Yoga Place is a beautiful, light and spacious yoga centre, dedicated to the study and practice of yoga

Here yoga teachers offer yoga classes, yoga courses and weekend yoga workshops. The teachers are fully qualified and some are British Wheel Yoga trained. Amongst other practices they offer Hatha yoga posture (yoga asana) classes in the following styles and traditions: Ashtanga yoga (also known as Astanga Vinyasa yoga), Mysore Self-Practice yoga, Dynamic yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, Body of Light/Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga, Yin/Yang yoga and Shadow yoga as well as Pilates. Yoga Place also offers specialist classes, with yoga for Pregnancy (antenatal yoga from 12 weeks), Postnatal yoga recovery with Baby yoga, Mums and Tots Yoga and Autumnal Yoga for the older generation that likes to take it a little bit slower. From time to time classes in breath awareness (pranayama), yoga meditation (dharana) and yoga philosophy are held. The programme offers beginner yoga through to the more advanced practitioner.

We are located in East London, near Bethnal Green tube and close to the City (one stop from Liverpool Street Station), and to the colourful markets of Brick Lane and Columbia Road.
