Fantastic 7 day bootcamp! All the Staff and Fitness Instructors were so welcoming and helpful. The variety of Fitness activities was amazing - I can't believe how much they packed in!
The Retreat Therapists were on hand at the end of each day to massage our tired muscles, readying us for the next day.
Good fun, great results, would definitely go again!

I have gone to Premier Salon for 8 m and Kate has done my hair for the last 5. I just love her!! She is great to deal with, listens to me if I would like a change in color or my hair cut. She has wonderful ideas and does many other service other than hair.

New Way Spa would be by far the best, cleanest, most enjoyable spa if it weren't for the attitude of the managers. The space is beautiful, the treatments are great, the staff is so attentive. But, when I mentioned to the management that my 60 minute service only lasted for 50 minutes, the manager basically rolled her eyes and very reluctantly agreed to give me a 10% discount. For the kind of money you shell out, the manager should have been apologetic for their mistake rather than lookingat me like she just sucked on a sour lemon.

This place is fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the ambience was lovely, friendly and helpful staff and an overall very serene and calming atmosphere. the treatments were excellent. Definitely going there again.

Went there for an overnight get away after seeing the deal on Wahanda, was completely surprised.

You can tell why the place is rated top in the UK. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with many smiles and very friendly staff. The area and the facilities were both very clean and the environment was indeed relaxing. What we enjoyed most was definitely the Bistro, the food was incredible and was quite a surprise especially after we skipped breakfast to rush to check-in! Presentation was spot on and so was the juiciness of the pork we ordered. The pool was nice though I wouldn't call it a highlight of the Spa, however the changing rooms are both clean and well seen to and the sauna and steam rooms are very close-by.

The only gripe we had were that we weren't fans of the gym staff, but this was only a small problem as everything else was really quite amazing. We didn't expect the apartments to be so nice and it was quite hard to leave to come back to our flats! Five-star place, really amazing and pretty good value for money. Overall, very friendly staff, great food, very clean and would definitely go again.

Beautiful setting. Staff put you at ease and take an interest in you and what you expect from the treatment. Best Massage I have had. I would definitely recommend it. Mine was a present, and a beautiful present to have received. Hope to return again soon.

I would rate this experience highly as there was a good ambience in the venue. I was asked what pressure suited me best during the massage, which was good as not every masseuse does this.

We were able to check in much earlier than expected. We had the most wonderful lunch followed by peace and relaxation just sitting reading in the hotel lounge. The apple crumble flavour biscuits that came with the coffee were heaven. The pool and workout area though small were entirely our own as no one else but the friendly spa staff. On Sunday Fatima put me through a personal workout - she was very encouraging and supportive. I really enjoyed my treatments of a facial and massage - my friend had something a bit more exotic like an indian head massage and Reiku - We both came away having escaped our husbands,children, dogs and domestic humdrum and felt very relaxed. We have decided we are going back again. Value for money was brilliant. Hotel set in beautiful grounds. I dont think we will be able to wait another year!! I had an aromatherapy massage and then a facial. Both were bliss. The treatment room was very relaxing and the therapist was great. I felt completely relaxed and pampered - a new woman! I would definitely recommend Lockonego.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The environment was clean and professional. I would return for another appointment. The after-care advice leaflet was helpful. The therapist does a good job of making the room calm, relaxing and sweet smelling. Wonderful relaxing music, the smell of the candles, I felt very relaxed after the treatment. There will certainly come back, and without fear I recommend the salon a friend. I also want to use the services of cutting hair, because I saw very happy with the service client, competitive prices.

I booked in for an aromatherapy massage while I was up visiting friends. After a long drive, my back & shoulders were really aching so I was really looking forward to the massage.
Ann did a thorough consultation & picked just the right blend of oils for me to help ease my back & revive me.
The room itself was lit to a lovely ambiance & was nice & toasty warm. I've had massages before where the room has been cold which makes it difficult to relax.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage & would definitely book with Ann again when I'm next that way :-)

I have been to this salon quite a number of times for a bit of 'me' time after having my second child.

I feel I was well looked after and given fantastic treatments to help with how I was feeling at the time ' tired, stressed and fed up - each treatment went to help me feel a bit better about myself.

I only wish i could get there more often as I think we should all take time out of our stressful lives and give ourselves a well earned treat from time to time without feeling guilty.

