Perhaps it's far to reach from Central London, however if you want results it's worth the journey. Those local to Hendon / Collindale are lucky to have such a good beauty salon in the neighborhood. I've got a few more sessions coming up, and I can't wait to have them!
great value, easy to reach, good therapist - i.e. will look at your personal complexity before proceeding with the treatment. The massage and wrap is good not only for cellulite but also for your skin. I also got valuable nutritional advice, which was a welcome added extra
The place is tiny and I nearly walked in on someone, but the treatment itself was ace, I felt like I'd done a few hours in the gym and really felt the effects over the course of the day and evening. I've been looking for more deals to go again (its too pricey to buy direct I think) but think this speaks volumes for how much I liked the actual treatment.
This is a small spa in Richmond pool on the park, but facilities look good and modern. The therapists are very professional and attentive.
I bought 4 sessions of a lipo-massage for cellulite treatment. I was asked about my concerns and decided to go for cellulite and contouring (the equipment has different modes of massages). I am writing this review having done all 4 treatments. I had the sessions done on my thights and stomach. I did not have lots of cellulite, but having babies I developed midrif fat and love handles. I felt effect of the treatment after the first session, but after that improvements were more subtle. The therapist was good and at times it was a bit sensitive, but you can tell the therapist how you feel and she would vary her pressure. At the first consultation I was shown "before" and "after" photos from some promotion broshure and was recommended to buy a full-course of 12 treatments. I was given a choice to buy extra 4 at 30% discount to full-price, which I did. I think it is a good value for money after all as I did some improvments to the area. Also, you have to prepare to part with extra £20 for a special massage costume you have to wear during the treatment.
Overall women have to be realistic about cellulite treatments as none of those on the market can do trick on its own. I think I experience improvements to its condition because I do extra work on it like dry brushing, cellulite creams, exercising, healthy diet, drinking lots of water, massages. The therapist would tell you the same to do extra work to supplement treatment
Great salon, offers all the latest treatments at great prices. Sarah is a superb beauty therapist and a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable. Eyelash extentions are amazing.. Have had uv gel pedicure and they are still perfect three weeks on. X
The therapist was very good, and their consultation really proved they cared about the outcomes of my treatment. The vacuum massage made its effects felt on the next day, and the wrap was 'active' throughout the evening. Will definitely book follow up-s
The location is great and the cosy atmosphere made me feel like at home.
I've tried loads of treatments such as Gel Nails, facial, waxing and eyelash extension, which is absolutely my favourite ever.
At Beauty Rose I'm sure to immerse myself in expert hands and, most importantly, about the results I want, which is pretty rare in central London.
The value for money is enormous considering the high quality of the service provided.
This very fact keeps me coming back to explore new treatments.
I highly recommend the gel pedicure/manicure, which lasts perfect usually up to 3 weeks and the laser IPL that saved my whole life!!!
I didnt realize how painful it would be - just having a cellulite treatment on my legs and bottom. It was agony and the therapist gave me something to bite on so I didnt yell my head off. I didnt like the actual experience at all, but the therapist was brilliant and very understanding. I would, however, never have it again because it was such a unpleasant feeling - worst than going to the dentist. Too painful for me.
The treatment is a bit painful but the therapist is friendly and explains what she's doing and it does gets less painful as you get used to it. But it's painful enough to be doing me good I hope!
I have been having a course CACI body treatments. They are an award-winning body treatment designed to lift tone and contour your chosen area. These treatments are also ideal to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scarring. I have had very good results and am throughly impressed. The staff at options are always friendly and extremely professional. Would highly recommend this salon!
Not sure where to start with my praise for both Juliette and Bare Skin Beauty. A friend of mine recommended I try Juliette's products, and after seeing how great her skin was I thought it was good advice to follow. I have since met with Juliette and had the most relaxing facial and had a cellulite treatment. The quality of the ingrediants used for my treatments was second to none, to they point they are so pure and natural I'm pretty sure you could eat them. They smell that good too. After my facial, my skin not only glowed but had a beautiful plump feeling too - Delighted with the results. Hellllloooo Skin.
I also think it is worth mentioning the cellulite treatment which I had done before my holiday. While it didn't totally eradicate the cellulite it made a big improvement and was a relaxing treatment to receive. Next time I think I will book a course of several to get the full benefit.
A really nice clinic with very friendly and welcoming staff who put you at ease. The treatment itself was ok although I don't think its a miracle treatment and although it appeared to intially worked this was only short lived however its great for a quick fix and I would certainly consider again!
In addition to the above treatments I have also had the intensely relaxing experience of the hot and cold stone massage - which is my favourite! The therapy room is softly lit and tranquil which is helped by the calming music. In the safe hands of Annabel you can be sure to float away to a much calmer place during your chosen treatment - of which there are many. After my treatments I feel completely chilled out and would definitely recommend a visit to soothe away, even for a short time, the stresses and strains of life.
