The beauty room is just what we needed, they provide a really cool service, they actually listen to one's needs, and are on hand for advice. facials are just fantastic, and their waxing is just superb. no pain, quick and painles.. always ready for a return.

This Salon is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxed atmoshphere as soon as you walk in. The girls are brilliant, so friendly and professional every time. You are always made to feel so welcome and every treatment I get you are made to feel special...Just love visiting this salon for some relaxed "me time".

Me and my boyfriend visited the spa last weekend on the recommendation of a friend of mine and we were so glad we took the advice. I had a crystal facial and was a little nervous beforehand because i have extremely sensitive skin but afterwards i was beyond pleased, you could actually see the difference immediately, my skin was glowing, soft and clear and even up to a week later i still had no need to use my foundation :)
I also had a thai massage and my boyfriend had a swedish massage. I loved my thai massage and he loved his swedish massage so much we decided to have massages at least once every two weeks.
The staff were really nice and made us feel comfortable and we even got a little discount which i thought was very sweet.
I thought it was nice they have gift certificates for treatments and purchased one for my friend that recommended it in the first place.

Luxurious setting, very friendly and helpful staff. Treatment exceeded expectations. ;-)

I was unable to attend though my review is on the staff that I have spoken to who I found extremelt helpful and understanding and I would imagine that this reflects the salon. I will certainly try to go in the future

I bought a diamond microdermabrasion via Groupon for this venue. Booked my appointment a little difficult as they explained they had sold over 300 treatments and where struggling to book people in. On the day of my appointment I woke with a cold sore, you are unable to have a microdermabrasion with a cold sore as it causes the sore to spread and can contaminate the equipment used. I contacted the venue to explain and was informed that if I did not have the treatment done that day they would not book me in for another appointment. I did not have the treatment done so therefore have lost the money I paid for the offer. I will not attempt to book any other treatments at this venue as their care policy for clients raises questions and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have since booked another microdermabrasion with a different local company who have the correct policies for carrying out this treatment who are in agreement that this procedure should never be carried out with a cold sore present as it can cause a further outbreak and spread the virus.

I was recommended by a friend to go here when I wanted my eyebrows done. I was interested in having the HD Brows but the only place I knew was in Manchester and I was very surprised a little salon in Mossley around the corner from me had this service. When I got there the Salon was fantastic, the place looked really nice, clean and they even offered me and my friend a bru while we waited. Our service was with a girl called Tara who did a fantastic job and was really chatty. I went back for my next appointment and was surprised Tara remembered me and the last conversation we had! I have another appointment booked in and can't wait to have a catch up with the girls. I would recommend this salon to all my friends

Bought 6 IPL sessions with the clinic through Groupon and treatment got cancelled without any explanation when my 3rd session was due.

The clinic had no sense of customer care and decency of contacting customers in advance to discuss just canceled the treatment, left customers without treatment and blamed Groupon for overselling their vouchers! (That's plain stupidity since deal was bought in October and my 3rd session was due in earlly April! How come they only noticed the problem 6 months after the deal was on? )

Do yourself a favour and don't touch them even with a barge pole.

Lovely shop, staff were very friendly, treatments were excellent, really enjoyed it. Only criticism was that the beauty room was too close to the reception and the manager was involved in a dispute on the phone and I could hear the whole thing which was quite stressful. I would recommend this salon as I was made very welcome and the staff were lovely.

I have naturally curly hair and I always let it grow too long between cuts, I went to this salon and asked for an appointment with someone who does curly hair and they booked me in. went back next day fot my appointment and was greeted warmly, the stylist was very friendly and sweet and we talked about what I wanted for a cut, just something to revitalise my curls, nothing drastic. She did a great job, did exactly what I asked for and I'm pretty happy with the whole experience.
The salon itself is gorgeous with a homey feel and I felt tottaly welcomed from the second I walked in, everyone else working there seemed to be pleasent as well... IT CAME OUT GREAT !!!

What a lovely spa, very calming environment, excellent treatment it was very relaxing indeed, friendly welcoming staff. The location is perfect for me so I shall definitely be returning again!

My friends and I booked in before going away on our hen doo on Saturday. We all chose one of the various packages that were on offer and I have to say we were really pleased with what we received. The hair ups and styling were fantastic, as were the make up and spray tans ( MAC and Australian Gold). My firend also got her hair cut, and gorgoeus nail art which she loved also. All in, we were very happy girls, thanks to the girls there for working wonders! We wil let you all know how we got on when we come back!! xxxx

I had the delight of going to the London Face and Skin Clinic today! My friend recommended it and I must say I am amazed by the results. They have a brand new Caci machine and even with just one treatment I can really noticed the difference. Lovely room in Harley Street and lovely staff. Couldnt help but purchase some jan marini products too will feedback on whether these work soon!

Thinking I might go back and have some bottom work for summer! Definitely recommended :)

My lovley husband brought myself and my wonderfull friend a day visit and spa package from this 'exclusive' womens only gym. Knowing my husband had spent atleast a good 400pound on us i was looking forward to this lovely relaxing day to chill out, how wrong was i......
We decided to come to the gym preatty early as we knew we had a long day ahead of us i was greeted at reception by a lovely young girl who obviously didnt know wheather she was coming or going, we was no where to be seen on the computer screen to have a induction or beauty treatments! the young girl called the manager up on the telephone to explain the situation and to much to my suprise the manager said we had to wait half an hour until one of the gym instructors had finished her class, very angrey at this me and my friend decided to let the situation go over our heads as we was looking forward to such a wonderfull day.
We was taken round to the 'changing room' in which my description was a carboard box the stench in this changing room of B.O was unexplainable! no shower curtains and the rubbish on the floor was disgusting.
3hours later me and my friend had the most wonderfull workout which to my suprise the gym instructor helped us out but had a stinking attitude, we then decided to take 20mins sauna time before out beauty treatments started, we layed there for 5mins total bliss! until some awfull asain music was blaring i felt like i was in a nightclub this however was not relaxing.,..
After 20mins the beauty therapist come round and collected my friend and i, the therapist then told us they didnt have enough time to do the massage facial lux mani and pedi so we had to choose out of the mani or pedi this was also unexceptable as my poor husband paid such a great deal of money grr! But i do have to say my facial and massage was lovely until she came to the mani and pedi, put it this way my 3year old daughter could have done better, after such an awful day at reception i was the greated by a lady which called her self a 'manager' i explained the situation she gave off the attitude that she really could give two after all this lady had taken my husbands money she then begun raising her voice at me which i feel is very unprofessional after all charging £50 for 2 treadmills and a skipping rope is a rip off dont be fooled!

lovely relaxing time, great atmosphere, lovely food. we had a really lovely time - nice chance to chill out and have a catch up - the spa is very clean and relaxing

The service was really good and prompt. Will be visiting again soon in the near future. My friend also loved her treatment. Very good overall. Although may try a different location as this was based in House of Fraser.