Ann the owner really does give value for money and sends out email special offers which help with the budget.

The best way to describe the spa...
The best way to describe the spa at the New Way Spa is perfect. Don't go here if you don't want to be spoiled to other places for ever. It is the most beautiful place, the service is seamless and no detail is overlooked. I could have sat in the super comfy chaise lounges with the softest blankets to wrap yourself in and watched the light snowfall in the garden all day. The treatments were all fantastic too. This place lived up to all I have read about it.

I went to this spa for my birthday and it was nice. I see that someone put that the spa is cozy thats a good word for it. It's clean and smells good. The lady that did my facial had a lot of knowledge about skin care. The massage was great I had a male message therapist and he was great and also very cute. They give refreshments there. I received a sample bag, thats always a plus I will be back.

please do not bother after deciding not to judge after 2 previous clients had shared there negative experience i decided to go with an open mind. my appointment was at 2pm i was kept waiting with no explanation for 45 mins at which point i was told the beautician wouldnt be long she was running a little late. after an hour i had to leave for a prior engagement the manager called me to the treatment room to apologise and try to re book after seeing the state of the room i decided against this.the staff are scruffy the place is dirty ,i didnt get to have my massage but i cant help but feel this was a lucky escape,needless to say i will not be going back!!

Where do i start?? I waited 6 weeks for this massage because Matthew told me he had so many people to fit in (700)....though according to groupon it was only 20. The massage room itself was very small and not very clean, tiles were falling off the walls and there was evidence of a flood that matthew told me happened recently (the laminate floor was water stained and dirty, and clearly had been for some time), then i was told to undress in an even smaller room full of junk, with nowhere to hang my clothes that had coffee stains on the floor. Matthew was completely unprofessional throughout the whole thing....he didn't stop talking and clearly wasn't concentrating on what he was doing. It was supposed to be £65 worth of full body massage which i got for £20 through groupon....even that's a bit steep for what you get. In short: They haven't got proper massage tables...or a proper room to do them in...or a proper masseuse/masseur. COMPLETE RIP OFF!! AVOID

Very good and friendly massage therapist and nice ambience...one of the much better spas in central london and good value with the wahanda deal. Would certainly consider going again and would recommend it

I have had two treatments at On Cloud Nine and have really enjoyed both of them. I would thoroughly recommend this as a great place to enjoy a relaxing massage in a comfortable environment. The people are lovely and the decor is really nice - I'll definitely be going for another pamper soon :o)

It is worth to visit on a rainy day or just after work to relax and recharge although time is limited and flies very quickly. The location is good... people friendly and helpful. Warm and cosy environment.
Would go there again although if you are looking for something extra special would choose something else.

We had a lovely day at the Breadsall Priory.
We chose the back massage which was very relaxing then we went for a swim and sauna afterwards we had lunch there which finished the morning perfectly a great day out

Hot stones and aromatherapy massage. Really brilliant. Felt amazingly relaxed and healthy. Loads of benefits from the great nutrition advice and was shown a beneficial exercise routines. Marshall is MUCH more than just a massage therapist. Go there and enjoy!

This place just looks like a small hairdressers, but when one walks through into the treatment room it is lovely with a Buddah, flower petals, lovely scents and generally made to look lovely and calming.
The massage was very good and just what I needed to relax.
It was quite a long way from the Underground Station, but it may be that I didn't go the quickest way. I was afraid of being late so phoned to say I was on my way and the girl was very helpful and nice.
I am going again very soon now that I know the way.

My wife and I have received several Shiatsu treatments as well as foot reflexology from Philip. Also, Aromatherapy facials and individual products. His service is excellent, his expertise and genuine care is second to none. Really appreciate his after care advice.

I rang the place on a last-minute (2 hours before my intended massage) and the lady (who turned out to the manager) accommodated me without a fuss. I was desperate for a massage then and was really delighted to get something booked instantly! I had the half hour aromatherapy massage and it was indeed very relaxing. The place was very clean, massage bed is heated - what a nice touch! and my masseuse was simply fantastic. I told her I had tensions on my back and she worked it out with applying deep tissue massage. I wish it was longer though. But I only had the half hour, but still it was well worth it. The location is convenient as it is within 5 minute walking distance from Euston Station. I would go there again!