When booking at titanic spa I read each review and thought "too good to be true" however the overnight package was good value so we decided to give it a try, on arrival all staff were extremely attentive and checked us in immediately, showed us to the refreshments and gave us are itinerys we couldn't get into the apartment till 2:00pm however are lunch was at 130pm and we had started in the spa. The apartments were brilliant very modern, clean and cosy! We loved it, the food was great and so were the treatments, we will definitely book very soon!! only bad point is we wanted to stay longer! x
I absolutely loved my visit to At One Day Spa - a gem in the middle of the city centre!
My therapist was exceptional, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have found sometimes when you purchase a voucher for a treatment you don't get the best service or experience the full treatment but this was definitely not the case with my visit to At One Day Spa.
The environment was nice and relaxed, and the smell reminded me of a holiday I took in Bali (in a good way!) The room for my treatment was really nice.
I was given advice for at home care and did purchase some products but didn't feel like I was held to ransom to do so.
I definitely recommend At One Day Spa, and can't wait to go back!
I liked the treatment and thought that the one treatment had made a difference to my thighs . I was relaxed during the treatment like an intense massage and even fell asleep. I would have definately signed up for more treatments but live a bit too far away from this venue.
I foun d it hard to find from the tube station and this area is confusing if you are not familiar with the streeta .
The therapist was french and knowledgeable about cellulite problems.
A beautiful spa tucked into Western Arcade. The ambience in the waiting area was serene and chilled. The staff very professional and polite. The treatment rooms dimly lit enhancing the mood and encouraging deeper relaxation.
The treatment was very intense just as I expected, the therapist was expert in her knowledge and described the process, the affects and benefits of the cellulite treatment. She completed the treatment with a very relaxing head massage.
A wonderful place with a wonderful vibe!
a lovely cosy salon in a trendy chic part of town
tricky to find the first time- you have to look for the hair salon and it's downstairs
the facilities are lovely and the girl doing the treatment was friendly and helpful and explained every step
enjoyed going back there after my first visit
highly recommend!
Very friendly staff and great treatment. It is a bit painful the massage, but effective on toning.
She explained to me the treatment and gave me other useful tips. I will be back for more. thank you.
The venue was lovely and the therapist was very friendly. The treatment was ok but I think a lot of sessions would need to be bought to get rid of the cellulite! Overall though it was excellent value for money.
Well, I'm not sure what good the cellulite treatment will do (particularly only having two of them as part of a mobdeal) but if pain is an indication these should work ! It was quite painful, on what the therapist (truly lovely person by the way) described as 'knobbly bits' particularly the inner thigh. Not unbearable, but this is by no means a pamper session.
I had 5 1hour sessions at the club. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to give me advice on diet, nutrition and food supplements. I really enjoyed the treatment. After each treatment my skin felt very soft and much tighter.
Great value for money and a great team whom are very knowledgable. Dr Kargin is always around and gives great advice, she doesnt spoon feed you to buy treatments which I have witnessed in a lot of clinics instead gives you the right advice and if the treatment is not for you she will tell you not to waste your money, even if she isnt around her assistant is very knowledgable and hes a male :D
Started in 2009 when I purchased full body laser hair removal for £1000 unlimited sessions (the clinic opposite in maddox street wanted £2500 for 6 sessions using the same laser!). I have had 20 sessions now and only coming back once every year. have had a reduction of about 80% and to be honst im happy as it is as the remaining hairs are very fine and take a long time to grow back. What impressed me about Pasha Clinic is that every year they change there laser machines to bring in the latest technology I started off with a yag laser then q-switch then alexandrite and now a diode laser which is amazing and pain free. I had various other treatments with the clinic including regen cellulite treatment purchased via groupon and also microdermabrasion purchased via groupon have had no problems.
The only negative I have with Pasha Clinic is trying to gert through on the phone as the lines are near enough constantly busy however found a ressolution for that as well just send emails now.
The staff are very friendly and will ressolve any problems for you at the reception. Some of the girls dont speak great english however very good at the treatments and I suppose im not there to socialise but to have my treatment.
Great value for money and will continue to have treatment with them for a long time!
bring on the next groupon deal!

Havnt witnessed any of the occurances below and must say unlucky for you guys :D bring on the next groupon deal!

The threaptist was excellent. the treatment was ok (but to be fair i probably wouldn't pay that much money to go throught this kind of pain again). The best thing is definately the cheese and lemonade that they offer you. will definately go back if they do some kind of offer again
I've had an universal contour wrap. The venue is rather small, consisting of several tiny rooms on the lower ground floor. The treatment was ok, but I probably cant talk about any results after one session. Therapist was nice and knowledgeable.
as everyone has said, the place is immaculate and spotless. Both staff members as super friendly and very helpful. The treatment is interesting - cant say yet if its worked but you definitely sweat much more when walking on the treadmill there than just normal. Have one more session left, would definitely do it again.
