We ask for a 50% deposit on booking from all new clients. We will credit the client's account with that value if they cancel with more than 24 hours notice. We will retain the deposit for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows. If the appointment is made using a voucher, we will ask for the voucher number in advance. We will treat the voucher as a deposit and if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or is a no show, we will not rebook the appointment and view the voucher as redeemed.
A lovely place, where we were given a warm welcome by all the staff. The treatments were great (and excellent value for money!!) I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a little pampering or for a hen party.
