I visited this salon on two separate occasions - once for a facial and the second time for a Brazilian wax. The salon itself is a little bit further than I would usually travel for treatments but was totally worth it. Located in a gorgeous setting - right by the water and conveniently very near to the DLR Custom House station, it is a hidden gem.
The staff were extremely polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. The salon itself is separated into different sections for different treatments, (hairdressing, nails etc) and the treatment rooms are a little further out the back.
The facial was unbelievable. My therapist asked questions about skin type, what i felt my skin needed and what she thought we could do. I opted for a mixture of cleansing and relaxation with a steam and extraction but plenty of massage techniques too.
The Brazilian was done by a different therapist but she was equally as good. Again, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. A thorough and almost pain free wax was the result. Amazing.
Will definitely be returning.