Went back for waxing as this venue is close for me and they were running a 50% off promotion, so a Hollywood and Full Leg only cost £21.50! The staff there are really nice, friendly, but not overly conversational. My therapist saw to me immediately (it's walk-in!) and checked that the wax wasn't too hot regularly. The waxing took about 40 minutes in all and was almost perfect, though not *quite* thorough enough to be, but if you check thoroughly they are more than happy to touch-up. As for ambience, there's an interestingly decorated wall to stare at during leg waxing, music playing, the noise from the store didn't penetrate the treatment room, and everything seemed very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. Hygenic paper towels, disposable underwear and wipes are provided. I had to fill out a short form requesting my details at the end, which seems to be standard for treatments judging by past experience. Even at full price, the waxing is really good value for such a professionally executed treatment.

This was a product delivery - Moroccan oil for hair - it smells great and does the trick! I have only used it a few times but am so far pleased with the results.

There wasn't any experience to capture! After ringing the number provided by you, the staff member who answered said that they were busy and would call me back - But that didn't happen. So no I wouldn't recommend anything to family and friends. This might have been a freebie, but customer satisfaction should still be paramount. This would create more new customers. Unfortunately I didn't get any satisfaction so I wouldn't rate.

Excellant service cup of tea and cake on mothers day loved it!!!!!!! i am coming back again as my granma she loved fish pedicure with shellac manicure and my mum she loved head massage with facial...... staff are very friendly and recommand itttttttttttttttttttt

My treatment started 40 minutes later than planned (therapist was late...) I was explained every step of the procedure and the aftercare, my questions has been answered, which is fine. I draw the shape of my eyebrows for her so she sees exactly what my desired shape was. It really wasn't nothing unusual and I exactly knew what I wanted, which in normal circumstances should help the therapist. Unfortunately it took a while before she managed to draw something barely similar...In fact at the end I was amending the shape with her equipment!!! Final drawing was different to initially marked required shape. I just had an impression that therapist had her own idea...Anyway, brows are thinner than i wanted, but at the moment i won't raise the issue because i second treatment is required anyway (SURPRISE!!)... which btw appears to be more expensive than the voucher itself (voucher 89 and second visit 120) I hope I can amend my shape when repeating the procedure. Hope so....My brows are fuller and naturally nicely shaped - purpose of the visit was to enhance them. At the moment results are 5 out of 10....Thanks Penny!

My daughter treated me to an early Mothers Day present, a bit of longed-for pampering! The facial was DIVINE. Taryn has made my day and I'm already hinting that I will want another one for my Birthday in May! I would definately recommend this salon to my friends and have already booked a surprise treatment there for my sister's 40th. It is very smart and modern with a lovely warm ambience.
My skin actually feels a good ten years younger and a lot firmer!

I have been a very satisfied Saks Beauty Newark customer for over two years and continue to have regular treatments across the whole range of services that the salon offers - manicure, pedicure, brow shape, endermology, Hollywood lashes, massage, waxing and microdermabrasion. Having visited various salons for many years in London and in Nottingham, I cannot praise Saks highly enough - this salon is a little gem! The staff are friendly, ultra professional and exceptionally good at what they do, the range of treatments available is impressive, the pricing represents great value for money when compared to other local salons and I have never once had an appointment cancelled or mixed up.

Last Saturday I had a gel manicure at 9am and by 2.30pm I had chipped a nail (entirely my fault, chopping vegetables for a dinner party!). I called Saks who told me that they were fully booked but offered to squeeze me in for a running repair after their official closing time - Emma stayed behind, fixed my nail and refused to accept any payment. With service like that, I will be a satisfied customer for a very long time.

I went into this salon today for a massage (yes I am a male we like our time too or maybe I am just vain), Even given my gender the girls in the salon were fantastic and I walked out feeling a million dollars. Will I visit again err.......... Definitely the owner even asked me how it was when I left so customer service must be quite tip top too.

This salon was by far my favourite with friendly, helpful, polite staff and a spotlessley clean salon with not a speck of dust in sight! I was consious about my wieght but there fab treatment endermoligie helped me to lose wieght and now I feel like a superstar. I also experianced other treatments that made me feel invinsible. I definitly reccomend this salon to all fellow women!

I have been coming to this salon since August 2011, I had just had a baby and wanted to treat myself and feel human again! I couldn't have come to a better place - the treatments are second to none and the staff are so friendly I have actually come to feel as though I am meeting friends.

I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for London standard treatments outside of the capital.

Finally found somewhere that does mens waxing to the highest standard. Took advantage of the hot stone massage on a different visit, was great. Fab treatments, surperb therapist (really professional). Inside is really modern and relaxing and the staff there are very friendly and polite. I would recommend this to anyone! :)

I have been going to this salon for a few months now and cant say a bad word about it. All the staff are very attentive and lovely girls.
I mainly come in to have Geleration on my nails and have had them done by Emma, Sophie and Taryn and all are so nice to talk to and always look after you! I have recomended to my friends and family and have even bought vouchers for family members for birthdays etc.
I will continue to visit this salon, always look forward to visiting its such a lovely and relaxing experience. Great Coffee!! x

we had a couple of beauty treatments today for my friends birthday, the new beauty salon is really calm and very pleasing to be in, the 2 therpists that looked after us were great really couldnt do enough for us, we were so impressed weve both bought our mums gift vouchers for mothers day! we both really recommened you give them a try, we cant wait to go back for more treatments, thank you girls,

Staff where very friendly as they looked after my girl friend mum when she fainted................ i would definetly recommand this place as the massage and fish pedicure we received was perfect for relaxation and therapist had excellant skills................

Just returned from a wonderful spa day at Salon Ten. Friendly welcome and guided tour. Lovely big comfy robes (great for us larger ladies!). Lots of chilling out on the loungers in the relaxation area on the top floor. Colour changing mood lighting and soft music in the background.Tea/coffee/juice to help ourselves to whenever we liked. My friend and I had a lovely time unwinding, having important 'me'time and having a good gossip! We were called as a pair for our manicures (which was fun) and then individually for our other treatments. Lovely relaxing facial including shoulder and neck massage. Used the sauna - made the most of everything! Adequate lunch of a choice of sandwiches on a bed of salad and crisps. We ordered some Cava as Salon Ten are licensed (bonus!!). More lounging around (ahhhh! bliss!). Met some nice fellow Grouponees there - we all got on well. Then we had our exfoliating scrubs and showers and back upstairs for refreshments. Yes! Half a muffin as per the other review but on a large plate with several other half muffins and pieces of flapjack too! And some were left over so maybe the half muffin thing is good for wastage and also our waists! Less muffin top! We were the last ones to leave at 5.45pm. We had a wonderful day and we would recommend Salon Ten to anyone. Lovely staff, great premises and ambience. I see from the brochure there are loads and loads of other treatments available.