What an amazing place! This little oasis is just minutes from George st in Edinburgh but its so peaceful and relaxing its like being in India ! Staff are lovely and very genuine and incredibly knowledgeable. I have had lots of massage/ treatments around the world and this one was up there with the best! Excellent Therapist and I felt marvellous and rejuvenated after only 20 mins. Also much cheaper than many other place I've been to.
So- could not recommend enough and will be buying 'treats' /gift vouchers for friends for Christmas.
Go treat yourself you wont be sorry!

his depth of knowledge means i get a Tailor-made treatment
what more could you ask for that to feel like a new man at the end of the day

I dont think i've been to a better spa. The Rasul Mud treatment was an amazing experience, staff are very friendly and a very nice environment. The apartments were of high standards. No room for complaint.

We had a fantastic time at titanic and would recomened it to any one. lunch was very nice and the swimming pool area was very good. changing rooms were well equiped and clean. lots of towels.

overall this is amazing relaxing place to be, i went there for two days/night for my birthday just to relax and chill out. the room was lovely, comfortable and spacious-didnt have a fridge which would be my only complaint but it had tea/coffe and water etc was a nice touch. the tv/internte access was good but a small extra charge to use movies/internet but reasonable price. the health club was good-lovely sauna, hot tub and pool which was so quiet and most of the time we had the place to ourselves. the staff were great and the beautician was amazing! her treatments were great and reasonable prices-pay her direct not through the hotel as it costs more but she makes you feel totally relaxed and helps out with any aches/pains. whish i lived nearer so i could use the place regulary as its one of the best hotel/spa places ive been to and the food was good, recomend anyone going there if youre after a lovely quiet relaxing break.

I would recommend the moddershall oaks to all thinking of a night/day or overnight stay, the surrounding are contemporary and scrumptious, the food is amazing, the staff are great!

The relaxing pool area is exactly that and great to kick back and unwind.

You feel completely stress and care free when leaving. I would definitely pay the extra for the luxurious stay again, it was worth every penny, the room was gorgeous, although i don't think the bathroom was quite in keeping with the room though.

I do think they could do with another waitress in the restaurant/bar, both times i have been it has taken a while to be seated and to be approached for a drink, this is not down to the staff being lazy, i just think they are slightly understaffed.

We booked an overnight stay in this hotel/spa. We were in the rooms over the spa. The room was gorgeous, decorated with taste, very clean and comfy. The hotel is situated within a charming landscape, in quiet surroundings. The staff is very helpful and polite. The hotel hall looks regal. It was so impressive! The spa in itself is very clean, the treatments were superb and very relaxing. The therapists use excellent products such as Guinot and Aromatherapy oils. We used the sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi a lot. It was such a chill-out weekend. I would recommend it to everyone!!!

I attend weekly Aromatherapy and I can highly recommend the service and Therapist. Following the sessions, I find my quality of sleep improves and I am able to cope better with both work and personal problems. In general, I am more positive and relaxed in my approach to life.

I order my goods a month ago tomorrow and have not received any goods. I received one email to tell me that they had not received my order and then got an acknowledgement to say order received. I have left messages and sent emails and have had no responses. Do not recommend.

I love the Sanctuary Spa, but this event wasn't anything much. I called the Spa in the afternoon to ask for further details, and noone really knew what was going on. They actually said some things which were listed as happening on Wahanda, weren't actually going to happen.

Usually I LOVE this spa, and would go much more if they lowered their prices/gave offers, but they weren't prepared for this event.

Brought two gift boxs containing the most wonderful smelling bathoils and candles , really pleased with them.
The site was easy to use, and the delivery was fast, loving the products and would buy from this site again

Fast effient service on order. Good value for money and excellent product. I would like to see more choice on products as range so far is a bit limited. Overall woul definately consider using company again

Great boutique salon, customer care and the effort that is put in on every visit is so refreshing. Always had the owner being an osteopath I like a good thorough massage and lots of stretching and Elaine really does know her stuff. Have had the dermabasion and skin peel too and she has got my skin looking great. Really knows her stuff, other staff who I've met whilst waiting to be taken are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Wish I could move this salon down to Bristol

been to this lovely salon for 4 years with my sisters And daughters and it's fantastic. Beautiful treatment rooms, 5 star products and treatments and open till 10pm so great for after work treatments.