What a lovely place. Really enjoyed exploring the various rooms and the treatment was superb. Also had lunch there and it was lovely. Would go again. The therapist said there is a chance of celeb spotting as many use the gym.
They have a great sense of customer service. Booking my appointments over the phone was pleasant. She was polite and very helpful.
When arrive I was well welcomed and the treatment was very good
I recommend, great service
I am totally and completely love this treatment - it SO WORKS for me! I have finished my 3rd course, 30 sessions each. The results come very fast, and you don't have to sweat for it very much - in comparison to the hard core gym classes! I try to get in more before my holidays, Xmas, special events and the treatment never disappoints - i lose inches off my waist, stomach, bum and thighs without fail. And you get an amazingly smooth skin as a bonus, cellulite free! And you can afford to indulge into eating and drinking more than usual as your metabolism speeds up - in a nutshell, can't recommend it enough!
The stuff is super helpful and friendly, always there to answer whatever questions you may have and give an advice on nutrition and supplements. The prices are absolutely unbeatable if you compare the same treatments in the City. Overall - great value for money and great results.
The staff at Brazilian by Brazilian were really friendly and despite arriving late due to public transport issues, they didn't make a fuss, quickly put me at ease and made sure that they carried out the full treatment. Very relaxing and pleasant.
The offer was really good so i decided to try it out. Enjoyed the salon and the update facilities was really good and clean. The therapist explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was happening. It was well worth the money
I visited the Camden salon with my friend that was having underarms tasted with the laser for Afro-Caribbean skin and I got interested in all the other treatments as I needed to take care of my stomach. The staff was very professional and gave me more information I could handle but I ended up having a slimming treatment done while waiting for my friend. I must say since then I become a regular client and now after losing my stomach I do hair removal as well as treat my cellulite with their Eximia machine. I find the place clean and the therapists very friendly, always ready to help and answer questions. I give it a top mark.
The venue was fine, the receptionist very friendly and helpful. As I got there far too early she put me on the power plate for 10 mins, which was a great bonus.
My therapist Edita was lovely and gave me a good treatment.
So far I have only had the first one as they are very busy and I work too, so quite difficult to get in. I can't say yet whether it worked or not, unfortunately, didn't notice much but maybe after the 2nd!
I first went to Dove Spa in Canary Wharf for an Enlightenment treatment in July 2011 as a birthday treat and I loved it. My skin felt great, I was very relaxed and it was great value for money. Then I returned in September for that one and I also added a Bottoms Up treatment that was a little bit more expensive and I decided to give it a go. Overall it was also a great experience, although my facial was not as good as the first one. I would definitely recommend the Enlightenment treatment. I will wait a bit longer to review the cellulite one after I finish it. The facilities and the service were generally very good.
I was recommended by a friend to London House as I was struggling to lose the last of my pregnancy weight gain and in particular shift the fat round my tummy and hips. My best fiend was getting married and I wanted to look my best. The staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed and the procedure is quick (I went in my lunch hour) and pain free. At first I was a bit sceptical as after two sessions I hadn't seen the results I was hoping for but with encouragement and advice on post treatment exercise I am glad I stuck with it, as I have now lost 8 cm round my tummy and for the first time in 18mths I have felt slim with two sessions still to complete. ' The one thing I would say, is the treatment is expensive so you have to be prepared to combine the treatments with a healthy diet and exercise otherwise you'll end up wasting money
I am in the middle of my 8 session treatment at the London house, and am tackling my stomach area. So far I am extremely happy with the results, my tummy is finally flattening and the cellulite treatments is helping to tone it up. The treatment takes half an hour from start to finish and you literally feel nothing, amazing. i-lipo is my new fat-loss bible without a doubt! But, more than anything The London House doesn't feel like a clinic, and that is what drew me to it the most. I found the clinics, clinical (excuse the pun) and it made it feel like a big deal, and also me a bit nervous. Here it is relaxed, but professional, and it's also really trendy which as a young woman in her 20's is something I prefer to a doctoresque surgery. I can't recommend it enough.
Really happy with my experience at London House. The place is very relaxing and the staff extremely friendly. I am very pleased with the results. The top of my thighs, my problem area, are looking noticeably slimmer and smoother.
The treatment in itself probably works but I should have been told when booking the appointment that exercising was expected thereafter in order to "flush" the toxins out. Unfortunately due to such short notice, I was unable to do so therefore I don't think this had any effect on me!
I had no difficulty finding the venue and when I arrived the staff were very warm and welcomimg. I was shown to a small communal changing room where my waist and a hip measurements were recorded. I then had cling film wrapped around my waist several times and a heated belt was secured over this. I spent a sweaty half hour on the exercise cycle that had been programmed to 'Fat Burn'. The assistant talked to me about my diet and general fitness concerns whilst I pedalled and this really helped me forget about the hard work I was doing. Each time I went I was treated with courtesy and the staff were really attentive and friendly. Chatting about a variety of topics made me forget about the exercise and the half hour passed very quickly. After my final session I was remeasured and pleased to find I had lost 3.5cm from my waist and 3.5cm from around my lower rib area. Recommended if you want to lose some to fit into that dress!