I also went to this spa on a Groupon voucher but I would like to say that in my opinion it shouldn't matter if I paid full price, discount or got it as a gift voucher, the quallity should still be the same.
I would absolutely go along with everything the previous reviewer said in terms of the lack of quality and attention to detail at the spa. Quite shambolic: when we arrived we were the only two there but were still told to make our own drinks, very slipshod tour of the premises given and then left to our own devices with no idea when our treatments might take place, so weren't really sure if it was okay to go and use the saiuna. It turns out that this wasn't an issue as they had forgotten to turn it on, anyway!
When we mentioned this and some other feedback about the lack of communication (which is free, by the way, and would've improved the day massively), we were met with a barrage of excuses about it being so busy because of the Groupon uptake. As the previous reviewer notes, the salon did this to generate repeat business and could have limited the number of passes sold, so no excuses accepted there, sorry.
The treatments were very rushed- the luxury manicure was in fact just an express 15 mins, chipped very quickly and my friend's looked pretty rushed, too. Body scub was just a quick 5 mins rub of salt scrub onto bare skin then a 'hop in the shower and wash that off, should make your skin feel nice'. The facial was nicely done, but no skin assessment and really didn't suit my skin type. Not particularly relaxing as whilst left to 'relax' the thin walls meant I couldhear every word from the otehr room and the hair salon below.
No aftercare or advice offered from any of the treatments, either.
I believe the wording on the ticket included light lunch and afternoon tea. We had a plate of very scruffily made up sandwiches and half a muffin each. No afternoon tea, but plenty of free tea and coffee for you to make yourself.
I had gone to this spa as a potential venue for my hen party, but there is no way I would go back here. This was a really wasted opportunity for the spa to sell itself for repeat business, and also a waste of £35 as my friend and I could have done this better at home!

I was sorry to read the other review of The Powder Room. I live around the corner and go as often as I can justify. Katie who owns the boutique is lovely, as are her girls and I have always been happy with the service I received whether I go on my own, with a friend or when we went for a hen party.

I visited the location in North End road for a 1h massage deal I found via another website and how pleased I was with me discovering this location: close to the tube station and friendly massage therapist who paid attention to my troubled areas which I always mention. I left relaxed, revived and feeling lighter. Plus the price was a great incentive for me to visit this great location.

i am new to the blackburn area and was not sure which salon to go to, when i went in to salon de beaute, i was welcomed with a warm atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and polite to me, as for the treatments, they were excellent value for money! and they did a smashing job!i will defo use salon again! customer service is great! prices you can't go wrong with.

Had voucher from Kgb Deals was a nightmare after we left after only 20mins we went to another saloon to fix the damage . The eyebrow tint was a mess party lash fell out on way home glue all over
the place. Oh the facial consisted of her putting cream on my face 2mins not 20mins .It ended up costing of more to fix . As we where going to party that night .

Had visited the salon before for spraytan nails & eyelashes, was contacted on the morning of my appointment and told someone had phoned in sick and they could only do our spraytan and eyelashes which was fine, was happy with the staff and spraytan. Booked an appointment for a spraytan, eyelashes and nails for today at 3pm, had phoned the salon a few times throughout the day to change the appointment and there was no answer. So arrived at the salon 10 minutes before my appointment to find the shutters down and the shop closed, I waited 15 minutes and still no one arrived, they ask for a contact number incase something like that happens, yet no one contacts me, not very professional. Will definitely not be back.

WOW! i had to get on here a review. the place, the staff, the products, its just feels like it not ment to be in wolverhampton. well i love it. defo recommend anyone!!!!

Review of the Full Spa Day purchased via Groupon ( Salon price £110)

Not an enjoyable experience if I am honest, I got the Salon Ten Face and Body 'Wake Up' Full Spa Day - £110 (£35 on Groupon) this included, Morning Refreshments, Use of the Spa Facilities , Light Lunch , Wake Up Exfoliation, Facial, Luxury Jessica Manicure/pedicure.

We were not given morning refreshments, (we were shown to the kitchen to make our own drinks about an hour after our arrival) minimal facilities (sauna only), my friend and I were put into a treatment room together and had to get changed into our robes (a good thing we knew one another otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable, I feel it's the job of a good spa to put you at ease - this did not) I was given a grubby robe and fake tan stained slippers, walking around the beauty salon in these made me feel very uncomfortable, it was not spa like at all.

The Pedicure wasn't great, my nails had air bubbles an hour after application. The facial was great, hydrating and my skin felt great but I didn't stay around for the exfoliation treatment so I cannot comment.

To be fair the salon were bombarded with 'Grouponers' since the offer, not surprisingly really - over 800 according to one of the therapists. I assume they were not expecting the kind of response they received. However it was my impression that companies such as Salon Ten do these special offers to attract new clients in the hope of repeat business. I certainly would have returned had I had a more enjoyable experience. I can't help but think that Salon Ten gave the same treatment to all the 'Grouponers' because we'd got a cheapy!

I would love to go back and experience the Spa Day again, booked at the full price to see if the service differed, however the facilities alone do not come close to that of some high end spas where you can pay around £150 for a real spa and luxury (or even just someone to make you a brew!)
I wouldn't return to this spa, it was far from the relaxing day I thought...the facial I suppose was worth £35 pounds, I guess you can’t really complain.

I went to Cloud 9 with my sons girlfriend and we both had facials and a cut and blow dry colours by Freeda who was excellent she is a very experienced stylist who offers lots of advice the shampoo and conditioning treatment was lovely so relaxing. Sarah the beautician is the best ever i have been for quite a few facials but this was the best ever she does a full analysis of your skin and gives the best advice and uses the best products for your skin 10 out of 10 for this salon the staff the warm relaxed atmosphere and the professionalism. Returning tommorow wtih my son and his girlfriend who are having massages and i am having foils colour cut and blow dry cant wait, superb cloud 9 my sister has joined you now as well.

Wonderful! Received a gift voucher for Christmas and used part of it on a blow dry with a young lady and the remaining on a facial and mini manicure. (My friend had Minx nails and body massage). Was very impressed, not a frequent visitor to Beauty Salons but will definitely be going again. Lovely therapist who made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. Felt fantastic when we left the Salon, thank you for all concerned

after phoning for almost 2 weeks to get an appointment i eventualy had to go in to the salon to make the appointment as they dont have an answering machine, the female who delt with me has very bitter about these vouchers being to much trouble for her and she wished she had never done any! not a good thing to say to a client she had a very bad attitude.

Fairly difficult to find location of this salon, asked for directions prior to day of treatment. I was there
early by 15 mins, but unable to get in, as there was only I beautician on that day..Rang the doorbell for a while ,before allowed entry. Very small space for salon.appears to cater for private clients only. Beautician was very good for treatment, very thorough and friendly. Enjoyed my aromatherapy massage.

