy to find and it was very nice and cosy.The receptionist very polite.The room were I received the massage was clean and minimalist, perhaps a little cold to start off but once the massage started I felt very comfortable and warm. The therapist was superb, very good and very caring.I would definitively commend it!!!

I was a little surprised by the hair salon upstairs at first, but upon entering the treatment room, I noticed the room is spacious and the ambience is spot on. Massage was wonderful, the therapist knocked out all the stress points on my back, and paid so much attention to my legs. It was possibly the best massage I've had in a long time, and I've had plenty. It was a truly wonderful and relaxing experience and I strongly recommend it to everyone. I would go in the future when I feel like a bit of a pamper, and it is worth the full price.

Wonderful wonderful massage. As a voucher tourist, I have had quite a few poor massages over the past few months, which have mainly involved a little stroking and prodding and then me falling asleep.
4foryou isn't in a large luxurious spa but it doesn't mater - the massage was wonderful. The right pressure and intensity. And the therapist was lovely; professional and welcoming.

The rooms are on the small side, but are decorated really nicely. The masseuse was very nice and gave a good massage, ensuring that she concentrated on the areas that I needed. Was a very pleasant experience and the prices are reasonable, but then there is so much competition in central London that I don't know if I would return.

Lovely relaxing massage from top to toe, i would recommend this experience to anyone, facilities are clean and in good order, food was very nice. i will be visiting again given the chance

I had overall body massage which was very good. The initial consultation was for half and hour and was very useful. The doctor concentrated on your problem areas and passed on the information to the massage staff.The staff were friendly and used oils from Kerala to do the massage. It was overall a very good massage. The massage lasted for 45 min and another 15 mins in a hot steam which absorbed the oils into your body and was very relaxing. I would recommed anyone to do this massage,prices are also reasonable.

The venue was very nice, and therapy rooms were larger than expected, considering they were in the basement... The therapist made me feel welcome and was nice. Unfortunately the massage was more Swedish than deep tissue, even after I made few comments that she could be bit firmer...

The spa is small but cozy and clean. The therapist was good and efficient and very friendly. I liked the overall experience, the massage was very well conducted. I would Siam Body and Soul again!

a group of 6 of us booked out the salon on a saturday for a pamper day. we couldnt have been treated any better, as a pre hen do treat we got more than we imagined. the owner jodie treated us with a bottle of champagne and the service was second to none. we all had a gelish manicure/pedicure from laurna and we had the best massages from amy and jodie, a couple of the girls had spray tans and they looked amazing (no streaks) a big thanks for making our day special, we have rebooked for treatments before the wedding, the salon is very popular but we managed to rebook without a problem. lovley bunch of girls working at pamper me, we have been converted!

Can't fault the treatments or the friendliness of the staff. The changing rooms are a little tired looking. Very difficult ot get through to book the visit as never anyone on duty on reception

The massage was faultless, Sylwia definitely has magic hands. The only negative about the experience is that the treatment rooms are in a gym so you can hear the noise of the machines etc outside the room, but other than that I would say this was a top treatment, definite value for money.

i have been twice now on seperate deals, This was really good value for money with the wahanda deal, treatments did not feel like they were being scrimped on at all and luxury products were used.
Only this that was a a negative that easily could be improved on is the lack of loungers, on both occasions, it feels like everyone is eyeing yours up when you have one and once you leave the lounger you will never get one back, not the end of the world granted but if you are on a spa day and once you have treatments there is nothing better than relaxing after, this is something that could easily be rectified as well.
However the staff, lunch, treatments were all 5 * and i would still go again

The spa is in a separate building so if you want anything to eat, you have to got outside to the main bar area.
We went on a Monday which was toddlers pool day!! I understand from mentioning it to staff that we should have been told this on booking, which we were not. This spoilt the ambiance as the changing room (which is very small) was full of babies laid on changing mats and then they most of the pool was taken up with them. It was hardly condusive for a realxing atmosphere.
The jacuzzi and steam room were good and the treatments were very good.
The drinks and meals were quite expensive.
It was worth the £25 just for the treatments but I am not sure I would rush back.