The staff are highly qualified and extremely professional - they go out their way to make your experience magical and so relaxing. My sister and I always opt for the 2 hour spa package and my daughters can't get enough of the spray tans and nail extension. You always get offered refreshments and a glass of bubbly on Friday evenings. First class salon.

The Steam Rasul treatment was wonderful. My boyfriend and I had a very relaxibg time, slathering oursleves and each other with mud and face masks! The venue is lovley and the receptionist was very polite and had a galss of champagne waiting for us after the treatment.

The place is sitting just on the side of the road next to Millenium Village, very easy to find. The staff is very warm. My therapist who did my facial was very skillful and it was an absolute great experience. Will recommend to friends.

Everything was great. I also bought a cream from the salon.
Unfortunetely without any offers I cannot afford the prices for the treatments!
But it was a good treat for myself that day.

I would recommend Emi to everybody as she is the second best therapist I ever been massaged by. (number one is my wife of course :-)

I visit Emi on regular basis for a massage every two weeks and I am never disappointed as she always tries to fill full my needs and requests. She always surprises me with some new moves or sequence.
She is very professional and cares about her clients. Emi is always very polite and flexible if I need to change or cancel my appointment.
Appointments booked with Emi are always great value for the price you pay.

My friend and I booked a pampering spa day here just before Christmas through this site, £99 for two people including refreshments with a choice of treatments. I had recently had my nails done so asked for a pedicure rather than the fixed manicure, which was agreed. On arrival, we were asked to sit in the reception area of the health centre to complete forms by a rather sullen grumpy receptionist/therapist. After completion, our forms were collected and we sat and waited for somone to explain to us what the procedure for the day was, nobody came to us to explain how the day would run. This was all initially very disappointing as we were there to relax and forget about everything, so a nice cheerful receptionist/therapist would have been a great greeting for us rather than being looked at as if we had just crawled from beneath a stone,and to then not have to think about sorting our own day out and to not have to ask questions to the staff to get some direction as this was our first spa day, we were waiting for someone to take charge of us for the day as the whole point of the day was to relax and be pampered. We were offered a coffee or refreshment in the first 30 minutes or so and we then took it upon ourselves to get changed into the robes provided for us in the changing rooms and had a key for our own lockers. The changing room was a communal room with one privacy room and other members were in the communal room. Feeling a little shy, I tried to go into the privacy room to get changed but it was locked when a club member asked me what I thought I was doing and to not bother with the privacy room as everyone 'just gets changed in here together', blush, I had been told!! Another lovely therapist, not the same as the first one, discussed with us before we went to change what treatments we would like and at what time, at last!!
We changed into robes but unfortunately we were not provided with any slippers to wear, which again was disappointing, my friend who had booked the treat had read this and brought his own slippers but forgot to tell me, however I think this should have been provided. So I had to walk barefoot for the day. We then had a swim in the large pool, which was lovely and quiet, the pool was just a touch chilly, we also used the jacuzzi which had no instructions or obvious switches to turn the jets on so we fumbled around, we used the steam room which was great, but the sauna and pool side shower were both out of order.... We were happy to say hello to the clubs members and be friendly, but we met one lady who wanted to interrogate us on where we were from, why we had chosen the hotel, didn't we have facilities where we lived, how much had we paid....... the list goes on, we tried to keep things brief as we were trying to RELAX but she followed us from the swimming pool, to the steam room then on to the Jacuzzi, it was hard to shake her off as she just wanted to talk and interrogate, not the hotels fault of course.
Manicure was apparently great for my friend, pedicure for me was good except I did not get my nails polished afterwards, just a small finishing touch. in between using the pool and having treatments we sat in the comfortable foyer area, but as we were the only ones in towels we did feel a little silly when other people also sat there fully clothed. We could have used the gym but I wasn't aware prior to the day so we didn't have our gym clothes with us, it looked quite good though.
Nobody took charge of the day and we just drifted through it. Then the massage time which I had been looking forward to, I was praying I would get the sweet therapist, but oh no I got the one who 'greeted' us on reception and my friend got the nice one :-( . She didn't seem so bad though once I tried to strike a conversation with her. I thought we could choose which products we wanted from a choice of two on the list which were for different requirements, but we did not get a choice. The Hot stones were fantastic, loved it, massage good, pressure was applied but not too much, overall I enjoyed this, the only thing I would ask is they get some decent tape or DVD music, they had the same single track playing over and over again, so it would come to an end clunk small delay and then start again repeating the whole exercise, this was not the best for trying to relax listening to calming music that soon became irritating and annoying and the clunks and silence before it started again did not help with even attempting to drift off., the therapy room was nice though and it was lovely and warm in there, my treatment seemed to finish 10 minutes before my friends so I didn't even get the full time allocated. I then asked to pay extra for a eyebrow tint ready for Xmas and for my eyebrows which were thin to be shaped, I signed a disclaimer as I had not had a patch test which I asked to do as they had refused to do the tint initially. Oh dear, not a good move as my eyebrows were not shaped at all really, in fact I do a better job at home and there was lots of small hairs left untouched and clearly visible which was not good, the dye made them look even worse as this was not applied to look flattering, different shapes and well just mess really, so that was a big waste of money.
Then back to reception for a coffee, again this was not the best place but there was nowhere else, there were by now quite a lot of people fully dressed and we were the only ones in dressing gowns and our face and hair was coated in oil from the massage, so we got quite a few funny looks and stares, oh well.
We paid for our own lunch as it wasn't included, although it was a spa day, we were naughty and had sandwiches with a cheeky side portion of chips, the food was really nice and we weren't waiting for long, sadly refreshments did not extend to champagne, though I did ask......
A mixed day for us, I got the impression they weren't used to having spa days and didn't really know how to go about organising us and briefing us on the day and how it would run, some great points but sadly quite a lot of not so great points, all in all for what we paid, we couldn't grumble too much, we were adamant we would enjoy it no matter what and it was great to have some kind of an indulgent day off from the pre Christmas madness.
Another real positive, the opposite to our surly welcome, towards the end of our day a dishy male PT arrived behind reception and we had several nice smiles from him and a lovely smile as we left, so it repaired quite a lot of not so great things about the day and made it all worthwhile :-) Might even go back now.