I got a voucher for New ID as a Gift from my sister for my partner and I for a Deluxe Makeover and Photoshoot for two including hairstyle, make-up, nails and drinks. I phoned up and booked it for a Sunday at 8am. I had to pay a depisit of 50pounds which could be used toward images or payed back to me after we attended the day. We were offered drinks, chatted to, asked what look we were going for, even my partner enjoyed it (he didnt want makeup but they managed to convince him to have foundation because otherwise the photo's will whitewash him). The hair was brilliant (I even bought some conditioning treatment because they made my hair so soft), Makeup also brilliant and gave me some tips on doing it myself.
Photographer was brilliant, talked us through, helped us pose in different clothes and backgrounds. Told to wait 1 hour before photo viewing and suggested we pop into town for food and a little shop, which we did.
Went back to have a look at the pictures. the room we viewed them in was small but it was fairly pleasant. We were overwhelmed by the quality of the pictures and had one heck of a job to work out which ones to get. None of them really needed touching up and there was plenty to choose from so it is easy to avoid that extra cost if you want to.
We both really had a good time and I am sure we will be going again at some point in the future.

When visiting the Spa at the Radisson I was suprised as it is only a small venue for such a large hotel. This a side the facilities where very clean and modern and the treatment room and equipment were more than adiquate. The therapist was organised and created a very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my Hot Stone Massage very much but could not comment on the value for money as it was a pre paid gift. The therapist was very informative and gave me a little skin care goody bag after the treatment which I thought was a really nice touch and a reat way to try products that were salon Quality.

Convenient located salon, for a busy person working in central london with variety of treatments, therapist was professional and took time over treatments. I would go again. They do other offers which are worth asking about too.

wow best spa ive ever been too staff are great and refreshments were fitted to our needs i would definately reccomend this spa for anyone its very theraputic and relaxing ive been going back on a weekly basis now and the loyalty cards are just so perfect for my free fish pedi coming up so excited :D

I went for Morrocan Rose Ritual. Took my sister for her Xmas present and we were both very impressed. The beauticians were fantastic. Gorgeous facial and massage with perfect amount of pressure. Came out of there floating on air and feeling the best ever after such spa treatments. This exceeds in comparison to Mayfair Spa. Would definitely go again. The spa area has a lovely ambiance. The only small thing that would perhaps bother some is that the changing area is tiny but it has everything you need.

My opinion of New ID
Website – superb, this is a great site with lots of information, nice video, before and after shots and great deals.
Booking – very easy, buy a voucher online, get the pack that contains all the info, phone up and book.
Customer service department – very good and helpful people, efficient, honest and polite.
Salon – busy but good fun, nice atmosphere, great decoration, clean, oragnised and nice buzz
Staff – all great, really friendly people, happy, chatty and show an genuine interest in what they are doing.
Makeup – application – fantastic, loved what they did for me. Products – superb, I brought loads of their own brand cosmetics that are way better than a more expensive brand that I was using before.
Hair – great cut, one of the best I have ever had, love Burlingtons, will us them again for sure
Photo studio – fantastic, great backgrounds and props. Great fun, lots of interesting lighting.
Photographer – great guy, really knows his stuff, very chatty and friendly and very good at getting you to relax
Photos – awesome, great composition and really nicely done
Viewing session – awesome, very relaxed and no hard sales, the guy was very friendly and not at all pushy.
Overall service – superb, I would use this company again without a shadow of a doubt and would be more than happy to recommend them to anybody.

Very enjoyable facial, skin was left dewy and deeply moisturised. The hand massage was a wonderful extra and hand were left super soft following the hot mitten treatment. Very much like to go back - I hope to hear detail of their new salon, once they've moved.

This is certainly high end, very impressed with the facilities and the staff. Made to feel very welcome, Charlotte who showed us around was very informative and friendly, I was also lucky enough to have her for my treatments, which were excellent, she is fantastic at massage.
Gym very imposing, even completed a spinning class with a highly energetic instructor. Lots of machines and all the facilities you could want in a high-tec well thought out gym.
Spa area - The idea of the pods outside the treatment rooms is excellent, but it was just too cold for you to be able to enjoy the experience, definitely need heating in that area. Would also suggest that they replicate the drinks machine in the reception into the spa area, quite off-putting to have to venture out in robes to obtain a drink. Changing rooms and pool area all very nice.
On booking we were told we could you the Club Lounge, but on arrival informed us would have to go upstairs to Marco Pierre Restaurant, quite disappointing as we had to get dressed when we thought we could stay in our robes and not have to venture out, but the Club has only been open for a few weeks and their lounge wasn’t ready! but even so they should have made us aware of that beforehand.
Biggest criticism was - we requested a booking for Valentines for us and our respective partners, we wanted the Champagne Pedicures plus massages for all of us, but also wanted the use of the Gym, they said that wasn't possible because it wasn't one of their packages! Quite surprised that they couldn't offer any flexibility, especially with the prospect of an approx. £500.00 bill, who turns away business like that in this climate?!

very pleased with the treatment and the venue. Small team but very friendly. My face look stunning after the treatment and suprisingly I did not have the usual spots after such a treatment.

I have been having this treatment for approximately a year and 3 months. I was ecstatic with the results as i have suffered with bad skin for most of my life however the microdermabrasion cleared my skin up completely.I love the attentiveness of the staff and the personable service i recieve especially from my regular skin specialist Lili as i feel she spends a great of time on me and takes care with the treatments she does. I also recieve mini massages which are given with this chemical treatment in Human Hair and Beauty which i find very theraputic; i am greatful with the service i recieve and look forward to my next appointment

the oil is very nice, doesn't really smell and really works! The packaging doesn't look very posh, but that is the only point of critic...you really seems to get a glow.

I have been visiting Aspen for 4 years now and cannot recommend it highly enough. The treatment room is of a very high standard, with lovely decor and ambient music and lighting, somewhere you can totally relax. The therapist Cari is so warm and friendly and always takes the time to understand her client’s needs. My favourite treatments are the Aromatherapy Massage and the Diamond Radiance Facial. The massage is great for easing the tension and I can see and feel the difference after each treatment and the Diamond Radiance Facial smoothes and brightens up my skin a treat. I also like to take advantage of the monthly offers to try out new treatments as Cari is always adding something new and exciting to her treatment list such as the totally indulgent Lux Candle Massage. Why not visit Aspen for yourself, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Im not one for bigging up any old business but the way I was treated at this beautiful trendy young feeling salon that had just been suggested to me by my secretary, I felt I had to. She had heard from her friend and this for me is always a great sign and the best advertising ever is by word of mouth. I looked them up online and the website was ok enough for information but I would update the webpage if I was them (that’s my business I will be leaving them a card). I booked in for the icon makeover and photoshoot which got me a new colour cut and style plus a photo session. This was looking like a bargain I was still waiting for the full whack and onslaught from a hard hitting sales pitch for whatever they happened to have on promotion this week. Well I can honestly say I was shocked at the way I was treated by the entire staff and management at Burlingtons and New ID studio and salon. They were one hundred percent faultless. My hair which is the bane of my existence was treated to such a glorious cut and style I was speechless.(which is very rare). The make up girl was so lovely and charming setting me up for the great time I had in the studio for my pictures. The photographer was good not too personal but also not too aloof. And by the time it had ended we did manage to get some stunning pictures of ME. The best find of 2011. Thanks Burlingtons and New ID.