after being recommend by a friend i booked in for a massage and microdermobrasion inc facial, jodie thr owner was very professional and gave me THE BEST MASSAGE iv ever had, i had my treatments in the 'budda room' which was beautiful and very welcoming. friut tea/water was offered on arrival and after treatments. i have now rebooked for a gelish manicure and pedicure as jodie and the other therapists nails looked amazing! would highly recommend for all treatments

Had a really good experiance. Managed to solve my long term injury problem quickly. I was only given as much physio as I needed, unlike elsewhere I have been where they always find something new that is wrong.

I was absolutely over the moon with my treatment! It was exactly what I needed on a Friday evening after a busy week at work and lots of exercise. The therapist was excellent and I came out having never felt so rejuvenated after only 35mins. Really great value and I will definitely be going again!

Some 10min walk from Oxford Circus and hidden in the small streets of Soho you will find this little gem of a place: a hairdresser on the ground floor and massage place (and other treatments) on the lower ground. My treatment room was a bit cold so the therapist quickly put the heater on and she proceeded with the long hour back massage which I was after. She had a great technique, energetic and repetitive which did wonders on my delicate skin and muscles. It was a unique technique and I am sure she has lots of returning clients purely because of this. Loved it!

It was my first time. Booking the appointment was very easy and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. The location is convinient. The therapy room itself is quite small. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage. The therapist had a very firm hand and although at times it was quite painful, it was relaxing as well. I might mention I need her to be gentler on my next visit.
Will definitely visit again and will recommend to friends.

Went for deep tissue massage on sunday afternoon on wahanda voucher. It is part of gym in a hotel near victoria stations. The gym aspect does not affect your experience once you are in room. Ambience during massage was great and staff and therapist are professional and friendly. The quality of massage is top notch - you feel totally refreshed and relaxed.

Will go there again on wahanda voucher.

I bought this massage treatment for my sister. She enjoyed it but thought that it wasnt anything out of the ordinary as expected from webite. It was good for the voucher price but the therapist stopped abrupty at the end as she thought her boss was knocking on the door as time to finish which was an unrelaxing end.

This is very centrally located, 5 mins walk from Tottenham Court Rd tube station and they have 2 therapy rooms set below the Hair Salon on street level. The room itself was fairly small but not uncomfortably so and the temperature was fine. My therapist was male but I did see another female therapist as well. He was extremely professional and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have had in London. He worked at all the knots in my back and shoulders but didn't reduce me to tears and best of all, I had a good sleep that night and woke up the next day with no sore muscles which I usually do suffer from other deep tissue massages. I am definitely going back again for my next one.

Venue was small and not as expected from advert. Expected place to be more plush. Massage was good but nothing special and definitely wouldnt go back and pay full price for such a treatment.

4ForYou Professional Massage Therapists has a relaxing atmosphere and a good range of treatments. I chose to have a Deep Tissue Massage. My therapist was very good and applied just the right amount of pressure to get rid of those knots!

I visited with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary on March the 25th. One of the best therapies you can get at Little jasmine Therapies in Brighton is their couples massage treatments (especially the Thai fusion one). They have great big rooms with lovely decoration and cool ambience. They offered us herbal tea and slippers which I found quite cute. Overall the prices are very affordable and the staff very competent.

Enjoyed the deep tissue massage, although wasn't the best I had it was still nice. Therapist was very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean, warm, comfortable and relaxing. However, this is a couple of beauty rooms within a very busy gym with lots of people pumping iron - which can be heard through the walls of the treatment room. Central London location and good offer for the price.

Venue was in a good location (handy for me as it was near work) with friendly therapists and I had a very relaxing enjoyable massage. Would go again with another wahanda voucher.

A little unsettling coming in via a gym with the spa waiting area right near a men's toilet however once in the room and settled the massage was super relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely would come back.