I'm writing this review for all you out there that hate their cellulite, I did too until not long ago.
I use to have few on my thighs but didn't worry about Them to much, few years down the line and They wear getting worst so by recommendation I started a cellulite treatment at saks in chigwell. I couldn't be more happier, great improvements after just 2 sessions the skin looks so much smoother I can't wait for the next one. The place looks fantastic and
the therapist was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional so check it out if u can.
Thumbs up for me.
Really enjoyed the treatment. Definitely felt that my skin was smoother and more toned after one treatment and felt the benefits of improved circulation. This is a good way of kick starting a new fitness/beauty regime. The therapist was very friendly, explained the treatment procedure and I felt immediately at ease. The facilities were comfortable and the ambience relaxing.
I have tried so many things to get rid of the excess skin from my pregnancies but nothing seemed to work. It was frustrating until I stumbled upon the Vacuslim treatment. I havent seen much improvement yet but perhaps after 6 sessions, it may actually help to reduce the excess pregnancy skin I have.
I was only given the information about how to get the best out of the treatments on the second visit. The leotard I was given to wear was too small and i had to fight to get into it. I was very disappointed since I paid £90 and did not get value for money.
Went to this salon for a inch loss wrap and eyelash extensions. Almost like killing two birds with one stone. Both treatments were excellent. The staff are really nice and professional. A mix team of all ages but they all know what they are doing. My only complaint is it took me a while to find. They are tuck away with a bunch of other businesses. There prices are amazing £25 for eyelash extensions which I had paid £70 before and these look way better. Half price for a inch loss wrap and many more offers. They do what they say make pampering affordable which we all need these days. Thanks again Tash for my fab eyelashes.
Love Bilss Spa! Everyone is super friendly & helpful, as if tey'd give you a hug almost. My therapist was lovely, she clearly knew her stuff & we had a great chat as she worked away on busting my love handles. It was a unique treatment & I can completely understand why people would get it pre a big occasion as the results were visible, which was really nice. I also had the bonus of recieving a take home bottle of the Love Handler which has been a nice reminder of the whole experience as well as a unique product to use. Very happily recommend Bliss Spa & their range of treatments.
I have been to Bliss before for waxing and always wanted to try a treatment but the expensive price was keeping me away. When this offer came up I knew I had to go for it. It was amazing. I can now see why the prices are high and I would pay full price again. The spa itself is lovely, I felt very pamped in my robe, slippers and being offered teas, brownies and a cheese board! The treatment was excellent, the therapist was brilliant. Afterwards I could use the steam room and shower using all their products. Amazing, can't wait to go again!
Very disappointing. I had the Love Handler treatment and the therapist told me she would be massaging my tummy. I asked if she could do my thighs instead as they are my problem area and she said she would ask her manager. She then left the room for about 5 minutes and when she returned she said no, because it was Wahanda they could not change the treatment. She then gave me a lecture on how I should have checked the website to see what the treatment involved. The treatment uses a massaging roller and she spent a lot of time pummelling my lower back which quite obviously does not have any cellulite and is actually quite bony - if she would have just done a few inches lower it would have been useful but as she was so inflexible regarding the treatment it was a complete and utter waste of time and money.
I visted celestrial Beauty for the first time and i found the staff welcoming, polite and well informed.Having started a course of i-lipo some weeks ago the results are already noticeable. This goes without saying i would definitley recommend this treatment.
I had the love handler treatment and it was relaxing and comfortable. The spa is very friendly and welcoming. There is a relaxing lounge area and the changing area is spacious and very clean.
Highly recommended for professionalism and facilities.
I read the description wrong and was expecting to be able to get my thighs 'done' but had to have my tummy done - it's not my problem area so I was a bit disappointed. The actual treatment was fab however, and the staff and facilities were excellent.
I had 3 full courses of LPG ,which was 10-15 sessions each, before La Mirage and it was with another wonderful salon. However I made a huge mistake and bought a package for LPG ednermologie from this salon. The salon is more further away from the tube station that it is advertised.
The salon itself is very standard and the treatment's room have no special lighting, music or aromatic relaxing vibe. The owner lady is very cruel with appointments and she cuts your appointments short if you are 5 mins late. I had only 5 session booked with her that I paid in advance and she change/cancelled my appointments 4 times!!! Her excuse was that I bought this deal as a reduced deal so she didn't care to treat me with any respect. They never welcome you in a nice manner, it's always like a chore :-( This was meant to be a relaxing treatment and it turned out to be s stressful.
I thought it was a good value for money but I'd rather pay a little more and have some dignity. The overal experience was very stressful and unpleasant I feel abused as I actually paid to have this treamants done but I got treated like rubbish.
The Mama Mio treatment???... I loved it!