I am very happy with the product I received. As it is 100% natural, I feel very confident using on my eczema prone skin; and haven't had a breakout since I began applying the oil.

I purchased the voucher for £40 worth of Narson Skin products for £18. I recognised straight away that this was excellent value for money and would make a nice christmas gift. My only concern was that the voucher had to be spent within a few days. I purchased my item but they did not come until two weeks later by which time I was beginning to get a bit anxious. If it hasn't have been the christmas period I wouldn't have been as concerned about the wait. Overall I'm happy with the products and would recommend to other buyers.

Bought he £15 voucher for £40 worth of product but only bought the eye cream as this was valued at £30. Otherwise would have to spend more money to get anything else as there is nothing for £40.Looking forward to using the argan oil cream as know this to be very beneficial to face skin.

This was the first deal I ever booked with Wahanda, and I was glad that I did it. The York Hall Spa was easy to get to, just a short walk away from the station. The treatments were great value for money and the therapists were very friendly and skilled. The ambience was also great. The spa itself was very modern, clean and comfortable, Would definitely recommend it.

I didn't visit the salon but ordered some of the products online. I was really pleased with them and also the price from Wahanda, which made them extremely good value. I will definitely buy from them again.

I completely agree with all of the compliments that New ID get on this and on other review sites, I loved my makeover with New ID and have made a decision to go ever year even if it is just to get one or two pictures. I got such a good feeling from having a my makeover it really made me shine and has changed my look forever and I can’t think of anything better than every year going and having another revamp and seeing how many different looks I can come up with, I had no idea that reinventing myself was going to have such a profound effect on not only how I look but how I feel as well it really was the making of me and I have found depths to myself that I did not know that I had before. In terms of the cosmetic they are great too and they are so affordable, I am really loving New ID makeup and it is certainly getting me noticed. I learnt quite a lot from having my makeup done and have referred to the little chart they gave me so many times to make sure that I am getting my makeup right.
I had loads of Bucks Fizz, that was great, I felt almost famous, I have never felt like that before. The staff were all really cool and did a great job of keeping everybody happy even if it was very busy on the day that I went and there was a bit of waiting around but they kept us all really occupied and happy at all times and I did not hear one complaint all day so this experience gets one massive big huge thumbs up from me, well done everybody at New ID

I bought the body oil and it is very good. The skin tightening and conditioning is great especially after a hot bath.
The website was easy to use. The product took quite a while to arrive but it was around Christmas!

I purchase the body for myself and the hair oil for my daughter for xmas which she loves. I normally purchase the body shop body cream but this one is more luxurious although alot more expensive. Thumbs up for both products.

I have been going to this salon now for almost a year I originally bought a groupon offer, the dissatisfied customer on this site must be talking about another salon. I have always found this salon to be professional, very very friendly the facilities are excellent and the pricing is on par with the market place. The salon has never been cold at anytime always the opposite and the most I have ever had to wait is 10 mins as the client before me was running late. I have had both beauty treatments as well as laser hair removal and find the staff professional and experienced in their field. My wife has been visiting this salon alot longer than me and she says she would not go anywhere else as she has never come across people who care so much about what they do.

My fiancé and I just had a makeover and photoshoot session with Burlingtons and New ID studio and we had an absolute brilliant time. We were both really up for the day and had lots of our own ideas for the shoot. We talked previously about what would look the best. And the friendly staff and Burlingtons and New ID took our opinions and told us what they thought and between us we came up with what is best. That was the tone for the session- lots of energy, laid back but professional. My fiance and I were really open to whatever happened because we knew our photographer has a great eye. He gave us a lot of direction, we weren’t just standing there hoping we looked ok. We really appreciated that. We didn't linger, hoping we got something good- once he captured what he wanted it was like, 'excellent, those were great, let's try something else!" All of our photographs were sooo beautiful this was all down to the skills that they all possess at Burlingtons and New ID. Both of us had our hair done before the photoshoot Dave my fiancé had his beautiful long hair cut a lot shorter than he wanted but I demanded it. (your too old for a ponytail Dave). My hair was spectacular much better than my usual salon so I think I may be changing salons from this day forward. I love Burlingtons and New ID. They are the only place I can find in London that does really great high and lowlights can give you a modern and trendy hair cut give you some professional model quality photographs and doesn't charge a fortune. They are worth every penny. You can probably get cheaper priced colour or cuts (at your grans beautician maybe) and a cheaper photography session but I doubt it will be anywhere as professional as you get from this lot here. I guarantee you won't find a better job for the price. I went to Burlingtons and New ID because all of reviews on line and elsewhere are raving ones, and I like you will not be disappointed. They photographed me spectacularly. The photos are magnificent. They done very few posed portrait shots, so if that's what you're looking for, they are probably not the best fit (although I am sure they are more than capable of doing those beautifully, too). They excel at is beautiful candid photos. My photographer really captured the essence of me in my prime. I recommend that you check out their website to get a better idea of what they do.
After seeing some of the photos they shot, several of my friends have contacted Burlingtons and New ID to book their own makeover photoshoots. I highly recommend them, the best hair and makeup but first and foremost for the fantastic pictures I had taken. I definitely will be returning to Burlingtons and New ID studio

I thoroughly loved my first and definitely not my last visit to Burlingtons and New ID studio. I have been to copious amounts of salons before, but this one is simply the best. I had been colouring my hair at home with dark brown box set for about a year and wanted something lighter and just generally better. So I called Burlingtons and New ID after reading their reviews and knowing that the nearest location was near to my home. I was booked for the next day for a Icon makeover and photoshoot. I would get my hair coloured by a pro and have time in a photographic studio!!! Wow I couldn’t wait. When I walked in for my appointment I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who gave me a quick tour and asked if I wanted anything to drink and I could not refuse a bucks fizz. What a perfect drink for getting your hair done. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I only waited 5 minutes for my colourist and stylist, to greet me. We chatted about what I wanted. I wanted my hair quite a bit lighter, but I did not want my hair blonde. Then she cut my hair better than I have had it in years. In the end my hair turned out so beautiful. I enjoyed my photoshoot but the best result for me was my hair. I got my complementary photograph in the end. From start to finish I had a spectacular experience. There were no pushy tactics to get me to buy their products. I cannot wait until my next appointment! They really listen and care for their customers. Thanks again.