We went for the steam bath for 2 which was in a luxurious private steam room with adjacent shower and changing room. Spotless clean with lovely decoration, the experience overall was very relaxing. Recommended!

My sister and I were looking on the internet and came across this salon, the name Whispering Willows intrigued us, it sounded majestic and mysterious and something a little different, we phoned the salon to ask about what treatments and prices, we settled on the '2 Hour Signature Spa Package' Option 2, if I recall correctly. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

We arrived 15 minutes as requested by the receptionist to fill out Client Cards, we were then taken to our seperate rooms. WOW they were amazing, heated beds, mood lighting, JO MALONE candles and the towels were so soft and smelled delicious. We received a 10 minute aroma steam whilst listening to some music, and then my therapist Elaine started the spa experience, as soon as her hands touched me I just knew I was going to love it, and she didnt disappoint, extremely professional but warm and friendly and worked on areas of my back that had been troubleing me for some time, she really knew her stuff.

I received 2 hours of hot stone massage, a soothing facial with scented hot steam towels, facial massage and indian head, a lower leg hot stone massage and a lovely Jessica Manicure all for £50, I really couldnt believe it, once the treatment was finished I was left to relax for 10 minutes, when Elaine appeared she sat me up and placed a tray on my lap with water, bubbly and some fruit and chocolates, I was seriously blown away.

The salon is best described as a boutique salon, small and intimate with a kind of vintage bohemian thing going on, the girls were all extremely professional going out of there way to make you feel extra special, the little extras and attention to detail was first class.

My sister and I go to salons and spas once a month, this little boutique is on our top 5 and we have been to over 100 in scotland, we have just booked in again for Mothers Day, we opted for this place over The Carrick Spa, so what does that say, what it lacks in size it certainly makes up for it in quality and service, the products are high end luxurious and the girls are down to earth, friendly and really really know there stuff. I can't praise it enough.