For sure it's a 9/10
And I also liked the salt inhale room and the hydrotherapy pool.
As they said, it's a "luxurious haven of peace and tranquillity", no doubt!
This place is really down to earth and has a real trendy setting in a top notch location. Receptionist was really helpful as she gave me directions from South Kensington St. Everyone in Bliss had a happy positive aura about them making you feel welcome and comfortable. Julie the therapist was superb really professional and friendly and certainly put me at ease as I had never had a treatment like this before. We interacted really well and definitely recommend this venue and certainly will visit there again. Thanks again Julie for making my day really enjoyable.
AMAZING - sums it up. 1st time I visited this lovely salon & was greeted by smiling, helpful staff, who made be feel relaxed the moment I walked through the door. Relaxing Lounge area offered place to chill before & after treatment, with refreshments & nibbles on tap. Changing area had Bliss products for you to use - divine! Treated myself to the Love Handler Treatment , which was great, really noticed a difference even after 1 treatment, despite being recommended course of 6. My therapist Heather was lovely, made me feel comfortable straight away. Booked another appointment for the Quadruple Thigh pass treatment. Can't wait !
Fab little salon with great staff! Had a inch loss wrap and waxing! They are know for some great deals making pampering affordable! Would go back for their deals and enjoyed how friendly and fun the girls are!
I went to Amida Spa at the Chelsea Harbour Club during the week and it was lovely and quiet, none of the facilities where really busy and I was able to really relax and unwind. As part of the offer I had the Mamma Mio bum bootcamp treatment, which was amazing and left my skin really smooth. I was very please with the whole day, it was a shame I didn't have enough time to have some lunch there as I overheard two ladies saying the noodles are amazing!
My mum and I went to martines beauty spot and recieved excellent treatments. The salon is not huge but very warm, clean, stylish and the girls are all professional and friendly. We both had inch loss wraps and a seaweed facial. I would recommend this salon for the best deals and the lovely staff. We travelled from leeds and spent a lovely weekend in Oxfordshire. I would also recommend the four pillors hotel which is close to the salon. Hope to return in the summer for a manicure and pedicure deal.
The Amida Spa is tucked away in the depths of the Chelsea Harbour Club, and is well worth a visit if you want a quiet spot of relaxation. The spa is 1 area comprising of a narrow lap pool, large whirlpool, steam room, inhalation room and wood sauna. There is also a range of showers and ice fountain for the brave and 3 heated tiled relaxation beds if you find all that detoxing too much and need to lie down!
The spa is available for use prior to your treatment and you can easily spend a good hour there. After my relax, I had a Mama Mio treatment which was really relaxing. The therapist was fantastic and the products smelt divine. As part of the spa day you are given a robe, slippers and unlimited towels, which is a bonus. The changing areas are large and spacious but bring a £1 coin for the locker, but the only negative is that there is no access to the wet spa area directly from the changing rooms - you need to walk through the spa reception and down a long corridor.
Whole spa is looking a bit tired, room was comfortable but this didn't feel like a luxury break.
Food was well presented at dinner but we ate at 8pm so tea/coffee wasn't available after our meal as the restaurant staff had finished for the evening. Likewise at breakfast even meals such as poached eggs were had an additional charge. Puddings at lunch also ran out.
Treatments were okay but felt a bit impersonal. Couldn't have the Ionthermie treatment as planned as discovered couldn't take off wedding ring and was still charged for treatment which is a little galling.
Break with friends was enjoyable but beware of extras on the bill during the day for anything other than tap water!
I have only had a few sessions on it but I felt so good afterwards that I definitly will continue going. The staff working there was very very friendly and the beauty therapist explained everything very patiently and to my satisfaction.
The atmosphere in the salon is very calming and relaxing.
The Bliss London salon is great. This time I had the One hour love handler slimming treatment. It is a real experience- a bit strange at times especially when it works on your tummy. But I felt much better (healthier, less bloated etc.) at the end. The therapist was very professional. Would highly recommend.
The shop is very clean and I suppose new, the ambience very friendly. In appearance is a hairdresser unfortunately is situated far from the train station but easy visible from the street.
The treatment I had was 16 sessions of FLABeLOS Whole Body Vibration Sessions; the machine thanks to the vibration is supposed to help you to lose weight and reduce the cellulite issue. I don’t think it worked for me although I went 4 days for 4 weeks consecutively. 10 minutes of this miraculous machine hasn’t helped me to lose 1 ounce. But for £20 it was worth a try.
FlabeLoss is great, you stand on the machine for ten 10ms whilst it works it's magic. You don't have to change just take off your shoes and hop on. I've noticed a difference in 3 weeks. Much better than going to the gym!
