We enjoyed the spa day - however we found the facials variable. The therapist that did the facial for two of us was very good and we both enjoyed it (although found having tin foil wrapped over our face was pretty weird!). The third person had another therapist and she really didn't enjoy the experience, apparently the lady didn't say a word and she didn't feel comfortable in the treatment room. She could hear the therapist texting while her mask was on and she seemed a bit 'disgruntled'.
Overall we had a wonderful day, but I suppose with most things it depends on your therapist and whether they are having an off day!