Highly recommended venue with a great atmosphere and amazing therapists!
For a deal which costs £90 for two, my expectations were not that high but this spa surpassed them by far!
An hour of tranquility with a friend in the jacuzzi before an hour of relaxing massage and facial. We were not rushed to leave as soon as our treatments ended and we ended up spending another hour just gossiping in the relaxation room with a glass of champagne. Perfect Sunday.

I brought my mum with me as a mothers day treat and we loved every minute of our day at titanic spa. The staff were so lovely and showed us around the spa when we arrived, the facilities were amazing! The heat and ice experience was lovely and the swimming pool. The treatment I received (elemis deep tissue massage) was AMAZING!! The name of my therapist was Dayle, she was lovely and seemed very experienced. We also had lunch at the spa which was really nice and better than what we expected. After lunch we went into the relaxation room which was a dark lit room with bean bags and blankets around the room, mum and I laid on the bean bags and fell asleep for a few minutes it was so relaxing! There was nice music playing around the room. We will definitely be visiting titanic spa again in the near future, this was by far the best spa experience I've ever had. For the money we paid this day was OK. The reception lad was nice and welcoming. Therapist was ok. Would go again for a special offer byt wouldn't want to pay a lot. Clumber Park is on the doorstep and great for walks.

I purchased one of the one night spa breaks for £30 (bargain!) and visited just before Christmas. Champneys Henlow is definitely in need of a refurbishment (some already underway) but still offered a relaxing break for me & a friend. More of a health retreat than spa so think of low frills but lovely setting retreat.

I went to The Studio Spa last week and had a lovely time. I had a full head of highlights and a cut and it was the best cut and colour iv ever had. I also had a full body massage and a pedicure which where very relaxing. All the staff here were so friendly and i would deffinatly recommend this Spa to all my friends. I have booked to go back next month for a full spa day with a frined. Really looking to my Spa day. Thanks Girls xx

Why the massage itself was really painful I felt great afterwards. I'm training for the marathon so my muscles are usually sore from running long distances. Even the next day I felt really good. I'll definately be going back.

This salon is easy to find just above the hairdressers in Manchester city centre. The treatment rooms are absolutely fabulous decorated! Lovely & relaxing with candlelight.

The therapist Kiah is very welcoming and experienced.

I loved my massage. I had been looking for a good massage for ages and am so glad that I came here. The facilites were clean, I cam ereally early and my massage was given to me earlier than I had booked. The gentlemen that massaged me was very good. He really got out all of the knots and I felt really relaxed when I left. I would defiantly come back and think this will be a regular place I visit. Extremely happy

I was at Amber Therapy Suite for a one-hour back massage. As mentioned in some of the other reviews, the small therapy room is attached to the gym area of the Park Plaza Victoria hotel. Although this is kind of unusual, there was not too much noise around (the music that was played throughout the treatment might have helped disguising it, though). The massage itself was good but rather gentle. Altogether, the Wahanda offer was very good value for money, but at the full rate I'd prefer a larger and more relaxing salon.

I had a long term neck complaint that i put down to the physical nature of my work, a freind recomended Tracey at A Healing Touch.Well i must say she managed to work a miracle with
the deep tissue massage and the advice she gave me,now i am free from any stiffness and
pain,cant thank her enough,highly recomended.

I have had plenty of deep tissue massages before, and this one was very good. However, I did NOT appreciate the guy at the desk telling me I had to pay an additional £10 for the deep tissue, on top of what I had already paid on my Wahanda coupon (which only qualified me for the basic one). I decided to go ahead, and I am not sorry I did.

However - and this is my gripe - at the end of the massage the original guy comes in an plays around with my neck for ten seconds then has the audacity to tell me I have something wrong with my spine (I don't). I declined the free consultation at the end because I know he would try and sell me unnecessary treatment. One thing businesses like this must realise is that the customer is not stupid. Go for the massage by all means, but don't fall for all the other nonsense.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The treatment area is part of a hotel gym, so it is not really a spa experience, but there is a sauna and steam room and a relaxation area that you can use before/after your massage and good changing/showering facilities.