I was very excited when I spotted the Love Handler Massage as I was clearly developing some after my Christmas splurge! Lovely staff & facilities, I was shown to the changing rooms where my comfy robe & towel were waiting. The massage itself was not painful or uncomfortable it was actually quite relaxing even though I had this vacuum contraption working across my stomach & back. I definitely felt lighter after the massage although my weight remained the same but my therapist recommended 6 treatments to see a real difference. I left with the Love Handler cream which I've been applying for the last week but 6 weeks is recommended so I will continue with it although I'm not expecting any miracles!
I simply love Bliss... The therapist was friendly and professional, the treatment was indulgent, the environment is so relaxing..
Of course one single love handler treatment is not enough as a course must be booked in order to see a real difference..
good overall experience although you won't notice any results after just 1 treatement - apparently you need to have at least 6... not sure i wound pay the full price for it...
the bliss spa however is as great as ever - love the place!
I could have happily lived at the Bliss spa! Having wanted to visit the spa for ages, but never having enough money, I couldn't have been happier with this treatment/facilities/staff. My therapist, Joanna B, was fantastic and made me feel completely at ease. I loved being able to try all of the Bliss products afterwards in the changing room and my free bottle of Love Handler treatment was the tip of the iceberg. Fantastic value for money, I just wish I could go there more.
I went to Nirvana for the Flabeloss sessions. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the salon as a whole is very inviting and clean. The sessions themselves last 10 minutes, you go in to a small curtained off room, remove your shoes and stand on the machine. At first someone will help you programme it, and tell you what to do and how to stand but after your first session it's pretty easy to do it yourself (however the staff are always willing to help if you have a problem). The machine starts vibrating at a low level and then increases as you go on. The sensation is a bit strange to start with and I must admit, I did get the giggles the first time but the more I've been the more normal it seems! I have been going 3 times a week for 3 weeks now and although I can't see a massive difference in my body I do think it helps tone everything up. I haven't been eating very well during those 3 weeks and have not seemed to gain any weight so maybe if I ate healthily at the same time I would look a bit skinnier! All in all I really enjoy these sessions, I always have to chortle when the machine vibrates on the highest level as I must look hilarious but don't worry, no one can see you. I would definitely recommend these sessions and this salon.
the place and staff are fine-used them before for other treatments.
however this treatment hurt more than i thought when it went over the large muscles and did take the bindes bit of difference so would not pay for it again.
Had love handle treatment in Bliss, absolutely great!
Changing room is well equipped, clean and tidy. My therapist (Julie) is very friendly and explained to me about the treatment, making me feel very welcomed.
Treatment room was cosy and nice.
Had a fabulous treatment, highly recommand!
Clean salon with modern facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had the flabeloss trial session which was great, although not really for me. Some of the other treatments seemed a bit pricey.
When i walked into the building, I was quite impressed with the clean, neat and tidy surroundings. The quietness made me a little uneasy at first, but the staff were very pleasant. The therapist was well imformed and explained what the procedure was and how it would progress through the trial. The experience itself was ok, I didnt try the various options for the machine as it was a trial but the sensation was strange, i could see if you did this several times it would be of benefit. Definately the lazy persons way to tone up! I will consider going back for more if it was closer to home, but as a prequel to a day out it was fine!
Vessi, Sofia and Apple all made me feel so relaxed. Vessi is chatty and professional, sofia's facial was just what i needed and Apple's fingers reached all the knots
I had the Free FLABeLOS Whole Body Vibration trial. Nice facilities and really friendly staff. Staff explain what the treatment includes in detail and also give options to consider after if you wish to follow up with further treatments.
I do really like the overall service here and definitely has me considering going back.
I lost weight after the six sessions but in order to keep the weight off you need to follow the diet continuously but its a great way to kick start your fittness programme.
Three years ago I attended Bliss for a facial and I thought it was great, so when I was given a gift voucher a few months ago, I decided that I would visit Bliss again.
This time I opted for the High Thighs and Rubber Neck Treatments.
My therapist Chris came to the lounge to collect me. The first treatment he performed was the High Thighs treatment. In this treatment he applied a special type of mask to the thighs which I believe contains some sea minerals or something like that.
That was left on my legs for approx 12 minutes, but during that time he performed this brilliant head massage which totally zonked me out. Once completed he removed the mask and then done the massage on my legs and glutes. Legs felt felt warm and nice after the treatment and I am sure looked slimmer.
The Rubber Neck was the last treatment I had from him, which involved having this solution called parafango painted on your upper back, removed then receiving a massage.
All in all he was amazing, with great skill and it was a far better Bliss experience than the first time I attended. Next time I will just book a Blissage 105, as both treatments consisted mainly of massage.
If all Bliss therapists are that competent in their chosen field, I know you will love Bliss too.
The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, as was my therapist. I've visited before too and experienced the same, and would gladly visit again in future!
Poor client care. My first treatment was significantly shorter than it should have been due to faulty set up with the machine. The therapist didn’t explain the benefits of the treatment during my first visit or ask me what I wanted to achieve. She was talking to another client throughout the whole treatment. On another visit the equipment was not adjusted properly and the session was interrupted to adjust this. I felt if I had been a private client and not someone who had bought a wahanda voucher, I would have been treated differently. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to anyone. And so far after 3 visits I have seen NO results.
