I had a hollywood wax this afternoon and being a waxing virgin it was a terrible experience. The therapist i had was a blonde, not sure about her name, but she did not make me feel at ease at all. She rushed the whole treatment and didnt ask if i was alright at all during the wax. I found her to be incredibly impatient with the whole session, she didnt tell me where i could clean myself up after the wax and she promptly left the room when it was finished. I even found a few hairs left. I completely regret having my first wax done here, but at least I know not to come again. The lack of professionalism and customer service is UNREAL - and this is NOT an exaggeration because it takes ALOT for me to right bad reviews about places, but this had to be said. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, DO.NOT.COME.HERE.