I had tried to book a hot stone massage, but this was unavailable when I arrived, so I switched to a deep tissue massage. It was pleasant, but as someone who does a lot of sport, it was not intensive enough for me - I would recommend it for relaxation but it did not work out any of my knots. Overall reasonable value with the voucher, but I don't think I would return at full price.

I went for the Deep Tissue Massage yesterday after very tiring week. I have to say it was exactly what I needed. The location is great, the venue is nice and clean. The treatment itself was carried by lovely professional who knew what she was doing.
After just 1 hr I felt very relaxed and already made decision of coming back for more. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a quick way to make you feel better.

I organised us girls a relaxing spa day...just because. Making the booking was very easy and the staff were very helpfull with helping me choose the treatments and also telling me about the current offers. We decided to have one of the valentines day offers, which also included a lovely glass of bubbly! The facilities were very nice and we all enjoyed our massages. I had a deep tissue massage which hit just the right spots and felt much more relaxed afterward.

We really enjoyed our day and I will definitely retrun to maybe take my hubby for a treat. I think all of us girls will do this again soon.

Practising therapist myself, currently doing a degree in Complementary therapy and I do know what is a good treatment after having so many over the years. I have to say that Kiah is the most attentive therapist who goes above and beyond the clients needs. A true professional who knows his stuff!! Lovely therapy room, nice ambience and even a coffee thrown into the bargain prior to treatment and a lovely glass of bubbly post treatment. Excellent, fabulous and blissful. I was really impressed. Although when I first got there I was double booked (although one of the girls didn't take my booking, another guy from the gym did and put it in the wrong month!), they sorted it out.

The massage was INCREDIBLE. I felt so much better afterwards. The lady, Sylvia? was fantastic, and apparently they are both trained physiotherapists so I knew and could feel it was the real deal. My back was in a lot of pain before I went, but afterwards I felt so improved. Expensive, but worth it - will definitely be going back!

Had a deep tissue massage at Eastern Natural Care. Nothing special and decent value for money...chinese massage salon. Customer service was ok...the first question they asked is whether I wanted to pay a bit extra for a better massage...so not that impressive. All in all, an ok experience, therapist was good, however, you wouldn't go here for a proper "spa" experience.

I booked for a Sunday, so was a little surprised to find that the venue (a hairdressing salon) was actually closed on Sundays! The salon, which was in the basement was open, so a member of staff unlocked and let me in. Their last client was running late, so I had a bit of a wait. They got me some green tea in the meantime. The staff seemed very anxious about the over-run, and kept apologising. The venue was not ideal: the stairs were rather steep, winding and poorly carpeted, and I nearly tripped a couple of times. The staff seemed very aware of this, and very apologetic about it all.

The massage itself was blissfully good. I had the earth option, which was a deep tissue massage. It was thorough and the therapist was very skilled. She asked where the pain was, and then focused on that area for what felt like hours.

The ambience was rather spoiled by how thin the walls were, and the fact that the next clients were waiting directly outside, and talking loudly. The other therapists were also having a loud conversation directly outside the massage room. It was all at odds with the 'calming music' being played. I'd also say that the air was a bit thick, with the heating turned up quite a lot and I got very dehydrated pretty quickly. They did fetch me water, though, so that was good.

Overall, I'd say the venue was a real let-down, but the skill, thoroughness and politeness of the therapist and staff were a real positive. I'd think about coming back; if they refurbished the venue or moved to one a bit more suitable, I'd become a regular client.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage and aromatherapy full body massage at PureTonic.
I arrived pretty much stressed with quite a lot of knots in my back. Rachel managed to get them all out and made me feel calmer and more relaxed. I left the practice as a New Person. The therapist friendly and welcoming approach is great, especially like me when you're never really had a proper massage before. I love the nice treatment room, relaxing harmonious ambience and the comfy bed.
I would definitely recommend Pure Tonic Massage to all of you as it really helps living a more healthy lifestyle in quite a demanding world. Thank you for everything Rachel.

Pure Tonic Massage is centrally located in Cheadle and easy to find&to get there with public transport, there's a bus stop right in front of the hairdressers.