I've have lived in the same area of London my whole life and had the same hair stylist from my very first haircut at age 3 up until I was 14 years old, my mum. I decided to look for a new stylist when my former one wasn't able to really produce the look I wanted (thanks for trying mummy) and for a few of years I had a great stylist but that relationship didn’t last and I found a lot of trouble finding a place that I really liked. By the time I was twenty one I found my perfect salon with great staff and great stylists. Burlingtons and New ID are the perfect combination, a talented salon and you can get some fantastic photographs taken. When I first came here I was blown away by the whole scene they have manufactured, everything just shone with classiness. My hair has always come out looking beautifully and I have had all my friends compliment me after every time I have visited. What I think is the best part of the Burlington and New ID experience is the photoshoot they always take informal, natural-looking photographs of me. I'm not a fan of formal photos, you think it's easy to stand there and pose for a photographer and try and look natural. Well it is not. Yet the photographers at New ID capture your beauty, and emotions. The photographs that I bought were just the best pictures of me ever and every time I return I always have the choice of buying the latest shots. Burlingtons and New ID has been my regular salon for over a year now and I highly recommend you pay a visit here as soon as possible.

I am not a real girly girl. I don’t know where all the best salons are at and I have never had a professional photoshoot. But after my first visit here to Burlingtons and New ID studio I am now obsessed with the place. I had an AMAZING time working with all the fresh faced lovely and genuine people at the salon and studio. My consultation and then cut and style with my stylist was fun, professional, creative, and my hair turned out better than I could have ever expected. In between me getting my hair cut and styled and a great lesson in hiding blemished areas and general make up, I was left to sit down and have a free drink of practically any kind from tea all the way to bucks fizz. Oh yes I love this place. When it was my time I was shown the way to the studio and my time in front of the lens was to begin. I was introduced to my photographer who was a younger man than I had imagined, but he loved his work and took his time to explain how everything would work and be pulled together for the final photograph to look fantastic. The shoot was relaxed, laid-back, and he went over photos throughout the shoot so we could get the best shot possible. The studio space is perfect and has great looking equipment, and his results speak for themselves. I could not recommend Burlingtons and New ID studio more, and will be sending my friends this way!

guys im really sorry! had my biosculpture nails sculptured with katja..and as much as great she is as a person im sorry but she is not talented for bio sculpture nails. one nail longer than the other..not smooth very uneven out of shape and not shiny ! alot of money for nails i could just do better at home myself! and the time it took 2hrs is not normal

I had a Hollowood and full leg wax at this salon this morning. The hollywood wax was a voucher i purchace on group on. The full leg wax i paid full price for. Bearing in mind that i myself am a full qualified therapist and i have had this treatment done before many times. THIS WAS THE WORSED WAXING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. I was butcherd. my skin was not pulled tought, wax was placed in areas where it should never have been placed EVER!!! I was left with broken skin and swelling, I cannot sit down. Ive just returned from the NHS walkin centre, i have antibiotic cream to prevent infection, painkillers and have to visit my gp in two days time. THANX BEAUTIFICATION !!! realy looking forward to my weekend.....not

I am what I describe as a professional day outer. There is nothing i have not or will not try. There are hardly any salons, spas, massages, saunas or makeover places that I haven't hit since I moved here one year ago. As I have been down my list I have found some great places and some right old dives. This time i was going to Burlingtons and New ID. For a more than reasonable price I was getting more than i was even offered in most other salons. First check off was the welcome 10/10. Polite and many choices of beverage. I then had a very concise consultation 10/10. Then off to my chair and the stylist was great again polite and chatty not too much so 10/10. The final style and make up was also heavenly 10/10. I was offered a bucks fizz 10/10 while I waited for my studio to be readied. My photographer was the pick of the bunch 10.5/10 He made me laugh and pose like I was born to do this. I did have several changes of clothes and this didn't upset him in the slightest. When my time was up I jumped into the viewing room and I fell in love with myself. I managed to stay in control and not spend too much money. There was no hard sell they didn’t need to I would have happily bought them all. This is now my number one spot and i will passing through here quite regularly. What a find This place called Burlingtons and New ID 11/10

As soon as you step inside the door you know you have entered a special place. I had come from a stressful week of work and I am transformed into a beautiful new me after the sessions you receive from the staff at Burlingtons and New ID. The prices that they charge in no way brake the bank but if your ego is at stake- its well worth spending a little bit more. Burlingtons gave me the BEST haircut of my LIFE!!!!! I'm not kidding. i had this ugly half and half cut, and she turned it into a short little masterpiece. I live in West London and have been desperately looking for someone with their talents. I mean, they have worked with celebrities, so my friend had told me, and i swear to god you end up looking like one afterward. It is worth it, you don’t even have to save up for this cut, the prices are most reasonable. The environment is very friendly - everyone who works there is really nice and you can read your paper in silence or gossip about whatever you want to - they're up for anything. It is very fascinating for me to have a chance of being a model for a short time. The photographer I saw was able to create vibrant, exciting and meaningful images out of me. He had a real understanding of space, light and my energy...His outstanding images of me were fantastic and I couldn’t have imagined that I could look like that in a photograph. I cant fault my short time spent at Burlingtons and New ID.

I went to Burlingtons and New ID for the first time and I will be coming back the salon and staff were that good looking and I hoped that a bit would rub off on to me. I could not have been happier with my experience here! After I walked in the door, a young lady who turned out to be my hair stylist gave me a welcoming smile and introduced herself. Then I was directed to my chair, and what a comfortable chair it was. I do like a good one to relax in while getting styled. It was at this point I was reminded about the complimentary drinks and so I sat like a queen on her throne with my tall glass of fizzy wine. It was a little piece of heaven. My hair stylist was fabulous! She transformed my horribly neglected locks in to a gorgeous movie star 'do. In fact, I was so impressed that I already have scheduled an appointment with her next month to work get some colouring done. I was ready for my professional shoot and I must say I was a little bit nervous because I am quite self-conscious about being in front of the camera. She was fantastic about listening to what I wanted the result to look like and looking at the magazine I had brought in to show her. She guided me through the process of directing me what to do to get the result of how I wanted to look in the frame and helping my thought process to keep me on track. This pure professionalism shone through in my pictures. Thanks Burlingtons and New ID and see you in a few weeks

the venue is excellently placed -very convenient for a spot of afternoon shopping. the treatment was ok, although I do not usually like to talk during treatment so it could have been more relaxing if was't asked questions.

The best manicure i ever had, also i saw fishs there and it looks very nice and freaky. but manager advised that its natural way of doing pedicure which is orginated from turkeyand my partner tried and he loved it.

i think i will go there for xmas with my girls overall good experiance.

Our experience having a makeover and photoshoon session at New ID was absolutely wonderful. It was a few months ago and I still smile when I think of how wonderful we were treated. The girl that helped us was so sweet and I feel so sorry I can't remember her name, but she helped us choose how we wanted to look and gave us a hand with co-ordinating our outfits so we would look good together and gave us heaps of other great fashion and makeup advice that we both use and has made us both look really super.
I certainly don't agree with a couple of negative reviews which I came across during a Google search. There are not many but the ones that are there I find hard to believe if my experience is anything to go by, I don’t think some of them can even be true.

