Visiting this place was quite an experience for me and my friend but it fitted in very well with the whole Budapest experience. For a start we visited in January and it was so cold i thought my eyeballs were freezing up. It was a delight to get into the natural hot springs at the Gellert. The Gellert is supposed to be one of Budapest's star attractions...unfortunately, it was an awful experience. The facade and much of the outside (including outside areas) is under construction when I went (July 2008).