Aldwark manor is a joke! How they can class themselves as a spa resort is unknown. On arrival to aldwark we were ignored by staff and had to wait 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Then shown around the bar area. I then asked if we could hire some robes and slippers as aware not in our spa voucher to be told they dont have any today? I then asked if we could have some towels to be told you have to bring your own? (never have i took my own towel to a spa) I informed the lady that not aware of this and could we hire some from the spa/hotel. Normally you could for £1 a towel but we dont have any today the linen delivery has not arrived yet. I stated we had nothing and what can we do? She then gave us a hand towel 1 each and said no charge of course. It was more of a flannel size but anyway we just wanted to get on with trying to enjoy our day. We went out into the swimming area where the pool was full of lesuire members and got into the pool. We nearly hit the celling with the temperature of the pool FREEZING. We tried to swim to warm up whilst dodging all the lesuire members. Decided to then warm up in a steam room with no steam in it! A lady had informed someone not working and nobody had been to see. Due to my lack of towel/robe i went to reception with my flannel and informed a lady who sent somebody. We went for a sauna whilst they had a look at the problem. The sauna was warm but cant say i was sweating it out in there. Went back to the steam room which had a little steam now. Sat for a while and it only filled half full the whole time we were there. If i stood on the bench i could feel the benifit not really relaxing! Jaccuzi was lovely nice and warm.
On arrival we were asked to wait in reception 5 minutes before treatments so decided to go have a coffee whilst waiting. I ordered the coffees and waited 15minutes before getting them! When recieving them they were clap cold. I took them back to the counter and i said "i am really sorry but these are cold" (not sure why i was sorry) and the responce was well they are fresh out of the machine! I said but there cold to get another responce of there fresh out of the machine! I said ok well we will just leave them thanks to be then tutted at and sighed at.
We then went for out treatments which were fantastic. All the therapist we had could do no more for us and one managed to find two robes for me and my nan after our massages.
We then decided to get showered and leave as we were planning to have lunch and use the facilitys more but had seen enough. This experience was bought for my nans 75th birthday which we went to on her birthday and it ruined the rest of our day with the disappointment.
I did let the manager know who has offered us to go back to use the facilities again but dont think were in a hurry to return. Not sure if we get a complimentary towel? Also the cleanliness of the facilities was poor my nan had to tell the manager to get a toothbrush and some jif to the steam room floor.

its a really lovey venue and i have a really nice experience, the therapist made me feel very very welcome and i have recommend beauty booth to all my friends and my sister's . i had overall a fab experience and haved booked in already for more treatment's this month. These treatments were brought for me as a birthday present. There was a waiting list for my booking but boy was it worth the wait. I was greeted promptly by my friendly therapist, offered a drink and shown to a pleasant treatment room. The next hour was pure bliss. I was given a combination of treatments which were masterfully executed. The only down side was that the hour finished too quickly. I'm back next week for more, and will make this a regular treat for myself. Highly recommend; I bought a treatment for a friend and she loved it too. Keep up the good work.

I just had the first massage of two booked at this location and what a great choice that was. Sometimes you book a group of several massages at a location and then you have to kick yourself when you realise that everything is not up to scratch. Thankfully that was not the case with Beauty Direction located some 10min walk from Victoria tube station on Wilton Street packed with it's little cake shops and supermarkets.

The massage area is located on the lower ground and is clean cut, recently modernised with a great wall paper and two massage beds. The therapist was brilliant and paid attention to my delicate area of the back. We chatted the whole time and how fast the time past. I cannot wait for my second massage.

Spent a half day at the spa. I had a massage, lunch and manicure. The rest of the time I just lazed around the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and just being able to chill out and have a peaceful day in beautiful surroundings.

The staff is friendly and the spa atmosphere is professional but doesn't have the phony "snooty" atmosphere that some spas seem to think is a good thing. It isn't.

I would highly recommend the Stableyard Spa - the only change that I would make would be the spa menu: it needs a revamp - I would offer some low calorie choices, smoothies, salads that are not laden with cheese, etc.