This was one of the most wonderful experiences my family has ever had. We all felt pampered.. All the staff made us feel like we were at a spa and our finished photographs had a touch of something magical.. I don't know how they do it but we all felt like a celebrity during the entire process and photo session.

Our family has had photo sessions done many times at other studios and most were just adequate. If there is one negative point, it would be a wish that this studio existed when our children were young. I just know our photo-takes would have gone a lot smoother. It makes me sad we can't turn back time and do this all over again.

If you are going to New ID I advise you to just relax and let them pamper you. It felt like a very special and once in a life time experience. I hope you will feel the same magic.

I had the hand antiaging treatment which was a treat for my dry hands in the winter. The therapist also gave me tips and emphasized importance of exfoliating before moisturising which was useful. A one off treat for dehydrated hand for me.Enjoyed the experience.

Today I write this review because I want to tell everyone what a wonderful time I had while having a makeover photoshoot at Burlingtons and New ID studio. I have had two professional photoshoots before. The first one I had was a wedding present in New York and was over eight years ago. That one was a great day but it cost a tremendous amount of money. My second one was 4 years ago in London that was a great day but not a patch on NYC. It is great to look at the difference in the photographs. So when for my birthday this year I received an Icon makeover photoshoot with the Burlingtons and New ID team. I was sure that my day wouldn’t come close to my NYC day firstly because the price was less than a third of what was paid, but the proof is in the pudding because the day I spent in New ID blew the spots off all the other makeovers I had done before. The staff were so friendly and helpful and not once did I feel like they were just going through the motions. My hair stylist listened and had skills with her scissors unlike anyone who had touched my head before. I didn’t take her suggestions lightly and the final style was better than I could ever have imagined. The photographer was a true professional and had so many ideas and everything about my session was better than I had seen before. When it came to viewing my photos I was knocked over by them. My new hair colour and cut looked amazing in my photos and I had to buy the beautiful photo album to put them in. You can trust me when I say Burlingtons and New ID are the best at what they do from New York City to London town. Simply the best.

. I would like to shout from the rooftops about my superb first time spent at Burlingtons and New ID studio. I went for a platinum photoshoot and makeover. The price was 150 pounds which is a little bit more than I usually pay for hair cut but not that much more and with the added bonus of time spent with a pro photographer. As I sat looking at myself in the mirror after my wonderful wash cut and blow dry, all I could think about was what a great place to find and I hope to become a regular client. I was waiting to get my make up done for my photos to be taken. I sipped on my free bucks fizz and thought I could do this once a week. That would be a little bit overkill, but the way I was made to feel, relaxed and tranquil I wanted more of this place. The photo session was great and again the words relaxed and tranquility come to mind. The compliments on my hair were non-stop for a week after I had left, and let's just say it was a self image boost I was in desperate need of. It's so strange how a good haircut can improve your confidence. I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time.
Now I think at Burlingtons and New ID you can come here if you are after some smashing shots of yourself with the fun of having a complete makeover, but I would recommend one and all to try a makeover but also I will be coming back here regularly for my haircuts and you can do that too because the prices are so reasonable.

I went to the Luci Foreman salon for a manicure and haircut the day before my wedding and on my wedding day Luci and her team did my hair and make-up. What an amazing experience!! The salon is gorgeous with great music and lovely staff. My haircut is gorgeous and really suits me, and my nails were perfect for my wedding day and lasted for ages afterwards. I had a lovely time while in her salon - I felt very relaxed and pampered before my wedding - I would recommend it to any bride-to-be!. On the day of my wedding I had my hair and make-up done - she made me look and feel like a million dollars!! She made me look so great and gave me a lot of confidence - I had a huge smile on my face for the whole day! And of course lots of compliments from our guests. Trust her - she will make you look amazing!

My friend told me about Burlingtons and New ID studio. I wanted to have a makeover done but I have had several bad experiences at several high-end salons, so I was skeptical. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the front-desk staff was cordial and efficient (showing me around, introducing me to most of the staff, offering me my choice of beverages while I waited, I went for the bucks fizz). And my stylist was superb. She took the time to ask about my lifestyle and styling skills, really listened to what I wanted, and did a great job of sorting out my horrible haircut. I have tight curly hair which was set upon by the last stylist I saw. So I needed to get a good job done, and that was precisely what I got from Burlingtons. If you want great pictures to be able to look back at when you are older and grayer well at New ID studio you can. Having my pictures taken there was an experience I'll never forget. The enviroment was fun and i had a good time at my session. And the great part is, is that you can see it in the pictures. My pictures turned out better than what I expected and I'm so happy with them. Everyone working there was so friendly and warming. They are very professional but know how to have fun and make you have fun also. I wouldn't have wanted to get my pictures done anywhere else but New ID. So if you want an outstanding makeover and photoshoot go to Burlingtons and New ID studio . You won't regret it.

The Therapists, Anne, was very friendly and very good at what she does. I loved her facial and her massage techniques on my face. The algae mask smelt a bit funny, but I came out of the spa with a very plumped and moisturised face. The effect lasted til the next day and the 3rd. I would recommend this facial place.

Went in on an offer for a backcial and deluxe pedicure.must say was s bit wary goin into a home salon but my fears wer proved worthless as it was absolutely stunning and relaxing. Therapist sam was so proffesional and nothing ws too much for her.ended up having my brows waxed with hot wax which id never done before,wch surprisingly wasnt as painful as I thought.got myself a bargain and my own personal therapist!!

I happened upon Burlingtons and New ID one day as I was shopping. So I thought I would pop in to see what they had to offer, and what they did have to offer was great value for money I thought. So I spoke to the very polite young lady at the desk and she explained to me what they had to offer me. I didn’t want to spend too much money so I went for the beauty on the go makeover, as it was only 25pounds. I thought that looked like a great deal seeing as I was offered free drinks throughout. I was a good girl I had a cup of tea to start off as I was sat down for my consultation. They told me that they had time to start straight away if I wanted. So I thought lets go for it and I paid my money and got ready for my time in this beautiful looking salon. The total time I was in from when I walked in the door and was sat in the makeup and stylist chair was great. I was then offered a bucks fizz which I would never say no to. I didn’t feel rushed but it felt like I was dealing with real professionals. They cleaned my face to make a clean page and set about me. The make up girl and the stylist were obviously friends and enjoyed their work because it showed they worked in perfect harmony and they really had fun with me which made my time even more enjoyable spent in New ID. When they were finished with me there wasn’t a larger smile in the place than mine. I looked stunning, different, but stunning. The darker shade and my new styled hair went together so well and I would have never have thought of it myself. Thanks to the girls at New ID and I am coming back for a makeover and photoshoot for sure