I have just come back from having the most amazing experience in The Dolls house. I BOUGHT A GROUP ON VOUCHER for my friends birthday a red island ritual and then i decided to have my hair done after.
We enjoyed our treatments so much. The staff were really friendly and i felt really relaxed throughout.
I will definatly go back!! my hair looks fab!! I had the owner of the shop do my hair, (cat i think!??) she was great, my hair has nver been so glamorous!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a cosy hotel in a quiet area which provided good food, outstanding service and a spa center.Having heard about the hotel from some acquantainces we decided to try it out.
Located just outside the picturesque town of Tenderten this hotel provided us with what we were looking for. Wandering through this little town we discovered a coffeeshop called Savannah which offers the most scrumptuous chocolate cakes and a hot pot of steaming coffee.
The room we were given baffled us with its space, two lovely comfortable beds and a view over the golfcourse fit for a king. The service was discreet, the food excellent and the facilities clean and encouraging a relaxing stay.
Coming from Belgium we were a bit sceptical about the food but luckily we were mistaken on this point: it was excellent, healthy and copious. As they say in French: chapeau! A must for young and old.
We decided to ask the staff about the holiday village of Loubas the hotel promotes. Apparently it is beautifully situated and the price fair, located in the dordogne. We will try it out this summer, that's for sure.
Thanks to all the staff, especially the chef who in my humble opinion exceeds all expectations.

Splendid

My husband and I went to the spa as a getaway from the kids and to relax. We had a wonderful timed and the grounds were so amazingly beautiful. There happened to be a lot of jellow-jacket bees that month and they were everywhere. The staff did an incredible job of keeping them away and providing extra attention to every detail. When we got our lunch we were surrounded by the bees and could not sit outside. One of the staff (Sarah) quickly took our food and escorted us to a room where we could enjoy our food and have a beautiful big window to look out and see everything. The attention she took to detail really touched our hearts and we cant stop talking about it. The entire day was magical and we will definetely go back again and again.

I had a lovely masage, very professional and very thorough. The therapist was lovely, prompt and thoughtful. and its so nice to have a massage at home so you can just laze around in a daze afterwards.
The couch isn't quite as comfortable as a full sized salon couch but made up for by excellent service

Great Spa - very relaxing. Treatments are expensive without a voucher but worth it if a deal or offer comes through. Therapist listened to requirements. I would go back a treat.

Very good therapist. Enjoyed immensely and extra benefit of not having to get dressed, travel back home on public transport after as massage was done at home. Apart from not having usual 'music' ambience as in a salon, and some oil dropped on the floor, it was absolute bliss. Thanks!

I became a member in February and I have loved every massage I've had. Never had a problem. The front staff is very friendly . Ive tried multiple therapist and havent had a bad experience thus far. There was no pressure just informational. I believe that you can use the facility as a non-member as well.

I booked the experience for valentines day as a surprise for my girlfriend and I, we both had massages and facials side by side at the same time. The two ladies came with all equipment we didn’t have to provide them with nothing just an area for them to set up. We were very happy with our treatments, we both felt relaxed and happy we were able to receive a good treatment side by side in the comfort of our own home. My girlfriend wants to use the service again for her birthday in a few months. There services are highly recommended especially for all you fellers who want to do something special for your lady’s .

I think its an awesome service - really like the idea of someone coming to your home. BUT please avoid Rachael, both my wife and myself have not been impressed by her massage skills at all.

Have visited Cedar Falls a few times but wouldn't really recommend it highly - it's the nearest large spa to where I live which is why I have been more than once! When I last visited the gym was looking very tatty. I was given the wrong massage and when I queried it, the therapist said she didn't know how to do the one I'd requested! My friend was told she couldn't have a particular facial (which she has on a regular basis in London) because she was diabetic.. eventually they agreed to do it but with poor grace.
Food was okay but on my last visit there was a power cut and so there was no hot food available.
The setting is gorgeous but I got the feeling that the staff, while pleasant enough, were just going through the motions and we, the clients, were on a bit of a conveyor belt.

Have heard on the grapevine that some of the therapists call it 'Seedy Falls' which is a bit damning.

Went for the "body programme" massage treatments which is a 3 week programme where one can chose from a menu of various body treatments. The aromatherapy and hot stone massage were very good and the venue is functional with very good staff.

When I visited London Beach I had a lovely welcome from all the staff, everybody was very smiley & polite. I was very impressed with the Treatments that I had, I relaxed completely!!! Looking to go back sometime this year!

I had a voucher for a complimentary facial or massage and after reading the descriptions on their menu/deals page, I decided to treat myself to a well deserved massage after a stressful week at work! The place was really easy to find, easiest to get to from Ladbroke Grove tube, only a 5 minute walk. When I arrived I was given a glass of water and could help myself to peppermint tea (yummy) if I wanted.