The venue was fantastic - a top class gym that I really wish I was a member off. The facilities were spotless and very luxurious. I loved the changing rooms with their GHD's and great products out for use. The staff who did my Hypoxi were also really nice and helpful and gave me lots of info. The hypoxi was not as easy as I imagined. Reading through lots of website i expected to feel no exhurstion but you do have to cycle for 30 mins at a moderate pace so I did feel like i did a very mini workout. The staff give you lots of magazines to read so the 30 mins went fast. I dont think i noticed any changes and dont feel like i have lost any weight or seen improvement on the cellulite. Prehaps 12 sessions instead of 6 will show somethign but i really dont feel like i got any results. Sorry!
First of all I should mention that I went to stay a night using my Pru Health private medical insurance discount which enabled me to stay the night for £60 (Platinum level member) which included 3 meals, 1 back massage and full use of the facilities so for me the value was AMAZING!
The food was healthy and great, there was no chocolate available on the premises so I made a note to myself to next time smuggle some in.
The room was sufficient, nothing special, just a standard room as expected.
The facilities were all clean and sanitized and I loved the steam room.
My back massage was a little mediocre, it didn't really rate it that highly but I'm not complaining seeing as it was free.
The Iothermie Ultimate treatment which I paid for separately (£90) did not make me lose the inches I had hoped for so I kind of feel like I wasted my money there. It was very strange having electric pads pulsating my muscles. The therapist was lovely though.
I'm definitely going back, perhaps not to Tring but a different Champneys.
I suspect a single treatment wouldn't be effective enough to see much improvement, but my therapist was lovely and explained the theory behind the SmoothSkin treatment. I'd recommend it to anyone who is serious about removing cellulite.
When you are in the Hypoxi machine and begin to peadle then you feel like your holding your breath for 10-15 seconds and at that point you need to peadle alittle bit harder to keep our heart rate up. The method works, I lost 3 inches from m waist in 2 weeks and my bum has been tighten which has lifted it up. I am so pleased, I would do it again. The girls are so nice and the facilities are very plush. 12 sessions are recommended but you'll need to pay around £500 for the opportunity. Thanks Wahanda & The City Point Club for the special offer.
Wonderful, friendly staff. Everyone is very knowledgable and provide excellent care.
Went with a friend, we both had different treatments. I recieved a body wrap which i have had done before somewhere else. I must say the therapist was very friendly and done a full consultation, she gave me lots of information and advice with regard to the treatment. I lost 8.1 inches in total. My friend had a cellulite treatment call Endermolgy the therapist was very knowlegable and talked in length about the benfits of the treatment. Gave great advice about how many was needed but was not pushy for her to buy a course. Gave leaflets with regard to the treatment and a useful web address for futher information. All staff at the salon were friendly, the salon was not clinical like some that you go to and the whole time we were there we felt relaxed and like we had been going for months. Both my friend and i would highly recommend a visit to this salon. We have already booked for more treatments.
The therapist was very welcoming and the treatment was arays where they put on straps to your body and link you up to a machine and makes your mucles tinkle when the machine is on helping to loss weight.

I completed the 12 sessions of the hypoxi training and am delighted to say it did actually work. I also followed the nutritional advice and I lost 23cm overall. I was most pleased with the 6.5cm and 4.4cm around my stomach and hips respectively. I also lost weight as well as changed lower body shape. My thighs are definitely a better tone than before as well. Lucy and all the staff are absolutely lovely, they really put you at ease and the fact that they are there for every session really keeps you motivated. I waited a while to see if the results would stick and despite my slightly less disciplined approach on the food and drink front, I'm pleased to say they have. It gave me the kick-start I needed and would do more sessions as a top up in the future. I've fitted back into clothes I haven't been able to wear for ages! Also the citypoint club is so nice itself that I've ended up joining. Highly recommended. Julie
Nice location with very friendly and helpful staff who helped me get the most out of the sessions booked. On my second visit over a week later the therapist remembered the details of the previous session. If this place was a bit closer to my home I'd probably visit more often.
I was totally blown away by this treatment! From having quite alot of Cellulite on my thighs this visable dissapeared after the treatment. i tottaly felt revitalised! There was also a happy and helpful vibe in the place
The therapist was really lovely and very informative. The place is ok but facilities on great. The treatment was good and I think if I had bought a total course it would definitely work.
There was nothing wrong with this place, it was a bit pokey and the treatment room was very small but it was clean.
Basically this is a taster treatment to try and get you to buy an arasys course. The therapist was fine, friendly and told me all about the treatment but they want you in and out as quickly as possible.
I wanted to try Arasys out and it probably does work if you buy a course of it but at about £200 it didn't seem worth it.
Definitely an interesting experience, obviously you can't tell anything from two treatments but who knows, it may actually work?! City point club is nice and the therapist was nice enough but can't really tell whether or not they're worth the investment.