I am really critical and cynical about hair salons or maybe I just don't remember the last time I went to a salon to get my hair professionally cut and came out feeling happy with my finished hair style and after so many bad experiences in the past, I avoided it as much as possible until now and i found New ID. I saw so many good reviews about New ID, I went with them. From the start, they knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. They really listened to me so they could achieve the results i wanted. Their skills are superb, not to mention the stylist has an awesome personality. She's easy to talk with and definitely made this a great experience. She also gave me helpful tips on how to style my hair once I had left. When the hair and makeup session were over I looked great and was really excited about having my photos taken. I was shown into the photographer’s studio. Before I sat for my first shot I asked for a quick drink and quickly quaffed my bucks fizz. I was now relaxed and ready for my photo session to begin. I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed that the time spent there just flew by. When my days experience was over I sat down to view the pictures that had been taken and choose which ones I wanted to have if any. New ID studio was shown to me by my boyfriends sister, Nancy, who is a regular there. I needed a haircut and my regular salon in these hard times has sadly had to close. So I let her take me down the path to New ID. Before we went she showed me the pictures that she had done when she was last there and my god she looked fabulous in them. She explained to me it was a great salon for your hair but as an added bonus you got the photoshoot to boot. You get one free print at the end with the choice of buying many more and if you want to go completely crazy you can spend thousands of pounds. Well that really wasnt for me. We went on their website and checked out what deals and packages they had and what a smart move that was because they had the deal of the century buy one makeover photoshoot get one free. We both looked at each other and grinned. So we phoned and booked the deluxe package which at fifty pounds was very cheap, even cheaper as it was two for one. When we arrived at the salon I let Nancy take control but it seemed to me if I had turned up on my own the day would have run as seamlessly as it did anyway. All the staff at New ID went out of their way to make our visit there a pleasant one. The initial consultation was great and as we were sitting sipping our free bucks fizz as we chatted it was a great start to our day. The day just got better and better. The hair stylist was great and produced a great style for me and Nancys was lovely also. We sat down for our make up session and that was fun fun fun. I learnt a few new tricks which I was sworn to secrecy not to tell, if you want to know you'll have to book and go. But I must add that my favourite part of the day was the photoshoot. Oh what fun it was. Nancy and I took turns but they let us pose together as well, and my favourite picture was of us two girls together looking fab and it was great finish to a great day. When we left I was now a follower of the New ID idea and when my hair needs a lift next month at least I will be rushing back there and this time I will take some more money to spend because I have my eye on that sweet looking album which has a place waiting on my table at home. After trying loads of places in the town I was over the moon to find Sassy & co, it's family run business that have won loads of national awards. I have to say, they pamper you well here and five stars is not enough. Reading the other review forced me to write this as all I can say is, this a brilliant salon! NEVER GIVE UP BEING SASSY!

Ive been going to love Hair Love beauty since May 2010 and can not fault the service. Complimantary drinks on arrival, friendly chatty staff, everyone makes you feel welcome.
In the past I have avoided hair salons due to rude staff and unwelcomeness but at Love Hair Love Beauty its first class treatment all the way.
I could happliy spend a few hours being pampered there.

The massage was really nice however the facial was not as good, the therapist kept leaving the room and didnt seem very interested. The staff on reception were not very friendly and the free glass of wine was hard work to get. They were suppossed to give you wine on arrival however we virtually had to beg for it at the end of our day before we left. We were not given a choice like stated she just took it on herself to bring us what she wanted. This experience would have been better if the staff had been a bit more caring.

I had a really bad cut and blowdry at a salon and after the snobbish staff didn’t back down and apologise to me I stormed out with my hair a right mess, luckily for me I passed Burlingtons and New ID Salon and decided to go in and see if I could get a consultation there. I explained my situation and they immediately sat me down and explained what they could do for me. I looked at my surroundings and booked an appointment for as soon as possible and that luckily enough for me was the following day. When I arrived I was offered a drink so of course I said yes, I love bucks fizz, the hair stylist was super friendly and we never ran out of things to talk about while I was sitting in her chair. I also appreciate that she wasn't pushy about products or services. She did however, give wonderful advice regarding styling my hair myself which, I am the first to admit, is not my forte. If you're looking for a stylist who has the experience, personality and skill to make you look great, Burlingtons and New ID is the place to go. The thing that made my day special was the make up session and then the photoshoot. My first and not my last. What a blast I had. Standing, sitting posing and pouting I was made to feel and look special. The final photos were stunning I only kept the one free photo I was given but I am going back to get some more shots and I will be buying more prints and maybe even an album they looked so great. One salons loss is Burlingtons and New id studio’s gain. I will plug this place everywhere I go to everyone I meet. Thanks New ID for fixing my bad hair and showing me a new way for me to enjoy myself.

A few months ago, my morning routine was simple - get up, shower, shampoo and air dry, go to work. Not any more. Since I had my makeover at the New ID studio and salon where they worked there magic on me, now I have to get up, do my hair the way I was showed how to by the staff at New ID. Because I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. I now have to live up to the standard. I have even started using product, which I never did before. Inside New ID is an awesome photography studio. When i took my pictures there my photographer had all these ideas and worked around with my ideas. All the pictures came out great, It was hard to choose my favorites! They're all so incredibly nice and make you feel right at home when you go there! So if you haven’t had a makeover before this is the place to go. They make you feel comfortable and the environment is awesome!!!! For sure if you want good creative pictures go see them at New ID. All my pictures turned out great there wasnt one picture that I hated. i love them and me and my boyfriend are soon going for a deluxe makeover photoshoot for two. And when I do iam going to get the extra prints and even one of the photo albums which were lovely but I wasn’t going to buy it myself when I can make my future husband buy them for me. Thank you New ID I appreciate what you did for me so so much.

The New ID studio has by far the best stylist I have ever met, the cut I had was superb. I was extremely lucky that I found this warm, inviting space. The place is cute, attitude-free and there's a nice vibe about the entire shop. They did an amazing job preparing my hair, washing it, and they used some products which I had not used before on my hair to give it more life. It worked like a charm! I’ve never had such great results before. My hair is straight, but with body, and I can still style it, too! Great job! After the cut, they styled my hair for me too. Overall, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I entered the photography studio I was guided to the back dressing room to change. I am very happy with the end product. I loved the opportunity to choose what photos i wanted. I am recommending New ID for doing an exceptional photography shoot and they were very professional and were in high spirits which helped me enjoy the session even more. Most photography places are high pressure sales retail establishments, but when I visited New ID Studio I felt immediately at home in a family atmosphere that was all about people and making them smile. They are just plain great at creating unique pictures with natural smiles that sell themselves. At no time did I feel pressured and left there feeling as if I had gone to visit friends. The entire staff seemed to pitch in so that our pictures were perfect. I left looking forward to my next visit. Two thumbs up and five stars for New ID