My therapist, Deena, was lovely and made sure I was comfortable. I chose the 'relax' oils for my aromatherapy massage, which I found very calming. The room was nice and warm, and the massage itself was divine! My shoulders were quite tense but felt great when I left. I was surprised I didn't drift off to sleep during the treatment it was so relaxing!

You get a really thorough massage at hydrohealing, making it great value for money. I'm definitely going back for more massages and to try out a facial! When I left my whole body was tingling and felt supple, then the next morning my skin was so soft from the oils, another benefit!

I had never had a full body massage before so I did not know what to expect. But my therapist was very kind, helpful and made me feel completely at ease. She gave me a short consultation before we started so she could work out which oils to use, and to ensure that I got the most out of my treatment.

The only thing I will say is that whilst in the massage room, I could hear people running up and down the stairs quite loudly - not what you want to hear when you're trying to relax! However, the room was very ambient with dimly lit candles and soothing music that made me feel relaxed the minute I entered. The massage itself was amazing and so relaxing that I didn't notice that an hour had passed! All in all, it was a very enjoyable first experience, and I will definitely visit them again.

I have been to Coveyheugh several times and it is always a wonderful place to retreat and recharge. The house is beautifully decorated but it still feels relaxing, like a proper home. The environment is delightful and Anne-Lise and Brian are wonderful hosts/therapists. It's also incredibly good value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The 2 for 1 voucher was excellent value. The rooms are quite small and you can hear people talking in other rooms so it's not a totally peaceful experience. However, the staff are friendly and overall it was very enjoyable.

Diane is the best massage by far I have ever had anywhere in the world, just amazing!! I have been having my skin treated by Diane now for the last 3 years and my friends and people I see constantly tell me I look younger now than I did years ago, she really knows her stuff A1 5 out of 5, visit this clinic you'll never look back!! X

I took advantage of Dove Spa's summer promotion and enjoyed three treatments. My therapist was great and I enjoyed a relaxing 90 minutes, including a mini-facial, body exfoliation, and a full body massage with scented oil. My only negative comment is that I appeared to be the first guest at the spa (at 10:30 am). The cleaning and maintenance staff were fussing around. They detracted a bit from the calming experience one looks for in a spa. That said, all of the staff were quite professional and friendly and I will certainly go back. It is a wonderful value and my spa break was a great, relaxing experience.

I have been going to Elements Spa Since its opening In 2001. As i live nearby and have always recieved Gift Voucher for special occasions from family & Friends. Over the years i have had all Treatments listed on the current price lists and have been extremely satisfied with ever service recieved.
I was browsing online to purchase a gift voucher for a friend who lives else where, i happened to notice Elements Spa was on this website and takes wahanda vouchers. I was very suprised to see the previous review as i have too had the indian head massage sat up and i much prefer this method as the whole of the head neck and shoulder is covered as when i have been else where and laid down i have been disappointed as the nape of the neck and back of scalp is always missed.
Over these years i have introduced many family, friend & collegues to Elements Spa and never recieved negative feedback. The Family run buisness has an extremely good reputation in the local area and provides a warm welcome every visit.

Never felt more rested and well coming back from a break. The grounds are beautiful! Anne-Lise and Brian created a magic environment. Refreshingly down-to-earth spirits, genuine and happy, knowledgeable and caring providing a wonderful space to let go and re-charge.

Went to Bath for the weekend for my 33th Birthday with my boyfriend.We had made no plans to go to the spa but while shopping saw that it was located in the city centre and went out and bought some costumes.We opted for the four hour package as we had plans made for the eve.
Impressive and breath taking the outdoor pool over looks historical Bath.In September the sun was beating so the jacuzzi areas were quite busy and the heat rooms inside fantastic.
Downstairs there is a huge pool and cafe area.
If in Bath or planning a weeknd away this is a MUST.Shopping,Spa,Meal all within meters of one another .
Quite popular with tourists so avoid summer months!

Went to this popular, local place as a friend gave me a voucher for a facial as a gift. It's was good and relaxing and as I was in maternity leave at the time it was a special treat. Can't say my skin obviously benefited afterwards but I guess it takes a course of therapies but the relaxation offered was very welcome!