I went to Stripes for a deep tissue massage for a chronic bad neck. I felt totally relaxed and safe, and came away feeling better, but also with some ideas about how to treat the neck as part of everyday exercise. The therapists have years of experience, and I respect their knowledge.

It was a lovely place. I had a back,neck and shoulder massage and the therapist was absolutely amazing. I wish they had a wet spa or just a sauna and a steam room at least...

Tracey offers a mobile service which is lovely as you can relax in your own surroundings and after the massage dont have to worry about getting home. The massage itself was really relaxing and the oils left a gorgeous aroma in my room for hours afterwards. My partner had the deep tissue massage and said he felt like a new born baby again after. Can thouroughly reccomend A Healing Touch, wish I could have one everyday!

This was the best massage I have received in a long time. i rarely walk out of a salon after a massage and feel satisfied, but this therapist was spot on with her pressure level and targeting of problem areas. I suffer with severe tension in my back and when I asked her for a firm massage I got exactly that. I have recommended them to my friends. Definitely worth the visit!

I think my first impression was shock at how they'd made, what could potentially be a dingy small basement into a little oasis of calm. As I walked down the very steep stairs I did wonder what I'd find but was pleasantly surprised. The next thing that really impressed me was that Anna greeted me by first name. I didn't feel like just an appointment in a book but a human being, and that was really lovely.

The treatment room was similarly calm and welcoming. Next came Roberta who also greeted me by my first name and introduced herself. She was an incredibly proficient therapist and made me very relaxed and confident in her. I wouldn't have any hesitation in being massaged by her again.

All in all it was a lovely experience and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to any friends or colleagues or of course attending again!

this is a very speical place, the team is second to none and the way they make you feel when you step into the spa is amazing! i go once a month for a deep tissue massage and not once have i had a bad experience. they use top of the range products (elemis) and the treatment itself is bliss! the fact that you walk in and are offered fruit and sparkling water just says it all, its that attention to detail that makes me go back time and time again.

I had a Deep tissue massage at Beauty direction. The massage was good, but I there was a quick in and out and I did not have a full hour treatment. It is an ok saloon but I will not go back there.

The hotel location and facilities were excellent. The spa was first class and the therapist was both professional and experienced and the outdoor jaccuzzi is a must. The food was fabulous and the staff were polite and friendly, an overall relaxing and stress free experience. Would definitely go again and recommend to friends.

Hidden gem in central london. Very good value for money. Technical massage. Ambient setting and warm wide massage bed. What more can you ask for? You can even bring your own Ipod and play your own music. The only criticism is the difficulty in finding the place which is located in the basement of a hairdresser and not well sign posted.

I'm a regular customer. Steven is brilliant, and regular treatments with him have made an enormous difference to my chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as dealing with other occasional problems. I've also had Bowen from him which I was sceptical about but which really helped. I find massage difficult and have tried other practitioners before but never felt quite understood by them. Steven on the other hand is always calm, understanding and accepting. He always responds to where I'm at, for example if I feel talkative we talk, if i don't, we don't - I never feel any pressure to be any certain way, and I really trust him. I'd recommend anyone to go to him.

With the mobdeal it is really great value. Yes, the facilities are nothing to write home about but the ability of the staff to give massages is excellent. I suffer from long standing back pain (which is not debilitating, more annoying), and whilst a skeptic, I managed to remain pain free for 2-3 weeks after my first massage. I went back a second time (without the mobdeal) - the massage was still good but somehow not as great as the first time. Would definitely go back with another mobdeal, and would consider going back for more treatments/ osteomanipulation if I do not find a better alternative.

I had two lovely relaxing massages. At £25 for both it was fantastic value for money. Pool, steam room and sauna were all good, and the spa was quiet, which was nice A jacuzzi would have been a good extra though. The food and drinks in the bar were quite expensive.

Quiet unassuming venue with matching staff. The therapist was excellent and found the root of all my aches and pains. One of the best massages I have had anywhere. I would definitely go back.