Tucked away behind the make-up counters at House of Fraser, Westfield, the location was convenient and easy to find. The environment was very clinical, white and spotless. Had to fill out a form to begin with and this ensured that the procedure was safe. My therapist was lovely! She explained the entire procedure to me as I had no idea what it would entail, in a simple way. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The procedure was a little painful but she was so cheerful and kept the banter up so that I didn't even notice. I was very impressed with the immediate effect , but sadly it wore away, presumably because I didn't get the full treatment. Very pricey but ultimately worth it.
I had a voucher for a choice of cellulite/ detox treatments, and was booked in for that. After I had already left home, on the actual day, they rang me to say they couldn't do one of them as they didn't have the products in stock. I picked up this message on my mobile, and was under the impression they could do the other one. When I got there I was left waiting for ages, and then told they couldn't do that either, as I would need to be escorted to the showers which they said where nowhere near the salon. I was offered a mini facial and a massage, which I accepted cos I was already there, but I didn't actually want it, and wouldn't have accepted if they had rang me before I left. After the treatments the therapist did a hard sell on the facial products- which was of no interest to me at all, cos I didn't actually want this treatment and was interested in detox/ cellulite treatments. I found this slightly annoying and time wasting. I have had a pedicure and a massage here before- which were good, but it seems this salon can't cope with more than the standard beauty treatments, they don't seem to be able to cope with haircuts either looking at another review- and that review made me want to write mine. The sauna, spa pool and steam room are like those you would find in many typical gyms, and they are well up the corridor from the salon. They've got a cheek calling it a spa really, cos if you come for a spa day and dress in a robe and flip flops you are walking up and down that corridor, with people coming in from the outside to use the gym- not exactly a retreat. I'm not impressed and haven't been back here in over 6 months.
The treatment was advertised as being 2 hours including use of facilities (small pool, jacuzzi and sauna), cost £55 (normally £90). The treatment was actually 35 mins in total and was rushed, like the therapist couldn't wait to go home!
I was extremely disappointed and felt very mislead by the promotional advert. I advised the manager/owner on departure and she informed me that they did not specify how long any of their treatments were and the cost of any treatment included use of the facilities! I have never gone to a Spa or Salon and not been aware of how long any treatment would be.
I normally use the Ayush Spa at the Hotel de France and would recommend this highly. They charge you for your package or treatment accordingly and you can use the facilities as part of that if you wish. If you do not then the price is the same whatever you do.
I would not recommend Les Roches unless you have a penchant for feeling cheated out of your time and money.
Never tried this before, always read about these things but I was pleasantly suprised, the girl explained how it all worked and took me through the benefits and how it would affect my body.etc
I felt awesome after and have booked another 10 sessons to get the most out of them.
Had heard if hypoxi earlier thus year as it was in the news the Cheryl Cole uses it. Thought I would try it. The citypoint club was the nearest available hypoxi studio.
The staff are lovely which is good as without them there's not really a lot to keep you entertained as the exercise itself is quite low impact. It did feel funny at first exercising in the machine on the gym floor but you soon get used to it.
Finding time for twelve sessions, three times a week was quite tough but luckily they were quite flexible and open fairly late during the week.
The hardest thing about the treatment was only being able to eat proteins for four hours after the session but the trainers were helpful in recomending foods available around town.
The end result was really good I mostly went to improve my cellulite which has definately happened! My clothes also feel much looser which is great!
I went with a friend to Hydrohealing a few days ago. I had the cellulite treatment - hydroblitz. I could feel a result straight afterwards! She also had the same treatment and we were so impressed, our jeans were a little loser when we left! Will definitely be going for some more of those!
The facial was great too. The REN products are very gentle but deliver a noticeable result afterwards.
I also had a pedicure which isn't listed in the menu online yet. Apparently they have just started to offer manicures and pedicures. I love OPI so of course, I had a good pedicure.
Overall I was very happy with my experience there and would highly recommend!

I have been a regular at the Elemis spa in Lancashire court for a few years now. Despite the fact that it isnt the most chi chi in terms of decor and ambience I absolutely love it there and go back even though there is a new Elemis spa in the Inter Continental (which is very modern and chi chi but not got the same homey comforting feel of the Lancashire court spa). The treatments are unbelievable. I have the cellutox dry floatation body wrap and the tri enzyme skin resurfacing facials on a regular basis and whilst they are on the pricey side, having shelled out at other spa's for other treatments I can genuinely say they are great value for money. The tri enzyme facial has made such a difference to my skin it is unbelievable. They also run discount schemes and as I am a member of Quintessentially I get a 20% discount which is nice plus they have a loyalty card scheme. I have had several different therapists over the years and whilst I now have my favourite I can genuinely say they have all been fantastic. The other treatments I have had that I would recommend are the lime and ginger body scrub, any of the massages and their mani/pedis are flawless and last ages.
