This is a very large gym spead on several levels and could have been a great gym if the staff was better trained, facilities more modern etc. Being a Westminster council gym and not expensive unfortunately attracts not very good clients who are so rude to the point that put you off completely from going back to the gym. Which is a huge pity as the reception staff at the entrance is very supportive, attentive and dedicated but there is nothing they can do about the members in the gym.
